Complaint - Getting 'F8' error

So far 3 complaints have been raised since April. Only once service person has come and he also did not know how to resolve the issue.

Lately we have been contacting the branch manager, he has been promising to resolve the issue in a day since 23rd of May.

We have also come to know that are complaints have been closed without our knowledge even when the problem is not resolved.

Following are the complete details of the complaint and their action towards it.

We have raised complaint thrice, Service persons attending the complaint have not resolved the problem but they are closing the tickets.

We purchased the AC in last week of March from Sathyas, Arumbakkam, Chennai and from then on we are struggling with this problem..

We are getting error message in A.C- displayed as 'F8' and the AC stops working for an hour or more, we faced so many sleepless nights...

So we raised complaint #1 in online first- service person came and they were not aware of F8 error, he told 'f' means fan and fan not working... Then they told they'll look into the issue...

Again after 2 weeks we called them... they have been giving reasons after reasons... fully liars...

Reason #1:

Service person told that they were receiving 'outdoor unit' from Bangalore, will it take 2 weeks to receive an unit from bangalore?

After 3 weeks Reason #2: (May 21st 2017)

Now service personnel are telling they received wrong unit after 3 weeks?
So for one ticket they can receive only one unit and they want us to close the complaint and raise again so that they can get correct product... we told u it's ur duty to get correct product..

Reason #3: (May 22nd 2017)

Since they were not aware of the error they asked some senior person to address the issue...still he hasn't come..

Meantime service person Karthik from Chennai he called me and told the complaint #2 is raised and it's been 15 days and they haven't closed so they asked us to give the secret number and close the issue and he told he'll raise the same complaint in different number and he himself will take forward. Even after giving the secret code he hasn't raised a new complaint yet and to follow up the issue we had called him, he didn't even respond to the call...

Reason #4: (May 26th 2017)

They closed the 3rd ticket without any proper justification ...we got a message telling we have not produced the bills so the 3rd ticket is closed, we have the original bills with us, we have not been asked for it...

Really these service guys are not concerned about the complaints. No one is ready to take it forward to resolve this issue...

So please don't buy this.. worst and useless service provide by Haier Chennai...
How come without resolving they are closing the issue...

    Purchasesd the refrigerator on 21 may from vijay sales lajpat nagar new delhi.. Since 9 days it has been functional twice the fridge section department top most shelf 2 cans have been blasted. Please look into this seriously. At no point this should happen. Either change the model or watever equivalent can b done. Furnish d pics as well. Attaching the invoice also which is hardly 10 days old. This trash quality was totaly not expected.

        We had purchased an A/c from Pai Bangalore 29March 2017 invoice Number 1409346. Never worked despite repeated replacements. Never used the A/c. It is the worst A/c. One of the worst service provider.

        We have lodge many complaints BA [protected], the representative came and changed the out box which was of no use. We have been calling the person and of no use.

        New buy any product from PAI also. PAI international also does not respond.

        Never buy a Haier A/c in your life

          Fed up of cooling issue of new ac purchased from haier
          informed help line toll free number 3 times for getting complaint attended
          inspite that no one visited till date

          before i throw the ac to the store from where purchased thought of posting this on your page for review and action if any

          local service manager number given is not responded

          my view do not buy this product
          hitchi is way ahead

            Dear sir,

            My name is ashish gupta from jaipur (Rajasthan) and purchase a product of hair refrigerator side by side approx 5-6 month before, that has been not in working position last 9th may 2017, i registered complaint on same day on your customer care online vide hi[protected] and your technical person come on 10th may but he has unable to repair and call for next day other technical person, and next day another technical person come and filled gas and told approx 5-6 hour product has work properly, but position same and product not working condition and i again complain and next day another technical person come and again filled gas and same for wait 5-6 hour for work but again same and product again not in working position, i face problem regularly in high summer season after expending such hair company product purchase.
            Again i complaint and your jaipur service center took refrigerator from my home and take him on service center and told me in the evening same day refrigerator after repair delivered on your home, service center again filled gas through 6 feet nitrogen pump as told your service center technical person, but position same and product not working and after that they told problem in motor and that part brought from delhi and it will take time and commit to deliver refrigerator on saturday 20/05/2017 it mean today, bot position same and delhi center sand defective motor and your service center give next time 24/05/2017,

            My complaint date 09/05/2017 and your product defect start 7th-8th may and already today 20/05/2017 approx 2 week spend and we stand on day position, i stay at jaipur which is a state capital, that position of your service center on state capital center, you expect other cities and remote place towns and village. If your state capital service center take in repair a refrigerator one month than we believe other centers person your warranty product either through in scrap.

