I had got a cashback from great eastern for online trading on the great eastern website.
I have ordered a mixer and paid extra money from my card.
Later on, I had cancelled the order.
I waited a few days for my refund but haven't get that.
After this, I called on this number [protected] (Kolkata). the lady was so polite and humble but the line was the same on every call i.e. "we want some time", sir who handles all this thing is out of Kolkata so give us some time.

First of all, they should refund fastly as Amazon and Flipkart.
the second thing why we have to call again and again for cashback. I think it is there to send money as soon as possible.

I am buying the product’s from your showroom ie from great eastern MI road jaipur raj. Last few years .
But this time the volunteers/ service providers boys were all very rude And no manners at all, how to talk . They are telling to buy Panasonic ac but when I tell them I will buy daikin they ignored and left from there . All was rude n I think they are hired to scare the coustmer to purchase items according to them .
This is very bad experience also I said give me the best rate then manager also said लेना ह तो लो वर्ना बाहार जाओ
This was not good .
But I purchased it from there becoz I was getting late n I have to go outstation next day .
Then I call them for delivery, that it is not delivered yet then also they talk rude .
This was my last visit, I don’t want to visit it again .

I purchased t.v on 28th of oct and i was entitled to get 10% cashback after 90days and i did'nt recieve my cashback. It is written on payment slip i will sue u guyzz i want my cashbackk

I have purchased Volta's window AC, 1.5ton from Great Eastern, Garia..1st AC I received was completely damaged... replacement AC I received without Remote, manual, guarantee kit...!! How is this possible without checking products are sent...I have been extremely harassed and very very poor service from both Volta's and Great Eastern..too much disappointing and dissatisfaction..
Now again I am waiting for 3rd AC machine to arrive although I don't know in what cond I will receive it..!!!

I have purchased the above-mentioned refrigerator on[protected] vide order no: SYM/SO2021/02579 by cash over the counter and I have been assured the delivery of the item by 3P.M by Subham Roy. But it is a matter of regret that the item of other model though on the cartoon my choiced model number was printed, was delivered at9.30. I am a senior citizen aged 61 years and had doctor's appointment at Burdwan my native place on02/02/21.Till now I have not received the delivery of my choiced item

Firstly, we have called at the uttarpara great eastern store and asked for the products details, Thy have said that they have dish washer in the store, but after going there we cannot find any dishawasher as they at the time said that the product is not available. Still we have purchased a dish washer, Voltas Beko 14 place dishwasher at 16th january and have payed the overall cash over the retail store only at Uttarpara great Eastern. they have promised us to send as early as possible as we have some urgency based on their so called words to send it from main office. Even today we are calling them several times (27th January), they have not yet send the product to our place and not even saying when they will deliver the product. We are paying money for this kind of service? what kind of fake consumer dealing is this? can i know? Just breaching the consumer conducts. Very bad service and degrading reputation and image day by day. We will be bound to take the legal step if we do not get proper response

I had made purchase of electrical appliances for about 3 lacs from great eastern 20th Oct'20 from BBD Bag, Dalhousie outlet. Bill is in mine & mine husband name. Pl refer phone no.- [protected] & [protected]. I was suppose to receive credit note for about rs 5000 committed by Ms Smita, . i am following her from last 4 months on Dec 24th she confirmed that she has received the credit note and will confirm me the amount. but when ever I call her she disconnects and never reverts post that. on Saturday i visited the the outlet finally to get the update. She asked another person call Mr. Pawan to attend us & she got slipped. Today too i called her again she disconnected and yet not reverted.
Must say that employees in your BBD Bagh hare highly unprofessional and with negative attitude for customer. Even when i i was asking for chimney installation your staff behave very rudely.
I deeply regret buying decision of appliances from Great Eastern. A local shop or even amazon would have definitely given better services than you. Thanks for teaching lesson to us. I assure that i spread word of mouth o[censored]r false commitment & never recommend your outlet.

Mr. Afaque contact no [protected] has misguided me about product(washing machine) delivery in the time of products purchase and whole day of product delivery date.
Educate your sales team, its harmful for your reputation and Goodwill.

I have purchased a microwave oven on[protected] and the same was supposed to be delivered on 30th itself. Shocked to notice that the microwave oven is yet to delivered. I called up Great Eastern Beck Bagan and spoke with Mita Ray who was the sales person at the time of purchasing. She was very rude and her response was that I will be receiving the oven today on[protected] as she forgot to update the warehouse for delivery on[protected]. She committed that the Oven will be delivered today. I spoke with the store manager and he confirmed that the Oven will not be delivered today as warehouse is unaware about the dispatch. Shocking with different version. I then called Mita Ray and she said to consider the commitment of the store manager as we was not aware about the dispatch details.

