Dear sir, 2 month back i purchase haier 42 inch led tv of rs. 28999. Now tv desplay is gone i complain to customer care they are saying it will take 1 month time to resolve but i don't hv trust bcs i call so many time no see response finding this is very pathetic experience with this product what is my fault why i wait 1 month, i want to refund my money right now please help me out no one is responding properly.

Purchased a haier single door refrigerator in april since then its 3rd time am complaining. The fridge always is filled with water droplets. And even after defreezing it doesn't work. It just creates a pool of water around the fridge everyday and the worst thing is i have to unscrew the water collector and clean it. More of cleaning than freezing in this box not a refrigerator. A request was raised to service haier washing machine that didn't rinse the clothes properly. The technicians visited 2 weeks back and quoted charges for the repair and extra charges for spare parts. Unfortunately they are yet to get the spare parts nor did they repair the washing machine. We have been getting calls from different people everyday checking the status but no one turns up. I mr anup kumar tirkey purchased the above mentioned washing machine on 16.09.2017 from s s enterprises, mango, jamshedpur vide model no htw80-186v is not working on 13.10.2017 therefore i called the service centre whose number is 91-[protected] and the service centre executive responses very badly with using harsh word. Therefore i request you to kindly take necessary action against the service centre provider to avoid further for other customers...

I am using other brand priduct such as sony, but never experianced like this... I think other brands is much better than haier because of this first...

Please note that the refrigerator which was purchased on november 27, 2016 has not been working properly since last five months now, it was subsequently repaired on a couple of occasions. I purchased refrigerator on 19.09.2017 in saravana stores at chennai. Its delivered from godown to home. I found drain tray (Damaged), vc fresh (Missing) and fruit tray (Missing).

I informed to dealer but they respond very poor. Middle class people face very tough with "haier" product and hesitate to buy.

If extra pipes and other materials are required, you will have to pay. On the next day, two persons came for installation. I have a double door 290 litre haier refrigerator of model hrf-281fr. It is not cooling in the below compartment. Freezer is cooling in excess which freezes the fan and fan stops working. There may be a problem of either 'timer' or 'thermostat of below compartment'.

Fridge stopped cooling and complaint was registered on 25/07/2017 engineer visited and informed that the volve is not working so it has to be replaced as gas is to be refilled but without changing the volve gas filling will be useless so complaint was not resolved due to unavailability of volve.
