Hi haier team,

I have bought a haier refrigerator from great eastern trading co. Kolkata, sinthee more on 12/072018 and these are the below harassment which i am facing related to the customer service. I have no idea about how such branded companies provide this type of service. It is the service that the customers expect when they buy a product from a branded company.

1. Bought the refrigerator model - haier hrf-2783crg-e refrigerator serial no - gt[protected].
2. Got it delivered after 2 days.
3. After delivery we had to contact the service providers for demo and installation.
4. The technician turned by after 2 days that also after multiple follow ups as if now that u have bought... It is our duty to take the service and not yours to provde the service. After installation the person has been trying to convince us to get subscribed to the annual maintenance... What is this? Is this the way you treat u r customers? That only i[censored] do a annual maintenance u r going to support that too in the first installation of the product.
5. After fews days we saw the water was getting assembled on the edge of the top door and we lodged a complaint - ko.[protected] date[protected]Haier)
6. After 2-3 follow up, the technician turned up as if he is doing a service that we are not entitled to get and it is the great-fullness of the service center that they sent a technician. He came and saw and used a drier to blow and asked us to check for 2-3 days and if it doesn't work to give him a call.
7. To our bad luck and to continue with the harassment, the problem was not solved and after calling the technician multiple time over the phone for 2 weeks (Because everytime he used to say i am going to come tomorrow and he delayed), today the person said that i have to lodge a new complaint and then he wil come as the previous one has been closed.

"how can you close the request without solving it man"?
"is this the service that you provide to customers, where they think this is the last time we buy a haier product"?

I want to get a solution to this problem immediately within 24 hrs else i am going to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum.

This is just not acceptable.

    I had purchased haier double door fridge from flipkart on 30august and got the product delivered next day. The product was damaged from inside as the top door didnt open. I immediately requested for a return and was told that it will happen within next 24-48 hours. Nobody came or replaced the fridge plus they closed my complaint without my approval. After several follow ups i got one technician and area in charge visiting my place to check the damage. They saw the product and confirmed its damaged and they will mail back to flipkart to proccess the return however nothing was done and my complaint was closed again. When i asked flipkart for my return i was told they never got any mail from the area manager that product is damaged. I was so upset with all this i told both flipkart and haier customer service that i am going to take this to consumer forum as noone is ready to help me with this. After this they confirmed i will get the replacement done by 19th sep (Just reminding you i am without a fridge from last 20+days coz of haier and flipkart) which i did. But guess what the replacement fridge is damaged too and at the same place like the old one. When i got the delivery i asked the delivery person to open and show the fridge and when i saw the same damage i refused to take the delivery but they said they have to deliver the product and cant take it back. I again requested for a return and now its crossing my pateince limits. If anyone from your company is listening please get back with a resolution and refund the money back as your replacement has also failed. If not then i will post all pictures with your damaged products and several complaints that i made until now on all social networking website and also will take you to consumer forum. I need the money back as its a hard earned money and i will never waste it on companies like you.

    We paid Rs 1400/ as repair cost part sensor including visit charges.

    But problem is not solve, we found same problem after few hours.

      Pathetic service by mnc group like haier, no one from your service team has given me satisfactory solution on my refrigerator since a month. Refrigerator was purchased on 1st april 2016, very horrible service, no one taking onus of my complaint. Service report i'd pu[protected]. Need highest escalation on this issue. After repairs it's making noice like a jet can't sleep due to this horrible noice in night. Been spent long hours / days for a tech guy can come n loo over. I request every one before buying any haier products to check this.

        I have purchased led tv - haier - lk-40-b-8000 as on date-14/11/2015 with 03 years guarantee from thakral electricals - kopargaon.
        Also june 2018 technical problem created then i will contact with mr. Ashutosh pimaple & mr. Deepak arora then i have surrender tv to his custody,
        Now i have also taken continuously strongly followup but still i have not getting any proper result. I really disappointment from your service.
        They told me you have getting replacement new tv but still not any progress.

          On 6th july 2018, i contacted over phone with your service centre for new remote control for my above ac machine. On the next day i. E. 7th july 2018 the technician mr. Aniket patra from customer care kolkata, 18 subhasnagar road, kolkata 700065 visited my house, checked the ac machine took rs.450/- as inspection charge and balance rs.50/- he had written in their invoice no.22267 dt.7/7/2018 that he will return on next visit.
          After that, mr. Patra visited my house twice with new remote control but both the remotes were not working and he returned back with my old remote control after leaving a contact no.[protected].
          Till today after several phone calls to the above contact no. And a mail to [protected]@customercarekolkata.com and [protected]@haierindia.com, they are not returning my old remote control nor had returned rs.50/-.
          I can't understand the reason for not returning my old remote and rs.50/-.
          I don't know what is their intention or what is the reason for not returning my old remote. Has mr. Patra lost my old remote or is this their service policy to unnecessary harass the customers.

