Purchased le32m600 on 24 nov 2013 with 5 yr warranty. Replaced due to panel issue with le32b9000 without my testing and handed over to me via transport. Also it was missing some feature compare to earlier one. I am disappointed. Next day after delivery i called for this issue but they said it will be charged. You tell, was it my fault? Please help. I bought haier washing machine 5 year back with the cost of rs 35, 000. Now warranty is over. Last year we have to ask for motor replacement of the machine but it was on warranty so it was done easily. Now again, it stopped working and its been a month that we complained but no one contacted us. We followed up with customer care so many times. It really frustrating now. The motor part is not available outside. Worst customer service experience ever. The warranty is over now who is responsible to take care of it. I don't understand, i am ready to pay for the services but its so irresponsible as this company don't own their product.
Request for repair as soon as possible.

Dear sir, i have purchase washing machine fully auto hwm62-707nzp[protected] on 29/07/2017 in that installation man has came from haier service centre mr ronak m.[protected], [protected] he found some palte missing from the company, while checking plate, from him washing machine has been damege body, after that he told our faimily member that he will replace your washing machine by company but i am not getting any reply from mr ronak, sales india, from where i have purchase or toll free number so please let me now when it will be replace

My self ajit bhise mob no [protected]. Eng visit home and check and i pay 1200 rs then after two days pick the led frm still no progess..
Dont check cust patiaence.. Call center people say u r request receive for led repleace.
Now who is the higher authorty need to resolve the issue..
Kindly rsolve the issue asap...

I lodge my complaint regarding my washing m/c on dated 15/08/17 but till date no response from haier service dept. Several time i told to customer care executive but they told me with in 24 hour's service engineer will be provided to resolve my washing machine issue. I also make a call to guwahati service head her no. [protected] but all in vein. No response received from that no.
Now i am totally upset from haier service and i think in future i will never purchase haier product's in india. Pl. Look into this matter seriously.

I have already complaint before one month... Your technical person came and visited but he couldn't able to find problem of ac... Now i am very tired about your service and responsibilities... And now i don't want this ac.. Please change the a. C pcs or return my money... I haven't seen such kind of service in my life..

Problem: 1nobe is broken.

Issue: engineer asked 3times more amount for service and device.
Service charge is inr 236/ (Including gst)+nob charge (Approx r25-30), but he's asking total inr 656/

Need to know the actual how much price i need to pay?

I had purchased a brand new ac from sales india - ashram road show room - ahmedabad gujarat state india.

Upon installation in few days the compressor (The out side unit) started making too much rattling loud noise as soon as the compressor started.

A complain was launched to sales india and after 10 days some one from haier responded.

They came after few days and told me because the installation was not properly done and they need to move the outside unit and install it on a stand and the issue will be resolved.

I said ok and they moved the out side unit and re-installed on a stand.

The same day after the unit was moved still the compressor was making the same loud noise - the guy who came to reinstall the outside unit called the area manager mr mahesh @ [protected]. He informed me give it a few days and the loud sound will go away and the problem will be resolved.

Still till date the problem with the loud noise is not resolved with the outside unit.

I have been back and forward calling sales india - haier and talking to mr mahesh since one and a half month.

Today mr mahesh told me that there is a manufacturing defect and i have to open the outside unit and install a new part's so the loud noises will go away and he said i have to order part's also. And it will take 7 to 10 days.

It is a brand new purchase-there is a manufacturing defect-instead of replacing the unit mr mahesh says all he can do is fix it.

I don't agree because it is under warranty and unit was not delivered to me without quality control check. And i have made too much efforts calling sales india and haier since the unit has been delivered and installed. And till date my problem and issue has not been resolved.

I want the unit replaced since it is under warranty

Bought this 55 inches curved LED tv with 4k resolution (as told to me by the salesman). It looked ok at vijay sales and was like other brands. But when I recieved it and put it on, I was surprised and shocked to see the resolution is very poor. It is even inferior to my four year old LG tv. How can this be 4k or even full HD! The images are not pleasant at all. The colors are very poor too. I seriously doubt it's even HD.
I simply want a refund.