May I know the reason why the microwave has not been delivered inspite of making the payment??

Details attached below. Need a revert in priority for such irresponsible customer service. If the same could not be delivered on time then cancel the order and refund the payment made.

purchase a lloyd make tv having model no32h5678a/2019 led tv size 80 cm in the month of march 2020 from your graet eastern shakuntala park behala outlet.

My remote was lost and asking for a new remote since 5 months but failed to provide me the same till date.
The above said tv is lying useless since 5 months.

I have also provided the photo of the model no to the sales executive of your above branch mr. Bibhsh .

Further i would like to say that the said tv is also not good as compared to other brand available in the market.

Please arrange to provide us remote at the earliest.

Worst place to shop with. Ill mannered sales agent they just want 2 sell there product at any cost whether they had to commit wrong to customers salesman ( Indra )as they promised me tht I will get a cashback but when I asked them then they denied and said that there was no such offer and started misbehaving.

This is with reference to the order details below for a 32” Samsung TV at Kalyani. It has been over a week that all the payments has been made and inspire of constant follow ups and persistence request the order has not been fulfilled. As informed earlier, the TV has been purchased for a family consisting of Senior Citizens only and it is really unfortunate and frustrating that inspire of our providing urgency of the situation the TV has not been installed/Demo-ed yet.

Such unprofessionalism is not expected from Great Eastern and I will ensure that I highlight this incident and strong negative review in social media as well.

We ordered a PANASONIC NA- F70L9-MRB/7.0 KG TOP LOAD washing machine from Great eastern Barasat branch( R.O 15B Sarat Bose Road Kolkata W.B 700020, Branch -30, Jessore road, Barasat, Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, pin700124, west bengal)Order number BRT/SO2021/02442, on 08/11/2020 then they delivered a defective washing machine as on 11/11/2020 . Which was not regularised and properly activated on the demonstration day on 12/11/2020 by the technician due to incomplete water line..After some days we adjust the water line and started the machine but the water falling was not stopped in the machine and the tub were not spin, Here to note that the said machine was not used by us till this date due to irregular and defective water channel as said by technician later, hence prayer for replacement of the same by a new PANASONIC NA- F70L9-MRB/7.0 KG TOP LOAD washing machine.But they don't replace it still now.We don't want to repair a disputed machine which is new, we jusy want to replace ..very bad shopping experience .. So much disappointed.

Whirlpool ace 7.2 kg suprepe plus semi auto wm-grey were purchased vide order no. jhw/so2021/01284 dated 30.11.2020 which was delivered on 02.12.2020.

but great eastern, kalwar road, jhotwara, jaipur delivered demo piece of washing machine, lid have many scratches. it clearly seems they provide demo piece.

Purchased whirlpool 25 ltr jet crip conv. wmo from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd, Jhotwara, Jaipur vide order no. JHW/SO2021/01286 but they did not provide any booklet and one accessories (pot).

I booked one 262ltr whirlpool refrigerator on 23.11 and asked to make delivery on, 26.11. but on 24.11 I called to the shop, s phone no [protected] and asked to postpone delivery on 28.11 as 26.11 a stike was called by one of the political party's, the person who picked up the phone confirmed delivery on 28.11. since 28.11 morning till 6pm I waited for delivery. No delivery information was provided to me. Then I made several calls to the store no given but somebody knowingly was not picking up my phone and purposely disconnting. Then I rushed to great eastern beckbagan store and asked the store incharge about my delivery. He was very cooly answerd the delivery get postponed till 1st December. Now my question is if the delivery got postponed then why I have not got any information from the store. And how the staffs can be so irresponsible. I have full right to no the status of the delivery of the product which I have purchased after giving advance n fulfilling all the necessary process of rest of pending payments. I also got an sms on 27.11 that my product got loaded on the truck and the same day I called great eastern beckbagan n the store incharge confirmed that delivery will b make on 28.11. then how suddenly it got postponed for next 4days without any information. And being a very necessary product of daily life n being n working woman I have to suffer a lot for the delay in delivery. And I m really surprised to see the Store incharge was not at all sorry for his mistake rather he started arguing. I really want a very hard step tobe taken for the irresponsible activity of the concerned staff of Beckbagan Great Eastern n I need explanation of the delay in delivery. Such irresponsible activity is not at all expected a company like Great Eastern Trading Co

This is to inform you that I have purchased one 43" Panasonic LED TV from Great Eastern SERAMPORE. I have paid 13000/- in cash rest all EMI per month. I have contacted 2-3 times serampore Great Eastern and told about the matter. Still the amount not being deducted from my account i.e I am complaining through web site. Please look into the matter.
