I have applied for new gas connection on 18th may 2018 and it has been over 90 days but i have not received connection yet. Many complaints regarding the same have been made to customer care and on the site itself but no proper response was given. Please see to this matter urgently as it is becoming very difficult to live without proper gas connection. I am facing undue hardship and it is highly unprofessional on the part of gujarat gas limited to not listen and solve complaints and this type of behaviour is highly unacceptable
Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Customer no.[protected] bill no. R[protected] dt. 29-Aug-2018 present reading 1357.00, last reading 1212.000 but actually present reading is 1252.000 please check the attachment. Please raise the new bill as per actually reading.
Iam Suja Arunan from City vapi and district valsad.
Address : 703 - S1, Pramukh S3, Muktanand Marg, chala, vapi, 396191.
Iam not getting any bills of my gas connection since i took the connection.
So kindly see to the problem and solve it.
Gas connection was approved to me since 2017 december approx. In 1st week.

    I am customer of gujarat gas.in our area suncity raw house, mota varachha, surat bill distribution is very unregularly. Now a days meter reading date is 10 th aug. And i recive bill today (25 th aug.). And than we shaw that the bill due date is 31 th aug.. How it possible... Company gives us 21 days for pay bill and bill distribution is today.. We all society member requist to you for correction in due date is 15 th sept.. And next time bill on reading date...

      I was applied for gas conaction at 09/04/2018 (5month) ago but gujarat gas not providing me a gas connection and not give positive responses from customer care staff so i would complain for gas connection as early.
      I will apply for 20 gas connections.
      Please give me positive response and please provide me 20 connection at earliest.

        I am very angry by the behaviour of your customer service, as my money isn't refunded after being calling your customer service provider from 3 days. While paying the bill my account got deducted of 404₹ but the payment was declined and not completed. With due respect i would like you to make my complain on a note soon and send me my money back in my account as soon as possible

          Dear Sir,
          I have Booked new Domestic Gas connection for my House Kitchen & Water Geaser line in Gunjan Area Vapi Gujarat wide Registration Number Customer ID.[protected] Dated 16/02/2018 with full payment paid.
          At the time of booking new connection the booking person verbally committed for 3 to 4 months for installation of this connection, but after 6 Months this Domestic Gas connection is not installed till date. After several times visited After 4 Months to Vapi office they are giving next date only.

          My Visit references are.
          18/06/2018 wide [protected] Given time for 1 Month
          05/07/2018 wide [protected] Given Date on or before 20/08/2018
          21/08/2018 wide [protected] Now today given another 1 Month.
          Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks & Regards 21/08/2018

            We have applied for new domestic gas connection since 17th feb, 2018, and have paid all the necessary payments for new connection on the same day along with all the relevant documents. Where our customer id is[protected] in the name of shaileshkumar panchani, a-701, royal heaven, opp. Mahalakshmi society, besides sarathi farm, yogi chawk, surat - 395010. I was complaint two times on gujarat gas toll free no. [protected] and as per them complaint no. [protected] (Dated:18/07/2018) and [protected] (Dated:08/08/2018) they send someone for visit but after waiting of one month nobody visit our place and haven't got gas connection after of 6 month time of application. So can you please help us to resolve the issue. We have around 25 new connection applied from our building.

              This complain is lodged by the senior citizen, keeping a factor in the mind above 70 yr old man and do the needful. Usually bills are recd before a weekagt grahak no:[protected]. The complain regarding bill date 23/05/2018 (R[protected] in which the due date is not clearly visible (Photo copy attached) so i paid the bill am rs 616 in cash on dated 14/05/2018 (Photo copy attached). Now in the next bill dated 26/07/2018 (R[protected] the one day late panalty rs 75 added and this bill paid in advance before the bill recd on line. So you are requested the deducted am rs 75, credit into the next bill.
              Expecting the best cooperation and will be resulted in favour of the costomer pl do acknowledge and reply on the mail i'd [protected]@yahoo.com or sms on [protected]

                We have applied for new domestic connection since 27th april, 2018, and have paid all the necessary payments for new connection on the same day along with all the relevant documents wide application form no. Srt[protected], money receipt no. Aa / 2017 / 143727, dated[protected], where our customer no. Is[protected], in the name of bharti bharat tulsiani, c - 402, 4th floor, four seasons apartment, opp. Hotel ginger, behind goverdhan haveli, piplod, surat - 395007. We intended to shift on 8th august, 2018, but, there is no any response from your ggl contractors of this area. They do not even bother to answer our mobile calls. You are very kindly requested to do the necessary in the matter on top priority basis & oblige.

