Complaint number h[protected] dated on 17/oct /2017 still there is no sign of resolving, on daily basis i contact them, mails, twitter, customer care and live chat, branch heads and sales team to solve my issue, only reply even after 44 days i get is "complaint is in process". Every day i am promised to get solved and i am not able to buy new machine. Already i have spend huge amount paying to maids to wash clothes....

I had raised complaint to change drainage pipe and water inlet pipe for my top load washing machine. I had noticed water leakage for 2 weeks but it was not so much that i could not run the machine. 2 days later came with part which got damaged. Service engg dismantled complete machine and when try to put, found wrong part. Now from last 20 days, it is lying as dismantled and when called up to service center, they are trying to make issue that we got part but machine has to take at their service center so that they can fix part.
