on 7 march 2011,i and some passengers had to catch the bus for gandhinagar from palavasna chowkdi,mehsana,the bus was local bus mehsana-gandhinagar-mehsana.GJ18Y2089. but the bus came at 8.25 am and driver didn't stopped bus for a second at the palavasna chowkdi bus stop.so i request you to take strict action against the bus driver and conductor for not stopping the bus at the bus stop.

Dear sir,My complaint is that I booked an E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey was[protected]. Starting Point:Kheda. I reserved my ticket for the luxury bus which comes frm Gondal to Kheda at21-30pm and then moves to Surat. About inquiry and cleaning

Inquiry dept. of Dhrangadhra(Surendranagar-Gujarat) can never give perfect answer of Bus arrival timing and schedule(very poor). And it's cleaning dept.'s (of complete depot) work is too bad....
