Pathetic service,

Stuff was not delivered on time hence i cancelled the order and i got the refund of approximate rs - 660 something.

But again on 5th june i made the payment of rs - 889 for another order and it was debited from my credit card but i can't see anything about that order in the grofers app.

Also there is no option to reach out to customer care for refund.

Damn those guys have automated options for chat.

I need my refund of rs - 889 asap.

Kindly escalate on high priority please.

    Done a online txn and same was failed. Partial amount got refunded however refund for txn id[protected] was not given. Grofers cash debited but amount not refunded. Raised complaint 3 times via chat. 2 times told will be refunded in 7 working days and when same was not done third time told it can't be refunded as valid for 60 days. Is this customer fault if txn failed due to your bad server and then mis commitment twice by gorfers customer care team

      I purchased a product with my 1300 win win points which was Fabric conditioner .But the product is never in stock whenever I placed any order .I complained this on 1st Jan 2020 and after Jan several times I complaint and everytime they say we would resolve this within 14 days .I contacted via mail, call, chat option and messenger Grofers option also .But my experience became worst day by day and its been 6 months still the issue is not resolved .There are many other snapshot where chat representative said that it will be credited but never got credited.

        On 6/11/2020 at around 8:15 pm I ordered of Rs 1774.00 the money was deducted but the order was not placed it was not showing in my placed order details neither message is coming of confirmation of order kindly credit back the amount please

          I had placed on grofers, order id ord[protected] for rs.1, 273/- on 16th april 2020. The material was to be delivered on 17.4.2020 between 7 am and 1 pm. For this an extra membership charge of rs.75 was taken by them. I waited for the order, but it did not come. When i called up the delivery guy, he said that he has taken my material to another area since his gps showed a different address. (Similar complaints i have seen online from more customers that their app changes the address on its own). So, he said that goods will be delivered on 18th april morning. At midnight, i got an sms from grofers saying that material will be delivered on 22nd april (Surprising since my order was already dispatched to some other wrong address and the delivery guy had confirmed that it would be delivered on 18th april. Since i needed the groceries urgently, i cancelled the order and went to a neraby store to buy the stuff. They said that refund will be credited within 8-10 days. However, even after several emails and chats and telephone calls, they did not refund my money. Then again on 3rd june 2020, i wrote a mail asking for my refund, since it was already more than 45 days now. Within 5 minutes, i got a call from grofers telling that he has revceived my mail and will process the refund. I had paid by a meal card. He said that refund is not processing in that and asked my upi numberthat he will directly transfer the money in my bank. Trusting him, i shared the detail. He refunded partially only rs.500 and then said that process is slow due to portal problem and less staff in this covid time. Then line cut and he called back asking me to fill up a surveymonkey form mentioning the balance amount receivable. I mentioned rs.737. He refunded the same. Then he said that because of the problem caused to me, as a goodwill gesture, company is offering a cashback of rs.5000/- on purchase of rs.2000/- and asked access to my email id for processing the same. Sensing something fishy, i did not give him my email credentials. I kept my bank account open in case there is any fraud. Then he suddenly deducted rs.5000 from my account. When i asked why, he said by mistake and immediately refunded rs.5000 back. Then he deducted rs.5000 from my son's account and credited back the same. Then line disconnected. Within 5 minutes my son got a call from suspicious transaction dept of hdfc bank and we immediately asked them to block the account to avoid any fraud. I called up my crm at the bank also and he confirmed blocking the account. I immediately wrote an email to grofers informing them about this incident. But the have not replied to me even though 6 days are over. Then on 4th april, i went to my bank and wrote them to open the accounts, which they did on 6th april evening. We had put in new passwords. Today on 9th april morning, suddenly between 11:30 am and 11:32 am 6 transactions took place taking away rs.1 lakh from my account. We have raised a complaint with cyber cell of police. There is no doubt that the staff of grofers is hand-in-glove with fraudsters and is looting away money of customers... And grofers doesn't bother about its customers. It doesn't refund for months together, it doesn't even bother to respond to mails mentioning fraud attempt for more than 1 week and even doesn't check employee's honesty. Pathetic.. Do not shop from grofers. Otherwise the wolves sitting there in form of employees will loot you too.

