I have got defective refrigerator model no. Hrd 1953 sks-e. I have purchased on 01.05.2019 from raju electronics, ramnagar, rander road, surat. The bill no. 80. I have lodged a complaint but no body has taken care of it. Whether this would be checked or this would go in to dust bin? I am really tired of it and i think that i have been cheated by the haier compnay. It is really baseless and ridiculous that haier being a prominent company could also cheat to the customer.
I hope that authority of haier company would look into the matter personally and replace me the refrigerator.

My refrigerator has passed only 20 days and within that period it is found defective. Isn't it ridiculous?

I have written many times that I have been cheated by the Haier company to buy a refrigerator but authority has no eyes to read my complaint and solve it. They are also deaf to listen me.

    My refrigerator is seriously bekar.
    Once i called and one poor boy came from haier. Saala kuch nahi janta hai.
    Auur bekar bana diya mera frig ko.
    Then again i called and they didnt send any people over few centuries.
    The salesman at sathi traders at sodepur, kolkata are fool, nonsense, bekar, criminal, money making.
    I told my parents to buy a lg or samsung product but the salesman handled my parents carefully and made them ass.
    I wish to blow away the company.
    Haier deserves only hell and sathi traders too.
    I will suggest everyone to go to great eastern shop as they suggest good not best.

      I am narendra kumar, recenetly i purchased 1.5ton split inverter air conditioner from local dealer-samart international, next of purchase the service guy visited for installation the same. Following things i observed.
      1. Service guy was very unprofessional & they drilled in my wall as per their convenience and my wall paint & material has been rid off completely.
      Even i suggest him to install in other location but they were not agreed and finally installed very badly.
      2. Service guy doesn't check my house electricity level and without knowing the current capacity they have install the same
      3. As they don't have the new wire for connection of extra length of cable, so they used the old wire & also don't have the switch.
      Without high voltage switch they have started my ac & asked me to use in this condition, there is no need of anything.
      4. Finally i charged me for installation total about rs2166/- for rs1200+gst and rs750 for outer unit stand and rs150/- for the old wire used.

      Then two days after installation i observed that my swing operation is not working properly. I checked there is some mechanism to operate the same. Which is not working. I registered the complaint through live chat with dr. Fido.

      But still nobody has contact me to resolve the issue. I never expect such worst service from haier brand. Now i will never be trust on it in future.
      What it is meant to spending rs33000 for ac & 2166 for installation still i following up customer care. It makes me feel very uncomfortable to go such brand.

        I have bought Haier Ac on 9.5.19. but still no one have attended for installation from Haier. Even after repeated calls made by us we have been given only false information and assurance.

          Hello this is paresh badal, one of your customer from vapi, gujarat. I have purchased an led from one of your sales partner know as sales india in last november or something, after a month i got an issue on the screen as black spot can be seen clearly on it then i complained about it in your service centre after that they took it for cleaning and dusting and that was just a # on the name of service as the spot again came visible and they have not fitted the bezel properly so it was loose from outer side, after that four corner showed up with same spots and all then again the same thing i did and same service i got and now i got spot and a pixelated line on the led screen from the second complain i am asking for replacement or refund of the money still i got no resolution so now this is the last time i am writing this to you people give me the resolution or else i am going to file complaint against your company in consumer forum, will complaining reviews on online forums and i will do things up to my capabilities so i will wait for the resolution till this weekend.

            Sir maine HRB 3404 model nu refrigrator buy kiya 36000 main. Vahi model mujhe 31500 ka best price se mil rha hai. Sir mere se 4500 jyada liye gaye. That is wrong.               We had purchased haier refrigerator by 27 - december-2018, but after that we found that the colling process is very slow and as company is always declared that 1hr ice magic program also in feature but i never found it in. I had complained for it to haier and the engineer was visited to my place, as per him some gas issued he recognised in the same. But please explain why we accept this demage peace and why we need repairing to our new refrigerator... We actually need replacement for the same.

