A haier bottom mounted refrigerator bmr 475ss was bought from khosla electronics, sodepur on 26.6.17 and it stopped working within ten days. It was not cooling the freeze compartment and making noise. Apparently ice was blocking the fan. After repair by the haier service engineer, it worked for few days and now stopped again. Now engineers say that software is old and therefore causing this problem. The company must refund or replace.

    I had purchased a double door refrigerator in oct 2016 & within a month of purchase it has started to give trouble.in less than a year, its down for the 5th time. Yesterday the technician came & said he cannot do anything and gave his senior engineers number.
    Complaint no. Ba[protected]. Please arrange for a replacement.
    This is a worst company

      I had purchased a haier air conditioner 2 months ago. Since it shows very loud buzzing noise and not working properly. I have informed your branch to replace the same since it is not working but as of now it is not replaced.
      How come faulty products are supplied to customers? And even there is not quick response from your team to resolve the complaint.
      It clearly shows how you are caring about your customers and your invaluable services.

        Dear sir/madam, the air conditioner (Sl no. Aaa44ez0700n5gb70005) was purchased on may 2017 from m/s yadav electronics, palam colony, delhi. Now, the item was shifted from delhi to noida view some new allotment of govt. Accommodation at noida.

        However, the air conditioner not cooling properly since last week. Suspect gas leakage observed from the panel. The ac is under annual warranty period. The same will be rectified at the earliest.

          I received an sms today that my service request hi[protected] has been closed since i refused to pay service charges. This is not at all true. I have already paid rs.1500/- to the technician (Mr. Sikander) who is servicing the ac. The job is still incomplete and my ac is still not working. I have scheduled with the technician to visit me this saturday since other days i will be at work

              Dear sir,

              I have purchased semi auto washing machine in may 2014, washing machine have 5 years of warranty.

              Now i have facing problem with washing machine wash site motor not working, i have logged complaint in haier customer care, the haier representative came & check he found problem with motor & he told he order a motor, after 2 days another representative come with motor & said the motor base is not machine we need another motor. Next day i received call from haier & they told me we are not replacing motor due to washing machine not in warranty, i have purchase bill & show to representative but they denied to replace the motor.

              Please help me to replace the motor.

                We are very much sorry to inform you that the haier 1.5 tonnes split ac unit purchased bearing model no. 19tfw3c on 20-5-17 at sonovision, vinodha theater, vijayawada with the bill no is se-3035 dt[protected] for the office purpose is not working properly. There is no cooling effect from the 7th day of purchase. We have registered a complaint regarding the above problem through the toll free number [protected] several times. But it came into progress after one and half month. There is no proper immediate response. After several requests, the concerned office person sirisha (Mobile number [protected]) has sent the service person named sri radha krishna. He attended the complaint and noticed that the compressor is not working. So, they informed to the head office that the compressor may be replaced. The compressor was not ordered immediately and they took nearly 20 days time and after we persued they replied that due to gst it was delayed. After 20 days, they brought a new compressor and after several attempts for 5hrs said that, it is bearing other serial no. Which is different to the existing model no. Of the out door unit. Then, they failed to connect the compressor and sent to the service center of haier. After repair, the unit was assembled in this office. We observed that, there is no proper cooling effect and the out door unit is making much noise. We have a number of ac units of different companies in the office but only this unit is making such noise. We have asked the technician regarding this and he informed that the haier company out door units make much noise it seems. The temperature though set to 16 deg it seems to be at 23deg. The response is not at all fare and effective from the technicians and office head concerned. The technicians demanded money by telling all non-sense issues. We hope the unit may be replaced after cross checking with the technicians report. We are very much worried about that and kindly notice that the new piece when purchased without leaving warranty period, no no atleast 2 months from the purchased date, if not working equal to a second hand one even, what to do? Our amount is wasted and the necessity is not fulfilled. Kindly reply with a positive feed back. The company is responsible for every thing.

                There is no response for the complaint posted on 31st july till now. The sound problem for the out door unit is still existing. solve the problem. one technician came for attending the complaint and has recorded the sound in the mobile as a video and asked for the code that will be given only when the issue is resolved. Now still the issue is pending with the complaint.

                  Whole day i waitting at home the for installation but not anyone come when i call on this no (+91 [protected]) and ask to this person i am waiting for installation he told me installation person not receive a call he stay near your location so he will installation done on sunday
                  Next day when i call on +91 [protected] this no phone is switch off full day i try to call him but still no reply
                  If installation not possible on that day than why thay called me and said me today is your water heater installation

                    Hi, i have purchased a haier air conditioner in your arakkonam branch on 26/07/2017. It is installed on 27/07/2017 but not working fine. Am not getting the chillness in my room. I have informed your branch to replace the same since it is not working but as of now it is not replaced. Hereafter myself and my relatives will stop purchase in sathya.

                    How come faulty products are supplied to customers? And even there is not quick response from your team to resolve the complaint.

                    It clearly shows how you are caring about your customers and your invaluable services.

                    I feel very bad about your services i will strongly recommend to my friends and colleagues not to go for sathya.

