Hi,
Few days ago i registered a service request for my haier split ac with below details
Date of buying-28 april 2016
After few days, 2 service engineers came at night without any prior information, checked ac’s working and asked for rs 3000 at the moment as advance for changing the compressor next day.
When i refused to pay the amount in advance and called to their owner he demanded even more price than the previous person.
I would like to ask is this the way to treat your customers. How far would you go like this? Instead of solving the issue you are trying to loot the customers. Shame on you people.
Really depressed with your service. Now i’ll have to think 10times before buying any haier products.

1.5 ton airconditioner indoor unit blasted like a bomb in my cabin, luckily in the night when it was empty.otherwise would have killed people.No other wiring or electrical mistake as only indoor unit blasted.please luk into the matter and compensate memy cabin recently renovated is in shambles, .full room covered with soot, chairs raxin ripped out

    Hi sir /madam,

    We purchased a haier led tv 2yrs back. We had problem in the display and given service to authority service center of hair.
    My complain or reference number is ch[protected]. It's been almost 25 days gone. Still they didn't deliver the tv. On daily basis am following up with them but there is no proper response from them
    Very very poor service

      Sir we have to inform u that we buy haier ac top model of eye sensor at june and after 1 months the ac service have done and some mechanical problem have come with an issue that the core wire is broken. We have to change it and we complaint it before 15 days the engineer come and check and tell that the wire is fail we have to change it and now is 16 days happen he. Don't give reply or don't attend the call he is telling that tommorow i m coming and then he switch off so pls see the message and take hard action on the engineer and the name of the executive is mujamil, manish, rahul all are not doing work only just cheating we all costumers

      I have buyed 5 month ago Haier refrigerator and the water started to leak 3 times I have complained about the situation but the company people come and ask for code and don't work at all resolve my problem

        Service center located in nasik, unable to provide service porperly as well as they dont have respect of customer and using harsh and rough langauge when asked about the status of the complaint. Mr. Mohan owner of the service center used rouhg language contanct no - [protected]...

        I am using other brand priduct such as sony, but never experianced like this... I think other brands is much better than haier because of this first experiance with haier service center.

        At the time of purchasing tv is say good given service well but tv damaged the serviver is not responding this is main problem please solve us
        We have already complaint but all services in Karnataka very poor I have total tired in hair services, complaint register one month to go but problem not solve in my life next time I cannot take any products of hair, I have complaint in social media through

          Please note that the refrigerator which was purchased on november 27, 2016 has not been working properly since last five months now, it was subsequently repaired on a couple of occasions. Repeated complaints have been made but to no avail. There appears to be a manufacturing defect with the instant product being model no. Hrb 3404cslr 320ltr. Moreover the service executive who comes to the spot to repair the refrigerator never leaves behind any receipt and hence there is no physical track of the number of times the refrigerator has been repaired, indeed it is a sorry state of affairs. The refrigerator is still giving problems and its not working properly.in the light of the above i hereby request you to take immediate note of the same and redress it at its earliest failing which i shall be compelled to take adequate legal action against you.

            I bought an air conditioner bill number 2127 at 13/06/2017 for 28400 which was of haier compant within 2 days of installation the ac got down when i called haier india they send me some engineer who fixed it and said that its a minor problem after two days the same problem occured and i called again when the engineer came they promised to came back but never came when ever i call haier they are simply assuring but no one came its been more than 1 n half month and the ac is still not working

              My led not installed in 48 hours and engineer information me last 2 days. I call 5 time at your service center but not respond. My problem i want installation 11am to 4pm but your engineer not responsible about my schedule so i request to you please installed my led at my suitable time. I am rally worried about your service and your engineer behavior.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I purchased refrigerator on 19.09.2017 in saravana stores at chennai. Its delivered from godown to home. I found drain tray (Damaged), vc fresh (Missing) and fruit tray (Missing).

                I informed to dealer but they respond very poor. Middle class people face very tough with "haier" product and hesitate to buy.

                Haier customer care also respond very worst.

                  Good morning sir,

                  I purchased 1 ton split ac from bharat electronics, mulund west, mumbai 80. The seller told that company has given installation free fcility of rs.1500/-. If extra pipes and other materials are required, you will have to pay. On the next day, two persons came for installation. As this was the first time, so i asked the person, named wasim shaik, to give me idea which will be the convenient place for installation. He showed me 2/3 places. He told me that if i fit it in centre of the room you will have to pay rs.2300/- more (6 feet pipe costing rs.300//- per foot + 2 tapes costing rs. 500/- each, total rs. 2300/-. I refused to give it. Then he called his upper person, (Which was told that he was receiving order for installation and sending those persons) he told that the rate is rs.250/- per foot, so you pay rs. 2000/- to them and get it fitted. I agreed. I paid wasim shaikh rs.2000/- for bringing materials from local shops.in the meantime i decided to fit in company materials only, so i will get the benefit of rs.1500/-. I told mr. Wasim accordingly. I told him to give me receipt so that i can return the materials which he bought. At this time, i was shocked that the receipt was for rs. 614/- only, so he returned me the balance amount. I am surprised that there is no pipe costing rs.1500/- of five foot and tape is costing rs.20/-. The material is lying in my residence. Which is burden to me. That i paid extra money. I want to say, the persons are cheating customers, and the persons were so rude, that he told that 'aap complaint karo, mai email deta hoon. Roj aisehi bolte hai log, hamara kuch bhi nahi hota." it means they are so rude that they are not worried about customers, business of haier.

