I have ordered an item they promised it to be delivered by 27oct. Now i woke up in the morning and see a message showing order has been delivered. I have not received that order. The payment was done via phone pay app and i am unable to get any help from them. Please help ord[protected] this is my order id. Did not expected this kind of fraud from grofers

    I had ordered grofers coconut water which is of sub standard quality. So i returned. Payment had been made by sodexo meal card. But refund of 122 not credited even after 15 days. Complaints to customer care several times but they say we have sent refund, which has not been credited. Nobody cares. They think that they are doing favour to customers. Useless customer care.       Hi, my name is Govind and I am here to share my experience with Grofers. I ordered my monthly groceries on Grofers with order number_ and it's delivery was due yesterday i.e. 23rd October between 7 pm to 9 pm. I received a call from delivery boy Pawan ([protected]) in the evening and he told me that he will deliver the order soon. However, I waited for my order till 10 PM post which I called him to which he rudely replied that he will not be able to deliver the order today. I told him that I will be unable to receive the order the following day as I had to leave for my hometown to which he connected with another person, Pawan, who again rudely replied and said that he can't do anything about it.
      I have been regularly using Grofers since last year and this is the 4th time I have experienced such kind o[censored]nexpected and rude behaviour from delivery boys. Adding to my woes, there is no support number or toll free customer service number to connect with them. You can only connect through pre written message service. I truly recommend everyone to stop using Grofers as their service is getting worse day by day and you and your family may experience rude and unexpected response at any point of time if you continue to avail their service. Worse still, there is no option to ask for refund as well.
      I highly recommend to discontinue using Grofer's fraud services to avoid getting disappointed further.

        I have ordered groceries from grofers my father had received the order he just paid the whole amount, but the delivery boy did not deliver 20kg of wheat, on calling him he confirmed it and said to call customer care, i have been calling customer care from 2 days they said that they will send the delivery boy regarding the concern. Delivery boy confirmed that he did not deliver 20kg of wheat then why grofer is not refunding nor delivering. I have a cctv footage of the delivery boy delivering the products. Grofers customer care is very bad as from 2 days three times they have fixed the time that the delivery boy will visit the house. But no one came till now

          I used to order with grofers really often and it has been second or third time that this has happened. It is showing that my order is delivered but i have not received my order. Even after complaining they are not responding appropriately. The agent who has to deliver my order is saying that he doesn't have any such order. Sometimes they are saying that the refund is already initiated in my account but i am not received any refund in even after repeatedly saying that i haven't received any refund they are not listening. The app name is grofer
          I have placed 2 order on Grofers, 1 item is delivered only.
          In the app it is showing both items has been delivered. Delivery person was supposed to home at the address for clarification that he has delivered both orders but did't come.
          Customer care is also saying the same thing what the delivery person is saying.

            Respected sir/madam,

            I had placed an order on grofers app on 15th october, 10.26 am, where the final order amount was ₹ 453. I made the payment online (Through upi) and the order was successfully placed. But on checking my bank account and the immediate transactions, i discovered that for that same order, 453 ruppees had been deducted twice from my bank account, at the same time.
            I raised the issue many times on the app's customer support section through chatting, however, to my utter disappointment, everytime they concluded that no dual debit had been found for that order and that in case indeed money got deducted twice, the single amount will be refunded automatically within 5 to 7 days. Now it's almost a week now, but still i didn't get my refund of 453 ruppees.

            Kindly please look into the case with care, as it would impact my further shopping on grofers. Order id for the order is ord[protected].

              Grofers order no ord[protected]

              I have placed an order on grofers app on oct 6th which was scheduled for delivery on oct 7th 5pm-8pm slot.

              Grofers failed to deliver it and rescheduled it for 10 oct 8pm - 11pm slot.

              Grofers again failed to deliver the order on 10 oct and rescheduled it for 12 oct 8pm - 11pm slot.

              Since i was not at home on 12th oct i rescheduled it to get delivered on 14 oct 8pm - 11pm slot.

              But even yesterday on 14 oct they failed to deliver the order.

              I have contacted their customer support multiple times during these days and all i get a a reply back from them is that sorry for teh inconvenience, you are our valued customer and we will make sure that the order gets delivered to you on next available slot.

              Once i called the delivery agent as well and he told me that the order was wrongly assigned to him and he is not going to come for delivery.

              I ordered 15 groceries items from Grofers. com. The delivery boy did not delivered the items however, updated status as delivered. Now i have notining in my hand neither product nor my money. I am trying to contact customer care but no response till now. The delivery agent was also very rude in terms of behavior.

                This has happened multiple time now. First they delivered one order on address and in second attempt they said my area is non serviceable. After lot of discussion they have given me the area near by to my home which serviceable i tried to find out friend stay near to that area. And i put my order they again cancelled it without even informing me i have a long mail trail for this.

                Joke here is serviceable area according to them is hardly 20 meters from home but they are still playing same game.

                Tried to report this multiple time added ceo mail i'd in trail however no body seems to be interested to resolve this.

                  I placed an order on 30th sept 2019 and fixed the delivery on 1st oct between 8 pm to 11 pm. From 1st oct, everyday they sent sms that order is on the way. But the order did not come on 1st, 2nd and 3rd oct. Every day, after 11 pm the delivery was automatically rescheduled to next day as i got the sms. Nobody from grofers called me to let me know when the order will come. Then on 4th oct i got the sms that it is rescheduled for 5th oct. I cancelled my order on 4th.

