As earlier I have submitted complaint regarding the following details.. But due to no response from u for such a longtime,I need to remind the same matter..
I, Milind Bhavsar, want to inform you about my unsuccessful transaction regarding e-ticket booking.We were booking the ticket From Surat to Junagadh on 18/10/2011, after finishing the booking procedure we didn't get our ticket booked and Rs.309.00 was deducted from our Axis Bank Account.I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible. I did not receive any mail regarding my confirmed transaction or deduction of money from GSRTC. Kindly be needful in the matter.I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction details given below;

    Despite of my complaints at six times to GSRTC, neither response is given nor the money refunded

    Under user ID - vktripathi, on http://www.gsrtc.in/GSRTCOnline/ website, I tried to book ticket on 10 Feb 2012 vide GSRTC reference No. G5157166 for journey dtd from SURAT to Radhanpur in Surat Rapar sleeper coach, the money Rs. 293) deducted by the bank from credit card but no ticket booked. The deducted money has been charged by the bank. Later on the ticket was booked under GSRTC ref No. G5157190 for which payment was done separately. Pl do needful for refund for deducted money for GSRTC reference No. G5157166 on 10 Feb 2012 for which no ticket booked.

    I had book the ticket on line for Vadodara to babra on date 24/07/16 in surat bagsara but on that day bus services for this bus is already cancelled and I also don't know whether I will get refund or not

      hello sir,
      i booked sleeper class ticket from e-ticket booking in that starting point was junagadh to baroda. i booked ticket for my sister.but in your faulty booking system i got sitting ticket.thare is no any mark in your booking system which can indicate that the ticket which we are booking about sitting/sleeper.and thare is one big fault also that the chart indicates in system is also wrong. so please improve and make better your e-booking site.

        I have tried to booked 5 no of TICKETS (on 13 th april) on GSRTC online booking system through my AXIS bank Credit Card for "AHMEDABAD" to "AMRELI” , my transaction was done successful but due to some reason i didn't get the ticket from gsrtc and i didn't get the option for print your e-ticket and some error message will displayed on the screen...

        20 TO 25 PASSENGER ARE DAILY UPDOWN
        Dear sir,

        We are alway up-down in bus from borsad to baroda but we have facing below mention problems, please do the needfull.

        Always we have facing problem in bus timing, always bus not come on time so we cant go our jor/personal work. this is happened becoz of only bus driver and coundoctor and one more problem thay have created if two bus is come on bus stop but they are not ready to start bus becoz thay somting when that bus start then we have to start bus and go so they dont take passangers in his bus then passengers go on only first bus and second bus have no passangers and some times local busses not stopped and local station and sometimes driver is not park on bus platform they will go direct without passangers.

        Sir, please take care of this problems so all r happy with bus journy.

          dear sir,
          I was booked 3 tickets from dwarka to Ahmadabad for the travel on 07/03/2012 in GSRTc online booking .due to some inconvenience i was canceled my tickets on same day ie 07/03/2012.web page shows your ticket was canceled and you will get the refund rs624.i waited up to 9-10days but still i cant get any refund from gsrtc.there was no contact and customer care service in gsrtc online booking.please conside my complaint and do needful.here i am sending my details of tickets.

          I booked my ticket in gsrtc online on 21/03/2012 from ANKLESHWAR TO MANSA.
          I reached bus station at 00:20 my bus suppose to came at 00:45 I waited till 2:30 the bus didn't came to our
          Station then I have to make some other arrangment. There is no controller at ANKLESHWAR station after 23:00 there is watchmen who guide us.So please take this matter as serious one and give me positive response. I suppose to get my money refund as soon as possible. And please take some strict action against this careless gsrtc department and there is no contact number so we contact.           Dear Sir,

          On 5.5.13, at 10.14 I booked tickets(Seat No 29-30 in 6.30 am Bus) for
          6.5.13 ex Nehrunagar to Morbi and Rs.278/- debited to my account but I
          did not received tickets through mail.

          I again booked the ticket at 10.43 am for the same seat Nos.i.e. 29 &
          30 and I got the tickets through mail but the amount of Rs.278/- was
          again dbited to my account.

          I request you to credit Rs.278/- to my account as it is wrongly debted twice.

              The GSRTC Bus scheduled to depart from Baroda at 9.15 pm on dt 10.3.12 -Namely SLEEPER COACH VAPI- KESHOD- is not still NOT READY to depart from platform till the moment of complaint i.e 12.15 am dt 11.3.12 The reason is technical fault in Bus vehicle and the staff is engaged in bringing and replacing broken pipe since last 3 hours. NO INFORMATION FOR DELAY TIME/ NO REPLACEMENT WITH SPARE VEHICLE since last three hours. The passanger planning for next working day for specific schedule / IMPORTANT BUSINESS MEET is suffering lot .
              Does GSRTC not have a single spare vehicle to put in service ?
              Staff on duty at 11.30 to 12.30 at inquiry behave very rudely and not giving any information regarding the optional bus service in personal as wel as on telephone.It is requested to pl take action against this staff for not performing duty as per norms to the public.
              Passangers have to cancel their trip after suffering at Vadodara ST depo for three hours. - Have to undergo for a lenghty process of refund of E-ticket. and have to bear loss of sleep- next working day , trip and money. Who is RESPONSIBLE for this irrecoverable loss to 52 Nos of passangers.
              It is humble request to Govt of Guj instead of praising and publcity funda, pl take action on employee of GSRTC vadodara on duty in public interest. and take remedial action for delyed bus service

