For the above cited order which was placed on 21/03/2020, i had made an online payment of rs. 1202/- initially and later added a few left items for rs. 570/- and paid online. Ie., i had made a total payment of rs. 1722/- online. Now that after having waited for more than 10 days, i received a sms stating that the order is cancelled without giving any reason thereof and that a refund amount of rs. 657/- (Includes 137 grocers cash) has been initiated which would take 7 -10 days for credit into my account. Where has the balance of rs. 1065/- gone?? Why only partial refund has been initiated?? Money doesn't grow on trees!! It's my hard earned money and i want the refund or supplies worth that amount immediately!!

    Their so called customer care number[protected] is not working. I called on this no. [protected], he is very unprofessional, spoke rudely, he disconnected phone many times. They dont even do chat with customer only automated script they send. They are making fun of customer in this covid 19 situation. I ordered on 21st march paid online they accepted, afterthat without any notification they cancelled order for 26th march, asked many times to book as
    I have small kid at home and cant go outside for getting food. Then they again rescheduled on 2nd april. Today again they did same thing and cancelled. They are shameless. They do not understand customer's situation. Today they rescheduled on 5th april and then again cancelled it and started refunding. I asked why have started refunding. We need our product to be delivered. But this guy disconnected phone and in anger said you take your money back. I am totally herassed by this company. They make fake promises with customer and cancelled again and again

      Its really shame thing. I ordered many items from grofers and its suppose to deliver on 22nd of march but it got rescheduled for 2nd apr. I still not raised any complaint for the same but today major wrong things happens with me and its done by your delivery partner i received call from chandan kumar and he told me if i want my order i have to come out side and need to reach on his location which is 2 to 3 km far distance from home. I clearly denied to come and i told me you have to deliver at home location he said he ll cancel my order if i ll not come becoz he said he does not have location knowledge i told him i ll guide but he denied and i told him i ll mark compliant against him he said jo krna h kar do what ever you want to do he ll cancel. I raised issued on call with wasim from customer care he also not helped me and also i received call back from piyus he regrade for the same wt i faced and he told me he will he me to deliver to deliver item to me but still no resolution. Lastly i received call from chandan he said last time i m asking i ll come or not i said no but he marked as a derived my product i called him to ask why he marked delivered he said it his wish gain some argument happened and after that your delivery boy chandan abused me. Its really shem on you this kinds of # happening with me it is not acceptable i need proper action on it shame on you and your services i need call back. I need my item today you guys harassed me. I have call recording i am going to post on twitter right now.

        I had placed the main order on 26th march 2020 amounting to rs.1331 and paid through ticket restaurant meal card and the order had been accepted and was reflecting, however again on 28th march i placed an order of rs. 900 and paid through google pay and had clubbed it with the main order which never reflected but the amount has been deducted from the account, similarly on 29/03 i placed an order amounting to rs.3149 through google pay and clubbed it with the main order which was placed on 26th march and the amount has been deducted from my account however this order also did not get clubbed to the main order and was not reflecting. Now the main order has also been cancelled. Now i need to get back the refund of rs.5380

        Hi! This seems strange and certainly not the kind of experience we'd like you to have. We'd request you to help us with the order ID/registered mobile number for further proceedings on the same.
        I made a order on 20th March and made a payment of RS 3111 for the same. They rescheduled my order 4times and then cancelled. No refund has been done till now on 2nd April. I don't trust grofers anymore. They are cheaters.

        I placed order worth Rs 2500. Grofers has not refunded my payment even after almost a week. Why are they cheating customers in this time of crisis. Really unfortunate and unethical.

          I have ordered on 21st March and the delivery date was 27th March but 27th they changed the delivery date without inform me. When I report an issue they are replying after 15min, 30min and close the issue immediately with mark as resolved. Finally I talk with customer care where the lady ensure me that she will arrange the delivery as earliest as possible and scheduled on 8th april. On 1st April I checked that they cancelled my order again without inform me the reason where as the site is open for Kolkata.

