    I made a compliant about the Haier refrigerator, the first compliant number is ct[protected]. The service engineer came and examine the fridge and told that the issue is with Gas lock so other team will come and resolve it. And the above mentioned SR has been resolved with out my knowledge.

    So i called the customer care given by service engineer ([protected] - dont know the name of the person), when i ask why the SR has closed. He replied we closed the ticket and when the engineer is available we will re-open the ticket. I dont think so this is the actual process if so you people have to update the status before doing such things.

    Also when i ask why you dint update and what you peoples are doing, he replied rudely and said i dont need explain what i am doing. he is speaking irresponsibly and said engineers are too busy and they will come when your turn is come.

    I really felt bad experience interms o[censored]sing Heair product. And sure i will not use any Haier product in feature and will not recommend either to others.

        My name is Amruta Sulakhe and registered mobile number is [protected].

        I had purchased a Haier AC from Croma, while the product had a 1 year guarantee and also provided 3 service for 1 year. I had received a call from Haier customer care for booking a service before free service expiration. But Haier people does not show up on the date I booked the service, and now they are asking me to pay for the service. As I had already booked the service from my end, why should I pay for the service as they don't show up. I would like register a complaint against Haier for providing misinformation, also for not providing with the services I was entitled for.

          I made complaint through net for repair of my washing machine Haier make. one of your official call me through his Mobli No [protected]
          confirming that complaint will attended shortly. Mechenic Namly
          Gudden Kumar Mob No [protected] attended the complaint, after checkin g informed that two components required to be replaced
          for Rs 3, 250 plus Rs 300 service charge.

          We have made the payment through PTM([protected]).with the assurance that they will the bill through my e mail ID r.[protected]@hotmail.com.

          since then I reminded on mobli No mentioned above but no avail.

          It is requested that bill may be send to me on priority.

          Price of replaced parts may be confirmed

            I have haier washing machine & few days back its stop working properly so i call service centre for that he came & saw what happened in machine he charged 450/-rs for same & suggested that your two body parts needs to be changed so i ordered upper Case cover & circuit for 2300/-rs but when they came to fixed parts the body has no instructions sticker not any company lebal so i want that instruction lebal with digital display like while I purchased the new.

                      We are feeling worst about the service the product which we purchased a year back. We got a damage piece as per the service person. We have purchased it for 45k and till now we have spent 10k on the repair. We have again raised the complaint 20 days back still the service for the refrigerator is not. If this is not solved in next 2 days, we will raise a complaint in the consumer court.

                      We need a replacement of the fridge or we need the complete service of the fridge with new compressor and the part replaced.

                        I booked a issue with Haier washing machine and the agent came and he said that seems to be e n issue with the motor gear and dismantle the washing machine it's going to be e more than a week now it the issue is not sorted and all the people who involved in this have switched off their phone and did not get back to me at all and my washing machine is this Mandel and we didn't wash the clothes for a week now please take this issue quite serious and kindly escalate this and get my issue sorted immediately right now thank you.

                          I purchased a Haier 48 inch TV for Rs. 25000 on Dec 13, 2019 on offer. Later 6 months o[censored]se black spots started appearing on the left side of the screen. So I complained at the agency, Attinkara electronics where I purchased the TV.

                          The agency did not provide a warranty card, when asked about it, they told me the purchase invoice is itself is the warranty. Any how I also have an extended warranty of the agency itself. So the warranty was like 1 year company + 1 year agency.

                          After complaining, they said they'll look into it and will send a technician but no one addressed the issues.

                          Again when the no. of black spots increased, near to the end of the first warranty, I complained and after 4-5 days the technician came to our home, inspected the TV and said it was dust. They have to take it to service center.

                          They picked it up after 2 weeks, after another week I received a call from the service center saying all is well and will deliver it after 2 days. Nothing happened.

                          After 4-5 days, I got a call from the service center saying TV is not repairable and the parts are not available. So I have to Rs.9500 for a new model TV as the production was stopped for the model I purchased. I refused because having to pay rs 25000 for 1 year was unacceptable.

                          One month passed. So I sent official complaint letters to Attinkara electronics and Haier regional office. After 3-4 days, received another call saying if I pay Rs.2500, I will get a brand new model. Again I refused.

