We have booked product dated as 17-Jul-2021 then time its showing product will be deliver tomorrow dated 18 jul 2021(Sunday). Sunday mornig we received call from delivey boy he asked me about address of my home and said i am in a way, But till now we did not received product. Now you are lossing faith of customers. if you are not able to deliver product at time why you received orders. First we spend our time to book product, after that we start followup for delivery.

    I've placed an order of amout Rs - 1678 on 13th July, 2021, 8.03 pm but even after sucessful bank process, it's showing "cann't process order, Trasaction failed" in grofers app. But money has been dudected from my account.

    Request you to please take neccesary action and please refund my money asap.

        I have placed order on grofers on 2 July and cancelled immediately .but still not received my refund .I contacted they sent me a attachment by after 12 days .the payment is not credited.

              I've asked for providing me duplicate invoices against purchases made during the period from October, 2020 to March, 2021 which I've lost and I neededed for my LTC cash voucher scheme. But it was denied and I was in complete awe to find that in today's technological prosperity grofers fails to provide me the same.

                I bought qty one packet of 10kg flour of Nature Fresh brand and after opening it today (07Jul) for use I found that insects and worms were running in the packet. I am using this product since three years but I had not faced this type of issue. This type of mistake is not acceptable and i am compelled to leave this brand forever. Next time onwards i will ensure not to use this product and I would also suggest others not to use your dirty product.
                I think I should claim my amount(299rs) I paid for this product.It will be honour for you guys to return this amount to my account without hesitation.

                  We ordered two bottles of Frooti as found good offer but what delivered was shocking. Taste of frooti was sour and thickness as compared to original was aslo very watery. Seems like in providing good offers items are adultery and contaminated. This is highly risk of our healh special to kids. Stop giving offers but provide items in original Cost but should be real and original.

                    For a small item which groofers has not delivered, they are willing to take risk of loosing customer but not refund.

                      I ordered some grocery items from Grofers on 27.05.2021 amounting Rs1900.The order I'd ORD[protected].But I cancelled the order on the same day.They assured me to refund the full amount within 7 -10 days.But I did not receive my refund amount.So, I complaint this matter to Grofers, contact their customer care executives.But they told me they have refunded the amount and given the transaction I'd.But I still did not receive any amount from them.So, I tried to reach their customer care again and again but I did not get any proper response and did not get my money.Its more than 30 days.Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.I am attaching the screenshot they have mailed me

                        I want to report my bad experience with Groffers today.
                        I placed an order with Groffers for miscellaneous grocery items worth Rs 2073. Order was delivered early in the morning.
                        The delivery boy asked us to check the items. As the person who took the delivery didn't know about details of order. We took the delivery without checking. However, the delivery boy took the photo of the products delivered.
                        Later, on opening the pack we found that one item ie olive oil bottle costing Rs 789 was missing.
                        When we raised the issue with Groffers they said that delivery boy had confirmed that entire order was delivered, so the issue is close.
                        We asked them to have a close look at the photo taken by the delivery boy. No olive oil to be seen there.
                        But Groffers customer care is immune to such complaints.
                        I want to bring this issue in front of you all so that no one else is cheated like this. Our take from the incident :
                        1.We trusted Groffers as such a cheating has never happened to us
                        2. We should always check the order if we are dealing with Groffers
                        3. Don't expect any complaint redressal from Groffers.

                            I want to raise to consumer forum that grophers has no formal complaints process and for everything, they will take a feedback and ask if there is anything else. They don't care about complaints. Second is that I feel they are laundering customer money because they take orders and then ever time there is a refund for items unavailable but the could not tell us at the time of order. They are misusing customer money and we cannot be sure if something you're ordering will be delivered or not, that's how bad their management is. I've raised this before and no one got back to me or this has been improved. I demand redressal for my time and efforts and investigation for their practices that lead to money laundering.

                              I realized that their product listing is incorrect with quantity and quality and when I returned their products they blocked me and kept my refunded amount. I had the club membership as well which I could not able to use since they block me.

                                I had purchase grocery from grofers thru order no. ORD[protected] and made the payment by Paytm with cashback offer and applied coupon code as well. However I have not received cashback so far and when I contacted with grofers they asked to contact Paytm and they are refusing for cashback.

                                It's very strange situation even my earlier cashback refused as I didn't applied coupon code and now with order ORD[protected] when I applied coupon code now neither grofers nor Paytm providing cashback.

                                If they didn't adhere cashback offer than why they advertised and asked to make payment thru this channel for cashback.

                                  I have order provition in Grofers on 6th of May for INR 3426.65 from my account mobile number ending with 586. Amount got debited from my HDFC credit card but the order didnt get placed. I didnt get the refund also.

                                      I am regular buyer from GROFERS HISAR 125001 for the last one month through ONLINE. On 2nd instant i placed an order vide ORD[protected].My delivery slot schedule was 12 noon to 4pm, in meantime at 11 am a phone call from Grofers HISAR vide mob no [protected] came to me and the person calling said sir if any defective material supplied you will have to get it replaced only through online complaint with whom u have placed ur orders, where as i was made to understand by customer support that u can return the defective material at ur doorstep while taking delivery from delivery boy.Sirefused to entertain his call and he threatened ur order will be cancelled and ur club membership will also be terminated. And they did the same. Now tell me where is my fault. you r asked to do the needful as Grofers Hisar people intentionally supply defective material so as to hrass me Regards BHUPINDER SINGH BEDI 66 D C COLONY HISAR [protected]

                                        I had placed the above mentioned order on 24.05.21 and so far not received the delivery and no further update from Grofers. Any effort is made to deliver this order????? need an update and such poor service will lead the customers to lose confidence on Grofers service and in today's world the choice is plenty for consumers. Expect a reply and update at least now. Let see.
