      Hi

      I have placed the order at Grofers (Mumbai) on 1st of Oct'21 & also paid 30rs extra delivery charges for early delivery.

      But instead of that delivery is still not done & every after 2 days I am getting a new delivery date.

      Nobody on the Customer care chat window is giving concern team details.

      Total order amount is 2115 which is undelivered as on 18th ocy'2021.

          4 products were missing...I was suffering from covid n hospitalized..didnt check items within 4 days so they didnt refund money or deliver the items...y this reckless behaviour...we pay in advance and we dont get the items also...that is also we have to check..we pay n also we will also take responsibility...they dnt have any responsibility...they r cheaters ...dnt deliver items correctly...fraud company...

            Order no # ORD[protected]. ORDER DATE 31ST SEP 2021.
            This is for the 3rd time I am facing the same issue. Just at the time of delivery, I get a call from the delivery man that my order has gone into a wrong delivery zone that's why it will not get delivered at the expected time slot. Because of this I have to face so much problems. This time I want a compensation of facing so much of trouble as I am not getting my groceries delivered at the required time. As per the system it's still showing on ON THE WAY. The booked time slot was 6.30 pm to 7 pm on 1st sep 2021.

            They have forwarded this message to me. But my concern is that they are doing this always. They have giving the same excuse with my last 3 orders. I am fed. Everytime they say it will not be repeated but still it's happening. I want an answer.

            Heights.. I have got the delivery after 3 days. Is this a joke? And the worst part is that Grofers is not even bothered to look into the matter. They hardly care about customer satisfaction. They only send a saved msg everytime that our team will look into it and make sure it doesn't happen again. Same answer I get each and everytime I complain.

                I ordered above mentioned order on 25th August. It was assigned to wrong store location. The assigned delivery executive Rahul said he won't deliver to the address as we don't serve in that location. 100 times I highlighted this thru your customer care via chat as well as via call, but your associates are really disgusting. From last 2 times they are rescheduling it without any rectification. You can check my chats and recorded statements wherein I said Rahul will not deliver as he said clearly to me.

                Unfortunately they didn't listen anything rather they just delay things. Right now also they are in the same process. When asking to provide escalation matrix, they are not providing.

                  I'm not able to login to my grofers account. I also have smart bachat club membership (1yr) of grofers. My membership money is wasted if I am not able to use the account.

                    I ordered Desi Ghee, Amount of the payment showed Rs. 393/- only at the time of payment option, but the deduction was made for Rs. 442/only. Kindly check and resolve the issue.

                      I ordered online through Grofers but the amount was debited twice from my card, for the same transaction. Money had been deducted for the same order twice by grofers. Grofers is not giving me credit of extra amount charged by them.

                        This is regarding a a txn I did from gpay(UPI) from my icici bank and beneficiary (grofers). This txn was handled by razorpay. Txn reference number - RRN[protected] on 11th June 2021 around 12 in the night for amount rs. 1153 . Here is the isssue -

                        The txn got stuck ( processing ) for a few mins and did not succeed. Beneficiary application updated the status as failed. But after a few mins the txn displayed status as processed. But Beneficiary did not get the money and status was still failed for them so I did make another payment for them for my order.
                        I waited for the money to get back to account T+7 days . I did not receive any credit. I contacted beneficiary they told status is failed ( many times even I gave them the beneficiary account number of razorpay to which it got credited) but no luck. They did not budge. I contacted the bank multiple times but bank said payment is processed and gave out these details to which the money got credited

                        It's been over a month, I am not sure where the money went (zameen kha gayi ya aasman nigal gaya ).

                        I know ICICI bank won't do a fraud of rs.1200, 1200 rs has landed in grofers bank account and they are not refunding this amount.

                          Ammount has gone to grofers from amazon upi and also deducted from bank account .
                          I have a limited salary and my family depends upon me ... it is not a small ammount

                              I had ordered items worth 1160 Rupees and used a 1500 Rs worth voucher on the promo page for which I thought remaining amout would be credited to the wallet balance like every other site is expected to work, but I got no balance added and Rs 340 was scammed this way?

                              I would either want the remaining amount credited to the wallet or want my whole order refunded. Take your products back, I don't need them!

                                They not helping me they said they already did the refunds but I am not getting it from 2 months .

                                  I have purchased many products and they refund me but the refund not credited in my account from 2 months I have given him all bank given PDF bank statement and all the bank proves but they don't reissue my refund again because when refund not credited so they unable to help me and bank said they did their job well.

                                  So what to do why they don't reissue the money in their wallet or in my account. Please help me...

                                    Happened with me as well...
                                    They promised a cashback in my grofers wallet after which my account got locked.
                                    After researching a bit on of, I found tht I'm nt the only one facing this issue because everybody who had aa complaint to file against grofers regarding account getting locked, were promised a refund in grofers wallet. I think there's something wrong because everytime somebody is promised a refund in grofers wallet, they tend to block those accounts without any warning or prior notice. I've been shopping frm multiple sites online nd trust me, this experience is one hell of a matter nd I need it resolved. I asked them for a reason to justify my account being blocked nd they wer lyk.. oh u know, the system detects ur purchase n it automatically locks it. I wz lyk yea... So nw u think tht I'm a cheat customer when I've been loyal to u for more than 3 yrs... Hw the hell in the world can anybody mark u as spam user when I've been ordering for more than 3 yrs and all orders above 500/- this is ridiculous to be honest and there should be a very strict action taken against them. Yes I agree, I've been replacing/returning items too mch bt thts my right as a customer to not to accept defected/damaged/expired item, it's too obvious. They hv a record of it which they can't deny.. Nw nw they're here promising a refund in grofers wallet nd ultimately getting my account locked. Can anybody help me out in this to get my account unlocked on a priority?

                                      The company doesn’t provide any refund and account deleting not available there is false information on the web site account number and card details can’t edit I have contacted customer care no one replies...

                                      Very poor services provided by groffers and never resolved any complaint given to Customer care executive. Its working like government organization.we have complaint to customer care on sunday(18-Jul-2021). But till now we did not get any Solution. Today morning again call to customer care executive he said we register your compliant and forwarded to related team.
                                      Now the company only register compliant but did not given any solution. I think company going to close or ignore the customes issue.
