I bought haier refrigerator on 24th june 2017, since then i have complained for 5 to 6 times till date i. E. 7th december 2017 as the fridge stop working automatically.. Now it has been a week that my problem is still not solved. These people have provided us with a defective piece and now not replacing it.. Their engineer yograj has visisted our place place for more than 5 times still he is not able to identify the problem. We ask the head name pankaj mehta for replacement of the refrigerator he told us that we will check once again that is for the 6th time now n if it works we will not change indirectly he refused to help us.. And in todays world being without fridge is really horrible thing. These people are harrasing their customers.. If my issue is not resolved will go to consumer court.. I hope this is the beat option these people have left for us

    My replacement for led tv got approved on 6th november 2017 i. E one month ago. It had display issue. But till date nor have i got my led replaced, nor any update on the replacement. For the last two months there is no tv at my home. Customer care provided me with my area branch manager phone no. (Royal services). But he is either disconnecting the call or not receiving it. Which international brand does this with their customer? As per my experience the company is least bothered about the consumers. No reply on mails too. Really disappointed with haier, this was the first time i had purchased a haier product and now i am regretting it.

    मशीन तत्काल बाद से ही खराब निकली, अनेक बार शिकायत की मैकेनिक सुधारने भी आया लेकिन समस्या का समाधान नही निकला और मशीन आज भी बंद रखी हे, मेरा मेहनत का पैसा खराब हुआ हे
    कृपया मशीन बदलने की कृपा करे

      Complaint number h[protected] dated on 17/oct /2017 still there is no sign of resolving, on daily basis i contact them, mails, twitter, customer care and live chat, branch heads and sales team to solve my issue, only reply even after 44 days i get is "complaint is in process". Every day i am promised to get solved and i am not able to buy new machine. Already i have spend huge amount paying to maids to wash clothes.
      Haier Appliances India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      When I turn on, no picture, and I heard this from many other Haier tv users...
      It seems to be a Manufacturing defect, but Haier India wont accept and asking for a high visit charge...

        Today service engineer has visited by 5 pm and he said that, main board issue is there and its cost up to 7000 rs. And it requires minimum one week to receive.
        Means i have to pay him 1180 +7000 rs. = 8180 rs.

        This tv is new and only 1 year completed and for the same i have to pay 8180 rs.
        So i am requesting you to take it back tv as it’s not affordable to me to pay every year for a new issue.

        Please give me contact details of any senior person.

        Now customer care is asking for huge service charge of 1180 rs. For servicing which is compared to higher than other companies.
        I am doubting about haier products reliability as every year there will be issue and i have to pay for the same being a haier customer.

        I registered complaint on 23rd jun that, haier flat tv is not running well, picture is blinking.
        Complaint number is pu[protected].
        One monday-25th june technician came and told that its display got damaged, you will get replacement as a new tv.
        Technician name is mr. Niranjan copale – [protected].
        Same thing i confirmed with pune sangvi office with mr. Helkar raj - [protected], he also said same thing that you will get replacement.

        Today on 29th jun i got sms at 3.15 pm
        “your request has been cancelled as you refused to pay service cost”

        This is not the fact. I told on that, i will confirm with customer care & pune office & i will pay.

        Same thing i communicated today also to customer care, and given another complaint number as pu[protected].
        So request to resolve the issue and see that i will get replacement of tv as early as possible.

        If any issue please revert back.

          I want to make complaint for microwave purchased 2 years back and in two year it got repaired 7 times, almost every part got changed but still its not lasts for 2-3 month, engineers dont have any knowledge, everything is worst, such a waste product now again its not working dont know what to do now, gifted to sister on her anniversary, now feeling shame and she always said "kya bakwaas microwave hai" have made so many service calls and made so many request for visited engineer to make it perfect but every time they change some part and charge amount and assurance to work long without any issue but their word are like they are making us fool just to sold out their part and making money, i request to please take correct action for issue.

            We purchased 55' haier led tv le55u6500 in 10 august 2017 from vijay sales. Infinity, andheri west, mumbai, invoice:[protected]s0 935.

            I have given complaint mu[protected] on 5th oct 2017 & mu[protected] on 27/10/2017 about led display problem. On 27/01/2012, one service engineer came to my premise to check the tv and he was there for almost 20 min with hardly any clue of the reason for the problem and said internal display panel maybe broken due to external force.

            I got the most lame excuse when i asked how internal panel has been broken when one hasn't even touched the led since it was used just a couple of times in the 1-2 months of owning the tv. It's been mounted on the wall and no one would touch it as there is no need to do so.

