Dear sir/madam,
I apply for new connection having consumer id no[protected] on 28 march 2017 at your surat branch. My cheque cleared on dt:04.04.2017, amount rs. 6503/-, chq no:-102277, canara bank, but the connection have not yet given by you.
Earlier your executive promised the connection within 90 days.
On 06.07.2017 we contact the surat office req. No. [protected], they told us for waiting for 15 days. Today on date 22.07.2017 we again contact on toll free [protected], but we got a surprising answer from their side that they have no surat municipal corporation permission in our area thatswhy they come for visit the site "after rainy season".
I just request you to see the above matter carefully and resolve it soon.
A prompt action is expected from you.

Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Atleast company should give A4 size bill of half of A4.
This is a record which is a proof of residence. Then how one can produce this before any authority.
