I have already paid amount for additional gas connection on 3.5.2017. However, till dated no connection is provided even after frequent reminder on telephone, mobile, office land line chandkheda and on customer care. They refused to get installation at my residence as they have no "zula". Sir, almost six months passed. For winter additional connection requisitioned by me.

    Hello Sir,

    Customer No.[protected], Please give me the status of Application Request Number is [protected] and receipt date is 26/03/2015. and also give the informations about why gas connection is not provided or started till today. I have paid all amount Rs.10, 350/- on dated: 26/03/2015 by cheque.
    I have submitted this application on 25/03/2015 and current year is 2017.So, Give me the actual reason for not provide gas connection.
    If you are not giving information then I will be going to consumer court because my application submitted and all fees amount deposited on date:26/03/2015 in your office.

      Gujarat Gas jamnagar authority is only accept cheque for gas bill payment for cash payment customer has to stand in long queue of post office company should start his own cash collection center .If possible they should pick up bill from home like delivery LPG cylender.More when we try to pay bill online often comes server errors.

          With reference gujarat gas ltd. Letter dtd. 14.11.2017 which i recd. On 17.11.2017, in letter mention by gujarat gas customer not given permission for piping connection in road, but no one from gujarat gas office visit my house and no any survey for this subject, so how do you say that we do not give permission for this work. No one from you tell me for this problem, i still not don't know for this subject.

          It's very bad experience with your company, please resolve this problem as earliest and give me gas connection. Otherwise i will take legal action against your company.

            In this cashless project gas station of gujarat gas company not participate in ankleshwar zone. Many times they have issues of machine so thats why customer have to pay in cash. So please make sure that on every gas station atleast one machine should be in working condition.. Gas stations charged much money then actual bill in cash transactions because of change problem.. Please focus on this problem..

              Application for new gas connection given on 16th sept, 2017 still no connection provided and keep giving dates like after 5 days after diwali after election etc...
              What is going on?

              This is really ridiculous service i have ever seen. Their corporate office is also uncertain when it will get resolved.

              I have already paid for service but cannot avail any a service except dates.

              And gujarat gas theorized person prakash patel he is an engineer in Gujarat gas and mukesh bhai he is plumber, whom does not give me proper planning for pass the gas line and also does not give me proper response...
              He was called me that i would call you that night about your gas line planning at 27/11/2017 but he wasnot untill call me or inform me.
              Gujarat gas company give sourity to give a new gas connection in within 90 days but it was not give me gas connection...

              Gujarat gas company was poor quality company...

              Gujarat gas company 's engineer and plumber both are rubbish person and also don't have manners...

[protected] and executive said we are despatched all bill to you by today's courier and they have closed the complaint same query i have raised again vide complaint no. [protected] on dtd.[protected] ever i request them if you can email me gas bill, but they replied they can't able to do this and your complaint has been passed and you will get your gas bill asap.

                  Sir,
                  I applied for new connection with above details on 8th september 2017. With lots of follow-up line was laid inside the house just 15 days back. No connection has been done so far for the gas line. I am regularly following up with your office in chandkheda and visited many times and i am getting stereotyped reply that it will be done tomorrow. Today (2 nov 2017) i was told, it would be done 100% but i am sorry to say no connection was done.

                  It is very surprising that customers are being harassed and given false information and promise by reputed company like gujarat gas.

                  I request you to expedite the connection at the earliest.

                    My problem is whenever i call to my distrubuter they dont receive phone, and they dont even come for month to supply bottel kosamba nilesh gas ta mangrol dist surat please take action on not receiving the call please my name is jayesh i am from kosamba so please tel the to keep one person to attend the call so costumer gets the right answer, many times what happens no that we go there and the say that cylinder is not available ane we have to return our time also goes waste our petrol also so its however customers loss so plese tell them to receive call and give the tight feedback to customer.

