A faulty machine was replaced on the 6th of october 2018 for which installation was done on 9th of october 2018 after which we realized that the motor of the brand new replaced machine was faulty. So have been following upon this issue for the past few days. But all i get is to wait for a call from their service team which never comes in and their manager also refuses to answer calls....

Fresher is not working properly and cooling is not in good condition.
We had purchased fridge on 28th july 2018.
I want to make complain against the service. We have been requested several times through mobile customer care. Many people had called us but none of one has visited for the service, we had been using whirlpool fridge before for almost 10 year, we never faced any issue irrespective of product and service.

I have been a regular purchaser of Haier products and the quality was great. Recently i purchased 7 air conditioners. 4 of them have been malfunctioning since the first month of purchase, the brand new goods were repaired and all the adjustments were done to the machines after calling them 4 times.

Now the problems persists. The heads of the company in Bhopal have refused...

3. After delivery we had to contact the service providers for demo and installation.