            I have ordered some grocery items on 18/3/2020 and the date of delivery was scheduled to be 26/3/2020. After that on 25/3/2020 they rescheduled the delivery date on 10/4/2020.I called to customer care and he apologized for that and assured me to deliver my products till 10/4/2020.Now on 1/4/2020 they cancelled my order without my consent.Now at this stage of COVID 19 in our country they will cheat with people in order to make more profits.They will now increase the prices of all grocery items and take orders later on. They are real 'Deshdrohi' food and supply chain.please take strong action against GROFERS.

              I paid ₹2069 but got message ₹12 will be refunded. My order got cancelled when they are delivering everywhere else. Do understand the situation am willing to wait but they simply cancelled as per their convenience. How do i get my money back? Worst part is their customer service is so horrible. It's customers simply can't reach them. There's no way one could reach them. No matter what they should refund my money. ₹2057 is not a small amount. They need to pay me back.

                I had ordered on 18.03.2020 under order id-ord[protected] for delivery 22..03.2020 but they had re-schedule my order for 29.03.2020. Now grofers again re-schedule for 14.04.2020. It is unbearable. You can understand, in this time necessity of food for my family.
                I request you to resolve my problem and ask to grofers for deliver my order as soon as possible.

                I had complaint to Grofers against re-schedule my order for 29.03.2020 instead of delivery on 22.03.2020 through toll free number 18002088888. But I had not received proper response from them after all I had to wait till 29.03.2020. On 29.03.2020 Grofers again re-schedule my order for 14.04.2020. I had called them on 18002088888 many times. After many request Grofers re-schedule my order for 05.04.2020. But I want my order now because Grofers providing delivery against new orders. I have seen in my neighbour. Even I had understand their problem and wait till 29.03.2020. I request you to put some pressure on them to deliver my order on time. You know already this time is very crucial.                   While adding to cart, the site showed me Tuesday 24th March as the delivery time. But after i paid the money it rescheduled the date to 31st March?

                  This is dishonesty. Website should inform the correct delivery date before collecting payment. Pls cancel my order and refund money.

                    I placed two online orders placed on 24th february 2020 with order id: ord[protected] and order id: ord[protected], which was cancelled due to discount coupon code not applied. But, the refund amount for both of orders not been credited to me till now.

                    Order date: 24th february 2020
                    Paid through: sbi debit card.

                    I had been contacted several times to grofer's customer care team over phone and through mail, but they every time said go to your bank.

                    I have arrange to received duly signed statement latter in written from bank where bank clearly mentioned that refund credit amount not received. This letter i already provided to grofers.

                    Grofer's team telling me same thing, they doing a misleading with customer. They are doing nothing to credit me refund amount total of 3188/-. They didn't replied yet me of query which i sent to them on "[protected]@grogers.com", ticket id 9942917.

                    I am suffering a lot for last more than 20 days, i got harassed by grofer's, but grofer's still do not want to resolve my issue.

                    I called to Grofers several times on number 18002088888 and mailed to [email protected] as below on 13th March but Grofers didn't responded yet. Dear Team Grofers, I placed two online orders placed on 24th February 2020 with Order ID: ORD076108078 and Order ID: ORD047367129, which was cancelled due to discount coupon code not applied. But, the refund amount for both of orders not been credited to me till now. Order ID: ORD076108078, Refund Amount: 1644/- Order ID: ORD047367129, Refund Amount: 1644/- Order Date: 24th February 2020 Paid through: SBI Debit card. I had been contacted several times over phone (180020888888) to Groffer’s customer care team, but not resolved my issue of refund. Then I raised complaint through resolver (https://complaint.resolver.in) with Grofers case: RES7145770. complete case file enclosed. As per customer care and resolver team replied me to contact to bank, I go to bank 3 times, provide them all the refund transaction IDs and reference nos. which you (Grofers and resolver team) provide, but bank denied receipt of any types of credits of refunds. I have arrange to received duly signed statement latter in written from bank where bank clearly mentioned that refund credit amount not received. (Bank letter enclosed). Further, please do not suggest me to go to respective bank to check refund credits because I have already done this 3 times. You should understand this with your common sense that I already done this exercise many times. Now, I am got harassed and suffered a lot, hence, raising a last disputes request to you, please co-ordinate with your payment partner team and bank at your end. And arrange to credit my refund amounts to my bank account on very urgent basis, otherwise, as per consumer rights, I will file a case to consumer court. Enclosed: 1.                         As per add given by grofers that Guaranteed Free Kishmis with Every Order in the captioned advertisement or on Grofers App it has mentioned that Guaranteed Free Kishmis with Every Order but no where it is mentioned that Customer have to free item with their order I had ordered for Rs.3518/ but I haven't received free item when i have enquired with their customer care i was told you have not added item in your order so you will not get
                        Now when it is not mentioned anywhere that "Customer have to add free item" so how anyone know to add secondly how customer know which item/product is free This is clear cut cheating with customer