Even in the first day it self we observed that the a. C machine is not working properly as we are not able to get any coolness. We have complained the above problem through the toll free number [protected]. After several reequests the concerned office person sirisha (Mobile number [protected]) has sent the service person sri radha krishna has attended the office and after examining the unit the concerned service person has informed that the condensor is not working. Mrs sirisha told us she will book the order for the new compressor. But she not booked the order until we have pursued the matter with her. Even after that also we have not received the compressor as mrs sirisha told that due to gst it will take some more time. Yester day[protected]only we have received the compressor and after installing it the service person has told us it is not matching with the machine taken the out door unit with them to the service that is at ramamandiram, eluru road. Today 28-7-17 they brought the out door unit and installed the compressor. But we observed that the compressor is making a lot of noise. When we questioned the service person about it, he has informed that all the compressors of haier company will make such noise. We also observed that we are not the coolness even for the person sitting very to the ac machine. We have great respect towards the haier company and we have purchased the ac machine. But the ac machine is not functioning properly as we are not feeling any coolness even for the person sitting near to it. Hence we kindly request you to please look in the matter and please the ac machine with a new one as the ac machine we purchased is not functioning from the first day it self.

The problem is the water is leakage form the washing tub. The washing tub is empty within 5 minutes. I have get a many and many complaints to the customer care centre but the problem is as it is.                             Humble suggestion for people opting for Haier products : Pls think ten times before buying considering the worst service level.

                              It has been a week since the fridge has not been working.
                              The fridge was purchased in august 2016.
                              One technician came home and said he has to get some part and now not responding back or attending to my complaint.

                              Vijay sales (Goregaon) was also very rude and did not seem to care.

                                  My haier washing is not working. I contacted the customer care service they sent the technician after 2 days. Also its been a week since the technician has not repaired a part which he took. It is causing great inconvinence to us. And the technician has already taken the charge and his contact no is not responding. Also the he is very rude in answering. I shall resolve to higher authorities if my complaint is not met within few days.

                                    On 8th july, 2017 i raised the request for first free servicing of my 2 new haier acs which i purchased in march 2017. Sr# gu[protected] and gu[protected]
                                    I received sms that the requests were cancelled as the bill is not available.
                                    I called the customer care again and raised the requests again informing that i have the bill with me. I was also provided the contact number of mr. Zahir ([protected]) whom i tried to contact but his number was switched off. Anyways i thought my service requests have been raised so it will be attended soon.
                                    New sr# gu[protected] and gu[protected]
                                    On july 14 after waiting for six days i received the message again that my srs have been cancelled as bill is not available and that too without anyone from haier contacting me or checking with me if i have the bill or not
                                    I tried calling mr. Zahir again on the number [protected] but again it was switched off.
                                    I called haier helpline again and i was informed that the requests were cancelled due to unavailability of bill and the support representative was once again asking me to contact mr. Zahir as he only had cancelled my service requests.
                                    I asked for an escalation towards this person as he unnecessarily and unprofessionally had cancelled my service requests multiple times now without even trying to contact me while he himself was being unavailable but your support was not able to help and only asked me to write about this matter to customer support email address.
                                    I requested to raise two more requests for the same first free service of my two new acs with following sr# gu[protected] and gu[protected]
                                    On 18th july i again received the messages that these service requests have been cancelled stating the same reason that "bill for haier product is not available".

                                    From haier india i really want an explanation/answer for following:

                                    Why my requests were being cancelled and who authorized this person named zahir to cancel my requests again and again without even contacting me and this is nothing less than harassment of the customers who showed faith in haier as a brand and purchased it's products.

                                    Please let me know what action haier india will take against this unprofessional person and also what will haier do to ensure this is not repeated.
                                    Also please can you ensure that the servicing of both the acs are provided asap as i am now tired of calling haier customer support.

                                      I made a compliant to haier aervice centre in dimapur, nagaland on 17th july regarding some problem with my refrigerator. However the response of the cuatome care representative was a very harsh one. They are not willing to come and repair the fridge.in which case i will be compelled to take legal measures against your company for not providing after sales service. Please make sure that this mail is taken with all seriousness and direct your customer care representative in dimapur to immediately respond.

                                      Sir, ur service is so bad. From three month I am going to service center of fatehabad and before 6 days they request of jali in Hindi word. And I asked from them when my problem will be solve they simply there is no need of jali, bcz all dirt of clothes and machines go from downside
                                      I am launch complaint on 12/07/2017 for LED TV issue. But till nobody visited for checking. Mr. Sachin Kadam and Sagar Pande both are taking lightly. At present facing line mark issue on LED TV. Your complaint close time limit is 72 hours. But 144 hours cross. Poor response from Haier team.

                                        Hello haier_team_india,

                                        This is abida from bangalore. I am extremely disappointed to say that we are not satisfied by haier refrigerator that we got early november of 2016.
                                        Its been past 15 days that i am calling the customer care and all the haier service centers. No response from your end to resolve my issue.!
                                        All my stuff got spoiled.
                                        My family strictly needs a serious and immediate response from your end.
                                        Please help me out asap.