                Hi, i purchased haier refrigerator about 8 months ago. This fridge stopped cooling about 15 days ago and since then we have been facing pathetic experience dealing with the customer care and their technicians. Till now, my fridge is not being repaired completely even after raising the service request 4 times. My last sr number hy[protected]. If you cannot solve the problem in next 2 days., pls take the fridge back and return my money.

                  The water from the ac is leaking inside the bedroom. Had complained in october 2018 and got it temporarily rectified but now again in march 2019. We purchased it at cmm arena, retails pvt. Ltd., margao goa. On 24/4/18
                  The technician named mitlesh came on 15/3/2019 and left the repair incomplete, later another technician named imran came over on 29/3/19, he too left incomplete and promised to do it by 1 or 2nd april., but till today which is 3/4/2019., no news form the concerned person. Please help me resolve it.

                    Hi, I had repaired my Refrigerator vide SR no. CG[protected]. It was attended to in January 2019. My initial problem was decreased cooling in lower compartment. Few components were changed and it was supposed to be repaired. But the problem persisted, rather it got worsened. Then I was advised to keep the fridge out in sun, a very weird demand, but still I complied. I kept the fridge in open for about 10 days. And when I used in again, it was the same story. In the lower compartment, there is absolutely no cooling. Even one of the part is kept out by technician since last month or more. So, effectively I have literally wasted my money on the repairs carried out by your company people and it is mental harassment. Your company people are not receiving the calls and if they do, they just give empty promises of coming next day but they never turn up.
                    So, I now want my money back spent on repairs which never took place effectively. I have had enough of false promises and am really tired of running after your company guys.
                    Else I will be forced to approach consumer forum, for the mental agony caused by your company.

                      I submitted a complaint for my haier double door refrigerator on 15 march19 as it stopped cooling suddenly. Engineer visited on 16 march and reported a faulty fan motor and replaced it with a faulty once again on 17 march, i reported the problem to cust care as after replacing the motor part it immediately stopped working so in other words problem remain same & i was charged for a part which i am not sure if that was the cause of the problem.

                      I reported the concern again to haier support on 17 march itself and a new engineer visited and committed that this fan motor is faulty and will be replaced with in 3 days. Its almost 9 days today when i am running without refrgerator and all stuff kept in the refrigrator is spoiled or drained, despite of raising the concern to haier india fb page as well, no satisfactory action taken. Worst services ever been served by any electronic appliance company. I was told the day before yesterday i. E 22 march that it will take another few days for the part to be shipped from haier, even i spoke to their service center managers mr azhar and mr roy for the resolution but those are as good as nothing. Very disappointing services and i stongly refrain people buying haier products. Planning to raise it shortly with consumer forum as well if no action taken with in 2 days on it.

                        Order#[protected] bought from amazon.
                        Delivery was done on 20th jan 2019 and the faults started 20th feb (Within 20days). Door is making cracking sound, entire refrigerator is frozen with ice on top of vegetables spoiling everything. Plus there is some kind of sound like flowing water once the door is opened. (Which is weird)
                        A complaint was raised against the product and after several follow ups haier sent a technician (That too a third party) who was asking for a visiting charge of 350rs who doesn't know a thing and wasn't able to identify the problem of the same. Obviously i didn't pay him.

                        I need the refrigerator exchanged or returned. This is sheer cheating by fooling a customer with a 24000rs product with a faulty product

                          Purchased 3 liter geyser from vertex agencies faridabad vide bill no.1419 dated 14/10/2018. The said product is leaking from element. And service center repair the same twice. Now again same problem occur and complaint no. Gu[protected] dated 25/02/2019. Technician inspected the geyser and told me to replace the element and take 5 to 6 days.
                          It is very unfortunate that such a reputed company product is fail and not giving service properly. Please understand after one month geyser will not be in use.
                          It is requested to replace the defective product on priority basis and keep company face.