                The conductor of the bus are showing a kinda attitude where if a passenger is asking for the change and if they have it they do not give it and sometimes they even try to talk in a high pitch which is not exactly their job.
                Today[protected] i was travelling the bus GSRTC with the route ( Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad ), the conductor asked me for ticket, the cost was Rs. 16 and i gave him Rs. 20 where he asked me for 6 rupees change i was not having that, and he told me he would be giving me that later.
                When i reached the stop i asked for the change he said give me six rupees i wasnt having that and he thrice repeated why dont you have it give me the change and the voice texture was not at all appropriate, then he gave me Rs. 4 back, i saw there was probably 20 rupees change with him. And we had a quarrel i found it really bad, who the hell is he to talk in that manner and when he is having the change why they are asking for the change. Sometimes in a rush people do not get a chance to get the change back.
                When it comes to unity this stupid idiotic people raising out there voice without any sense, like there are the one who owns the bus. These guys should be removed from the job they feel like they are the only people working for government.
                As considering they have got the job through reference and being an unknown about how to behave with the passenger they should not be appointed.

                Conductor name was not given to me he was in a high pitch telling me get the number of the bus and find my name u would get that and do whatever u wish to do.

                GOVT. BUS — idiotic behavior of the conductor,,,,,

                Respected Sir/Madam,
                I am Gowtham of Coimbatore... I am schooling at 11 th standard..... I was returning to my house after my tuition in # 26 bus..the route is from Gandhipuram to Veerepandi ... the registration number of the bus was # TN 38 A 0764. when i got into the bus at G.P stopping the conductor asked me money for ticket and i gave him 10rupees instead of 2 rupees... He shouted at me and asked me to get down.. i pose a question.." ARE WE LIVING IN A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY????????????.WHO IS THAT TO ASK ME TO GET DOWN OF A GOVERNMENT BUS".. I refused to get down because the law doesn't allow it. I knew a few things about LAWS as I am the son of a PUBLIC PROSECUTOR.. That conductor got angered and said that he knew many laws stating that the MOTOR ACT allows the passengers who doesn't have proper change to be punished,,,, To me NO LAW states such an idiotic thing... Then he pulled the 10 rupees note from me and it too tore... Now he asked me money and when i gave money he refused to get the ten rupee note which was tore.... then at last he got 10 rupees and marked as "10/1" at the back of the ticket and did not give the balance..... When my stop came I asked him the balance...He replied in an ABUSING WORD and said that " DO WHATEVER YOU CAN.... I CAN'T GIVE THE BALANCE.."...I don't know what to do.... I have to go another 4 km in bus but I didn't have money.... so I have to go by walking and this gave me mental and physical stress to me..... To mention the name ... the name of the conductor is P.RAVI....


                WHO IS THERE TO ANSWER ME.... ARE THEY THE GOVERNMENT SERVENTS... IT IS CONDUCTOR'S DUTY TO HAVE CHANGE..... WHERE ARE WE... ARE WE IN A CAPITALIST COUNTRY OR IN A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY????..... I KINDLY REQUEST THE HIGHER OFFICIAL TO GET MY 8 RUPEES BACK AND TAKE ACTIONS ON THE CONDUCTOR....IF THERE IS NO ACTION ON HIM ... ONE FINE DAY HE WOULD OWN THE BUS HIMSLF AND WILL ILLTREAT THE PASSENGERS......

                I am Engineer in RO Company. i am up down Mandvi to Bardoli in Surat Dist. My company time is 10 to 7 PM. Bardoli depo bus No. Gj 18 1872 or 4596 started in bardoli to Mandvi. Its started time at 7.00 PM but Last 15 days bus is not started right time & Bus going on very slowly. We are compliant conductor his answered not right. Mandvi to bardoli distance is 30 KM (45 Min.) timing taken 1.5 Hr. so Timing are so west. Conductor Dhirubhai Batch no. 6752 & driver batch no. 104. Driver says to passenger we are reach 10 O' clock at bardoli.

                      yesterday i Juz book a Bus ticket ( JUNAGADH to AHMEDABAD CBS 1). . but when i go to the bus station with the printed e ticket, i got aninformation from the enquiery room, "the bus (JUNAGADH to DEESA) was cancelled one month before. .. i need to attend an interview on that day, but due to this circumstances, i didnt attend the interview. i didnt get any new ticket also..