          I can understand that as my ac machine is very very old, new remote may not be available but reason for not returning my old remote i can't understand.

            Sir,
            I am from chennai, i have raised a complaint on my led tv for not working properly on 7th july 2018 service engineer visited they told back light problem and took to service center and we paid rs 12980 for service they delivered after 3 days again we get the same problem on next day itselft. Then service engineer told we replaced new tv with 18 days but still now we didn't get any respons from service engineer or service center and they gave false information.

              I purchase Haier TV on 7th July 2016...and suddenly it stopped working on 13 aug 2018...I reported complaint on 13 August on customer care service and finally after a week they responded and took away the TV with them on 27 August saying that the problem was just with back light panel . They delayed the work and today I called them and now they said that it will take 12000 for the repair of tv . previously they said that it will take 3400 for the repair and I have the receipt of this.

                This is inform you we had purchase 2 unit haier brand ac by vijai sales vasai branch. First i tell you when i was go in vijay sales i was mentally prepare i brought ac well non brand just like samsung, lg, voltas etc and there i like to first preference voltas but vijay sales sales executive person told me sir if you are purchase voltas ac this time voltas company not give you any scheme but if you purchase haier brand ac so i give you free installation and he was misleading me. I agree them and i purchase haier brand 2 ac.

                After purchase ac on 01/08/2018 engineer was coming on 03/08/2018 for installation. And first he told me company give me material for only 10-meter pipe after 10 metre we charge for extra material or you give me extra material i agree with his and extra 70 fit coper pipe, vending gas, plastic pipe, 15amp. 4 core wire, tape etc. Give them. After installation engineer give me rs.7000 bill for installation then i told him but installation charge is free through scheme so why i paid this. Then he threatens me and told if you not pay rs. 7000 we are dismissed you warranty and he was gone there.

                Next day when i came the office and start the ac that was no working. I was complained to haier they write my complain but no resolve the complaint i was daily remind them but no any response given by haier, after fed-up by haier i request to vijay sales for this, but no any solution till now.

                Now i am very frustrated if you resolve my problem pl. Solve it or i have to go consumer forum.

                  I am from bangalore, i raised a complaint that my washing machine is not working before 3 months, the service engineer was visited more than 7-8 times and the issue was never rectified, and then i tried contacting the service manager mr bala murugan, where he promised me he would rectify the machine or he would arrange for a replacement, and my washing machine is taken away by service center without even giving an acknowledgement copy, and its been almost 3 months now, no replacement is done nor my washing machine was repaired, from 3 months my aged mother is washing all the clothes from her bare hands, and when i reach manager mr bala murugan he never picks my call, and if i call him from unknown number he will be saying some story and will always give wrong commitments, can someone help me how to raise this issue to consumer right and courts for necessary action against the company, my washing machine is still under warranty, complaint number ba[protected]

                    I'm very unsatisfied with the staff and the service of the company haier, i purchased a fridge on 4/june/2018 from the first day fridge is not working properly in company i submitted my complaint 10 times first time the company said they will replace the fridge but after that they were not taking any action for it.in starting there was an senior engineer come to check the fridge and after that he gives his number and said if any problem occur call me! But after that i will complainded one time more after that the company call me and ask me the complaint number and finish the complaint in the company record but my problem did not completed yet. Now days the area manager of south delhi did not picking the call. I'm very un satisfied.

                      I purchased manisha enterprises wardha on 08/05/2018 from haier company's bmr freez, after a few days, i filed a complaint in the first month of the freeze from the fridge, after checking out the ones with the company's service but the problem was not resolved. Kelly came back with the sevice and went back to mahant that there is no problem. I returned and returned a phone from the service center in vrind in some days and asked me if the problem got solved, i asked for an audio clip of how it sounded and i did send it. After few days, i came to the service center of wardha. He came freeze and he got the photo and he took the freeze photo and sent it to the service engineer of the branch of nagpur and made me speak. The service engineer at nagpur was saying that by changing the compresor, the problem will be solved, but if i did not say, i said that in a month freezing problem, i would rather freeze it. Let's please not freeze depending replace it attached bill of refrigerator

                        I purchased haier tv model no le39b9000 39 inch led tv on 4-6-2018 from electronics shop in kolkata. After 1 month o[censored]sing the tv there was a horizontal line on the tv display. I registered complain on 5-7-2018 complain no ko[protected] to customer care haier support and technician visited my place and said tv will be replaced. After 1 month i. E 8/8/2018 tv got replaced but instead of 39 inch le39b9000, 32 inch tv bearing model no le32b9000 was delivered. Please look into this urgently as instead of 39 inch led tv to be delivered they delivered me 32 inch tv. I told delivery boy that i will not receive 32 inch tv as replacement. He said to speak with service team and took away my 39 inch model (Le39b9000) haier tv and delivered 32 inch (Le32b9000) haier tv as replacement.