            I had a discussion with haier service centre & vijay sales customer care and they said that this nature of problem is not covered under warranty & referred to contact vijay sales branch manager mr. Kunal mehta or jacob. They too escaped the complaint and the debate and are not ready to hear anything and adding to our frustration - by saying that panel has been internally broken and warranty will not cover it.

            How we will be responsible for this (Internal panel broken) and when external panel is in mint condition?

            This is such a sham and looting of customers hard earned money. I spent 56k on this cheat brand haier and on the recommendation of the vijay sales employee and i regret my decision royally. They are trying to extract more money by asking to pay 80% of the cost of the tv for a repair/replacement in just about the 2nd month of buying it.

            I am left with no option but to approach the consumer court and make sure that both the brands pay a price for this. Haier to make such a defective product and vijay sales for intentionally disposing off a known defective product by way of discounts.

            I will ensure that they face the correct penalty and punishment for such malpractices and pathetic customer service

              With lots of pains and dis-satisfaction i am writing this mail to all of you. Kindly take 2 mins to go through it.
              With reference to the above i would like to submit that i purchased one haier refrigerator model hrb-3654/2017 (S/n - bl03sbe8go1t0h970587) of price rs. 36, 989.00/- on dt. 19/10/2017 from lotus electronics a. B. Road, indore (M. P.).
              This was installed on dt. 19/10/2017. Two days ago when i saw the vegetable box it was surprising to see that it was wholly broken from the bottom.
              I contacted lotus electronics and they advised me to contact the haier company as the product was under warranty. I requested on toll-free no.[protected] for the same on, dated 15/11/2017. The technician called me on 16/11/2017 and asked for the charges for the replacement of the vegetable box on being told that the product is under warranty he very arrogantly denied that he cannot help me and said that if you want your product to be repaired than you have to pay the charges.
              However today i again received call from the same technician saying that he will get my refrigerator repaired from some outside agency and will charge me separately which would be less from the market price without the knowledge of the company. The entire communication is recorded by me and i can provide you the audio cd of the same as and when required. Such people and destroying the dignity of such esteemed company and is also detrimental to the interest of the company.

              Charging for the product which is under warranty is very wrong and unfair trade practice too.
              The real fact is that the broken piece of refrigerator was sold to me and now the company is denying to replace the same. On the contrary charges are demanded. It is legal and moral obligation of the company to replace it free of cost.
              Such type of behavior is fraudulent in nature and prejudicial to the interest of haier company. Such behavior has given severe mental agony to me and feeling that i am being fooled.
              I request all the honourable authorities you to kindly intervene and do the needful and oblige as it is a matter of great concern for such esteemed company.
              My urnest request is please address my issue and resolve it as soon as possible..

                Your one of the dealer in kumbakonam samu ele sold me freezer. But i want buy cooler. I had asked them i have a mushroom farm and i wiil store my mushroom. They told me freezer cum cooler is available. It coast is 25, 000. I was purchased last month. 18.10.17. They said 1 to 2 points cooler above 2 point is freezer. I set my cooler minimum 1 point. Even though the water has soak my mushroom. So it was damaged every day. I complained to my dealer. One of the person come to my concern see everything. Thats all. Haven't no replay. Each and every day i had lost 50 kg mushroom. If you are not change my freezer i wiil go to consumer court. Do it urgently

                    I had raised complaint to change drainage pipe and water inlet pipe for my top load washing machine. I had noticed water leakage for 2 weeks but it was not so much that i could not run the machine. The technician came and changed both the pipes. However he barely ran the machine for 5 mins and said the issue is resolved. When i ran the machine for full 45 minute cycle the water leakage was way worse than before. So i called the technician back. He kept avoiding the calls, made us wait for 2 days and he never turned up. I raised complaint again from toll free number, called the technician and service center directly, but to no avail. Then i mysel[censored]sed the glue and fixed the water drainage issue. Within 10 days, the water inlet pipe is now loose and water spurts out from the tap instead of going in the machine.

                    Neither of the issue has been fixed properly and the call center number has been most useless in handling or resolving my issues. The technician is dumb as a door knob and doesn't know how to fix the issue.
                    If the customer themselves have to fix their machine why to have a service team altogether. Such a pathetic after service from haeir makes us think before we purchse any new product.

                    I purchased a washing machine in march, 2017. Submitted a complaint SR BA[protected] which was closed even after repair work was not done (washing drum damaged as told by technician) and asked me to submit new complain SR BA[protected] for replacement of the machine. It's been more than 1 month and I haven't receive any satisfactory reply.

                      Haier is the worth company from which i have ever purchased any electronics from. I purchased a haier refrigerator 5 years back and from the very first day the refrigerator has been causing various issues.
                      A haier technician has to visit my place on a quarterly basis and charge hefty amounts each time.
                      This time though they have crossed all limits and i am without a working fridge for 6 days now. The people there are shameless and we are helpless. They say that my fridge requires a part which is in transit.
                      I want to give a firing to haier top-down.

