    I have ordered for rs.850. Just now the amount has been deducted but order not met, in order to resolve the issue i called your another no.[protected] shared on google.
    But they gave me another no.[protected] for the same, and had done as they instructed,
    Instead of refund or order for rs.850, a rs.12200 deducted from my account
    Kindly look in to the matter and resolve

      I came at your site 7 aug 2020. My order id ord[protected], delivery date was 10 aug. It reschedule for 13 aug. I asked a day before to deliver. The chat concern team doesn't favor me to deliver at before. But when 13 aug i expected my order to deliver which did not deliver. So i came on chat. Cce ms. Rinki said it will be delivered at 13 aug in morning slot. I said what is the date today. She was unable to ensure me when will i get my order. Then i make a call to grofers, there mr. Manish spoke same line as last cce spoke then i asked what is the date of today. I asked who is responsible for this delay he said he is not responsible bcz your order could not packed. The way of communication of manish was also not good. Even he was saying i ordered at 10 aug. I asked him to arrange the call from senior. After some time i got the call from supervisor anuradha. She was checked the things and ensure the order will be delivered at 14 aug 2020. I also asked who will responsiblefor this delay. I am facing third time from grofers. This is kind of harassment. If i will not get order at 14 aug grofers will pay the fine. After the ensure i was sure i will get delivery of my order but it is still no delivery. Now when i again asked to one of senior of concern department she said for it. There is no policy for any compensation for coustmer if they don't get order timely and satisfaction answer by grofers team. Coustmer have to suffer. She will raise complaint and hope to deliver soon. There is leakage in one product so ground level team could not go with next procedure. When it will resolve the problem we will deliver it to you.
      Now i want to ask who is responsible not to deliver timely?? I am facing problem from last 3 ordered now i want there sgould be policy if company can't deliver timely there should be fine on company to give customer.
      They say communicate on chat now look the chat team doesn't reply if you complaint

      Delivered late. Not resolve the problem. The staff of Grofers don't support. There is no compensation policy for coustmer after harassment. They even not fullfil the commitment what they say.

        Did not get complete order. I only get 5 items, 12 items are missing. But Grofers is not accepting this. It's continuously saying we have been delivered all items.
        Infact they have delivered wrong items as well. One of there employee knows that i got wrong items because i got a call from him. He confirmed with me that did u get 2 pkts of Ashirwaad Atta. But still Grofers is not accepting this.
        Knidly do the Needful. This forum is the only hope now i have.
        I spent money on it.

        Now Grofers has blocked my account, so that i won't able to track my other items.
        When i have asked about it they are giving me ### reasons for blocking it. they have blocked it immediate after filing the complaint.

          Ord[protected], is the order id, placed and delivered in rr nagar bangalore 560098.
          There are missing items and groofers is not resolving the issue, they are saying there were no missing items. But the delivery person came to deliver the package he himself agreed there are missing items in call and i have recordings. Only 3 packets are delivered, i can easily prove that the missing items can never fit in these 3 packets with my whole order putting together, the missing items are 5 kilo rice, 10 coconut s, 3 water melon s, 1 muskmelon, 1 channa dal. But no one s responding at all even i raise complaints again n again.

              This is regarding my account, that is suspended without any prior information and reason too.
              I want to state that i sent many mails to grofers that i am not able to login, kindly do needful for the same.

              After many mails they reply that my account is suspended for any suspicious activity.
              As i am very old and regular customer of grofers should right to know why and when my account is suspended.
              When i had call with their customer care department they suggest the account will not be unblocked.
              This is very unprofessional and want to know that how can do this with any customer.
              I had some credit or orange cashback their how can they block my money in their custody.
              So pls you are requested to unblock my account on priority

              Same happened with me as well...
              They promised a cashback in my grofers wallet after which my account got locked.
              After researching a bit on of, I found tht I'm nt the only one facing this issue because everybody who had aa complaint to file against grofers regarding account getting locked, were promised a refund in grofers wallet. I think there's something wrong because everytime somebody is promised a refund in grofers wallet, they tend to block those accounts without any warning or prior notice. I've been shopping frm multiple sites online nd trust me, this experience is one hell of a matter nd I need it resolved. I asked them for a reason to justify my account being blocked nd they wer lyk.. oh u know, the system detects ur purchase n it automatically locks it. I wz lyk yea... So nw u think tht I'm a cheat customer when I've been loyal to u for more than 3 yrs... Hw the hell in the world can anybody mark u as spam user when I've been ordering for more than 3 yrs and all orders above 500/- this is ridiculous to be honest and there should be a very strict action taken against them. Yes I agree, I've been replacing/returning items too mch bt thts my right as a customer to not to accept defected/damaged/expired item, it's too obvious. They hv a record of it which they can't deny.. Nw nw they're here promising a refund in grofers wallet nd ultimately getting my account locked. Can anybody help me out in this or do I send a legal notice to grofers?

