I have purchased double door bmr refrigerator (Hrb-3404crl-ek60088), hsn 8414, make - haier [protected] on 17.10.2017 (Billing date) from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd, sodepore showroom, sukchar market, kolkata 700115. And installed on19.10.2017.
During cleaning of refrigerator body it is noticed that a deep dent at lower portion of left side of refrigerator, immediately informed to khosla electronics pvt. Ltd, sodepur on 09.11.2017. Haier representative came, visually check up and taken photographs of dent area.
Prepare a job sheet and ask me to sign and then left out without any positive reply.
As this refrigerator is within the warranty period, it is requested to either repair the dent or replace the refrigerator at the earliest at free of cost from your end.
