Dear Sir, 24 to 30 person are up down to borsad - vasad - vadodara, many people goes to school and college, and many people goes to job, but every day bus problem. And we are very tired for this problem. We complained to controlar depo this problem, but not understand our problem... So please understand our problem and please make a new express bus for borsad to vadodara at 7:30am.

    Dear Sir,

    I am from UttarPradesh and was on visit to somnath and diu. This was my first time in travelling through gsrtc bus. We two women was on board on 12 MAY 2014 from UNA to VERAVAL. We boarded bus around 8 AM mORNING AND We took ticket costing Rs 188. As we rushed this in hurry we forgot to take drinking water so i boarded out at Kodiyar bus stop to buy bottled drinking water meanwhile driver started the bus so i boarded again bus in hurry and i lost my ticket while catching again the bus. After that a ticket checker named ASHOK BHAI or full NAME A.K Kathiya came to check the ticket, I said i lost even bus conductor driver co passengers confirmed that we have taken the ticket. To make him sure i told him the ticket amount but he was to rude and abusive and adamant to see ticket and said we have to fill the fine. He was continouing harassing us and forcing us to go to veraval bus stop. Is this kind of behaviour is done by staff o[censored]rs from woman travellers of other state. We too want that GSRTC should earn revenue but not by harassing us like that fellow.
    After this incident we have to think again while boarding on gsrtc bus and i wont recommend others to travel through GSRTC.
    I hope you will take some actions against that person atleast teach him how to behave with women travellers.
    We have filled fine of Rs 400 and i am enclosing fine recepit which we payed at VERAVAL Bus stop.

      Dear Sir, We would like to inform you that banyan tree (Vadlo) increase on main road of Dara - Saronda Road at Dara Falia, nearby resident of - Ramubhai Vitthalbhai Raut and Harichandra Jivan Raut at Dara Falia. Address ( Dara -Saronda Road, Station - Sanjan, Taluka - Umbergaon, Dist - Valsad, Gujarat 396135 ) Dara – Saronda road is the main route road of GSRTC buses. All GSRTC buses are using this road for going to Sanjan Raiway Station on daily basis.And also lot of other company private vehicles of Daman are using this route. Due to banyan tree increase on main road, it is very difficult for GSRTC bus, Truck, Big Tempo, Company Bus, Laxury buses are facing a difficulty for pass the road and overtake to other vehicle. All vehicle have to compulsory slow speed at this place. We here by humbly requesting you; kindly take necessary action at the earliest. Please find attached the photograph.         I booked my ticket today I.e. on 11th may in ahemadabad baroda volvo .seat no 6. My on line booking was done for bus at 2.45 pm whereas when I reached on nehrunagar bus stand the I showed her my pnr no. Nd booking details.after verifying, she asked me to sit in bus standing there then after bus started and she again checked and it was found that my ticket was for 2.45 bus whereas the bus I was made to sit was of 2 pm.Since bus was already started I asked her to that now I can not go out of bus and she should have checked the details before asking me to sit in the said bus.she refused and I also called ar nehrunagar and gita mandir st inquire who convinced with my request but said that they can not do anything. I had to pay again for travelling in 2 pm bus.while writing this I am in the same bus. I request to consider and refundymoney of ticket booked for 2.45 pm.I tried to call on call centre numbet I.e.[protected] but the number is not reachable
        This is pain and I lost money .to book ticket online is facility given to customer or harrasment.looking for positive response and awaiting refund

            Dear Sir, I am service person and daily travelling in State transport point bus from Ahme.(Viratnagar via naroda) to Gandhinagar in morning and Gandhinagar to Ahme.(Viratnagar via Naroda) in evening. My evening time for catch the bus at the time of 6.15 pm. and my bus pass is Ah. to Ch-0 Gandhinagar via Indra-bridge, so there was no other option for going to Ah.(Viratnagar) without point bus because my pass is only for Point bus and Saheri bus.Three buses likewise Viratnagar, Odhav and krisnanagar point buses pass away from Ch-0 Gandhinagar bus station with few passengers and does not stop at bus station and some diver made miss behaviour.I have about 10-11 passengers in them 5 from my office and they daily travelling in st point bus from above mention location.We have all of them service pass and we expand our extra money for going to Ahmedabad (viratnagar, odhav, Thakkarnagar, krishnanagar) daily about 60 Rs.per person in autorickshaw . So that we all of passengers kindly requested you, to take a strong necessary action against above mentioned buses and satisfied our daily travelling problems.

                My Name is Ramesh Nagindas Soni and I am 57 Years Old from Maninagar - Ahmedabad.

                I have very painful experience at "Bhavnagar Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation's Ticket Window"
                I went to the same place with my Wife for Ticket Reservation in Advance from Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad on 03.02.2014 at 11.30 a.m.

                There is no any information board or anything where passenger can understand, from where he/she has to stand from Reservation Ticker.
                Although no indicator about Separate queue for Ladies.
                Hence I had stood almost 25-30 min in queue along with current ticket booking passenger
                Meanwhile One lady came and got the ticket from the same windows and that too without queue.
                So I shocked and went to Booking Clerk and asked, How you could offered ticker to someone who was not in queue and we were waiting for our turn since last half an hour ?
                He replied very rudely and literally started shouting on my wife and me, also we informed to put complain to Mr. J.R. Buch (Depot Manager), we went to him but unfortunately he was absent.
                This is my humble request to you, please provide enough information at such Ticket window Counter about
                1. Separate Line for Ladies / Senior Citizen / Handicap etc..
                2. Separate Line for Current / Advance Reservation Booking
                3. Educate the Staff, How to treat with Passenger after all they are Customer for you and Gandhi's said, Customer is God.

