My complaint is that I booked two E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey on 23/07/2013. Starting point is : Dahod. My journey is from Dahod to Ahmadabad in express bus service. My journey time is 4:00 AM from Dahod. My PNR No is :G4877815. So my complaint is when I reached there on Dahod Bus stop and inquired for the respected bus, then suddenly Depo Incharge of Dahod told me that, this ticket which you have booked for 4:00 AM bus, No bus is this time in Dahod depo , this route bus is not start in 4.00 AM time. If this bus is bus is not start in 4.00 AM than also it saw on the reservation menu. So my 131/- Rs is cut for 1 tickets and I didn't get refund from the office of Dahod. So I have to manage myself for other transportation to go to Ahmadabad.
So in my case I would like to get the refund into this case in my bank account. And strictly remove bus timing show on reservation menu, which has been closed, so no any problems occurs in future to other passengers.

siryour e-ticket booking website is not functioning. the fault may remain for many days. please look into the problem and correct it.