                        Grofers advertises big about their offers. But please don't fall for it. They will never give you what they promise. It has happened 2 times with me. The worse is their chat support. It will make you wait and never come with a solution.

                          On 1st march 2020, i purchased goods worth rs.2485 videord[protected] from gofers. However, i have not received free 500 gms of kismis (Raisins) as per the offer declared by grofers at the relevant time. It was nowhere mentioned that this offer was not applicable along with another offer. I feel cheated at the hands of grofers. Grofers sells goods at a higher price than d'mart. For example 500 gm cadbury bournvita health drink refill is available at rs.189 on dmart. Whereas, grofers sells it at rs.201. So, gofers challenge that इससे सस्ता कही नहीं मिलेगा guaranteed is bogus. Grofers by announcing fake and bogus offers lures customers to purchase costlier items. It's malpractice on the part of grofers.

                            I placed 3 order on grofers last week of february 2020 in first order i already file complaints regarding delivery executive mr. Santosh and same person come for delivery and again in my order some items were damaged and some items were missing and i filed complaints regarding missing order grofers denied to give me refund and again in second order same thing happen 2 items were missing so filed complaint on grofers app they assure me that i got proper resolution for that after assurances my account got blocked and my future orders were cancelled which is ready for delivery.

                                The issue that I have experienced was: I placed the order no. ORDO81485654 on 02.02.2020 delivery on 05.02.2020 between 10 AM to 1 PM. I paid the value of order while booking.
                                On 05.02.2020, my order was not delivered but I got SMS at 12.43PM that order stands delivered.
                                My issue with customer care through CHAT / EMAIL bringing no results. The SE named by chat section was not available on calls.
                                Every time I get a sterio type reply.
                                I want my ordered items to be delivered at per terms of order immediately days, plus Rs 5000 damages for breach of contract for no fault of mine.

                                It occurred on: 05/02/2020

                                1. Please arrange delivery of my order at the earliest.
                                2. Pay me Rs. 5000 as damages.
                                3. Ensure that your staff / systems do not play such dirty tricks with customers to save your goodwill.

                                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                    Delivery people are selling our ordered products to someone else at higher price, as i booked my orders at very discounted price. I complained to a sales manager but even he is not responding. This is happening in sowcarpet area of chennai, tamilnadu.

                                    These people are taking advantage of discounted price and making profits.
                                    They are also denying for delivering our orders to our doorstep and asking us to come to some corner for collecting else they will cancel the order.

                                      I placed a prepaid order on 22/01/2020 for rs. 1651. They promised to deliver the products till[protected] but now on[protected] i recieved a message that the delivery of the products has been resheduled till[protected].

                                      Just for delivering in the same city they are taking like more than 15 days and still dont know if it will be delivered even till 11-feb.
                                      Also, there is no customer care available for grofers and cannot even contact them. Its also too frustating when i tried to chat on their website and they cant even respond.

                                        There is no response from the grofers team..

                                        My order was placed on 20/01/2020 and they were to deliver it on 22nd.. But they rescheduled it to 29th.. But didnt deliver it again.. And now they have rescheduled it to 8/02/2020.. The amount of 1389/- has been pre paid by card.. I contacted them several times.. But no response.. Few of the contact numbers are in-correct. This cant go on like this.. Either i get back the amount if they cant deliver in a day..

                                        This is to inform you that the orange deodrant i have received cannot be used as the nozzle is not working and its leaking. I tried to raise the complaint in the apo itself but its showing server error from yesterday. I would like to have refund for the same.
