Received all Ordered items in good order, ...good service.
Try to deliver early...you are taking about a week time to deliver in proper Kolkata even...pls. see to it.
Place order for more than Rs.2000/- first order free delivery...yes
Regret I did not get any FREE GIFT AND CASH BACK OF Rs.100/- from the bill.
As per bill, , MRP =Rs.2104/-
discount Rs 286.00
paid Rs.1818.00 by credit card.
Kindly explain as why promised cash back of Rs.100/- not granted and no free gift as well..

    On 22april 2021 I order some food item from grofers of rs 260
    And paid the amount thriugg online mode .it supposed to deliver or scheduled to deliver within 24hours ..but after making several complain that food item is not delivered after 5 days ..they also freezer the option of cancelation..neither they are delivering nor initiating the cancel of purchase...
    I made several complains to their consumer support but they not resolving the issue ..I just want my money back and to expose such kind of behavior of leading companies like grofers

    Shameless grofes now after 10 days cancel the delivery and initiated refund...but the cost of item was 320 rs
    Discount 60 rs ..after discount I paid 260rs now they initiated fefund 200rs
    How possible??? .how they cut 60 rs though I paid 260 rs for the above item

        Dear Sir
        I have placed a order (order no -ORD[protected]on 14 April 2021 at 11.11AM of 21 items, which was to be delivered by 16 April 2021. but after 9 PM when my order was not delivered, I called to the delivery boy named DIWAKAR Mobile no [protected], he said that due to some personal reasons he won't be able to deliver the item today and will deliver the order tomorrow morning dated 17april 2021.but suddenly grofers lucknow changed the order status from out for delivery to order placed without my consent and changed the delivery date to 20 April 2021 . on contacting customer care there was no reply. on consistently contacting the grofers customer care there was a typical response of due to operational issues the order delivery date is rescheduled. this is the monopoly of grofers in which they just harrase the customer. in which they do what they want without taking customer consent.
        on 20 April 2021 after waiting from 14 april 2021 for my order to deliver. they all of sudden called me to tell that we have to cancel the order[due to which I have to bear
        loss both mentally and Economically as prices of the items risen up as compared to 14 april 2021]
        what type of service is this??????
        if you don't want to deliver why take order????? and if you can't deliver the local delivery, you should cancel the order on 14 April when order was placed. or on 16 when the delivery was slated.
        this is the harrasing attitude of grofers lucknow which I think just want to harrase the customer in the name of customer service.
        kindly take stern action against the lucknow grofers jankipuram area. so that no one else can suffer just like me.

            I have placed an order on 26-Feb-2021 for INR732.00 with Grofers but later on cancelled it, however, I haven't received the refund yet. I have submitted a complaint to them but they only mention that we have issued a refund but it hasn't been credited to my bank account.

              I order online 13 items being Order No.ORD[protected] dated 10/04/2021 for Rs.1880/- . You promised to provide 3(three) free gifts for every order for Rs.1800 and above if order is made within 11/04/2021. My order is delivered but free gift is not given. If gift is not given why do you declare in your web side? I purchase my domestic required items from your side but never expect your favor. I need your explanation in this regard.

                    This is with reference to Order No. ORD[protected]. The partially order has been delivered today 27.03.21.
                    Early morning we have required tooth paste and find that it was missed.
                    The issue was raised with Groffers customer care and refund of Rs.235/- initiated.
                    But when matched the list of product it was found that the total seven item is missing.
                    Again we contacted with coustmer care, the delivery executive visited my home and tally the product and find 7 product is missing approx of Rs.1000/-.
                    Same told to their Manager.
                    After this my account is blocked and when I tried to costumer care they simply told that all item was delivered.
                    I have recived single orange bag and one 10 kg atta packet.

                    Action required from Grofers-

                    If they delivered all item than please send the video of packing team.

                    Confirm that single orange bag carrying 20 item ?

                    Please send my remaining order or refund my ammount.

                    I am trying to contact CEO of Groffers through mail but no response came till now.

                    This was happened many time that some item was missing from my order.
                    But this time large item is missing and they simply told that all item was delivered.

                    This is fraud company.The delivery executive not response any query and customer care blocked my account without any response.

                        I have placed an order on 16th feb for an amount of Rs. 605/- under order Id ORD[protected] on grofers app..After making payment immediately I cancelled that order..After filing complaint to their customer support they asked me to wait for 5-7 working days..Now more than 15 days have been passed till date I have not received any refund.
                        I am attaching the screenshot they have provided me.

                          My account has been blocked by grofers and they are providing me a reason that I have purchase lots of quantity this is very unreasonable point to blocked my account and no further message has been send by grofers side please unblock my account [protected] as soon as possible other I will file complaint against you in consumer forum

                              It is almost three months since I have been waiting for reimbursement of the amount due to me for the goods not received. To say the least, it is appalling.

                              Order was placed with grofer of amount Rs 1396 by UPI mode on 14 Feb 2021, which was cancelled later on, complain was raised worth grofer regarding the same, but b still refund not credited in the amount but as per Grofers refund was initiated on the same day.

                                From 19 Feb I am trying to call but no t able to contact. sent two online complaints and there is no response. O bought, along with other items, Doodh Peda. Whwen I opened on 20Feb21 it was fully decoloured and was fungus filled. Please replace it. Your bill does not have phone number etc and is non-redable.

                                  Yesterday I was supplied with Doodh Peda order along with other items. Today when it was opened . it had fungus and fully discolored. I tried to contact their customer care number ([protected]). BUT recorded message said it closes by 6:30 PM.

                                    I ordered on Grofers on 17 Jan 2021.
                                    As ongoing offer 100% guarantee Inaam. I won mixer grinder. But Grofers not delivered the same. After so many e-mails follow up they are not delivered the same.

                                    Want to take action against Grofers for this fraud .