                      so sir, pls tell me, what i want to do, if anything happen ??? this is not only my problem, , , if the bus is cancelled before one month, then why they reserve my ticket on a cancelled bus?? why they didnt told me about this?? how can i get my money back?? pls help me sir, and do the necessary against this kind of issues... for your kind information i am here by attaching my ticket. details are given below:-

                        I had booked a Bus ticket on 09.11.2011 from AHMEDABAD to MORBI,
                        As per time of bus 06:30 hrs on 10.11.2011, i reached bus stand on time 06:00 Hrs.
                        I went to the enquiry office regarding bus enquiry & They told me, Bus was not came to station from last night (09.11.2011).
                        Then i asked for refund. They told me, it is not in there hand.
                        I checked the refund procedure on such cases on site "http://www.gsrtc.in/GSRTCOnline/validateUser.do11", but nowhere found.

                        Request you to help in this case for getting refund of my money.

                          Matter Title : www.gsrtc.in booked my ticket for a bus which was already Cancelled

                          I had Used ONLINE TICKET BOOKING fro www.gsrtc.in on Saturday for Booking my return Trip from
                          Ahmedabad to Savarkundla as Onward Trip - on 01/10/11
                          and
                          Savarkundla to Ahemedabad As return trip - on 02/10/11
                          in Krishnanagar - Diu via savarkundla.
                          I had Registeredmy ticket from Nadiad from my Internet and my Boarding Point was Nehrunagar,
                          So at that time I did not know why bus did not come, and when I inquire at ST DEPO GITAMANDIR by phone they informed me that bus had already GONE,
                          But actual thing is That ROOT was cancelled from 01/10/11, that I came to know from Savarkundla- Depo when I was returning to Ahemedabad.

                          Sir I am residing in Nadiad and it may be much inconvenient for me to come there Personally.

                          So please tell me what would be the Refund Procedure.

                          My complaint is that I booked an E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey was[protected]. Starting Point:Zadeshwar x to Ambaji. I reserved my ticket for the sleeper bus which comes from Surat to Ambaji at 23-30 Hrs.My PNR No is:G9059046. I reached the Starting Point:Zadeshwar x at 21-30 Hrs. I could not get bus and waited till 02-30 Hrs[protected] but the bus didn't come.
                          If bus cancelled, nobody has phone/message to me on my mobile.
                          So in my case I would like to get the refund into this case in my bank account at the earliest and the strict actions against the bus staff who where careless on the duty.

                            Authorized person in GSRTC bloke seat for their relative before open online booking
                            I hold monthly pass for local bus. And bus fare up to 30 kms is same for express & local bus as advertised by GSRTC. Today i.e. on[protected] when I tried to travel in express bus no. GJ-18 Y 2773 (conductor badge no. 191 & bus of Mandvi depot) at approximately 20-00 hours from Bardoli Linear depot to Bardoli Station depot, (distance approximately 2 kms), conductor did not allow me & forced me to get down from bus. When I complained to controller at Bardoli Linear bus depot, he was also in favor of conductor as a staff member (as he told). They are trying to fail ST's scheme of getting more passenger by allowing same fare for express & local bus up to 30 kms. Kindly look into the matter & inform me of action you wish to take.

                              I gave name, gender and PAN Number.
                              defined Name as Male.

                              but when i see booking history it shows "Gender-Female". I am surprised.

                              I had tickmarked Send ticket mail, hence System sent me ticket as mail.
                              And in that ticket again "gender-male" is written.

                              Now which ticket is correct? Why both shows different?

                              Hi My self Mohsin Shaikh From Rajpipla In Narmada District. Sir My complaint against ATS officers Miss behaviour relted.& Bus not on sedueled time. I have serivce pass & i do job in Vadodara i daily updown in local bus. that bus time is 6.15pm but bus not oprated on the time and bus every day late and up time is 7.15pm ....Sir we are so late and we came every day on the bus time.6.00pm ...but bus not on time ...Sir I m suffering Rajpipla to Vadodara its 70km destaince. sir do saome action for that and officers of Rajpipla depot in Bharuce department In Narmada district ....

                                To the General Manager,GSRTC,Gujrat, sir my son was boarding at Surat in the GSRTC bus No.GJ 18-Y-903 at 1914Hrs.He show his student pass to the conductor and the conductor was scolded on him,with insulting manner he say that ,"the pass was not allow in this bus ."while sir this bus was on regular trip and no any extra ordinary conditions was there.and the conductor stopped the bus and kick him(my son) out of bus .My son was again return back for one and half KM. towards the Surat ST Dept. so Sir you are requested to kindly see this matter seriously so that the students will not be suffer in feature due to such nonsense.......                                   Booking e-ticket online reservation is good service provide by GSRTC but some mistack in this online service.
                                  one of that seat no not match saw in online reservation seat layout in website and actual bus seat no. so please correct seat no online lay out ya actual in bus. Both are not match some reservation buses. sometime face problem many passenger when reservation couple seat ya sleeper.