                            With reference to the above regarding the repairing of our led t. V. Make haier invoice no. 2018/138 dated 05.2.2019 sent by you.in this connection we have contacted several times on [protected] & [protected] but no action has been taken by the receiver and only assurances given that the t. V. Will be delivered within two days but in spite of the continuous assurances, we did not receive our t. V. If the t. V. Is not repaired till now, please return our tv so that we may repair any other authorised service center.

                            We are a korean based multinational company and the tv has connected with our cctv relating to our factory premises at b-39. Sector-80, phase-2, noida which is very sensitive area. We are facing big problems without cctv cameras.

                            Hence, you are requested to please deliver our tv at the earliest so that we may send to another authorised service center.

                              I registered complained for TV display, the Customer Care told me it will be done within 72 hours.

                              Technician visited checked the problem but was unable to resolve the same as some part need to be replaced.

                              Yes i agree it takes time to get the part but at least should have curtsy to tell the customer how long will it will. its been 10 days now no show.

                              Tried calling head, the replies are technician phone not reachable, i will check with our engineering team. at least inform the customer on time.

                              I request kindly look into this matter ASAP. I have been facing this problem since we have bought Haier TV. We have replaced the same part thrice now.

                              Very Slow service i must say!! Very Disappointed.

                              The after sales service guy visited us but wasn't able to rectify the issue.

                                For past two months we are facing this issue. We bought tv on november, within the next week we are getting problem like display screen suddenly turns to black and while we are switch on the tv, its in off mode only. We called the service engineer, he told it's a board problem we will change the board or we will change the tv for you. Still now we didn't receive any further information from thier end. Whenever we call them, they not responding properly. I don't know where to complaint now. I am so scared of this brand and their product now. Please do the needful.

                                  We had made a purchase of haier 25ltrv (M) on 21 oct 2018, from shri ganesh electric co., khasra no. 945, rithala, rohin ([protected]; [protected]), vide invoice no. Sg/18-19/586, with an assurance that this is a shock proof geyser (As is written on the outer box of the same as well) and the same was installed by evening (Id - dl[protected])
                                  However, within days of installation, our whole water pipeline was having a severe electric current leakage (Is this the meaning of shockproof according to haier!!!) whenever the said geyser was switched on.
                                  A complaint was lodged on 3 nov 2018 (Dl[protected]) and the geyser is still lying as it is - the visiting service person ([protected]) says the heating element (You see this a new geyser just days old) has burnt and needs replacement. On asking him about the quality aspect of the geyser he just said very casually that he is just working job and has absolutely no concern with the company or their products.
                                  To end the story, our new geyser purchased on 21 oct, malfunctioned within days and still lying with the said defect with no efforts / support available from haier.
                                  We are just left at the mercy and wishes of this service person (Looks to be an outsourced agency by haier) with occasional follow ups from our end with no results.
                                  In my opinion, a road side brand of geyser would have been equally or better purchase option.
                                  This is the first product ever i had purchased from haider, and i shall never buy anything again ever of this brand, after experiencing this pathetic product quality and the extremely useless service support.
                                  I donot know where to go to get resolved my mistake of mis - believing into the product quality of this lier company (They write on their product shockproof, and you see, all the water pipe line gets electrocuted when you operate the geyser) fortunately no got injured in this incidence and proper care was taken to shut and plug off the geyser from the mains, immediately upon noticing this fact.
                                  I would also advise my fellow consumers to take note of the above facts before deciding to go for buying a haider product.

                                    I raised the request for tv problem on 19th october 2018. The service engineer came to our home and checked the problem. They told us, need to change the tv. They checked board is not a problem. Also, they told to send the request otp, so that we will close it and create new request. So that, the new tv will be given and will take the further process. Till now, i didn't receive any update from your service engineer and i didn't get any message.

                                    We purchased tv and fridge. On that time, they told us, we will do the service frequently.

                                    Please check it and do the needful.

                                      I have given water heater on 22/10/2018 to haier service centre jodhpur which is located at jalori gate for repairing and they told me that your water heater will be repaired and will be installed at your location within two days. They have not installed it till date. Water is heater is under guarantee/warranty period. I am calling continuously at haier service centre jodhpur they are not responding.
