    This is regarding my account, that is suspended without any prior information and reason too.
    I want to state that i sent many mails to grofers that i am not able to login, kindly do needful for the same.

    After many mails they reply that my account is suspended for any suspicious activity.
    As i am very old and regular customer of grofers should right to know why and when my account is suspended.
    When i had call with their customer care department they suggest the account will not be unblocked.
    This is very unprofessional and want to know that how can do this with any customer.
    I had some credit or orange cashback their how can they block my money in their custody.
    So pls you are requested to unblock my account on priority

      I placed order on 14th Oct 2020 and paid rs.3472.But order was not placed I complained to customer care .They initiated refund on 14th oct.But till now refund amount not received even after multiple followups.Grofers app has a serious bug that they deduct money from your bank account and dont place order or deliver items.They are cheating customers by saying they refund money and keep customer waiting for 7 working days and keep postponing the refund date.Never trust Grofers a fraud company .Never refer this app to friends or relatives.

In stead, Grfofers have delivered Sofit Soya Milk (chocolate). Delivery was made today. I would lke to return the item for replacement or for refund. Would appreciate quick action.

            I placed an order on 27 Sep and received it on 29 Sep, but due to corona my family did not open the packets. Order I'd ORD[protected]. On 3rd October when we opened the packet we could see that one item Fortune Refined Rice Bran oil 5l jar worth Rs.599 . Now when I tried complaining through app they say that they cannot help in this regard now . Also the person who delivered the items took the photos of the item.So I asked them that they could confirm through that pic too. But they are reluctant and saying that we cannot help you now.
            Please, it's a huge loss of Rs 599 to me.

              I have ordered total 10 items and on 26.09.20 and received on 27.09.20 out of 10 items 02 packets of oil pouch fortune soye health refine with immunity boosting and 01 packet of maggi masala noodles missing. I have received 02 gofers packet of red color one (01) was opened. Delivery boy said while claiming the steps it was open. I have made the payment to the delivery boy. Rs 2418. Delivery boy phone no is [protected].
              Request issue the missing items by tomorrow.

                I booked a order on 02 sep, 2020 amount deducted 2 times 1847 rupees means total 3694 rupees from my icici bank account through upi mode., but order not booked.
                Called to customers executive, they assured that refund processing & it will never refunded within a week., but not receive money. Today i called to executive, they told that still it's not process from my side due to technical problems. Today he again it process and now it take another one week.

                So, it very disappointed situation for me. Very bad impact for me. Grofers is not serious about customer. So., kindly refund my amount immediately

                  By orange cash you are duping your customers. It is a new aspect observed by me which will certainly earn bad names.

                  Hopefully, no resolution expected. However you should acknowledge that for last six months facility under orange cash was either suspended or allowed for very few products not saleable. Please desist from such illegal practices.

                      My name is ragini chakraborty, residing in kolkata. I placed an order for online shopping through grofers app. Against order no.
                      Ord[protected] amount of rs.2703 already debited from my bank account.
                      Rs 2703.00 debited from a/c using upi on[protected]:25:37 and vpa [protected]@paytm credited (Upi ref no[protected] from federal bank. However, it showed that order was not placed and i went for cash on delivery (Paid twice for same order). I had a talk with the executive, first they said that the amount will be refunded in a week and now they're saying no payment has been received and no refund can be initiated. I called my bank and they said that the amount has been successfully credited to grofers, and the lost sum can be recovered only on refund by grofers.

                        Gofers are bombarding me with promotion materials all the time. When I try to place order they say delivery not possible due to COVID. All other online groceries are delivering as my home is not a containment zone. This has happened every time I try to place order. Only at checking out they reveal this wasting my time. I want them to stop promotion materials and inactivate my account.

                          This is from the account of Chanchal Chakrabarti in Grofers. A payment of 704/- has been made for Order ID: ORD[protected] on 26 Aug, 12:27 AM. The package was received on 27th august but today 28th august the same amount has been debited from my Axis bank account at 3:23 PM without my consent. Below u will find an attachment of my last order and after that, no such order has been made. And how come you deduct money without even asking for OTP? Please don't damage your image by doing such fraudulent works. Resolve this issue asap and refund my money.

                            I placed the order on 20/8/2020... It was supposed to deliver on 24/08/2020. But the delivery person came and told that fortune soya bean oil 5l can cannot be delivered because last time i returned 5 packets of oil as packets were teared.

                            This is unacceptable that they give this reason. Does grofers work in this manner.

                            I called the cust service and talked to area sales manager, he told that the cans were damaged thats y they could not deliver. And then he assured that the product will be delivered as soon as possible and he has rescheduled the order. Now it was supposed to get delivered on 28/08/2020.

                            On 28/08/2020, i received a message that order is on the way and will be delivered by the agent ankit pandit by 7 pm. I called that agent and he said that ur order is of h block and he said that i am coming in 15 mins... Then he asked whats ur name,,, i told him my name.. Suddenly he said sorry your order cannot be delivered bcz the cans are damaged.

                            For grocery items, we had to wait for such a long time... 8 days have been past for the basic neccesities. They cancelled the delivery 2 times.

                            I want that appropriate action to be taken against grofers.

                                I had booked 3 orders on march 2020 by online payment. One was delivered, one was refunded in my account. But above mentioned order id yet not refunded into my account. Order id:- ord[protected] was cancelled by your side. Several time i have contact with your customer care and sent mail. Your representative promised to refund my amount with in 5- 7 working days. From march 2020 to till date 26/08/2020 i don't receive any refund against order id :- ord[protected]. Request to you please resolve this matter on priority basis. Please don't send me any fake promises and don't misguide me again. Otherwise i will take legal action against your company. Please solve this immediately.

                                  I'm writing to bring in your notice that the item I ordered was already used.

                                  I ordered a silk chococlate which appeared to be sealed from outside but when I opened it, it was crushed and already eaten by someone.

                                    I made payment for an order on 16 August, 2020. The amount of 6372/- was deducted there and then from Axis bank account. Again suddenly on the 19 th August, 2020, the same amount has been debited from same account and credited to grofers, please see the attached document mentioning the order id ORD[protected] and payment of rs 6372 confirmed as prepaid on the 16 th August

                                    The customer executive is not ready to understand the the amount has been debited twice, dismal and fraud company Grofers

                                      Reference to order number ORD[protected] Wherein one item was not delivered and one item of sub standardquality was delivered for which complaint was also raised . Refund request for both the items was raised with customer support . Though both the complaint was accepted by them however till date refund has not been initiated despite repeated requests and reminders .

                                        I had transaction by payzapp app. Through hdfc cradit card ([protected]) for rs 2474/- at grofer on dated 07/07/2020 but amount debited in my hdfc cradit card account but payment is not received at grofer account as said by grofers.
                                        Payzapp hdfc team given merchant reference number: grj0usj[protected]. For transaction rs 2474/- but grofers is not revert back of amount 2474/- till date. & also given irrelevant answers in my mails.

                                        This refund is not received in my account
                                        You are requested to do needful action