I have raised a complaint on 16/08/2017 and my complaint sr is ch[protected]. The customer care executive said my complaint will be resolved with in 24 hours. But no one has come and my problem is still giong on. And again i have called today morning to the customer support and they said our executive will resolved the issue by today (17/08/2017) between 2pm to 4pm. Still i have not received any call from the service engineer or from the haier team. I am very upset about your service this time and please help me resolve this issue asap.

My self mr. Haresh. P. Tahilramai;resd. Of c-26, vidyanagar soc., warasia colony ;vadodara gujrat... Is sending u this email to inform u that;i have purchased a haier a. C of 1.5 ton in the month of may-2016 from the dist. Name "kalpana sales" located on rajmahal road-vadodara.

The month from which have purchased this a. C. Product;i have been facing the same problem every time and i. E. The water leakage from the down air wing portion located in the end of the a. C. Due to this problem whenever i start the a. C. After several minutes the water starts falling from the bottom of the a. C. And due to this all water clots in my bedroom.
Have also registerd the same problem complaint for 6-8 times in u r co.'s aufhorised service centre but every time the technician from that centre visits but but no solution was given to us.

Have also clicked the photos of the problem which is been there with me but it cnt be attached as the below attached option is not allowing the photos to be attached above 2 mb.
Its an humble request that please see a solution for my this product.

We have purchase a refrigerator from haier company 5 months ago and we are not satisfied from this and we had complain also to company so they came more than two times and they have changed one time freezer and two times gas and two times compresser so now we want that our refrigerator should change we don't want to use this refrigerator now more... So we are requesting u to change this refrigerator...

I had purchased a haier air conditioner 9 months ago. There is a problem in the ac as the air flow shutter is not opened due to step up motor failure. I had booked a complaint on 31st july via no ct[protected] and same has been attended by a service engineer. After scrutinising the product the engineer claimed that he need the spare to be replaced. After 10 days, we received the sms as service request cancelled. Without a rectifying the problem, the service request is cancelled.

If your not able to service the product, then what is the purpose of selling it? I had recommend to my friends and relatives not to buy a haier product for their worst service support..

I bought a refrigerator from haier and the model number is hrf 618gg. After 2 days the drops you were formed on the top side of the refrigerator, under the trays of the refrigerator and on the upper side of the door. These drops have created a lot of problem. The refrigerator was replaced but our new fridge also had the same problem and we want to refund it. As soon as possible because i am very disappointed with your product and service..

The package of haier 10L water heater was received on 8th August 1700 hours on cash on delivery basis.
The service provider came on 10th August for installation while opened the package we found that 3 pin plug of the water heater broken.
Therefore you are requested to provide new 3 pin socket at the earliest so that water heater can be activated.

I bought a double door refrigerator hrf2683 from nandilath electronics, nandilath tower, main road ottapalam, palakkad. When i bought it to home it had a gassy smell in the whole refrigerator. So suddenly we called to the service center of the company and the service man came and told that there is no problem in it after complete checkup (They can't recognize the gas leakage) and this complaint repeated for continuous 3 years so after getting fed-up we send it to the manufacturing unit where we able to know that it has a manufacturing defect... We filled the gas 3 times in 3 years.
So plz take tough decision while purchasing this companies product...

I want to ask u that will u resolve our issue or not. Or u think that who purchased haier products. They are fool. Nine times i has been raised complaint but i didnt get any solution till now. Neither they have sense to talk wth customers nor they provide any solution till now. Just confirm me that will u resolve it or not. You are just making customer fool and congrats to ur brand for this hectic customer service.

A haier bottom mounted refrigerator bmr 475ss was bought from khosla electronics, sodepur on 26.6.17 and it stopped working within ten days. It was not cooling the freeze compartment and making noise. Apparently ice was blocking the fan. After repair by the haier service engineer, it worked for few days and now stopped again. Now engineers say that software is old and therefore causing this problem. The company must refund or replace.

I had purchased a double door refrigerator in oct 2016 & within a month of purchase it has started to give trouble.in less than a year, its down for the 5th time. Yesterday the technician came & said he cannot do anything and gave his senior engineers number.
