This is the consequent fourth time that the delivery boy has delivered order between 4.00pm - 6.00pm, even though i have selected the delivery time slot between 8.00pm-11.00pm. It becomes inconvenient for me to receive the order at that odd time.
If the delivery boy cannot deliver the order at the preferred time slot, then why is the grofers giving us the option of time selection?
Pathetic service from grofers.
Hope the team resolves the issue soon or else i will stop buying from grofers.

    Pathetic service by grofers. They are not able to deliver order which was placed 15days back and it has been rescheduled 4times till now and there is no urgency by the team to deliver despite i have raised a complain. Never expected this kind of service and will never order from grofers. They can only lure you with discount but after service is horrible

      I called many. Time your customers support. Each time i got same reply our delivery. Team is working on high. Priority.

      But no solution.

      #grofer is highly unprofessional, please let me know if grofer is willing to provide solution

        I had placed an order ord[protected] on 18 august 2019 and the same was supposed to be delivered on 23 august. On 23rd i received a msg that your order is delivered which was not, i had informed this thing to grofers chat section they told me that thew'll check and confirm. Later on the next day they informed me that they have checked and the order has been delivered. I raised my concern again and again for 3-4 times and the reply was the same.

        After 48 hours they confirmed that there's some error and that's why the order has been marked as delivered. I received the refund.

        But, my concern is that i placed the order in an offer period and so the prices were on lower side and now the prices are on higher side or they are out of stock.

        I cannot accept the refund as a ssollution, because first of all i had to wait for 5 long days for my order then i had to keep chatting for 2 days to confirm the issue and now i have to pay more to get the same products or i have to wait until the products are back in stock...

        These guys are making stories because i have read other similar complaints as well and i think that grofers ran out of stock due to heavy demand during offer period and ran out of stock. So, to cover their incapability of meeting consumer requirements.

        I want to ask grofers a question if they ordered and paid for 10g gold from an website which is supposed to be delivered after 5 days and in that period gold price increased by rs.5000 per 10g. On delivery day they receive a message that due to some reason they cannot deliver the order and have initiated the refund or you have book a flight to attend a meeting with the investors and on the travel date they cancelled your ticket and refunded you with the full amount. Now, in both cases if you'll place another transaction the price would be more due to dynamic in nature... Will you accept that???

        I hope i have been made myself clear. Either i need the products to be delivered or i need the diffrence of increase in the price.

          So I added Rs.807 in my paytm Wallet. But when I entered the 'Pay and Place Order' option money was also deducted and my order did not place. So I lost my money.
          I request you to take necessary actions and help me with this regard as Rs. 807 is not small amount.

            I have placed an order using grofers on 9th of august.
            The order amount was 1515 rs.
            While paying the amount in the payment options there was an offer.
            The offer was if i pay using aritel wallet i will get 10% cashback (Max of 150rs).
            I have made the payment using airtel wallet.
            But i have not received any cashback till date.
            When i have contacted grofers customer care they said to contact airtel customer care.
            When i contacted airtel customer care they are saying i am not eligible for the offer.
            I want to file a complain against grofers for showing the offer which was not there from airtel.
            I have made the payment under impress that i will be receiving cabbage.

              I had ordered products worth rupees 2106 on august 11, 2019 and the delivery was supposed to be delivered on 13th in the time slot 4-7pm but i received an sms on the day of delivery that order has been rescheduled and the next delivery date is 17th time slot 8-11pm. On 17th i received an sms that your order is out for delivery but the delivery never occured. I once again received an sms that order we have received a request to reschedule your order delivery which i never requested in the first place. The next date provided was 21st and again on 21st, there was no delivery and this time no sms notification to inform me the next delivery date. So i checked my orders in my grofers account and found out that the new delivery date is 27th august. I was never informed of that. I had ordered many chocolates for the purpose of gifting on rakhi (15th august) but due to delays i had to purchase gifts again from the local market and now those chocolates were of no use to me so i cancelled the order on 22nd that is today. The cashbacks and offers are of no use if the products are not delivered on the promised date. Luckily we were having groceries left for another 15 days, else we would have to do grocery shopping again and the order would have arrived may be on the day we purchased the groceries from the local market.

                I have placed an order on sunday first delivery schedule was on monday but delivery boy did not get my order and he said "krlo jisko call krna hai mere paas apka order nhi h". Then delivery schedule has been changed to today i. E. Wednesday and slot was 8 to 11pm. Now delivery boy number is switched off and it's been 11:21 pm still i'll waiting for him to deliver the order. My order number is - ord[protected].
                Their service is worst service i have ever seen and its not happening first time with me. It happened third time in row.

                    Then i talk to customer care tgey promise me that it would be done on 20 aug between morning 10 to 1 p.m
                    But today on 20th they again texted me tgat delivery is reschedule to 26 th..

