Pethetic service by Nearbuy where I booked a travel service checking all the details in the app(which showed some details in brief) but no proper email was send to me for the same. Neither did the hotel received any information regarding my stay or service.
I was made to wait half n hour at reception and again half and hour every time I was about to avail any service promised to me as they(Hotel) themselves did not have any information regarding the same.
Called up the customer care and spoken to Ms. Divya where she told me to check all the details from the app when buying the service and that nearby is not responsible for the mail not being sent to me and hotel AS IF IT WAS MY MISTAKE.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN MORE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE.
No ownership of the customer and due to all these reasons had a pathetic stay.

    Sir,
    I did booking in Hari Mahal Hotel in jaipur through Groupon application. And it showed the booking at 2499 in main hotel, which can be checked on its website now also. But when we reached hotel, they offered us the room in service appartment which was combined lobby room behind the main hotel and was not acceptable to us. So I called groupon but they replied that they cant do anything. And because of that we had to search for other hotel at 12:00 in midnight which caused so much of problem. And till now Groupon has not returned my money, Total amount was 4499Rs.
    I want strict action should be taken as these kind of applications mislead tourists and when we reach destination, we have to face problems.

      Www.nearbuy.com is a website which is absolute nonsense. Their returns policy is frauduelent. It was 7 days but as soon as you try to return a product they do not want it back. www.nearbuy.com - beware of buying products from them.

        I ordered a soup ladle from nearbuy on 21 december 2015 with order number 543721. I was told the product would be delivered within 10 days. Suddenly, on 24 december I received a message saying the product has been delivered, but, it never was. I still dont have the product and made the full payment in advance. I have contacting the customer care everyday through calls and mails and demanding them to send me the delivery report so that i know who received product because I havent. But, everytime they say the same thing(we have sent your request and are working on it..blah blah blah). No serious action has been taken till now. I ORDERED THE PRODUCT BY MAKING FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE, HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET AND THE COMPANY IS TAKING NO ACTION. I received no call from the delivery team nothing. No one ever came to the registered address but, they sent a message saying the product has been delivered. They company is just cheating customers by taking full payment in advance and not providing with the product/service. ALSO the team is not worth, the staff is very rude and not willing to help. I would never suggest anyone to take any deal from nearbuy/groupon because they just know how to cheat their customers.

          It is very pathetic that groupon and nearbuy executives are asking money for listing of services in groupon or nearbuy i met Kishore few months back an executive with nearbuy he came to me for registering my firm as a merchant after few weeks he didnt reply so i called him to enquire the status of my listing he said it is difficult becuase of lame excuses, i felt he needed money so i asked do u want some cash, he said yes he had accident and he needed some money for operations... so u see this guys are frauds

            Food served at restaurants offered in nearbuy and groupon vouchers are bad and they recook three to four days old food and it is not good for health i once came home and vomited this was addressed as food poisoning by the doctors but actually it is stale food with lots of masala in it. this is true for all restuarants and not just one particular. after all how can they for 140 rs chicken and all kinds of variety of foods in that price so beware dont shop groupon or nearbuy vouchers also they dont have offices in any metropolitan city except in delhi, that too i doubt it.

              I had placed an order of a Magic Mop from Groupon on 30th October. The committed delivery as within 10 days. It has been 19 days today, that the product has not been delivered. Till 7th November product was lying at the origin city and after that date, there is no update on dispatch status. Even after 3-4 calls to the call centre, issue escalation, talking to supervisors, neither the product has been delivered nor has the payment refund been made. They are just making fools out of the customers, by promising 10 days, taking 20 days to deliver products in a world where other e-commerce players are sending products in 1-2 days.

              Currently my money has gone from my account and even after 19 days, I do not have the product.

                Dear sir i have booked 4 coupons each costing 550 on 01.11.2015 on groupon of hotel lords plaza sawai ram singh road near suchna kendra jaipur and received the vouchers when i called in hotel lords plaza jaipur it was informed to me that the deals was ended on 31.10.15 . when i told him that the deals will be ended on 31.12.15 as per information of groupon. The manager of this hotel rejected to show the vouchers and abused us and told me that tolk to groupon than i call and email to groupon but no responce from groupon and hotel lords plaza i m very much depressed by this behave of groupon and hotel lords plaza .01.11.2015 is my husband birthday and i have invited my relatives and friends in the hotel but due to groupon frogery, i felt ashamed and in mentally harassed by groupon and hotel lords plaza near sms hospital jaipur

                  I suggest that never do any online transaction through mobikwik.They are not trustworthy.They never give you cashback or anything.Do not trust on them at all.

                    This is one of the very worst ecommerce company I have ever purchased my product .I have bought Gofit 3D Watch on 05.09.2015. But till now I have not received the ordered product. I have called the customer care number also they gave me the fake blue dart way bill Awb: [protected]. Again I spoke to groupon three customer support executives, their standard dialogue is (we are working on the issue and we will follow up the same within the next 24-48hrs). Now I thought to register a complaint o Consumer Complaint forum. The highlight is there is no cancellation policy so they won’t refund the money. If you want to cancel the order the product have to deliver at your doorstep. Then you can cancel the order. The problem is they won’t deliver the product, we can’t cancel the order. Finally they will loot. I would highly recommend that please do not buy any product from this website and i[censored] do then do it at ur own risk

                      I paid 500 for a mystery bag deal. when it arrived the shoes were of size 9 which is extremely big for all the family members. When I asked for a replacement of the size, they said not possible as it is a mystery bag. This is a complete fraud and an attempt to sell unsold items to customers and making them pay the price.

