    I have applied for new gas connection in jan-2018. I had completed all the due formalities for new connection including fee payment on 25-01-18. My client id is[protected]. I was told that the new connection will be given within 3 months. But till date nobody has come for the connection. I have complained twice at chandkheda office and once in feedback form for this issue. But no response or connection till date. Kindly look into the matter and give me the connection urgently as i want to shift to this house asap. But only because of the non availability of gas connection, i can not do so.
    Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    In the week of 1st July to 7th July 2018, it is noticed that twice the GAS connection is stopped without any prior notice.
    That too during the lunch time, arrogant behavior from customer service help line number.

      Dear sir,

      I had applied for the new connection on 19th january, 2018 & i paid all their charges for new connection. Local officer told me that they will provide me new connection within 3 month, 3 months were over.

      When i told to officer after 3 month, officer replied me we have so many pending orders so after completing it, we will come to you.

      Till date (I. E. 26th june 2018) no single person come to my house from gujarat gas ltd. Today i again visited their office, officer replied me that the new connection will be done in october due to monsoon. It is service provided by gujarat gas ltd.

        Amount bill 2817/-meter 205 units, past month 942/-, before 541/- & 521/- we complained orally twice at ur office, first time they came check said everything was ok from stove, pipeline n all, and said check for 5 days, second time we went complained after 5 days meter showing 209 and thousand side moved between 0 n 1 i took pic of the meter too. they replied that ur stove is having very big leakage they make us so afraid, and said over everything is ok when i asked about meter he told its MECHANICAL ERROR, meter show almost 1 of thousand side about to come 210 unit. now i recieved call from office regarding we did wrong billing before 2 month

          We have not been given connection and the reson they say is its mote than 1000 meters from the road.

          I m ready to pay extra charges for the pipeline also but still they are not giving us the conncetion, at the same time just in hardly distance they has given the gas pipeline.

            I was apply a new gas connection for last four months ago, i was paid 7388/- already, and they gay was said it will come in 90 days but it was gone 120 days

                  I had submitted my application for refitting of my gas pipeline after renovation of the house on 10jan 2018 and paid refitting charges vide chqno.279051 dt.10/1/18 for Rs.2000/- and was told that the same will be refitted within 2 months time.

                  It is almost 6 months since then and more than dozen visit in the last six month by GSPC engineer and team is not able to refit the gas line. They come and inspect and say that within 2 days it will be refitted and then some other team come and has same old story to tell.

                  I got fedup of this callouse and lethargic attitude of the staff and company. If the company is not competent enough to provide the service they better disconnect the line. I & my family cannot be held ransom by the company and its employees and made to pay monthly bill of six month when the GAS line is not connected/operational. For the last 6 month I have to buy gas cylinder from the open market with additional cost for no fault of mine.

                  Im contemplating approaching consumer court to solve the matter if the lethargy and callouse, irresponsible attitude of the employee and company continues.

                    My complaint iss that gujarat gas company, bharuch staff. I had paid payment for new connection since 17th december 2017. But till now there is no connection done at my home where as another way my near house had done cconnection. And another home connection done. But the contractor from gujarat gas company side, he doesn't do work at my home.in another way the connection was done whom paid payment in april 2018. March 2018.
                    Where u was complaint against that your representive reply very roudly. He told me that i[censored] have problem then u complaint against me.. No one can interfere in my work.
                    My complaint is that when i will get connection? And why gujarat gas representative roudly behave to customer. And why he will do new connection of april 2018. Where as we almost 11 nos house had paid money in december2017.

                      Dea sir, mr. Chintan modi, technical officer vapi branch. You have installed gas pipeline at ratan apartment chala vapi keeping one end of the pipe about 20 feet long with a view to join it with the main gas pipe line. This end of the pipe is hanging in between the road since last 20 days. You and your concerned team has visited the place many times. Last you have visited on 28/05/2018 with mr rohit singh and you have assured me to get the work done. Yet the work has not been completed.in this connection on 23/05/2018 i have also talked to mr. Sanjay tailor personally at your office expressing my difficulties in getting the work done at the centres and pavar work at the place is held up and entry in the building is restricted. I have also been talking to mr. Harshal nayak branch manager, dharmesh patel site engineer, mr dheeraj patel site supervisor. I find myself helpless to get the work done since last 20 days. Inspite of talking to all these people work is yet pending. I hope for your positive reply and actions for getting this work done as soon as possible without putting me to any further problems as i am a senior citizen of 66 years old looking after entire functions. Hope for your best administration and you will prove your slogan of gujarat gas limited ease of doing business. Thanks to all in advance.