                        Terrible customer services ever seen. At grofers you dont care at all. Pathetic service ever seen. Always misses some items and plays some stupid cheap tricks to reorder the items and to shop again with grofers. And none of your executives ever given a resolution for an issue. You do what ever you like. Every time we have to pay additional delivery charges for the missed items that is your fault. Will share the amazing shopping experience with all my friends. Recently ordered few items and most of the items are not delivered and also refund automatically process though i was not asked for. Also, they have not credited cash back even after following up on a daily basis.

                        Just to remind buyers, don't purchase anything from grofer thru pre-paid (Payment like debit/ credit /other payment) otherwise you will run behind with customer care which is worst. Always purchase cash on delivery

                            I have ordered on 11th august for grocery product through grofers wherein i suppose to get the order on 13th aug..

                            One fine day i received message from grofers that your order cancellation request receive however i have not raised any request for cancellation. After that i received msg from grofers that my order has been rescheduled to 15th aug.

                            I agreed on his rescheduling. But now again i received msg that you order is again rescheduled to 19th aug.

                            This is not acceptable. No one can wait for 10 days for grocery products. Its monthly requirement of everyone and company is taking 10 days for delivery?

                            I have made the payment at the time of placing my order and they have not delivered order yet and enjoying my money for 10 days..

                            This is really serious concern and such companies are making customers fool.

                            We need to raise this issue seriously and customer should get compensation who have cheated by grofers

                              Please do something its a big amount

                                    We regret very much to inform you that under my mobile no [protected] we have ordered grocery items worth rs. 576 and the order number is[protected]. This was supposed to deliver on 10th august between 8pm to 11pm. We received the message confirming the delivery done on the same. To our surprise it was not delivered till date. You have to deliver the said order no[protected] to-day at any cost, failing which we will go to consumer court for compensation.

                                      My order ord[protected] was scheduled for delivery on 11th aug 2019, 2000 – 2300 hrs. My wife had been trying to connect to delivery agent from app at ~2300 hrs but the call was never attended. (Pfa screenshot)

                                      But suddenly i receive a sms on 23:49 that the order is delivered without the order being actually delivered to me. (Screenshot attached). I found that grofers call customer support on[protected] is operational only from 0830 to 1830. (Failed attempt at 23:53, screenshot attached). I immediately connected to chat support who provided me the number of delivery agent akshay gurav +91-[protected] at 23:55. (Screenshot attached)

                                      All my attempts to connect the delivery agent from 23:55 have went unanswered (Screenshots attached). Over and above it the deliverer switched off the phone on my repetitive call attempts.
                                      This type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable.
                                      How can grofers allow the delivery agent to mark delivered without the knowledge of customer who is expecting delivery. What type of validation does grofers implement to ensure the delivery boy isn’t playing any mischief as in this case.

                                      Continuing with chat support beyond i found the chat support is equally helpless & reporting the obvious that they arent able to connect to delivery agent. (See the screenshot)
                                      The chat support seemed incapable or toothless, as they did not try connecting the manager / owner of super store and kept connecting to only the delivery agent.

                                      The chat support only repetitively had generic response to have patience. Grofers isn’t able to provide the service, has no control whatsoever on the actions of vendor, vendor can easily shed his responsibility towards grofers & customer, & the customer who has paid upfront has to show all the patience. Seems completely unfair in face of fact that no patience is seen from grofers end for payments.

                                      If grofers / their partners cant honor their delivery commitments (Even when its a slot), i see no value of rendering their service. I would not be willing to have any order delivered to me now & ever in future. I request them to refund all my amount (I had to order this time as rs. 254/- were blocked with them from last order on account of abrupt unavailability of items. Funny that they accepted in first place.

                                      I have mailed them the screenshots as events unfolded. I connected with the delivery boy at at 0104 hrs (after 17 attempts) and he informs me my id was being used by someone else & he has no clue of order. This is clear case of cheating & deceit.

                                      After 5 hr I see response quoting "grofers would need 24 hrs to resolve the querry". & then the support team marked the QUERY as RESOLVED & closed it. If the query is goning to take 24hr the query should stay open for 24 hrs, isnt it? Only closing is system (again unilaterally without customer consent) is way of life in grofers. I will share all screen shots for public awareness soon.

                                        I ordered items worth rs. 267 on 7th august 2019 with order id od12346567 through phonepe app. The payment was successful and the delivery date was supposed to be 7yh august evening.

                                        However, till date the order has not been delivered. Phonepe support tram has asked me to contact grofers support team. Grofers customer care line is not working and i posted a complaint on their website 2 days ago but no revert till now.

                                        Request support in getting delivery or refund in this case.