            My grofers account gets blocked due to false statements of delivery boy, he cancelled order from his side and complained. And i have much money in my grofers wallet, and also have order something that time... And all that gets wasted please help me i am. Poor students. They did fraud with me

                Hi team,

                Please help.
                Grofers is a fraud.
                I placed an online order of ₹6, 072 1... Days ago and paid them entire money in advance. They firstly denied to deliver the order and postponed it for today i. E. 6th june 2020 and today too they denied to deliver and postponed the delivery to next saturday i. E. 13th june 2020.
                Therefore ihave cancelled my order but they will refund my money in 7 to 10 days.
                I want my money back immediately.
                Grofers is a fraud company.
                Please help me get my money back.

                  We receivedour order on 30.05.2020, immediately after receiving the order we cross checked all the material and found that 1 atta packet was teared off, so we just called on [protected] grofer number and it got disconnected after ring and all of the sudden we got call from one of the grofer representative from [protected] and he returned our money but he again called us that he has transfered 5000 rs so plz return back to him.
                  We returned back the money and from 01.06.2020 my account got debited by 70000 rs till 3.06.2020.

                  I just called on the toll free number, call got disconnected at their end without conversation and all fo sudden i got call from one of the other number. Here i want to know how that person knows that i am calling on grofers, there may be two cases, first the delivery parter would be knowing that the packet was tear out and second was that customer care persons shared my number to fraud persons.

                  Here i want to ask what are your packaging standards? What is ur pdi before material dispatch?

                  The fraud was well planned by its delivery partners or your crm team as i called only your toll free number but all of sudden i got call from some other number, who might get information from ur delivery channels or from from toll free operator.

                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: food & groceries the issue that i have experienced was: at time of delivery one item 10 kg tide detergent powder of rs. 786 was not delivered due to quality issue on dated 9th march.

                      It occurred on: 9/05/2020

                      I want my valuable money rs786 to be refunded.

                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. Please refund my money to grocers cash which is adjustable to the next purchase otherwise if you allow me i will send my bank detail. Pls. Do it...

                        I ordered 10 kg of sugar from grofers and they delivered only 5 kg sugar. They are not refunding the amount of 5kg sugar which wasn't delivered.

                          This is regarding to the refund not received from grofers. Since they did not delivered my order of inr 2394 even after rescheduling it twice, i cancelled the order on 16th may 2020.
                          Application shows refund has been initiated and will reflect in account in 7-10 days. It's been 10 days already. No one is responding on customer support.

                            Hi,
                            Grofers provide a option that part of any money spent on their website is saved in their local wallet (Called orange cash), and then this amount of money can be used against any new orders.
                            I have around rs320 in my orange cash.
                            Recently, grofers disabled orange cash without giving any notification. Thus, the money i thought i can use for any order anytime, is not available to me.

                            On contacting customer support through chat option, the reason they give is that this is done due to covid crisis. However, it is hard to understand how can access to be denied to customers to the money that is supposed to be in customer's wallet and how it will help grofers in delivery essentials to customers.

                            This seems like a way for company to fleece customers during this crisis and using the crisis as an excuse.

                            I contacted their customer support (Chat option, person name avinash) and requested the support person to escalate this issue to his reporting manager. However, the respective support person refused to do so, saying that this is company policy and the senior staff will give the same response.

                            I am lodging this complain. Please take action on this.

                              I made an online payment on grofers through airtel wallet. Money was deducted but order is showing 'not completed'.

                              Amount deducted : ₹ 1002

                              When i contacted my bank they replied that your transaction is successful and money is successfully transferred to grofers. But grofers is saying that they didn't received any amount. Even while paying the amount in end it was showing that transaction successful but on grofers page it was showing - 'order failed'.

                              Pathetic service by Grofers. Money was successfully transferred to them right then. But order was not placed. To refund my amount i had to do lot of things. I emailed them many times. Refunded my amount which took more than 8 days. 0 🌟 to Grofers.

                                  This is unethical way of business strategy. You have given TnC for orange cash and not abiding it. You have blocked orange cash for all customer so you can have your profit margin. When we need to use it you are suppressing unethical business strategy on us. There is no use of such application if it took benefit of helpless consumer.

                                      I placed an order of groceries from grofers on march 20, 2020. The order number is ord[protected]. The order was prepaid done through paytm through registered debit card. The order while being shown cancelled on the app, i still haven't received any return. The total amount was 815 rupees. The order was cancelled on april 1, 2020 amidst pandemic concerns.
