regarding payment

I would like to inform that i was already paid payment in may-2017 but still getting a due payment from mar-2017 to Aug-2017, what a #### system of gujarat gas. also in website there in no record found of payment history.make a login system for customer portal.
very disappoint with bill generation process because its not even inform about monthly payment status....

fitting not done for new connection

Dear sir, we have depositted amount for new connection on dt.18/10/2016, but still we have get connection fittings. We have tried to contact customer care numbers (Bhavnagar), but he had given miscommittement every time, still my issue is not resolved.

bill payment through ecs

I, amit acharya is nri and have one house in gandhinagar. As i have no one in india to pay bill physically, i would like to pay my gas bill through ecs direct debit from my indian bank account.
I tried to contact to customer service couple of time but no one is happy to clarify and resolve the issue.

Hope you will raise this issue with management.

delaying in gas connection

Dear sir/madam,

I apply for new connection having consumer id no[protected] on 28 march 2017 at your surat branch. My cheque cleared on dt:04.04.2017, amount rs. 6503/-, chq no:-102277, canara bank, but the connection have not yet given by you.
Earlier your executive promised the connection within 90 days.
On 06.07.2017 we contact the surat office req. No. [protected], they told us for waiting for 15 days....

for new connection

I have purchase new flat from builder. Gas pipeline is already there in my new flat provided by builder. I have asked gujarat gas for supplying gas supply on 01/07/2017. But it is not completed till today. My consumer no us[protected]. I calls so many times to the company but they ever replied that engineer will be come there, but till today nobody is coming here....

delay in additional gas connection

Hi
My new gas connection customer id is[protected] or application no.30064739. It will took 90 days to fix connection told by them (Date of applied : 30/03/2017).
I am alraedy user of it & having connection at ground floor customer id is[protected]. Second time complaint on toll i'd buy not address complaint so far.
Hope someone listening complaint....

Heavy amount of bill received for month may-june 2017

Dear sir,
I am timely paying bill of gujarat gas since 6-8 months, my customer id is[protected], we consumed average unit of 17-20 for 2-3 months. Now at present we received bill of rs.2116/- (Consumed unit 75) for only 02 months which is very higher side as excepted.
Why 75 unit consumed without high usage?
So look into the matter and check total system with meter and reduce bill amount as per existing.

Regarding delaying in connection of gas line service

As we made inquiry and filled up the form for re connection of gas line on 21st april at jalalpore road, navsari on the name of viral narendrabhai shah customer id:[protected]. We visit and called many times gps office, navsari for this issue, but there was no positive response except delay reason from gps officers. We request you to reconnect our gas line as soon as possible as we are facing difficulties in day to day work.

Late connection

I filled the form for gas connection on 16th march and gave cheque for the same on the same day.
Cheque was cleared on 18th march. But after ur executive said that cheque was cleared on 29th march.
My three month condition was already completed on 18th march.
U used my money for the same peroid and didn't get the service.
So i want interest for...

Money is also paid by cheque... So why are they not responding... Bharuch services are very bad... Gujrat government services are pathetic...

I already paid cheque in march and it's three month completed n connection is not here,
It means u used our money for the same three month and we don't get the service.
