Groupon code (0010160UWB) I received a defective product. Requested for returning the same. Subsequently received a mail on 12.12.2014, stated that the courier (Bluedart) who made delivery will get it back. After that I have to contact the Groupon with the AWB number given by the bluedart. But the bluedart personnel hasn't collect it from me since they were not receive any authorisation from the Groupon. I sent several mail to the Groupon, but all my queries were closed without a solution. There is no other contact number available to reach the Groupon. The only way I can get touch with them is through email. But absolutely no response. How can I get the payment made?

    Hi, I booked 2-voucher for "Draught Brewed Drink, Starter & MORE at Zero Degree - Quality Inn, T Nagar". But I checked hotel menu, there price is already Rs.130/- for the same price, which is bring this coupon amount Rs-129. So I decided cancel to this order. But many times I emailed and call to toll free number there is only responsible to write us email like. wait for 24-48 hours only. They cheated people on this coupon only.       I had purchased two coupons for a spa. While paying for it suddenly there was a message regarding rejection of payment and I was told to try again. I tried again and then the payment was successful. But the amount for the previous interrupted payment has been deducted from my account . Kindly see to the matter and refund the extra amount that has been charged. I have been trying to contact Groupon since that day but no one called me back . They have just mailed me that money will be refunded within 7 days, but till date no refund has been credited to my account. It was an amount of Rs. 998/-. 1.         I purchased deal from Groupon India for 24-piece Table Craft Cutlery Set and Get 1 Set FREE on 10th October 2014. The item was apparently shipped on 13th October but till date I have not received this item. I have called in to Groupon customer care number several times till end of October and I was assured delivery was delayed due to Diwali festival. Now It's more than 2 weeks since festival is over and I still haven't received the item. There is no response to emails sent to Groupon Support and the Phone line is always busy. I have been a regular customer of Groupon since many years, but of late they seem to be taking their customers for granted. This lack of response to the customer through any means is highly unacceptable and I would recommend customers to be wary of making purchases through Groupon going forward.Please take action asap.               Hi, I have made a purchase from Groupon, order ID:1110765. While purchasing the item, The payment page shows that there is a 5% cash back offer, when I make payment thru net banking/Rupay. I had made the payment thru the same. But the offer is a FAKE and Groupon is cheating ppl by misleading ads! I have the screen shot of this fake ad! Reaching out to Groupon CC has been waste n useless. I want to know why GROUPON is running such false ads? I need compensation for cheating and Fraud! Groupon is a fake site, don't buy no exchange no refund! Tall claims but crap service!Even after 25 days of making purchase and completing payment i have not received my product nor Groupon has provided any update on the same!!! Groupon cust care doesnt exist, nor they bother to reply to mails!! Instead of wasting money on these fake deals, i feel its better to donate to charity!! Groupon should be BANNED outright!!

                i purchase a earphone online from www.groupon.co.in which when received was defective.i made a complaint to groupon then they asked me to courier it. when i sent them the product by courier to their given address, courier boy was unable to locate their address and product returned back to me. when i again made complain then they told they will book courier and send a courier boy to pick product but no one came. i again complained them then they always say that they will revert after sometime..

                We bought car vacuum cleaner from groupon online shopping site on 12th Oct same received on 22nd oct. And we have tested it on 26th oct. the said priduct was not in working condition when try to use it. We have launched the complaint regarding the same as soon as we found it was not working. After continuous email and telephonic follow up till date (15nov) no action has been taken for reverse pick up and refund for the same.(Rs 399)

                    On 17.05.2014 we have tried purchasing an offer coupon from groupon for Aroma Thai Centre - Panjim . the booking was done on the name of Ankush Sachdeva

                    The transaction was made twice out of which the first transaction could not be completed due to certain reasons but the amount of the same i.e 1598/- was deducted from our HDFC account.

                    The booking was not completed and yet payment was done.

                    hence after that we tried doing it again so the transaction was completed .

                    The amount is yet not refunded back to us.

                          Groupon is a online shopping site. I have ordered a Microwave oven. Due to some problem I opened that product after 5 mths. What I see, the product was totally a damaged piece. Even the service center guys said its in a unrepairable condition. I contact Groupon Support executive and he committed that he will either replace the product or will refund the money. In basis of his commitment I dispatched the item on the address he mentioned. Till date the product is misplaced and nobody knows where the hell the product is. Now they are not replying to mails nor calls.
                          Its such a horrible and fraud company.

                            Everybody should know that how they have treat with customer after transaction.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a deal from groupon's travel desk worth rs10000 for stay in nani retreats, however after a day I get a call stating that the deal can be only made available in 14000 for the dates that I had selected, and this was no where mentioned in the term & condition of the deal. All the travel booking made by me had to be cancelled.This is a good example of how they are bluffing customers . At one place they lure users by reduced rates and discount percentages and if a consumer opts for any of the deals, they ask for extra amount. Strict action should be taken against GROUPON.                                   I ordered 2 products from Groupon - power bank and body shaver. I would like to inform all that this is by far the worst site that I have ever used.
                                  The USB cable of the power bank was faulty and the body shaver is in a used condition.

                                  Groupon India refuses to accept that the product - body shaver is in a used state and refuse to take it back.
                                  I will advise all to never use this site in their life.

                                  Let me know if there is something that can be done for the same. The deal code was 0010138N73.

                                    Shopping experience through GROUPON have been PATHETIC. Exceptionally BAD BAD experience. I ordered Puma Shoes on 5th of October.. After 5 days when I called them up ... they said Order is confirmed and will be delivered within next 10 days. After 10 days I called them up ... they said due to some circumstances order has been delayed but will be delivered within next 48 hrs. After 48 hrs I called them up ... they said there is some issue with stock, but within 48 hrs it will be delivered. After 48 hrs I called them up again then they said order is cancelled. Is this the way they operate... Why do these people show deal on the website if product is unavailable???? There was no formal communication from their side ... not even single time whenever I called these people then only they responded. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GROUPON & I will ensure that TEN THOUSAND contacts that I have in my mail-box also don't purchase from GROUPON.. I am shopping online on a regular basis these days.. I have bought from various shopping Sites like JABONG, MYNTRA, FLIPKART & YEBHI. I must appreciate the way they are operating.. The shopping experience through these sites have been tremendously great.

                                      Respected Sir,

                                      I have ordered Toshiba Canvio Basic A1 HDTB110AK3BA 1TB External Hard Drive on Groupon site. I got the product with 500GB instead of 1TB disc space. I returned the product on[protected] to the bellow address:

                                      10, Basement, Local Shopping Complex,
                                      Pushp Vihar, Madangir,
                                      Near Saket, New Delhi 110062.

                                      The blue dart AWB number is [protected]. The product reched their store on[protected].

                                      Later I called them and asked for the replacement or refund the money but they are always telling that they will get back to me with in 24 hours.
                                      But I am not getting any replies as they said. They have raised a ticket on my complaint and that ticket number is :#463005.

                                      I am requesting the product to be shipped to me as early as possible or requesting the information of the status of ticket.

                                        I bought a few products from GROUPON INDIA and one product was damaged, packed horrible and looked used while the other was a product damaged and could be bought off the street for less than 10% the price they charged. When I called their costomer number to return the goods, they were more than happy to lose a customer that to address the problem. We also have to pay for the returns.I have been buying from several online sites and this by far is the worst experience.
