I have purchased haier refrigerator (Order no. Kkg/so2021/01158) on 12.07.2020, today (14.07.20) i received a call from [protected] on 10:45 am for location confirmation for the delivery of the refrigerator. I waited till 4 pm and tried to contact the delivery person but he was not picking up my calls. Then i contacted mr. Sahadeb saha ([protected]) of kankurgachi store and communicated the whole incident via whatsapp. After half an hour he informed me that the delivery person has delivered the item at the showroom and they cannot arrange delivery of the item today. They will deliver it tomorrow.

I want to know if the item was supposed to be deliver at kankurgachi showroom then why did the delivery person called me up and confirmed the delivery location. We have an exchangeable refrigerator at my place and the refrigerator is in use, after getting delivery person's call we have to evacuate the fridge and plan accordingly.in present scenario i requested the showroom to deliver the fridge today as the showroom is not so far from my location. The installation call has already been registered for today, but the showroom denied. Refrigerator being an essential item this is really a big issue fr us.

This kind of service is not expended from such branded dealers. Please take prompt action to resolve the issue.

Any help from your end would be highly appreciated.

I purchased a panasonic 2 ton ac from great eastern sarsuna branch on 15-mar-2020. However till date i did not receive the gst bill copy. It was panasonic personnel who informed me that i would be requiring this document everytime, whenever i need to call panasonic for serivcing/repairing etc. I have chased the sales person : bibhas bangal multiple times, over the phone and have also visted the store however he is unable tp provide me the same. Even the store manager is a useless person. Could anyone intervene here and get me the copy of the original gst invoice on the earliest?

Today i visit haldia great eastern and ask regarding television and exchange offer. I have asked too many questions to clarify my question but he reply me in a very bad manner not a single time it was thrice.

They took several reminders and 7 days to deliver the product even though i have paid the entire amount upfront.

I have taken this item from rajarhat great eastern show room. I have been a loyal customer and purchased items previously as well.

However this time the experience is very poor and as i write the mail my tv installation is still pending.

I have spoken to dipak and kaushik banerjee several times from the show room who assisted in selling the item however the service and assurance provided by them is very poor.
I need this solved asap please help else i will go to consumer forum because they even lied me in saying they have sold me the updated version of the tv however i found that was not the latest model and when i questioned them they said features are almost same and why do you want to purchase a costlier item.

I have procurred a refrigerator on 09.06.2020 from nagerbazar outlet vide order no. W2022/2021/00450 dated 09.06.2020. But i have not yet received the goods till date, even after a lapse of a week. I urgently requires the refrigerator as my aged mother has medicines which requires refrigeration.
So to say, even your showroom boy sri. Chiranjit mondal, who has damonstrated and made arrangement of the purchase, did not pick up my call and explain me the probable date of supply of the goods.

I had purchased a voltas beko 7 kg top load automatic washing machine on 19.05.2020. It was delivered on 28.05.2020 and a technician visited on 01.06.2020 to install the machine. But it could not be done as the technician admitted that there is a fault in the machine. Till then i had been running from pillar to post to get the defective machine replaced but till now no positive steps has been taken by the company to replace the machine. The machine was purchased from gorabazar dumdum branch. The name of the sales person is ms. Monalisa bhattacharya, the service-in-charge is ms. Kalyani ganguly & store manager is mr. Sekhar barua. All these persons were repeatedly informed about replacing the faulty machine but all my efforts has failed. I am attaching a copy of the invoice. Please do the needful immediately so that the name of great eastern trading co. Is not further tarnished.
Till today the defective washing machine has not been replaced with a new one. The store manager Mr. Sekhar Barua and another sales person Mr. Bapi Mondal is totally worthless. Almost 1 month has passed and I am without the services of a machine for which I had already paid. It seems that Great Eastern Trading Company has gifted me this washing machine. I alongwith my acquaintances have vowed never to purchase anything from this company. I demand the immediate replacement of this faulty washing machine with a new one otherwise stern action shall be taken.

I have paid rs. 8017.00 and bought the above double door refrigerator from great eastern & co., kanchrapara branch, dist north 24 pgs, west bengal on 29.02.2020 on emi basis from hdbfsl. But it was delivered from great eastern & co, dumdum branch, dist north 24 pgs, west bengal on 14.03.2020 as it is adjacent with my flat which located at 76, purba sinthi road, kolkata-30.
I am sorry to say that still 23.03.2020 no company representative came to install the refrigerator though the lock down was started from 24.03.2020. As per my need i unbox the packaging of the refrigeration on 12.04.2020 and i was very shocked to see the defective refrigerator after unboxing it. I hope you will replace the defective refrigerator at the earliest. Needless to say that if the needful is not done i will further solicit the same in way of law

Iam sutapa adhikary informing you service of garia greatestern is very worst. Those people donot receive the phone which is given in the receipt copy. I booked a refrigerator last week on thursday (13/03/2020). I paid the full amount. Still today i donot receive the refrigerator and donot get any update from them. Please give your kind attention on this matter and do the needful. Refrigerator model number-whirlpool-215 im power coolroy 3s alpha steel.