                        Subject: request to resolve the long standing issue of release of new png connection.
                        Sir,
                        This refers to my application no. Srt-8002994 dated[protected] and payment receipt no. Aa/2017/09074 for rs. 5615 for new png connection at flat no.7, ii floor, shakti aprtment, timaliyawad, nanpura surat. More than four and half months have passed by since the registration of application and full payment. Beside, we have personally visited your customer care executive at surat about four times, but i regret to inform you that so far nothing is done except a formal visit.
                        Please note that a ggcl png gas connection existed there a couple of years back and all pipe lines except meter still exists. Due to relocation at other place in connection with my job, the png connection was permanently disconnected by ggcl at my request, and meter was removed a few years back. All related details of which were submitted to ggcl while submitting above application and signing of fresh agreement, as desired and directed by your officials. I fail to understand the reason behind such a long delay when most of the infrastructure for release of png is existing.
                        This is my last formal reminder to you to ensure the release of a new png connection within a fortnight or please arrange to refund me the entire amount. Please note that due to my job i am out of surat, but you can contact my father shri pravinbhai shah on phone no. [protected] for site coordination.
                        I request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                            Customer id[protected] / bill 15.06.16 paid by me rs. 916/- on unit reading 251. After that i received bill date 27.09.16 of rs. 3915/- unit reading[protected] dated 15.06.16), in between i paid minimum amount and big amount also during the period.

                            Gas meter is installed out side home so no any matter of home close. I paid 6-7 bills so please reverse my paid amount & also adjust min bill reading.

                              I have made a written application and submited the required fee of rs.1180/- for dismantling of existing gas pipe line as we are undertaking renovation of our house no. B 41 swagat 3 opp sakar school, new c g road, chandkheda, ahmedabad 382424 and rcd acknowledgement vide sms no.[protected] on 12sep against customer id no.[protected].

                              I have already visited chandkheda office at orange mall 4 times to inform to remove the pipeline as there is a danger of pipeline getting burst due to breaking of the wall through heavy drilling machine. But the entire complaint is falling on deaf ear.

                              Pls note we will not be held responsible if any accident take place due to the non compliance /request and several personal visit to your office to personally apprise of the seriousness and danger of the delay.

                              Pls treat this as top urgent

                                Jab bhi gas bharvane jate hain to hamare 1 se 9 rupiya kha jate hain
                                Hum chiller dete hain to bi vo mana karte hain
                                166 rs hota hai to vo bolte hain 170 rs do.
                                Ye hamare liye roj ki baat hai
                                Har din kam se kam hamara 3/4 rs. Ka nuksan hota hai to monthly 100 aur saal ke 1200 rs. Ka nuksan hota hai aise hi dusro ke saath hota hai
                                Isme lakho rupye ka public ka nuksan hota hai
                                To please iske bare main kuch woche
                                Hamara 1 rupiya bhi mehnat ka hai hum use aise nahi luta sakte aur kuch kar bhi nahi sake aap kuch kare to apki maherbani hogi

                                  We applied for domestic png connection vide application no : hal21216984 dtd 8-02-17. After a lot of follow up we received a reply from your halol office denying giving gas connection as it is "technically non feasible". Since i worked in reliance as vice president - technical, i went to your office at halol on 08-09-17 to understand why it is technically non feasible. A team of your engineers & contractor doing piping job visited our building. Plumber was dominating your engineers & since they will have to work at height for giving support to pipe, plumber denied as it is not a easy job. Your team of engineers was not found open minded, co-opetative & willing to work in little bit difficult place. Difficulty & problems will be there in any job but the engineer will have to find the solution. It is easiest to deny saying that it is technically not feasible.
                                  There is a need to give exposure of plant & difficult tasks to this team of easy going engineers.
                                  I am compelled to withdraw my application by your team o[censored]n-experienced engineers. They refused to give me e-mail i'd of their seniors.
                                  I hope senior level of technical team of gujarat gas would be better.

                                    As a customer i have book & apply new gas pipeline connection in my house at 119/120 mahadev nagar -4 (Krishna), ne. Rly crossing, opp rami park, dindoli-, surat-394210

                                    I have applied & submitted all relevant documents with inr 5065/- (Receipt no. As/2017/ 03833) on 30/03/17 application form no. Srt[protected].

                                    I am trying since last april 2017 but no any proper reply from your ends. Still not getting any satisfactory & correct answer when your people come & give connection.
                                    How much time take, & require for new connection.

                                        I have applied for a new gas line connection at my new residence in surat city vesu area on around 15th april 2017. I had paid by cheque for the same. They said the work will be done within a period of 90 days. After the application process was complete i have complained atleast 4-5 times that my connection has not been yet processed. Every single time without any service being provided i get a msg saying the complaint has been processed. Only once a person came and said he will come with engineer in the evening but no one came. I am a working woman. I asked them to provide me contact details of the concerned person who would visit my residence but it wasn't given. I asked them to call me before they came but i didn't get any calls. Since i wasn't expecting this kind of service from gujarat gas i didn't save all the msgs. I have to forcefully cook using microwave which i hate but i have no other option. I do have a few msgs which are not deleted. I expect a quick job now and also a compensation
