Respected sir/madam,
I had placed an order on grofers app on 15th october, 10.26 am, where the final order amount was ₹ 453. I made the payment online (Through upi) and the order was successfully placed. But on checking my bank account and the immediate transactions, i discovered that for that same order, 453 ruppees had been deducted twice from my bank account, at the same time.
I raised the issue many times on the app's customer support section through chatting, however, to my utter disappointment, everytime they concluded that no dual debit had been found for that order and that in case indeed money got deducted twice, the single amount will be refunded automatically within 5 to 7 days. Now it's almost a week now, but still i didn't get my refund of 453 ruppees.
Kindly please look into the case with care, as it would impact my further shopping on grofers. Order id for the order is ord[protected].

In the app it is showing both items has been delivered. Delivery person was supposed to home at the address for clarification that he has delivered both orders but did't come.
Customer care is also saying the same thing what the delivery person is saying.