I have bought one kent super star mineral ro water purifier (Model no. - gr[protected] kr[protected]) on 25th jan 2020 from great eastern chandannagar having an invoice no. Cmg/sa1920/06386.
The product was delivered to my address on 30th jan 2020.
The next day someone came from kent for installation and he only opened the sealed product which was delivered from the dealer and discovered that the uv ray tube was broken. That same person from kent filed a complaint and the dealer told that it will be replaced.
Again on 9th feb 2020, mr. Bhaskar from kent (Request no.[protected] came to change the tube and install the filter.
I used it for a few weeks only after that and i was out of town for one week in that also.
On 3rd march 2020, suddenly i found that there is leakage from the filter and water is flowing out like anything. So i turned off the filter and was not using it.
Again i filed a complaint in kent service center and the same person mr. Bhaskar was assigned (Request no.[protected] to solve the problem.
When the person came i told that i want a replacement because within one month of buying the product i am facing these many issues so what will happen after one year.
He told ok if you want a replacement you call the dealer and tell them that you want a replacement. I can't do anything in it because it's not supposed to be taken care of by him.
I requested him to talk to the dealer and tell the same. He refused to do so. And he left doing nothing.
After that i called the dealer they were told they checked with kent and no one has come from kent to my place as their record.
So now they are telling me they will send someone to fix the issue and if then also i face some problem then only i will get a replacement.

I'm an old cutomer of geh kankurgachi. I have purchased a lg washing machine model. T-808inedlk/7.0kg, top laod, bearing invoice no. Kg/1819/sa/08928. On 06/11/2018. From your kankurgachi store. It was financed bajajfinserv for 4 emi down payment rest 8 emi and offer was 1 (One) emi cash back. My total emi completed on august, 2019. But till today there is no effect, i have contacted your salesman (Who sold the product) and bajaj man, but they are failded. At last i contacted with bajaj customer care through mail. They asked me to produced any documents to avail my claim. Again i contacted with geh kankurgachi, but they unable to geve me any documents. Now what can i do right now? Being an old customar, i believe you do a needful action.

We purchased a washing machine from ge baguihati on 23rd and despite many false promises have not delivered it till 27th jan. The manager ms rachna is inefficient and the delivery incharge' ujjwal, only makes false promises.

Do not ever buy from ge any branch, a bunch of liars and they will make you run from pillar to post... Terrible customer service

I have bought a water geyser o[censored]sha company from Great Eastern Electronics at Rajdanga Kasba on 24.10.2019 which was delivered on 25.10.2019. Till now the sales executive Mr. Anupam Maity has not yet sent anyone for installation. Please guide me on how to return the product and get my refund. He is not picking up the phone and is behaving in a manner unbecoming of delivering minimum satisfactory customer service. It is a pathetic experience for me. I just want to return the product and get my refund now.

I purchased a led (Lg) from jaipur, m. I. Road, great eastern on 25 december 2019. While purchasing i told them not to deliver a display piece at my home but they deliver the same. Then i complaint them and they replace it by another one but they deliver again display piece.
I bought lg led 49 inch on 25 dec 2019 from great eastern, mi road, jaipur. They deliver me display piece of their shop. When i complained about it then shop keeper exchange the led, but again they deliver me a display or used price. Now they are not responding me positively.

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I purchased a bajaj flashy 1000w room heater on 20.12.19 from great eastern retail pvt ltd, branch dhakuria. On 23.12.19 morning suddenly we find that the machine stopped working. I immediately took the machine to the shop and was advised by the salesgirl (Present at that time) not to visit shop for such problems, instead call bajaj for servicing. I called bajaj and the person who visited said that the heater is not working and it will take 3 days for them to replace parts.

This is for your information that the heater was purchased for my ailing father who was release from hospital on 19.12.19 after treatment of 16 days. He was suffering from pneumonia and is very aged. He is feeling v cold and we are afraid that he might again catch cold in this weather.

I requested the shop to either replace the machine or give us a stopgap machine. But no help was provided from the shop.

I (Also the guys of bajaj who visited) really fail to understand how come a new machine becomes faulty in 3 days? Why no aftersales service is provided by this outlet of great eastern. I personally called up mr ranjit adhikary for any kind of help but neither he connected me to the manager of the store nor he agreed to call up bajaj so that the faulty part can be replaced at the earliest.

This kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is not expected from a retail like great eastern. I request the authority to at least speak to bajaj so that the faulty part can be replaced within 1 day.. I believe this kind if help can atleast be expected from your end.

I subhankar chakraborty a bonafied of customer of your concern. I purchased many items fro your organisation.
Recently i saw a advertisement in daily newspaper before diwali.
Then i go to west bengal chandangar showroom and purchased a havells puro plus water heater on 25/10/2019.
Invoice no: cng/sa1920/04381.
At that time of purchase they told me that i am eligible for a gift (As per given advertisement in news paper), but after several follow ups today they are told me that gift was not given to as there was a price discount.
For me its is very embarrassing to me and never expect it from a reputed concern like great eastern retail pvt. Ltd.
So, my earnest request to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

I have purchased one 437 ltr LG Refrigerator from your Garia Branch on 22/10/2019 ( Tax Invoice No.W1224/1920/14872 dated 24/10/2019).

LG offer during that time ( Diwali time) was 6 glass bowls (6 psc glass lock-in kit) with frost free refrigerators.
But, though the refrigerator is delivered, the free-gift from LG is not yet given to me. I have contacted your Garia branch number of times and also gone to the Garia branch; but I was turned down informing that the same is yet to come.

Pl take corrective action and arrange to deliver me the gift promised during the purchase.