                  I have told my friends, on email, by phone, personally, on whatsapp, in future please do not purchase any product of haeir. As there chating in installation. And i think there is some support from company and someone, that is why they are so rude.

                  I request you to look into the matter. And instruct take strict action against the person who is running the installation work (Contract person) and wasim shaikh immediately. And return my rs.614/- immediately and take back the material.

                    We purchased a haier refrigerator just 2 months ago.
                    Since the first week there has been problems with cooling which causes all the food inside to start rotting.
                    We have complained to the dealer and company, but instead of replacing this defective piece of trash, they send a mechanic to fix the problem temporarily, then the problem comes back and we have to wait many days till the repairman returns to do the same thing.
                    In the process, my entire family's health is at risk due to incompetence of haier employees.
                    Since the beginning we have asked the dealer and company to replace this defective product and give a working refrigerator or a complete refund, unfortunately they are scamming us slowly getting the warranty period finished so that they are not liable to return the defective product with which they earned a salary to support their family while killing others families.

                      I have a double door 290 litre haier refrigerator of model hrf-281fr. It is not cooling in the below compartment. Freezer is cooling in excess which freezes the fan and fan stops working. There may be a problem of either 'timer' or 'thermostat of below compartment'.
                      Please send some expert person to resolve this issue soon. Kindly make it fast.

                        I purchased a haier refrigerator on 3 oct 2013 and its compressor is not working. The compressor is under warranty for 10 years and still the company is not repairing under warranty.

                        But they are expecting customers to maintain a piece of paper for 10 years which is quite impractical.

                            I have purchased a semi automatic washing machine from haier on 11/1/17 after my purchase washing machine it a problem aroused that the drain system was not working properly within 15 days of purchase i made a complain and the technician came and resolved my problem but it was not resolved properly as till date the technician have arrived more than 5 times and 15/09/17 i made my last complaint were the technician arrived on 18/09/17 and opened the whole machine and assured to come back and make it with 24hrs but it has been more thn 72 hrs and when i called the customer care of haier they told me that the problem was resolved and from last 48hrs my dyre is also not working now its just a waste for me. Infact when i contacted the customer care on 20/09/17 they again gave me a new sr no i am just feed up with this product and specaily the service department as they are not taking any responsibility of the product such a bad service and bad management i have ever seen they are just harassing the customers i just want a replacement of my product as it is not 6 months and the product is creating so much of problems its just a wastage of money for me.

                              Fridge stopped cooling and complaint was registered on 25/07/2017 engineer visited and informed that the volve is not working so it has to be replaced as gas is to be refilled but without changing the volve gas filling will be useless so complaint was not resolved due to unavailability of volve. On 28/07/17 engineer came and filled the gas without changing the volve. After two months again gas leaked and complaint was registered on 05/09/2017. Again the same process was done but problem is still there. Kindly do the needful as early as possible. Fridge model no. Hrf36wfg

                                We have buy a new tv which is in warranty and after 9 day vertical line start coming i call the service centre he took the tv and after 4 days the tv came at my home and after this another problem started again i call the service centre and the took the tv and they delivery after 5 days and again one more problem started the tv is on but no display is working then again i call the service center and the tv is at sevice centre 10 days and i call th manager of haier, imran khan we told about the problem he cut, so now i need replacement

                                  My tv was taken for repair first since it was going off while working they repaired it and bought it but it did not work again they took it kept for 9 months repaired it yet it was not working so they told me they would replace it only we had to pay some cash so i was ok with it nowafter all this months they kept me without tv n in fals hope's of replacement n finally they r telling me they are not giving me a replacement n paying me 5k i bought the tv for 45k used it fr 2years one year they only repaired it n finally they are paying me 5k why? I called the haier mechanics and also the manager to know the reason y? So they answered me saying the company does not have the part so is it my fault? The company has no parts and they cant repair it. So replace it and give me a new tv i have payed 45k for it and its my hard earned one months salary dnt do injustice to me at least give me a new tv

                                    Hlo sir our tv set is with you for 3 months i dont know what the hell are u doing with it just repair it or i[censored] cant assure us a new set i want it back in 3-4 days or be ready to face the consequences i admit that i had mistake n to buy haier product careless companies and you all make people mad that it will comeafter 2-3 days i[censored] have any complaint with this review call on this no.[protected]

                                      After one month one part was damage we complaint about it for your channel partner m/s ambika enterprise on dated 5/08/2017 your representative call me and they told part is coming from company and finally 12/08/2017 they change the part at 9.00pm due to some work we checked at mooring that part was also damage we call your representative and inform him he told that he change this in evening we call him several time and he always told i coming but after 2 days 16/08/2017 we resistor complaint at your call center but till no response from your side they give me no [protected] 0n 18/08 but phone was not picked today they give other no [protected] problem same not picked i again call your call center and talk with mr. Vinit they give new no [protected] same result not picked
                                      Interesting is you charge 120 rs for damage part but till problem not solve it my mistake i purchased your product and i promise you in future i can't purchase haier products & not suggest any one please do need full otherwise i am going to...

                                        The complaint is regarding haier refrigerators bmr model bought in aug 2016 from ganga electrical, yamuna nagar in rs. 35000/- and after 3-4 month its started giving problem of water overflowing and repaired by company engineer 5 time, ultimately the fridge replaced with new one in april 2017 with an assurance that the new one will not having this problem.in aug 2017 the same problem started in new fridge and again repaired by company person but problem is still exist.
                                        I request the consumer forum to please help to get it replaced with some other model or return the money.
