Dear sir / madam, my customer is[protected] not able to do the payment on line 2 times amount deducted but transaction failed with third party web side and even company web side also showing web error.. So please do the needful asap

We call customer care center bilimora
They answer irresponsible.

In summer they said you no need hot water to bath

And they also said we have no plaster done at home our home is rcc and and all wall have plaster complete...

At the time of application my home was under construction but now since almost four months though the home is fully ready the gas agency persons are not giving connection with no specific reason .kindly look into matter....

I was submitted application for new gas connection for my home on 30/11/17 and application number is SRT80037286 and also i had paid 7093 Rs For new connection, but todays date is 13/7/18 and they do nothing. I saw that you give new connection within 60 days after submit application. Many time I complain to Bardoli Gujarat Gas Office, But they didn't hear us. Please Help For new connection. I applied for my home new gas connection dt. 18/09/2017 at gujarat gas limited, surat office and i also paid Rs. 9158/- dt . 18/09/2017 and my consumer no is[protected]. and companys executive said me within 90 days your connection will be done but today after 9 months no take any action by gujarat gas company. i have many time visit at surat office but nobody can say satisfied answer....

I have applied for new gas connection in jan-2018. I had completed all the due formalities for new connection including fee payment on 25-01-18. My client id is[protected]. I was told that the new connection will be given within 3 months. But till date nobody has come for the connection. I have complained twice at chandkheda office and once in feedback form for this issue. But no response or connection till date. Kindly look into the matter...

I had applied for the new connection on 19th january, 2018 & i paid all their charges for new connection. Local officer told me that they will provide me new connection within 3 month, 3 months were over.

When i told to officer after 3 month, officer replied me we have so many pending orders so after completing it, we will come to you.

Amount bill 2817/-meter 205 units, past month 942/-, before 541/- & 521/- we complained orally twice at ur office, first time they came check said everything was ok from stove, pipeline n all, and said check for 5 days, second time we went complained after 5 days meter showing 209 and thousand side moved between 0 n 1 i took pic of the meter too. they replied that ur stove is having very big leakage they make us so afraid, and said over everything...

I was apply a new gas connection for last four months ago, i was paid 7388/- already, and they gay was said it will come in 90 days but it was gone 120 days