                        I have purchased double door bmr refrigerator (Hrb-3404crl-ek60088), hsn 8414, make - haier [protected] on 17.10.2017 (Billing date) from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd, sodepore showroom, sukchar market, kolkata 700115. And installed on19.10.2017.
                        During cleaning of refrigerator body it is noticed that a deep dent at lower portion of left side of refrigerator, immediately informed to khosla electronics pvt. Ltd, sodepur on 09.11.2017. Haier representative came, visually check up and taken photographs of dent area.
                        Prepare a job sheet and ask me to sign and then left out without any positive reply.
                        As this refrigerator is within the warranty period, it is requested to either repair the dent or replace the refrigerator at the earliest at free of cost from your end.

                          I purchased a washing machine in march, 2017. Submitted a complaint SR BA[protected] which was closed even after repair work was not done (washing drum damaged as told by technician) and then they give me one of the dealers number of Haier washing machine (Mr. Bala). He asked me to submit new complain SR BA[protected] for replacement of the machine. It's been more than 1 month and I haven't receive any satisfactory reply. This is very poor response from company side. Now i am not able to use the machine and not getting any solution of it.

                            I purchased 1.5 ton haier window ac in the month of 11 th june 2017 from aarco one k-45 lajpat nagar-2 delhi-24 vied invoice no k45\17-18\919 dated 11- june 2017. The ac was soled to us with the commitment of there sales person name dilshad the there is full replacement of ac with new, if any thing goes wrong with the product. The ac stooped cooling and the complaint was launched vied complaint no dl[protected]. And even after regular follow ups from dealer end and company head looking after operation no replacement have been given to me. You are requested to either make a refund of provide the replacement at en earliest.

                              I purchased a fridge around end of june, 2017. At the time of installation the defect regarding the bottom door not closing properly was noted by the engineer & he assured us the same will be rectified shortly. After his visit after few days the same problem again persists. Again i lodged complaint & the service request no. Provided is k[protected]. Yesterday i received the following sms "dear customer, your service request k[protected] has been cancelled as bill for haier product is not available. If not satisfied then sms no to [protected]."
                              Is this is the sort of after sales service we expect from a company like hair?
                              I am planning to purchase further home appliances but before selecting haier product i will think twice because of this kind of after sales service.

                                We had made a complaint vide your toll free number in the first week on this month and one technician mr. Kulkarni attended the call but he said that one parts needs to be replaced which he shall inquire from his office and get the job done.

                                Its now more than 25 days there's no resolution to my problem and when called to mr. Kulkarni he is saying that he is yet to get any feedback form his office.

                                We are at tremendous stress as without refrigerator it's literally impossible to run the daily needs.

                                I need immediate resolution to my issue.

                                  This is the fifth round of complaint. The refrigerator is laced with a manufacturing defect that doesnt seem to cure. Time and again the concerned mechanic has tried to repair but has failed each and ever time. False assurance has be given by haier that the problem shall not reoccur however they have repeatedly failed to address the problem. The refrigerator suddenly makes a loud sound and doesnt cool as desired since installation. The last visit of the mechanic was as recent as october 3, 2017 however the problem is recurring and has never been properly addressed. We request that the unit be replaced.

                                    Tv sensors are not working properly we ha given to the service but the problem were not solved worst service not satisfied at all the the tv after the service done facing problem with the tv buttons are not working and the remote sensor are not working and main a/c power switch botton is not working unable to off/on the tv unable to select usb options

                                      Made complain 20 days back, service engg came and check issue.
                                      2 days later came with part which got damaged. Service engg dismantled complete machine and when try to put, found wrong part. Now from last 20 days, it is lying as dismantled and when called up to service center, they are trying to make issue that we got part but machine has to take at their service center so that they can fix part.

                                      I have told them, send that tub here and arrange here but no response.

                                      It shows what kind of service of this company.. Customer suffering from last 20 days and now they are saying part with them but can't fix.

                                      Need fixing of part asap or replace my machine asap.

                                        Dear sir, 2 month back i purchase haier 42 inch led tv of rs. 28999. Now tv desplay is gone i complain to customer care they are saying it will take 1 month time to resolve but i don't hv trust bcs i call so many time no see response finding this is very pathetic experience with this product what is my fault why i wait 1 month, i want to refund my money right now please help me out no one is responding properly.

                                        Washing machinr is not working it is showing error E6 everytime same issue servicing person doesnot respond properly and no one is rrady to come simply giving some other persons number.. Please look into this matter immediately