Today i called to Hotel for checkin, they informed me Hotel is Under-Renovation and they did not get any info about my booking. I was also informed that renovation had started fron 1 July and I had done my booking on 3rd July. My Booking date is 1-Aug-2015 but till date they didn't call/mail information regarding booking. What would have happened if i would have directly gone to the hotel. This is unacceptable from a well known site. This is very bad expirience. They should compansate me for it as i had already planned my trip; bought ticket for the travel. Important : Users of the site please be aware or my best suggestion to AVOID groupon site.                           after speaking to customer care i wrote this email to CEO groupon.. but it is shame that no one has responded... CEO GROUPON, The Short ordered by me for size 36 needs change to size 38; but the same ws declined by your customer executive, the product is packed and tags are intact, but this is poor that you sell products without size change possibility of customers unlike amazon, or flipkart or myntra i need REFUND OR SIZE CHANGE WHATEVER IS POSSIBLE.. ELSE I WILL NOT SHOP FROM GROUPON AGAIN AND ALSO BLOG ON TWITTER AND FACEBOOK ABOUT POOR SERVICES FROM GROUPON.

                            I received the Groupon order # 98633ECED4 - Kawachi Group - Blue Wardrobe Organizer Pack worth Rs 999 on 5-June-15 and did not like the product as they were quality issues. I immediately sent an email for cancellation of my order on 5-June-15. I received a response that goods cannot be taken back as they are not defective or damage. What should I do in case I did not like the product, the pictures were deceptive on the website and the quality is not good. This is cheating and betraying the customers. I spoke to the Groupon customer care and they refused to take the product back. I would need your help in getting my money back or at least have my groupon account credited with Rs 999 so that I can order another product which is not deceptive. Please help me in this regards.

                              I bought an online Bendly Backpack which is around Rs. 549, When I bought there is no description on size in the title heading of this bag. check the attached image where it is very difficult to find the size of this backpack. Images are also misleading. Other sites clearly showing the bag size in their title as "Bendly Small Backpack Light Blue" in snapdeal, "Bendly KB4 10 L Small Backpack" in flipkart but groupon.co.in does not show while they mentioned backpack size in the bottom of the screen where user must have to scroll down. When I got this backpack, I called them to refund it but they denied. I called them 2 times but they are denying to refund it while I don't need this small backpack as it is useless for me. Please help. They are misleading customers with images and poor tricks.

                              They recently send me an email for Ticket #1415456 in which they denied again to refund or exchange the product.

                                I had booked couple of deals on Groupon. While booking it showed status as failed so I did not receive any coupons from Groupon. I had paid for this deal via Paytm. As deal had failed I asked Paytm for refund. I had lodged the same complaint 5 times (Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected] and got the same reply that issue has been resolved but I did not see the amount on Paytm wallet or in Bank. PayTM is blaming Groupon for the issue and Groupon is doing the same on Paytm but no one is solving the issue.

                                  I had booked a Bean Bag on 12/03/15 on the website GROUPON INDIA and had paid Rs.1299. The delivery period was given as within 10 days of the order. The expected delivery was within 22/03/15, but there was no shipment till 20/03/15. Upon contacting there customer support I was given a shipment track AWB number, which again proved wrong as the Shipper told they had not delivered the product for shipment and they are waiting for the same from GROUPON. I again contacted GROUPON and they again assured me that the shipment will be delivered within promised time but since 22/03/15 falls on SUNDAY, the delivery will be made on next working day i.e on 23/03/15 which again proved wrong. I called them again and they assured me that the same will be resolved within 24-48 hours. But there was neither any communication nor any delivery within such period. And after expiry of 14 days, 15th being today, I am clueless about the delivery.

                                  It has been 18 day of waiting for delivery instead of promised delivery between 10 days at the time of order and still there is no satisfactory communication from GROUPON. This instance now proved that GROUPON is a cheater, who dupes Buyer thinking the Buyers don't have enough time to complain or the Buyers don't know where and how to take actions. This company seems to be a BLOT in the E-shopping arena.

                                  I had demanded a compensation for the delay caused, or false delivery promise but GROUPON seems to be avoiding it. It seems the company lacks badly in Customer service and customer satisfaction. Such weird strategies are against all consumers. They had defaulted in their Delivery terms and should pay penalty for it.

                                    Hi GroupOn Support Team, My am requesting for cancellation for two voucher which was purchased from GROUPON site on 30-Dec-2014 (Attached copy). We had gone to collect the passes before the party, but looking at cheap group of people had entered for stag entry. Some cheap groups were already misbehaving before we enter the place, seeing these we planned not to enter (passing bad comments and even try to push and touch). As a couple, we thought of avoid to enter this place for such cheap crowd. I would request for cancellation as per your cancellation policy, I hope you understand our point of view and you initiate refund process asap. As per voucher below is the cancellation policy which states below: "CANCELLATION POLICY Once we send you the voucher, you may cancel the transaction at any time within seven working days from the day after the day that you receive the voucher (where a working day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or Indian public holiday). If you do want to cancel, you must do so by sending us an email to: [protected]@groupon.co.in (provided of course that you have not yet redeemed the voucher)" IF NY Deals are not refundable WHY it is not reflecting in voucher cancellation Policy?? If voucher cancellation policy say we can cancel within 7 days, customer should expect the same from your team. I would request you to re-look into this issue and initiate refund process. Attached voucher with cancellation policy.
