New fridge purchased from value plus mahanagar lucknow is not working properly. Docno svmngst[protected] dated 03/06/2019.
We complaint at the service centre. They immediately attended the complaint. But they could not rectify this problem. We then complained at the value plus managar. Same technician was sent and the problem remained. However their another technician came after a day and he tried to do his best. But the problem persisted.
I think that fridge has to be replaced with new one. We request the concerned authorities that this complaint should be resolved immediately.

Based on good quality product reference given by Usha Agency we purchased Haier company manufacture fridge on 15th April 2018 and later 1 year we found crack in body panel which clearly manufacturing defect. We did complain in Usha agency and shown photos of crack, agency agree its manufacturing defect and give confirmation for replacement of Fridge. Agency book complain in Haier company and based on complain Haier company executive visited site. Executive behavior was not good and directly told company will not give replacement and will provide temporary solution which i denied. I inform temporary solution feedback to Usha Agency and they said will talk in company. And now Haier company and Usha Agency is denying to give replacement against damage product. Please i request you to take necessary action on both agency and require support to get replacement against damage fridge.

On 28th august 2017 me bought haier android tv le42u6500 a (G) from st george eletronica pvt ltd vide bill no ktbc152.

Later in august 2018, a vertical line appeared on the screen. Raised a complaint (No co[protected]) - service engineer inspected the product and reported that complaint is at led panel, as it is in warranty period i got a message that i will get a fresh product.

But still now they didnt replaced the damaged product. Whenever i contact, they are saying the product is not available. Its more than one year now.

Really disappointed with your product and service. Bought ac a year back and raised 5 request in 2 months for cooling and sound issue. Problem started since it was in warranty. Paid 2k just a week back. Request no. Hi[protected].

Dear Sir,
We have purchase new Haier refrigerator Model No:HRD1955PWG-E, CAPACITY 195 Ltr Dated:[protected] from Mass Marketing, Asansol, Dist : Burdwan, West Bengal one of your Distributor. From starting to till date we are facing problems( Water leakage form back side, Body having dent signage, inside also water leakage).
We continuously taking the matter/problem with Distributor ( Mass Marketing, Asansol, West Bengal).15/20 times service person comes but they not able to resolve the issue.
We are facing a lot of problems.Request you to pls look into the matter on urgent basis.

We buy Haier 1ton AC in vasanth& Co sholinganallur, Chennai. From the date of installation the AC is not cooling. We make a complaint and one service engineer came and tell some gas leak s there, that he corrected it hereafter it will be fine. But the cooling is not happening on the same day itself. Now we make a another complaint before 3days, but no response from service side. Please replace the AC and give me the new one. Because it not at all work for a single day.

I purchased 42 inch haier TV from Shubham enterprises waidhan, Singrauli MP, and shopkeeper assured me to install quickly but it's late to install aswell as not connected to the person who will execute the job .I thought as there is no service centre and customer care service available at Singrauli, my problems will not be solved.See the matter and try to send the service man to install the TV by wall mounting . Thanks.

I purchased an Haier 1 ton AC on 11.05.19. Since its installation, I found it consuming lot of electricity even though its a inverter AC.
I made oral complaints to your service centre here in Trivandrum but without any solution. The technicians came and went, four times, but they didn't know what is the problem.
I am requesting to you to send a qualified AC technician at the earliest to solve the problem.

We booked AC about 3days ago from rimpy showroom jalandhar Ac company is haier, there are jst haier companys machinery .Whenever we called them for fitting they just tell us our man will come, bt no one is coming.and when we go their for booking on that day, they were very irresponsible and their client handling is very very bad.they just do own work and talking to each other all the time

I have purchased a refrigerator on 4th january 2019. But now it has stopped working. Fridge cooling has stopped completely. The concerned service person checked and said the gas got leaked and hence cooling got affected. We need to refill the gas frequently whenever we face this issue. Its been only 5 months [within warranty period] and we have already started facing issues with this brand. I need a replacement with a better model and guarantee that i wont face any such issues in future. Please take immediate action asap.