                I place a order # ord[protected], delivery boy delivered partial order to me. I have video and share all details with grofers delivery boy and customer care team.
                Grofers team saying all order delivered but i have cctv footage where delivery boy deliver bag to me and same bag i opend and make video.

                I asked with cc officer for email id where i can share details they are saying all item delivery we cant do anything thanks.

                  I cancelled the order from grofers on 3rd July 2020 of ₹1452 for which I had made online payment. After several complaints, they added refund amount to Grofers wallet, deducted it on 25th July 2020 to credit it to my bank account. Still I have not received any refund. It's more than 1month I have cancelled my order. They are using my money. Also, my credit card company has charged me this amount. I have to pay this sum as they have not refunded it on time. From where do I bring extra money in such situation. Now my bank will charge me around 1500₹ finance charges if I don't pay this amount. My mental harassment, torture & false hopes form Grofers is a different issue. I am really fed up of them. They just give the excuse of technical issue & ask 2 wait for 2-4days. I want my refund, late payment Interest charges & compensation for mental harassment & waste of time.

                    I have ordered few items from your respective app grofers and after the review i read i canceled the order and i haven't received my refund of rs. 1, 439 yet. There is only robo call and chat but there is no contact of a person to reach out and clarify the procedure. Please please do the needful as soon as possible and help me in getting my money back.

                      I was trying to place an order on grofers using PayZapp but it showed error, something went wrong two times. After 5 minutes ingot a notification that money had been deducted twice but no order had been placed. Kindly refund my 2008 rs (1004+1004)

                        I made an order of over 8k and used my card to pay for it.
                        The app showed transaction failed and the grocers app shows that no order was placed but, the amount was debited from my card as stated by a bank statement in the name of grofers.

                              I placed an order (Order no. Ord[protected] on date 20th mar'2020. I was not available at the delivery place i. E. Greater noida due to lockdown and this order was delivered on 8th apr'2020 in my absence. When i came to delivery place (Where i am living on rent) and asked the landlord about this delivery, he said that there was nothing had been delivered.
                              I tried to contact to customer care through grofer's app and grofers twitter account but i got only this information that this order was delivered successfully. Even i asked grofers twitter account to declare the receiver's name so that i could trace this order but yet i got no response from grofer side. Also share the receipt of receiving.
                              I usually place the orders to grofers in cod mode but this was the first time when i paid in advance and am still suffering.
                              I am having very bad experience this time as there no contact no.in grofer's app.

                                I order 1 kg almonds from grofers. They were bad in taste and have very bad smell coming from them. After having some I immediately felt nauseous. I raised complaint but of no use. They don't reply or solve whenever we raise a complaint. But this time it is not acceptable as I felt unwell after eating their product.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I have ordered monthly grocery items through grofers app online on 12th July, 2020. It was mentioned it will be delivered by 16th July, 2020 but before the delivery date I got the message that the delivery date was postponed to 18th July, 2020 with out any call or intimation. I though tomorrow it will be delivered thats fine but suddenly again got a message now that it was postponed to 21st July, 2020. Without intimation how you guys postpone and there is no customer support to raise the concern. Atleast can you help me I have used my all the money for this monthly groceries as I trusted your app.
                                  Please help me this as soon as possible take it as request because dont have money to buy from outside now.

                                    I have booked 13 Grocery product on 15July. And it was written that you will get product next days. I have received few products yesterday but the required product not gets delivered cost Rs 970. When I checked with customer support first he told me that it's a third party merchant hence you will get product in next 7 days. Then I asked him to cancel this order and refund my money because it's a daily used product so I need it urgently. Agent denied to cancel order and told me that this is a donation ordered and product will be delivered to some gurdwaras. How it can be possible- I have purchase 13 ordered and 10 product already delivered to my address on 16 July. Then how it possible that rest of the product become a donation. I want my product delivered to my given address Else need refund.

                                      Your order ord[protected] super store - worli has been cancelled as the checkout and delivery location do not match. Your refund will be credited to the original mode of payment. Please checkout after choosing the correct delivery locality.

                                        Dear Sir
                                        This to inform you that i have not received product which was needed and the order was placed there was sufficient time for the delivery slot was allotted to me, I have not received the order But one fine morning the delivery was reschedule for 13 Monday and Today again the rescheduled to 20th Monday Morning, My only request is that if you cant deliver the same on time dont operate in the big city like Mumbai, I further request you sent my needed /essential things and refund my money back also without fail.
                                        This will be the penalty for not delivering the things on the schedule date.
                                        Please take this on war footing and send my Placed order by couple of days without fail
                                        Requested for the same and help customer .