                          We applied new geyser point connection at our home payment done at 02/11/2017 till now 22/07/2018 no any action taken and work pending

                          We call customer care center bilimora
                          They answer irresponsible.

                          In summer they said you no need hot water to bath

                          And they also said we have no plaster done at home our home is rcc and and all wall have plaster complete

                          We have kitchen gas connection point already exists

                            At the time of application my home was under construction but now since almost four months though the home is fully ready the gas agency persons are not giving connection with no specific reason .kindly look into matter.

                              I was submitted application for new gas connection for my home on 30/11/17 and application number is SRT80037286 and also i had paid 7093 Rs For new connection, but todays date is 13/7/18 and they do nothing. I saw that you give new connection within 60 days after submit application. Many time I complain to Bardoli Gujarat Gas Office, But they didn't hear us. Please Help For new connection. And Here I also Attach Application Form Receipt and also 7093 Rs paid receipt.

                                  મે નવા કનેકસન માટે તારીખ ૨/૧૧/૨૦૧૭ ના રોજ અરજી કરી હતી એપ્લિકેસન નંબર : ૩૦૦૧૭૮૯૧, જેના મે ૮૬૫૮/- રૂપિયા ચેક મારફતે ચુકવ્યા છે. ( રસીદ નંબર : AA/2017/36434, & AA/2017/36435, )
                                  મને વલસાડ બ્રાચ ની માહિતી મુજબ ત્રણ મહિનાની અંદર કનેકસન થસે એમ જાણવા માં આવ્યું હતું .
                                  ત્રણ મહિના પૂરા થયા પણ કોઈ ફોન અથવા તપાસ થઈ નહિ એટલે મે પાછી વલસાડ બ્રાચ માં તપાસ કરી અને ફરિયાદ કરી અને થય જસે એવા અiસવાસન આપ્યા.
                                  એના પછી ત્રણ જ દિવસ માં એક પત્ર આવ્યો અને એમાં ૭ જેટલા નોટ્સ હતા અને આ કારણો સર તમારા ઘરે કનેકસન નહિ થાય એટલે તામરે તમારા ચૂકવેલ રૂપિયા પાછા જોઈતા હોય તો લય સકો છો.
                                  એના પછી ફરીથી હું વલસાડ બ્રાચ ની મુલાકાત લીધી અને આ ૭ માથી કોઈ પણ ૧ કારણ સર મારા ઘરે કનેક્સ્ન ના આવે આવુ મને સાબિત કરી બતાઓ તો એનમે મને પછી અરજી કરવાની વાત કરી ક્યાં તો તનમે તમારા રૂપિયા પરત કરીયે એમ જાણવામાં આવ્યું.
                                  મારે ફકત એજ જાણવું છે કે મારા ઘરે ક્નેક્સન થસે કે નઇ અને નઇ તો તમે આટલા દિવસો સુધી કોઈ કાર્યવાહી કરી કેમ નઇ.

                                    I have applied for pipeline gas connection at my residence with application number 80129631 on 14/2/2018.after many followup to the concerned officer at morbi office at umiya circle, yet connection has not been provided.Reply from your concerned officer is also not satisfactory.At the time of application, it was told to me that within 90 days your connection will get provided, but now there is no proper response that i am getting from the company.if this would be the case for the connection provision, how can i expect satisfactory service during any fault?
                                    I am tired of now contacting to local office, thus mailing you for the support, kindly do needful so that connection can be provided at the earliest.

                                      I am living at room no 3, floor 1, radhika terace, dhobi sheri, nanpura police chowki, nanpura, surat. And i am using gujarat gas connection and that i need to stop for few days as some construction work is going on above address. And gas meter also need to shift at some other place.
