I made payment for an order on 16 August, 2020. The amount of 6372/- was deducted there and then from Axis bank account. Again suddenly on the 19 th August, 2020, the same amount has been debited from same account and credited to grofers, please see the attached document mentioning the order id ORD[protected] and payment of rs 6372 confirmed as prepaid on the 16 th August
The customer executive is not ready to understand the the amount has been debited twice, dismal and fraud company Grofers

Complaint marked as Resolved Grofers has credited the amount which was debited extra, I received after a couple of days back in my account,
So the company has remedial measures in place,