            I regular contact mr. Pawan, local service center in charge mobile no. [protected], mr. Vinay mittal branch manager jaipur mobile no. [protected] and mr. Sachin north india service center in charge mobile no. [protected].

            But i have not received satisfactory reply from your responsible persons, i regularly requested to arrange stand by arrangement but no one bother customer's problem, and tried to time spend without any resolution, all they provide assurance a next date for resolution but problem not resolved, in my case approx 5-6 commitment failed, that commitment were not only your technical persons but also company haier which failed regularly, you very much understand the effect of brand value.

            In my family same 4 refrigerators purchased of your brand same side by side but in future i think me and my family never purchase any product of your haier company.

            Your product defective and i want to exchange that defective product immediately.

              I have purchased one hair side by side fridge through flipcart on last week Jan 2017.At the middle of April found droplet water is coming out from top rack from panel door of non fridger compartment.On 25 the April through consumer help desk lodge a docket (KO[protected]) and on next day your technician came, he heated the portion and refixed door covering insulation but no improvement found.Afterthat your technician came to my flat five times but all the effort ate in vain.Last visit he replaced the hinge but falling of water rate is increased
              I am very much dejected and annoyed about your performance.I want immidiat replacement wethout any delay.

                  I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine on 22/5/2016. I am having issues with the drier of the machine. I have been complaining to the customer care for last one month. Every time they give me complaint number and assure that within 24 hour their engineers would visit. But nothing of this happened. They donot want to visit as the product is under warranty and they want to cover the warranty period.

                    I have purchased Haier AC by April 2017 within 15 days we are getting F8 error and the unit stops working.
                    We raised complaint twice and service person came and visited us but they also not sure about the error F8 and every time they give diff answer. Also they asked us to keep AC above 25 degC, no idea then what is the use of buying Haier AC...

                        Hello, For my AC repair I have registered a complaint using haier customer care on 7th April 2017. (C.No:hy[protected]), The haier service guy came to my house, Without even properly analyzing the AC he said the AC fan motor failed and needs replacement. He took 2000 INR from me as advance to get the fan motor. After 1 week he got a new fan motor(which looked pretty old). Even after replacing new FAN Motor the AC didn't work. Then he took some of my AC parts and said he will come back. But he didnt not come for 1 week nor did he pick my calls. I called Haier customer care to complain the same, they registered another complaint No:hy[protected] and said they will return my money. But instead, after one week i get messages from haier saying they have cancelled both complaints because i refused pay money for service. Please take action on these corrupt people, i need my money back.

                            Sir,
                            I purchased one haier fridge from your nager bazer great eastern store on 05/04/2017. Same commissioned by haier customer service engineer.
                            On 8/04/17 i logged a complain to haier service that comp is not stopping. (Sd is ko[protected]). They adjusted the control. But the problem persists.
                            On 20/04/16 i logged another complain (Sr is ko[protected]).
                            On 21/04/17 one service engineer named as avisakh (Ph-[protected]) came to my house, and tested, the top portion temp -6.7 degree centigrade aprox, came to a conclusion that compressor not tripping. He informed the same to his boss mr. Ahhikari.
                            Over telephonic discussion with mr. Adhikary, (Ph-[protected]) i asked him to change the fridge.
                            I could not stop the fridge as my husband is a diabetic patient and taking insulin. Which are stored in fridge? A huge electric consumption is going on from the beginning.
                            My husband is a retired person, it is unbearable for us.

                              I have already purchased i no haier 1 ton 3 star hsu-12ck3w3n split a/c which was installed on 17.02.16. Installation of a/c was not perfact i, e outlet pipe is short and their service engg fitted with brazing. From that day m/c was not perfact running. At the time of 2 times free servicing mr. Sukumar observed leakage was found from outlet pipe & gas was not found. My wife already discussed that time you (Mr. Sukumar) have to discussed with your company & solve it. Again i have complained on 14.04.18 reg cooling is not found. Mr. Sukumar again attend on 18.04.17 and said your pipe is leakage and gas already passed out and rs 2000.00 is reqd. I have already again complain customer care & mr. Bikash on 18.04.17 at 7.10 pm.

