My order number is ord[protected]. I ordered some essential goods like groceries that were scheduled to be delivered today between 10 am to 1 pm. The delivery executive sanjeet singh (Ph - [protected]) called me around 11. 30 am and asked me to come downstairs and collect the order whereas i asked him to come upstairs (3rd floor) and keep it outside my door as the other delivery boys do.
He refused to do so even when i told him that the delivery items weighed about 15kg and i would not be able to bring it upstairs alone.
He still refused behaved rudely, cut my call, and went away with my order. O calling him again he again misbehaved, provoked me to shout and told me that my order has cannot be delivered now as he is busy, he also gave the phone to some other customer who also spoke rudely. I requested him to come back and leave the groceries downstairs only which he again refused and switched off his phone.
My request is to please take strict action on this guy and let him know the correct way to talk to people. I also want my order today as i am out of groceries and have already paid 3000 something for this order.

    My order-id-is-ord[protected] from grofers as on 17/april/2020.
    I havent recieved a refund of 183 rupees yet, already 7-10 buisness days have passed but still i havenot received a refund money of 183 rupees in my bank of baroda savings account yet, tell me what to do, your customer representative-mridul kumar has told me yesterday that refund which was initiated on 19/april/2020 has failed due to technical issues so he has escalated my refund issue to his team people & they are saying that refund has been credited to my account for 183 rupees & it (Refund credited has been a success) but no refund is showing in my bank of baroda account, what to do, kindly credit the 183 rupees as a refund my bank of baroda account at the earliest,

    dear sir/madam, my refund was credited today by bank of baroda, actually it was bank of baroda 's fault, i contacted my bank of baroda customer care department, they asked me to wait till 14 buisness-days (excluding saturdays, sundays & public holidays) from the date of issue of refund i.e, 19 april, 2020, by grofers so today was the 13 th day, i forgot to check my parents bank of baroda account in the today's-morning but when i checked in today's evening at 06:27 p.m. i saw their account has been credited with refund of 183 rupees, i am feeling very grateful to grofers also because their customer care department has given me ARN-Number-unique reference-id & also my transaction-id yesterday when i contacted grofers customer-care-toll-free-number-1800 208 8888, & they told me to give these 2 id-numbers to bank of baroda-customer-care- department when contacting bank of baroda customer care-helpline-toll-free-number, thanks to bank of baroda customer care representative & grofers customer care helpline department also, & thanks to consumer complaints forum also, thanks & regards, nidhi vig, Mr.Deepak kumar vig & Mrs.Krishnavig-My Parents.

        I have ordered for delivery of important items via Grofers (Order Number ORD[protected]. They have not delivered the items and when I contacted them through their chat window where as soon as I told about my problem the other person did not solved my problem and then later blocked my account. I later tweet them and then they left me customer support number. After calling them they mentioned they cannot help me as my account it blocked and they mentioned that due to network problem delivery person might have not called you but he had delivered the product, which is false. Customer Care person was rude and do not want to listen to complaint. Would not recommend to anyone in future

            I have ordered some grocery items from grofers on friday-17 april, 2020 at 08:27pm, so they promised to deliver my items as on sunday-19 april, 2020, they informed me in the sunday-morning that tata sampann dal tadka masala - qty-3 packets are unavailable with them so they have initiated a refund of 183 rupees to my original source of payment-that is bank of baroda-net banking savings account since it is a joint bank account in the name of my parents-mr. Deepak kumar vig & mrs. Krishna vig & bearing savings bank of baroda-account-number-[protected], since three days have passed & today is the fourth day, no amount of 183 rupees have been credited to my parents - bank of baroda - account-number-[protected] yet, i do not know whether gofers are saying truth or that is the fault from bank of baroda banking side but still i want a full refund of 183 rupees in my parents bank of baroda account-number-[protected] at the earliest so please/ kindly arrange to refund my full amount of money of 183 rupees in my parents bank of baroda savings bank account-number-[protected] at the earliest,

              I have placed 2 nos order on grofers dated 19th march vide order id's ord[protected] and ord[protected] where the order expect to deliver on 21st march. I paid total amount for both orders are rs 2692/- with total discount of rs 1085 as mrp of product was 3777.
              Due to sudden lockdown my order was rescheduled to 14th april and i have no issue with that since this was the nation requirement and need of hour.
              One fine day probably on 6th april grofers has cancelled my order from there own wish and refund the amount of rs 2692/-, but when i visited there app the all groceries are available with higher price and i was forced to buy those and i placed another order for almost same groceries for rs 3956 vide order number ord[protected] and all those are delivered on 12th april.

              Now i asked grofers to return difference of money as they cancelled order from there own wish and supplies same groceries before the scheduled time on higher price but they denied to give any refund. I request you to please look into this fraudulent activities doing by grofers to earn money on this lockdown situation where consumer have no choice.
              Moreover they stop applying orange cash on there site which they issued to customer in orange bag day sale which is also cheating.
              They supplied kankar pathar atta vide order ord07705546 for which they not listening customer greviences and cancel my request of refund.