                          3) comment by haier for product 10 year compressor guaranty but compressor damage under two year???.

                          But refrigerator not cooling or not work after your service as per your comments, customer think your product low quality because refrigerator not work one hour ice & cooling as per promise at time purchase by vijay sale.
                          5) again call to customer care and talk me your customer care officer for service again, why pay service charge again to again???.

                            Hi,

                            I have purchased Hair refrigerator through flipkart. The refrigerator is not working after 1 month of purchase. I have one year warranty. I have raised many requests to solve my problems. But they are repairing only for 2 days. After 2 days again I am facing same issue with my refrigerator. Finally I have raised a request for replacement of 256 Hair Refrigerator but the Head office was rejected.

                            Could you please solve my problem.

                              I have bought a Haier Refrigerator in Feb, 2016. During 2016 i had a complaint of ice formation at the back of the refrigerator which caused a lot of fan noise. I called customer service and a person came over and cleared the ice by opening the freezer compartment and told me that this happens once in a while. Same thing happened in 2017 and the same customer service person from haier came over and did the same thing to clear the ice. Now the refrigerator is not working, reason is the fan has broken because of ice formation and has to be replaced. Now warranty period is over so will have to pay for service and parts. What Haier does not understand is that the ice formation issue was never fixed which caused the fan to break now. How do i take this further?

                                My mother 65 years old woman living separately in thirumangalam, madurai dist. She made a call before 2 months and she asked for service.. They didn’t came. Again she told to me to call the service centre but they quit my call repeatedly. What is this? Very worst response from service center. (Even though i spoke very humble). Then i told my mom to buy new one but not the haier company. The whole family decided to buy some other company not haier. And also we will inform all my neighbours and relations not to buy haier.

                                  I bought a fridge of 450 litres capacity of your company on[protected] from m/s phul gift centre dasuya distt. Hoshiarpur (Punjab),
                                  Pin code 144205, in the name of my wife ramesh rani against their bill
                                  No. 81 dated[protected]. Our fridge developed a fault on[protected], which i got registered through
                                  Your toll free no.[protected] on the same day at 3.32 pm. I was allotted sr no. Cg[protected]. But up to this day 27.7.2018, 8.20 pm, the problem is
                                  Unresolved. After my repeated requests your customer care centre at hoshiarpur deputed their technician who visited us at 5 pm on[protected]. He worked hard to find the fault and at last found it at
                                  7 pm. He told me that pc and one more part will have to be replaced to make the fridge function. They
                                  Told me that the parts will take 3-4 days to reach. I told them that my wife is a patient with so many problems such as diabetes, kidney etc. And as such we have to store her medicines in the fridge. The guys expressed their helplessness. Anyhow with the efforts of our dealer at dasuya, a technician visited us at 9 pm on[protected] with some part. But after struggling for about one hour, he could not make the fridge work. He deputed two guys on[protected] who visited us at about 1 pm. They worked hard for about 2 hours but couldn't succeed. And consequently they went back telling me that they would inform me after consulting their seniors. At last i got a call at about 2.42 pm that our problem will be solved on friday at about 2 pm as the fridge needs another part to be replaced. I have suffered a great mental and financial torture during these days. So many medicines along with milk, curd, butter, cold drinks, vegetables etc have been destroyed. Moreover it is not sure that the fridge will be ok even. If we are suffering during the warranty period what will happen after the warranty period is out. It is, therefore requested that our fridge should be replaced as the haier engineers could not repair despite repeated attempts on various dates. They are doing hit and trials and then leave saying will come again with more parts. I hope you must have understood my problem and you will be kind enough to acceed to my request so that we are not involved in litigation.

                                      Hello,

                                      we have purchased Haier Air conditioner nos 3 which are two ton of 2 and one ton of 1. These ac's placed in medley's shop in kalmboli area.

                                      we are facing problem from passed 3 months and we trying to contact customer care and they record our complaint. Technician come at our place they solve issue but next day happened or after two three day problems remain same. we don't want your ac now...its giving us lot of problem ... I have attached bill of purchased... we are fed up of these Ac's..

                                        Haier AC

                                        This is to bring to your notice the I am being harassed for no fault of me.
                                        The only reason being I have bought a new Haier dc inverter AC.
                                        On purchasing the AC I was conveyed that there is a scheme that if you get installation by Haier techanian one would get 1 +4 year warantty. Everything was fine till we started using the AC, when we switched on the AC the water started dripping inside the room, thinking to be a small problem we called the techanian, and came to know that there was a hole in the part so that part has to be replaced. Now this shows us the quality check the company does before sending a new product in the market. Later we come to know that this particular piece had been called back to the factory, then how is it that a product which has been brought back is still in the market defies all logic.
                                        Now I am stuck with an AC which according to officials is out of circulation with no warranty.
                                        Will the concerned authorities look into the matter or I go to consumer court. I have all the bill with GST and all tax paid and clearly stating one year warranty