                          Then they said they will a deliver another same model TV but would only provide service warranty for next year and will not have replacement warranty.

                          For a TV that have stopped production and parts unavailable, what use is there for the service warranty.

                          Horrible service, horrible experience and rude customer care people.

                          While I'm reconsidering the last offer, they called my home and said they are going to deliver the TV today, I suspect it may be some display TV. The model I purchased was Haier LE 48B9000 and it was purchased from Attinkara Electronics, Alappuzha Kerala.

                                We called customer care as the Refrigerator stopped cooling they sent two engineers who first inspected and came to conclusion that the compressor would need to be replaced. They charged us Rs 354/- for visiting charge and Rs 1100/- to refill the gas. This happened in the the month of Sep-2020.
                                The refrigerator stopped cooling again last week and we followed the same process this time again two engineers came and to our surprise they said that the compressor has never been changed and it seems a local fitting is done. They also said the engineers who came last time does not seem to be from Haier. They charged us Rs 354/- for doing nothing, they said they will find out who visited last time and send those engineers again however we have heard of nothing. And both the time the engineers came from district called Gonda.
                                Since our compressor is in warranty it should have been replaced the very first time but neither your product nor your service is good enough rather it seems you are just looting your customers by charging them for doing no good to them.

                                    I was experiencing issue with my TV since January 2020 and the complaint was also registered.It is a 65 inch Haier LED TV.The service center has been troubling me from March 2020.The TV was hardly taken 2 years back and there are black spots on tv.The service center is taking tv for 2-4 weeks and after delivering there is a same issue again.They have been continuously telling me that the issue has been solved however after 10 days the same problem comes again.I have also paid them the service fee of Rs 1000 and also Rs 3000 as parts were replaced.When the first replacement was done, they said that the issue was sorted.However when the issue happen again, they said that they fitted the local products and now waiting for the orignal products.They has been continuously doing like this.They had again taken the tv for more than 4 weeks and gave it yesterday on 2nd January 2020.They were delaying this as well however I told them that I need the tv as it has been months now.Don’t know what they were doing with the tv at the service center.Kindly look into it as I am sure that this time also the work is not done properly and the same issue will come again.The customer service are also not at all helpful.They just take the complaint and from the service center it is automatically closed without even notifying me.Thank you.

                                      I complained about non functioning of my Haier fridge model no. AFD631CS. The fridging cooling stopped working.
                                      From you service team Mr. Azad Ali came o 18th Dec 2020 and checked the fridge and declared that pcba is not working. Need to replace the pcba. I agreed upon there inspection and confirmed them to replace the same. Today on 20th December 2020. Mr. Nandlal arya come in my home with the PCBA. And replaced it.

                                      I told him him to check the compressor air too while he was replacing the pcba. But he didn't understand the issue and told me that only pcba replacement will do start the cooling and fridging function. And he replaced the pcba. And make the bill of Rs. 6000. I told him to wait for atleast 10 to 15 minutes to check and confirm the cooling and fridging function. But he was in a rush to ran away from the suitation. And he walked away without confirming that the fridge start working properly. Even after paying Rs. 6018 as confirmed by your service team. And now still My fridge is not working. Display is on but the problem remain same. It means changing the pcba is just a luck factor to check whether this is working or not. Simply saying according to me. You made a fool of a customer by checking your issues either it is working or not and then replaced the pcba. If this was the issue which has to be considered for repairing then it is OK. But after changing the pcba. Still the issue remains. It means your service executive is not experienced to do so. It is totally a test of him to see whether all of the executive who visited to my home for checking and repairing the issues are just trainees. And now still the problem is not resolved by taking the money also. And now after doing so many follow up still your executive is not responding to me. Not even picking up my call. I complained in customer care no. Also. And they shared Mr. Sanjay Saini mobile no. I called Mr. Sanjay Saini too. He took my address and mobile no. Also. But there is no result and update for repairing of my fridge.

                                      I don't want to but forcing to take this case into legal consumer court for harassing customer unnecessarily. I unable to accept this type of behaviour with this big brand. Its my mistake to bought product from Haier.