              I can say government needs to take action and cancel grofers license.

                I orderedon 31st march 2020.. While paying online it showed that the order is not placed and the money will comeback to my accouunt within 7 days... On second attempt, with same massage on screen, i reported and after some time got the sms with orderr number... Tomorrow is my delivery date... While today i chcked my account i was surprised that the amount for which the order was not placed, is not credited back.. Then i check my grofers accouunt to find that this order is also showed as placed... I had to cancel and again they say, the money will come back in 7-10 days... Now i am very much suspicious about the delivey of placed order tomorrow as well as the refund of cancelled order..

                  I placed order on grofers on 22nd march and made an online payment of rupee 869. It suppose to deliver on 27th march but they reschedule the delivery on 14th april. I cancelled the order since it's not ok to wait untill 14th april. I got a msg that they initiated my refund on 27th but it's been more that 20 days i haven't received any amount. I sent multiple emails and contacted multiple time to chat support they are not providing correct information. I was told that the refund was initiated on 27th april on my paytm wallet. I sent my paytm wallet passbook to them and it's clear i never made any payment through my paytm wallet also not received any refund so far.

                  I need my money back but not sure whom to contact please advise.

                      I ordered goods from grofers app and chose to pay with paytm upi on 08 april 2020.
                      So i added rs.1431 in my paytm upi. But when i entered the 'pay and place order' option it shows transaction failed. But money was also deducted and my order did not place. So i lost my money.
                      I request you to take necessary actions and help me with this regard as rs. 1431 is not small amount.

                            I placed an order on 17th March before the lockdown in order to ensure supplies. however, they kept the delivery date by 22nd March. By 21st the lockdown started and the date was shifted to 25th March. I got really impatient as they didn't deliver on 25th as well and rescheduled it to 30th March. I cancelled my order. They still haven't refunded my rs 1069 and their customer service is unreachable.

                                I placed my order on 18th march and its 8th april today and i still haven't got my order and dont know when i will.

                                Their app showed many days they were accepting new orders but they didn't deliver my order not even yet.

                                Today again when i opened the app, they are saying they are open to accept new orders and are guaranting delivery within 72 hours but i just cant seemy to understand what crime i have done that they cannot deliver my order when they can accept new orders. I have been ordering grocery from grofers from past few years and they are taking advantage of this pandemic to treat me lower than others, not to mention i paid in advance by cc.

                                Seems like i will have to wait forever to get my order while they fulfil customers who are benefiting them more at the moment.

                                Very sad and depressing service by grofers. No wonder profit comes first then service,

                                    I have ordered grocery items on 19 march 2020 to avoid visit outside to follow lockdown. (Pfa pic1)
                                    Order id – ord[protected] after putting order, they gave me, date of delivery 1 april 2020 with which i was fine.
                                    Then they rescheduled delivery on 5 april and then to 8 april. (Pfa pic2)
                                    But i was angry because of late delivery but i did not do any action because i understand corona pandemic problem. Only i want items which i have ordered.
                                    On 8 april finally, i got items, but things are missing.
                                    It has been mentioned on bill (Pfa pic3). I told delivery guy to deliver items again but not cancel.
                                    But i got message that gofer has started refund process. I also send mail to them that if they started refunded they can deliver those items are missing on same price which i have ordered on 19 march.
                                    When i have ordered items that time price is very low and nowadays prices of items are very high. Please find attached (Pic 4 (Pic of prices of missing items) and pic 5 (Nowadays price).
                                    As obedient customer, what i am getting what? Waiting for missing item and even if i will try to order them, i will get them in high price.
                                    Even after waiting period from 19 march 2020 (21 days).
                                    I hope you will rescheduled delivery of items again on same price and deliver it to me asap. Otherwise please forward me my orange cash into my bank account.
                                    So that i will uninstall this app who deceive me in such critical conditions.

                                      Grofers never delivers on time mant time i had received 8pm to 11 pm 3times, but still not delivered. Yesterday again they not delivered as per delivery as per new scheduled. They have full of attitude customer care never respond properly even when try to contact them, late delivery and poor quality is not habit of them and they no responsibility for this even they don't give complaint number to you.

After that they have suspended my account without informing me. I am unable to login now. They have returned amount back except rs. 15 which was taken as zero touch delivery charges for packing. They have also initiated refund of rs. 28 grofers cash which i have used during payment but i am unable to see this due to suspension of my account. Besides this i have also rs. 3028 in grofers wallet as grofers cash but i am unable to use now. I have a proof of this. I have taken screen shot already. I have complained many times to customer care representatives via email and phone both but they are not solving my issues. If they want permanently close my account then please let me know and refund my money rs. 3071 which is due on grofers till now. Kindly do the needful so that i can get justice.

                                        Hi! The Orange cash available is a promotional amount which can't be reversed to any other mode of payment as per the T&Cs.

                                        However, please write to us at info[at]grofers[dot]com if you feel there is any discrepancy in the barring of services.