                Please take necessary action on concern booking to avoid such Misbehaviour with others in future.

                  Sir,
                  I am student of Nirma University. I am from Bavla. I am daily up-down from Bavla to Nirma. My college time is 9 am. There is no direct bus from bavla to gandhinagar at this time. The buses from Sarkhej to G'nagar not stop the bus at nirma and also in return they not stop bus at nirma. My all friend which are from gandhinagar can easily up-down from nirma to G'nagar. The buses stop both time for G'nagar students. I have pass of GSRTC bus though i daily purchase ticket in AMTS. Please Sir take action about it.
                  And one thing sir At Bavla the Bus BAVLA-DAHEGAM bus is very irregular.There is 2 bus in whole day for Gandhinagar. Since last week the bus coming 3 times and remain day it comes 1 hour to 1:30 hour late. When we ask about the irregularity of bus then they says us no body conductor is ready for this route. We all student feel very uncomfortable for this bus because other buses are not stop at NIRMA either GOTA or SOLA. Every day our two hour waste for this bus. SIr please take action about it. Thank You.

                      I booked two tickets in Gujarnagari Express originate at 14.30 hrs from Baroda. Tickets were booked on 02/12/2013 for Journey from Baroda to Bhavnagar on 09/12/2013 (pnr No. G5652310). The tickets were cancelled on 05/12/2013. The refund amount indicated at the time of cancellation Rs. 228/-. Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. Kindly arrange to deposit my refund amount in my account earliest.                         Respected sir/madam, My self Arun Chaudhary, who had booked a ticket from Nehrunagar to Baroda on 15/11/2013 (VOLVO CLASS). The transaction got failed two times. And a message appeared of failed booking. Then gain i booked on 17/11/2013. I got reservation voucher on my mail. But the money deducted form my account was 3 times. A sum amount of Rs. 224 was deducted three times instesd of one. Do let me know the refund policy. PNR No. is G5529107 for which i paid Rs. 224 through my State Bank Of India credit card. But amount was deducted two times more. Do let me know for refund. In my GSRTC e-ticket account the details also shows of only one booking. So, do help me with my refund. And also there are no contact numbers on website for complain of GSRTC, they have just given an email ([protected]@gsrtc.in) i mailed them too, but all waste as no reply from them. Thanking You.                               was traveling from barroda to bhujin bus surat-bhujof baroda depot and pnrG5327314 get in the bus at 21:20 pm from BARODA.The conductor slap me without reasonable issue and didn't give me complaint book for complaint. So, i argue you to take action against the conductor of above mentioned bus. MY MO NO [protected]

                                dear sir, I was booked 3 tickets from surat to satlasna for the travel on 01/11/2013 in GSRTc online booking .due to some inconvenience i was canceled my tickets on same day was 12/09/2013.web page shows your ticket was canceled and you will get the refund rs 541/-.i waited up to 25 days but still i cant get any refund from gsrtc.there was no contact and customer care service in gsrtc online booking.please conside my complaint and refund in my denabank debit card. here i am sending my details of tickets.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, My complaint is that I booked two E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey on 07/10/2013. Starting point is : BARODA. My journey is from BARODA to RAJKOT in express bus service. My journey time is 4:45 AM from BARODA. My NO. GS707460. So my complaint is when i booked the ticket the bus fare is debited from my account but i didnt get my ticket booking. I So my 164/- Rs is cut for 1ticket and I didn't get refund from the GSRTC SERVISE. So in my case I would like to get the refund into this case in my bank account. Thanks, BHAVAN BANKER.

                                      YESTERDAY ON[protected] I HAVE TO TRAVELLING THROUGH GUJARAT STATE TRANSPORT SERVICE IN BUS PALANPUR TO ANAND , I HAVE BOUGHT RESERVATION TICKET FROM MEHSANA BUS STOP ON[protected] , FOR SEAT NO. 10 FROM MEHSANA HIGHWAY TO ANAND . BUT CONDUCTOR WAS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESERVE SEAT & I HAVE TRAVEL IN STANDING POSITION DUE TO OVER LOADED BUS

                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        My complaint is that I booked two E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey on 23/07/2013. Starting point is : Dahod. My journey is from Dahod to Ahmadabad in express bus service. My journey time is 4:00 AM from Dahod. My PNR No is :G4877815. So my complaint is when I reached there on Dahod Bus stop and inquired for the respected bus, then suddenly Depo Incharge of Dahod told me that, this ticket which you have booked for 4:00 AM bus, No bus is this time in Dahod depo , this route bus is not start in 4.00 AM time. If this bus is bus is not start in 4.00 AM than also it saw on the reservation menu. So my 131/- Rs is cut for 1 tickets and I didn't get refund from the office of Dahod. So I have to manage myself for other transportation to go to Ahmadabad.

                                        So in my case I would like to get the refund into this case in my bank account. And strictly remove bus timing show on reservation menu, which has been closed, so no any problems occurs in future to other passengers.