                        I inform many staff regarding my gasline conection. Many engineers n staff but no one visited my house still date. 6month aleady pass but no one care to response me request you to please esclate the matter asap.

                        This is very bad experience i m having gujarat gas.. It hurts when you pay regular but no one care of your promblem.. If i will and receives any update in couple of days then i need to take action with consumer form

                          I had applied for new connection, got pipelines extended srt 80091088 at that application no . the person who visited told us that your gas line will start withing 2 days, yet i waited for 8 days and called your customer care number where they said it will take a week's time, called on the same number they said, we have no idea how long it will take, not getting a proper response . so please solve the broblem.

                          120 days but no connection provide so fast servises .
                          In jamnagar state shivnagar, gokulnagar area more then 5 to 6 connection incomplete and more than 3 month to I'm going but still not completely .as you said connection start in 3month but till date not completely.
                          I called on emergency number [protected] at gujarat gas surat at 11.30 am.
                          Its 4.30 pm and still no one comes at home to see.

                          We had a small fire yesterday only still no one cares.

                          Please take quick action for the same.

                              Honorable sahib shri i have given a check to gujarat gas company for six months for getting a new connection on my new flat. Often the genius has complained but i have not received any reply. After requesting, my check amount has been debited from my account as on date-25/01/2018 but i have not given any new connection yet.. I do not have a cylinder so i suffered lots of problem. Please take a quick look at my complaint and give me a new connection.

                              We have applied for gas connection on July-2017 and now Gujarat Gas company has completed external and internal piping work, but they have not joined with line(external to internal), so gas connection is not working - please arrange to do the needful.

                              The application form has been formed by 1 year 5 months still they had not given connection. We had complaint many times than also they are not taking any action.
                              Unless the New Connection Matter is Resolved on Priority Basis by the Authorities / Contractor of Gujarat Gas Ltd., how can One rate the Services?

                                  I reached gujarat gas station near chharodi, ahmedabad yesterday i. E. 03.04.2018 at around 8.45 pm for filling cng in my car. I asked for making payment through pos which he refused blatantly and when i gave cash, he tendered change which contained one torn currency note. I just asked to change it when he started misbehaving abruptly and started talking indecently. He then took all the change from me and asked me to give the total amount in change. I asked him to take payment through card. I made the payment through card and machine was working fine. I then asked his name and asked him to call his manager. He told me his name insulting me that i can't do anything. Also he told me there is no manager here. He then abused me profusely and manhandled my car when i told him that i will complain about him. He kept threatening me for life saying that he is a local person and asked me to come out of the car. I then went out of the gas service station.

                                  I pass through the Ahmedabad Viramgam road on a daily basis and I would like to go there for CNG provided my life is safe. Can you ensure the safety of my life? It's pretty ironic as Gujarat Gas has received the Golden peacock award for safety.

                                    My gujarat gas surat customer no:[protected].

                                    I have get gujarat gas pipeline connection in scheme of deposit payment through rs.200 emi in 2016. As per scheme i have to pay monthly emi + actual gas consumption charges in every invoice.

                                    Recently i have received invoice of amount rs.10, 264/-. I have contact gujarat gas for the same, they replied that they have billed minimum consumption charges invoice only and recovered only emi payment through my paid invoices.

                                    As per scheme gujarat gas has to raise invoice of emi + actual consumption charges which they had not done and now forcing to pay 3 years consumption charges in single slot.

                                    I opt scheme with the thinking to not burden single time high value amount
                                    Due to not raising proper invoice by gujarat gas i am facing problem of higher value payment in single slot.

                                    Please help.

                                      Our building is total covered by cctv camara.
                                      In many of the bill cycle company send us this type of minimum bill cycle bill this is the cheat by your company.
                                      I request you to please adjust all bill which sent as minimum bill cycle otherwise i will go on and on till my complain is not fullfill.

                                        Dear respacted sir, i apply for new connaction. That s accepated i get custmer id that is[protected]. But till not get connaction. So please do fast as possibal. Waiting for your possitive responce.
                                        I submietd a cheq for as a fee of new connaction. That was also clear. After connaction of gas i want to shift there. So i waiting for this. I hope you will notice my problum and solve as possibal as.