                              Here i am complaining about Mr. Jugal, Mobile no:[protected].
                              Before 10 days we put a complain to customer care of haier that our AC is not working and it is in the warranty period. Customer care executive given me the number of Mr. Jugal but Mr. Jugal does not cooperate with us. He did not provide technician and it is urgent for us.
                              Your service technicians are ignoring our complaints and did not bothering to receive our call. He is giving a very bad service.
                              Here i am complaining about Mr. Jugal, Mobile no:[protected].
                              Before a 10 days we put a complain to customer care of haier that our AC is not working and it is in the warrantee period. Customer care executive given me the number of Mr. Jugal but Mr. Jugal does not co-prate with us. He did not provide technician and it is urgent for us.

                                I bought 1.5 Ton AC on 08/04/2017. Model no: HSU-19TCB3C. This AC is not working at all. I complained in customer care 3 times regarding this but no response received from them. Two times technician came and did something but still problem is not solved..If i am calling technician, they are not picking my calls. And if they picked, they are telling they don't have time today to come. Even Customer care also not giving any response on complaining about the technician.

                                  Dealer : omnitech retail

                                  FLIPKART delivered haier washing machine on april 2, 2017. As it was with damages, I requested for returning soon after receiving the product. No response yet.

                                  I called the customer care for more than 10 times. No proper response.

                                  No technician has visit my house yet. But they updated the status as resolved. Even customer care people are telling me everyday that technician will call tomorrow. 10 tomorrows gone. Pl do some actions on this.

                                    I have purchsed a Haier Refrigerator from Eham Digital on 7th April 2017, ( Invoice No. 335 CTW[protected] the refrigerator was delivered on 3.30 PM and I have switched on the same at 8 PM, from the beginning itself i felt the noise level is high and has reported a complaint with Haier on 8th morning complaint No. CO[protected], from 10th onwards i have observed that the fridge is continuously running and it is not cooling at all. i keep insulin etc. in refrigerator and i am in deep trouble.
                                    this is not accepted from a reputed company like Haier. request for immediate replacement of refrigerator.
                                    i have worked for 40 years in Quality audit and iam aware of the quality standards what we follow, to have a zero defect product, and i hope you may be following the same.
                                    in addition to that poor customer response is another issue. Request for immediate replacement of the product.
                                    Brief complaints:-
                                    1. No cooling right from purchase day
                                    2. high noise level( Which has reduced now)
                                    3. Continuous running of compressor
                                    4. Poor customer response

                                    Kindly adress the issues at the earliest and replace the refrigerator

                                    Problem was identified by technician, defrost was not working due to loose connection in refrigerator, refrigerator was replaced by Eham digital, appreciate Eham digital for the prompt service, and also Mr. Siji Philip for deploying technician so promptly.

                                      I called services for my haier washing machine. The body of the machine had became rusty and also it was making noises. The man who came to service the machine looked at it and said that the door of the machine is broken and it is not easily replaceable. That is all he did. Then he asked for service charge of 400 rupees.
                                      A charge of 400 rs simply for looking at a machine is just too much. I get that he had to come all the way here but he could have asked for 200 rupees. That's the usual charge taken by other companies. I don't think it is right to pay 400 simply to have a guy look at your washing machine and tell that he cant help it. He didn't even open the machine or used any tools. Haier should stop robbing people!

                                        Hi,

                                        I am a disappointed owner of a Haier TV which we bought roughly a year ago model number L24F6.The TV suddenly turned off and didn't start we lodged a complaint(PU[protected])on 1/04/2017, also called several times but didn't get any response .Finally after a long struggle to get a response from Haier, a technician visited and fixed it .The TV worked for like 15 minutes and broke down again.The service person said he needs a different part and will bring it the next day.It's 7/04/2014, till today the technician has not returned .We have spoken to the service guy and several other seniors but they are not doing anything.How long does it take to get a part ?And this is not the very first time, we have experienced such poor service before .The call center, service and the seniors are non-responsive.They don't care how urgent it is .Very rude, arrogant no customer service skills.Till today the TV is in the same condition.Honestly I have no hope that it will be repaired anytime soon.Please look into this matter asap.
