Dear Sir
This to inform you that i have not received product which was needed and the order was placed there was sufficient time for the delivery slot was allotted to me, I have not received the order But one fine morning the delivery was reschedule for 13 Monday and Today again the rescheduled to 20th Monday Morning, My only request is that if you cant deliver the same on time dont operate in the big city like Mumbai, I further request you sent my needed /essential things and refund my money back also without fail.
This will be the penalty for not delivering the things on the schedule date.
Please take this on war footing and send my Placed order by couple of days without fail
Requested for the same and help customer .

    Hi there,

    I am having no words, i had never expected that my first order on grofers
    Platform would be so difficult.

    Specially i want to speak about mr rajit or rajat to whom i spoke about the order delivery delay.

    I asked him can he do something as it was showing another week to deliver
    That means almost 2 weeks to get it delivered.

    As i already waited for 1 week now.

    After a while my order get cancelled without without giving any alerts,

    I don't know i just asked him to give me the contact of someone to whom i can complain or i can speak.

    Now it is showing i will get refund in 7-10 days.

    Requesting you please restore my order and get it delivered.

      I had ordered fruits from grofers like apple (Rs.199 for 4 pcs), promogranate (Rs.195 for 4 pcs) and orange (Rs.155 for 4 pcs), let me tell your all fruits were delivered was spoiled and bad quality, you can not eat even a single piece, such a pathetic quality & service of grofers. It raies a big question of their quality process for they claimed. Alos they denied to return the products & refund, please help me out to refund of rs.544

        My name is janardan i am a permanent customer of grofers. I ordered 25+ times from groffers.
        But not i am very disappointed my order i'd is ord[protected] i ordered items on 2/7/2020 delivery date is 8/7/2020 due to technical problem they reschedule my order on 11/7/2020 again they said we will reschedule your order on next slot.
        I wanted to know what's the problem?
        I talked with customer care that they cancel my order now n refund my promo code which i applied and also return my club bachat memberships which i used. But they are not agree they waste my precious time😠😠

            I had redeemed 1750 win win points on 2nd july for kadak tea when the terms and conditions mentioned that the minimum order value was rs 1000. When i ordered, i was not getting kadak tea for free rather the customer care said that there is a technical glitch and they will refund the amount for the product after i complete the order. I completed the order and asked them to refund wherein they said that they will refund the points only. The customer support cheated me here. Then when i took this to social. Media platforms, they assured that in the next order i can have the product for free. But now i see that the terms have been changed. The problem is transparency. I don't have any proof because they don't send a email when points are claimed. They should send an email with all the terms and conditions so that there is transparency.

              Full description-
              I have added extra items in the order which i placed few days back. This morning my items are to be delivered then also in my order status it is showing i can still add more items if i want to (This option should not be there if the items are getting delivered today).
              I added extra items of rs 664 on top of the items which i have already ordered. This afternoon i received my previous order items but the items which i have added this morning are not there. Even tough the amount is already deducted for the same. This a real big bug in your application so need you to rectify this.
              Desirable resolution -
              I have a humble request to return my money back i. E. Rs 664.

                Hi,

                Unsatisfied services provided to coustomer. With low quality products and untainted staff without any knowledge.
                I am sharing one recent incidents

                I am recently order from online app on 3 july 2020
                Grofers accepted my order of approximate rs 4000/- (Essential items only) when me place the order he give me option of membership but i am not interested for membership so i am placing orders with taking membership. Than he accepted my order & give a delivery date on 09- july 2020. When i am check my order status on 8 july delivery is rescheduled on 16 july 2020. Grofers rescheduled my order without my confirmation & not inform to me no any notification & call received from your side.
                Than i am calling to coustomer care and asked the reason for rescheduled my order and reason for not informing me. Thay not provide any proper reason to reschedule my order. They're rescheduled my order because i am not a member of grofers. And i am not talking membership of grofers. After 1 hours discussed with 2 consumer care person still no any solution provider to me. I am not understanding if you provide the delivery date 9 july how you reschedule my delivery date 10 or 11 july. How could you reschedule it's on 16 july without confirm to coustomer & still the coustomer care person is not provide any solution. If you not provide services why you are launched this type of online app or how could you compet with other.
                My worst experience with grofers.

                  Ordered from Grofers but received already puffed juice packs. When escalated and asked for return and refund. They said they can't confirm when they will pickup but they hold the money of refund until then.

                      I had order my daily essentials through grofers on 28 june they given me the slot of 30th june to get delivered after the without intimation same has been rescheduled on 2nd july I had wait till 2nd again without intimation same has bee rescheduled for 5th July I cant wait in this situation as there is no food at my home available further their customercare is very pathetic n unable to help for the query I want my product by 3rd anyhow

                        I had purchased two n95 from grofers. When i received those i found no specification which confirms that they are n95. There was no isi mark, i had reported that to grofers and it seems they are continuously neglecting the complaint by saying in this lockdown condition they cannot help. I wonder if they deliver the items why can't they take the return. I am therefore would like to escalate this through you.

                          I have order many items and got delivery on 13 jun and found some item missing. Told by delivery boy plz contact customer care for any return or refund. I have contacted on same day by email (Only option available) and got reply we are working on your issue.

                          After that i send more than 5-6 times email and every time same answer and no one called me and no response on return and refund process.

                          As two items is missing and 3 packet expired product delivered. Today is 30th jun still no one care about customer money and time.

                          Such a worst and third class service provider.

                              Today, i placed an order of rs. 3040 on grofers website through my pnb debit card but the website showed a pop-up that the transaction has been failed but the amount is deducted from my bank account

                                        It's been a week i have placed my order and it was rescheduled thrice and still am chasing for the same. And they are rudely saying that order cannot be delivered. I have been suffering for a week that ihave paid around 4800 rupees for this order also i was not able to go and purchase these things considering current situation.
