We have bought a Haier double-door refrigerator in 2018. From after just 6months itself, there are continuous issues. Now the refrigerator completely stopped working. We are spending around[protected] INR every year on this refrigerator since the first year. Everyone says the compressor has one year warranty and charging us. We have used other brand fridges (Samsung and voltas) before but never faced any issues till 10years.

We recently had to book service on a different platform since haier personnel was not available during the pandemic. That also costed us 2200 but now again there is an issue and the refrigerator stopped working.

When I complained about this, they have sent me a service person and again it's costing us 4000INR. I'm not sure it will still be resolved. Even then it is like I almost spent more than the refrigerator cost (50k or more) since these three years. We have been patient but this is so unreliable and a waste of money. I don't suggest Haier products to anyone. It's not a trusted brand in India... They are cheating people

I bought a Haier SBS Refrigerator (HRB-550CG) in Feb 2020 and soon after a year, I am facing a common issue which I came to know from service guy, if I keep selecting the convertible mode on the Control Panel and which is stored in memory, but soon after the power cut and restore, the fridge is changing to Normal Mode due to loss of memory from the chipset. Due to this some of the liquid and solid items are getting spoiled which I had kept in Bottom.

So I think this issue is common for all the Convertible Refrigerators from Haier, can you please analyse on the same and let me know if this is a manufacturing defect?

Haier LED 50" purchased on 5 Sept 2020 has panel problems. Complained registered on 29 May 21. CA [protected].
The product is not repaired till date.

I have purchased recently Smart TV model LE32 K6600GA at Vivek showroom Kolathur Redhills road, Chennai 99. Unfortunately the TV was not working properly the problem found unable to switch on the TV. Kindly replace the TV at the earliest.

Hi Team,

My AC start having cooling problem from March 2021 and was fixed by Haier vendor. latter soon in May 2021, it started having same problem again. I contacted the Haier vendor again and they came, worked but nothing changed. I am unhappy with Haier product and service. could you please fix this issue ASAP.

I have purchased ac from this date 06/04/2021 in shop the cool chennai.but that ac is now cooling problem and the same I'm complained in the shop.that shop employee came an he says ac gas problem an filled gas.but till now cooling problem.what can I do.so this is my request I need replacement from this ac still no one response

I purchased this ac from VIjay Sales- Faridabad Haier AC in April 2021 and installed it on 7th April 2021 and within two months AC gas leaked and cooling is difficult. Now again team comes to my house and again they fill the gas in the gas just to satisfy us but still cooling issue remains the same. I am very upset with Haier service and I am not suggesting anyone don`t buy any product from Haier.

Their customer support is very poor and they do not value their customers and they are not bothered about what product they are giving to their customers? Even Vijay Sales do not have a look into this. Their customer support numbers are not reachable.

Please have a look into my concern I am very fad up with Haier Services.

I buyed tv from haier dealer the TV was damaged within 4 months we consult Haier service team they came checked they we will replace your tv 2months completed tv not came my old tv also with them there's is no TV in my home from 1motnh there is no response from service team

I would like to bring to your notice that I had ordered Haier 320 L Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator HRB-3404BMS-E for which there were No keys given for door locked when asked with installation person he communicated that it should have come with fridge only but he said that he would come and give key day after tomorrow also we had requested him for fridge stand for which he took advance payment and till now he has not revert back he has not given keys also, kindly look in to these matter

we bought a haier 55 inch led 3 year back frim vijay sales
due to relocation of our home we only started it a year after purchase
in the very second year few lines started appearing on the panel and later on the no of line kept increasing
suddenly few days sparks came from the panel and smoke started coming out
it was a very scary situation
request if some one could help and ge this issue resolved as i feel its a total faulty product which has been supplied to us

I bought 50 inch haier Android TV on 26/08/2020 from QRS show room In Pathanamthitta district Kerala State two week befor my android tv have the same type of complaint a strip mark in the screen in that time I registered the complainant and the technician came here and he said that it's a loos connection inside the tv and he rectified it now after 2 week the same complaint is also happens now give me a solution for solve it I am very much fed up with this thing

We have purchased 43" TV on oct 2020 and within 3 month it fell down from the wall as it was installation issue by the Haier . Now they are not supporting us and demanding money for replacement . No one is co-operating with us, no one of haier customer support is helping us . Very poor customer service. Zero customer satisfaction. I just want my Tav to get replaced as this was not our fault . Kindly help us

We purchased Haier 55 inches TV from sathya showroom from kelembakkam on 7th April 2018 with 3 years warranty.
Past few weeks there's some issues with the TV showing some lines on top of the screen and also a slight colour change then I tried calling customer care to book a complaint on 5th April 2021 but the problem is the call was getting disconnected in a half a way while I was talking and it happened frequently 2 to 3 times and they don't even care to give me a call back and one who attended the call said that there is some server problem, you can also check the call records. After that I informed the showroom and they booked the complaint on 9th. Now the technician is saying that there is a problem with panel and i need to spend money of rs30, 000 as my product is out of warranty.
My concern is why should i need to pay after i tried reaching you too many times from 5th April 2021as it was in the warranty period.Really frustrated, I never thought that the quality of Haier TV would be this so bad that within 3years I will be in a position to replace it with panel issues. And never ever expected this kind of ridiculous response getting from Haier TV service team.