My two door haier refrigerator was pulled out a month ago for repair by service center in tanyag paranaque philippines. The freezer is not cooling normal so i have it repaired. It is now a month since it was pulled out and the feed back i always get from the service center is “ it is still under observation”. I dont understand why it will take a month or maybe more to repair a unit of haier. Poor service? Just asking.

In 1st day engineer mr faisan quideri (M-[protected]) comes to my house fitting my ac, not instructed told me my fisting time closed, problem solved in tomorrow, i contact three days, but my problem not solve. Than 3days after a madam call me plz provide code (M-[protected]), i explained my problem, she told me sorry sir, our work is done. Till now my problem is same it is. Kindly requested to change my remote and why water is leaking in ac and drop in my room.

Dear sir,
I purchased a split ac from saibaba electronics, silvassa amounts rs.25500.00 on dated 29/04/2019. A problem is noticed like vibration occurs in outdoor unit. I am approaching to rectify the same to customer care. A service technician on dated 13th may visited and inspects and told us that such problem generally found in case of without inverter ac and we got the message on dated 15th may that problem is resolved. Again we are approaching to customer care for the same and again a service technician came and found that there are some problem in motor and fan. He again assured us that a service technician will come and the change the damaged part. After around 2 to 3 days a service technician who came for the first time came with old parts and try to install but we deny the same since we have paid for the new one. Your service technician does not have enough knowledge.
My concern that how your branded company haier cheat with me since i have been approaching you a number of times and my problem is remain same. You service technician does not have good knowledge and how you recruit the people since it is the matter of your brand.
I want to lodge my complain to rectify the same or else refund my money as soon as possible

There is a poor and pathetic service from haier,

Gas is licked from refrigerator and complaint raise on[protected] and still issue is not resolved. Service provider is not ready to solve the problem before[protected]. How family can survive without refrigerator for this duration. Immediate solution is expected, if not will complain to higher authorities.

Also please share nodal officer’s id for to take it forward.

I have got defective refrigerator model no. Hrd 1953 sks-e. I have purchased on 01.05.2019 from raju electronics, ramnagar, rander road, surat. The bill no. 80. I have lodged a complaint but no body has taken care of it. Whether this would be checked or this would go in to dust bin? I am really tired of it and i think that i have been cheated by the haier compnay. It is really baseless and ridiculous that haier being a prominent company could also cheat to the customer.
I hope that authority of haier company would look into the matter personally and replace me the refrigerator.

My refrigerator is seriously bekar.
Once i called and one poor boy came from haier. Saala kuch nahi janta hai.
Auur bekar bana diya mera frig ko.
Then again i called and they didnt send any people over few centuries.
The salesman at sathi traders at sodepur, kolkata are fool, nonsense, bekar, criminal, money making.
I told my parents to buy a lg or samsung product but the salesman handled my parents carefully and made them ass.
I wish to blow away the company.
Haier deserves only hell and sathi traders too.
I will suggest everyone to go to great eastern shop as they suggest good not best.

I am narendra kumar, recenetly i purchased 1.5ton split inverter air conditioner from local dealer-samart international, next of purchase the service guy visited for installation the same. Following things i observed.
1. Service guy was very unprofessional & they drilled in my wall as per their convenience and my wall paint & material has been rid off completely.
Even i suggest him to install in other location but they were not agreed and finally installed very badly.
2. Service guy doesn't check my house electricity level and without knowing the current capacity they have install the same
3. As they don't have the new wire for connection of extra length of cable, so they used the old wire & also don't have the switch.
Without high voltage switch they have started my ac & asked me to use in this condition, there is no need of anything.
4. Finally i charged me for installation total about rs2166/- for rs1200+gst and rs750 for outer unit stand and rs150/- for the old wire used.

Then two days after installation i observed that my swing operation is not working properly. I checked there is some mechanism to operate the same. Which is not working. I registered the complaint through live chat with dr. Fido.

But still nobody has contact me to resolve the issue. I never expect such worst service from haier brand. Now i will never be trust on it in future.
What it is meant to spending rs33000 for ac & 2166 for installation still i following up customer care. It makes me feel very uncomfortable to go such brand.