                  This was my only second order from grofers. First time the order came as expected. But this time, with this experience, i will never order from grofers and nobody should. Consumer forum should take strong action against them. They are cheating the customers.
                  My Order ID ODRO65632404 delivered on 15th from Grofers but SILVER COIN against offer is still awaited. Please suggest what to do now to get the same.

                    I had placed this order no ord[protected] on 2nd oct'19 and delivery was promised on 3rd oct'19 btwn 5 p. M and 8 p. M. I tried calling the executive whose number was mentioned against my order. I did not get any response after trying for a couple of times. After this the order was rescheduled to 4th oct'19 btwn 8 p. M and 11:30 p
                    M without intimating me.

                    Now hope you can understand how unprofessional the grofers team is.

                    Now i don't know whether i will get my order.

The package however was alright but the material inside was almost not usable. Every time we used it it leaked within 1-2 hrs. Grofer doesn't respond to the complain.

                        I have an account on grofers and my account is blocked from grofers they said that i have too much cancelled orders, and they are denying to return my transactional amount as well.

                        I told them I will try and take care such things in future, but they staight away denied to reactivate my account

                          My order number is ord[protected] and this wasn't my first order with grofers. I had selected my delivery slot between 10am to 1pm since the location set has been of my office address since long and many times i have received orders at this address. This morning the delivery guy called at 9am and asked for delivery since he was around, i told him that he can either come at 10 as i reach office by that time or he can deliver it to the guard and ill make the online payment then and there but he denied and asked to cancel or postpone to next day but i denied to the same so he said he'll see to it. Later got no information regarding any issue he is facing and the order was cancelled.

                          Customer care guy on top of all that is claiming that my delivery location was entered wrongly instead of rajouri garden it should be raja garden.. Upon informing that m not located in raja garden but in rajouri garden, there is b block in rajouri & raja garden both and this is the same location i have saved in my address, havent changed. He still kept on claiming that delivery instruction keep on changing in their system.. So is it my problem?? When i am following the same procedure everytime and getting order at the same address.

                          That guy infact didnt want to help. On top it told me that at 8am (2hours prior) i was intimated through msg to update the location.. 1. I didnt get any msg. 2. Even if i had got it, would i all the time be with my phone,, that to 8am in morning when there is lot of work to do at home...

                            I return few products in aug but till now did not got refund, when I enquire with customer service, they are telling only thing refund is already check with bank, when I ask for interaction I'd they are telling find the attachment but no attachment. What the hell of service, this is rediculous.

                            Now my current concern is not refund money instead way of handling from customer service.

                            I want to bring this to there CEO notice.

                              I have ordered 5ltr of oil jar in groffers on last thrusday. One ltr of oil was free as part of offer. I was not at home they delivered it to my mother. When i verified the bill the jar of 5lt was missing they delivered free item. When i contacted grofers team initially they refunded 107 rs. When asked for full refund they returned ghat money also.
                              Please help i don’t want any money but at least they should not cheat in future.

                                My, i placed an order in grofers 14sep19 and it was showing my delivery date was 15sep19 after that in the app it was showing order has been delivered successfully. But i did not get my order i did not receive anything. I was calling their customer support but they told me your query will solve within 24 hours its 3rd day now they are just mailing me and i did not get any solution from their end. I called them again the customer support told me that the delivery boy delivered your order somewhere else. We will solve it. But i did not get a solution yet.in their app, it is a robotic app and it is useless. It is repeating same thing again and again. Kindly help me out they cheat me and amount already paid by my credit card its inr 1568

                                  Grofers pathetic and terrible service - for order order id : ord[protected]
                                  Terrible customer services ever seen. At grofers you dont care at all. Pathetic service ever seen. Always misses some items and plays some stupid cheap tricks to reorder the items and to shop again with grofers. And none of your executives ever given a resolution for an issue. You do what ever you like. Every time we have to pay additional delivery charges for the missed items that is your fault. Will share the amazing shopping experience with all my friends.

                                    This side tarique shaikh. last 2 years using Grofers APP i am happy for the services facing might be some issue but not complain for that the reason behind i have no time but the past few months while i placed order which i ordered the delivery date shown 11/09/2019 and the delivery. I called executive he said i am not able to deliver due to that was not my delivery area so i cant delivered. I asked him mr. Executive if you're no able to deliver than why you take out for delivery my order. This is not a first time or single mistake i noticed That every time they are doing same as well as there on every time which i had place order. I know what next step. They will rescheduled after 4-5 days later order. I just asking whom given you permission to reschedule our order for 4-5days later that he hell without our permission how you are change my deliver date. This is the last day for my side i am not using this App it was very careless services which is not acceptable. Bloody ### service.

                                      I have placed order on groffers on 1sep 19 and deliver time shows it will delivered on 7th sep 19 but delivery executive marked it as delivered without delivering the order. So i raised almost thousands of complaint via chat as well as mail but didnt get any solution.
                                      Also i didnt received any singal call from their team.
                                      Delivery executive switched off mobile whenever i tried to call him.

                                        I had an grofers account ([protected]). I lost my sim, so i am not able to login into my grofers account. I had 5000 orange cash in my account. When i called customer care they told that there is no option of transferring my cash to my new account.
                                        5000 cash is too much and they are not transferring that.
