I have bought a Haier Refrigerator in Feb, 2016. During 2016 i had a complaint of ice formation at the back of the refrigerator which caused a lot of fan noise. I called customer service and a person came over and cleared the ice by opening the freezer compartment and told me that this happens once in a while. Same thing happened in 2017 and the same customer service person from haier came over and did the same thing to clear the ice. Now...

we have purchased Haier Air conditioner nos 3 which are two ton of 2 and one ton of 1. These ac's placed in medley's shop in kalmboli area.

we are facing problem from passed 3 months and we trying to contact customer care and they record our complaint. Technician come at our place they solve issue but next day happened or after two three day problems remain same. we don't want your ac now...its giving...

I purchase my 24" LED Haier Tv on 30/06/18. But after some days i see some scratches on the Led screen and 2 round circle comes in the left side bottom of the Led and right side top of the led. I purchased AC on 15june 2017 I was facing the problem of cooling as service was done by your executive on 6june2018 again the same problem was not resolved as well as I called another time on 12june2018 for checking cooling problem but they said it was temperature problem but I faced regularly this problem again and again so please resolve it and exchange my AC as soon as possible....

My top loaded washing machine started ahowi6erroe E3 and stopped spinning. Hence for the same I contacted customer care over phone and lodge Service request # TH[protected] on 1st July. I got call from technician on 3rd July and he denied to provide service post 6 PM. The very next day I got call from customer care and the lady informed that she is closing the call and advised me to call customer care on 6th July so that call cm washing...

My 42inch led TV stopped working . Technician charged 1180 without repairing it. Poor service.After 2 days again I registered the complain and was assured by your customer care executive that a senior technician will visit my place.2 days are gone and when I contacted you about the same they said my complain is rejected for no reason.
Please look into this issue and send your technician ASAP....

Dark spots have appeared on my haier led tv screen within 1.5 years of purchase. When i contacted service support they informed me that i will have to pay rs. 1, 800 as service charge first. I purchased a hair airconditioner window hw-18ch5cna on 17-apr-16 (Gurgaon location). It was under warranty for 1 year. Just around 2 months before when warranty was about to expire a service person came to do the regular maintenance service (General cleaning of ac) and adviced me to do amc. I have purchased a fully automatic washing machine of haier model no. Hsw100-261nzp.. I am feeling an electric shock in washing tube while handling it and also some of my clothes are getting damaged even washing in normal mode. So kindly do a needful to resolve my problems or replace the machine with the new one with no fault because i have just purchased and received the same on 4th may 2018......

It is giving problem since inception. On initial complaint, your people came and dine dome temporary job, but the problem continues. Now, no body is responding. I do not want a defective piece. Having paid hard earned money for the product, why should i compromise.
