My Air conditioner was not cooling and so i registered a complaint with Haier customer care on Mar 31, 2017 at 1:40 p.m. I was told that the technician will call and visit my place the next day on April 1, 2017.

I also got an immediate confirmation on my cell with the service request no. GU[protected]

When no one called till 12 noon the next day, i called up the customer care to check my complaint status. I was told that a reminder will be given to the technician to visit at the earliest.

when no one called till 2 p.m, i called up the customer care again to set u a reminder. i repeated the process again at 5 p.m.

I also managed to get the service incharge' s no. for Gurgaon area, one Mr sharma (no.[protected]. I connecte dwith him twice, 1st at 4:30 p.m and 2nd time at 6:10 p.m at both instances he took some customer care lady on conference who assured me that a technician has been assigned and he will be visiting my place soon and also shall call me immediately to confirm his visit.

It is 11:45 p.m now and no one from Haier service has visited, neither has anybody called to let me know whether they plan to visit my place and resolve my problem.

i think buying haier product was a big mistake

    We bought a new refrigerator 320 litres (Model no. HRB-3404BS-R ) from Vijay sales on 1st March 2017 which was delivered on 2nd March 2017. The Utility Box which is attached to the door of the fridge was not delivered with the refrigerator. We were promised that matter would be looked into and they would revert back to us.

    Today is 23rd of March, and we have not heard any thing from Vijay sales, nor provided with the Utility box. It is pertinent to inform that we made payment for refrigerator including Utility box.

    We have emailed as well on March 19, 2017. But there wasn't any revert.

      Would like to inform you have let us down with you awsome post sale customer service.I purchasea a fridge in November 2015 model no Hrf263 in 2 years compressor stopped working it took more tjan 7 days for it to be replaced again after a month the same problem started no cooling ahain technician came and said will take it to the service center anf after 3 days the they said they will cut it and fit the compressor from outside which i declined then after 5 days they said they will send a new replacement fridge and on the 14th of march 2017 got a call saying all invoices have been prepared for dispatch and when i valled to check the delivery status on 17th march i was told it was rejected by some hod in purchase .so if someone's going to look into it as i am going to post these details regarding Haier on facebook, twitter and newspaper shortly and believe me i will certainly do it as Haier has failed to fulfill its promise .Ajay Sharma [protected].

        Dear sir,
        I just wanted to share such a pathetic experience with the customer service team of Haier from Cochin. I never had such kind of experience and ignorance from any team as we are using your product and we haven't used it. It got to damage the day when we started using it, and these customer service team were like silent and never ever show the courtesy to reply us with an answer. My brother who's working in abudhabi, he get a led Tv of Haier on his vacation and it's having an international warranty of 2 years. Once we started using the same, on the second day it got down, when the guy from service came n take away the board along with him and he said some thing which the board has to replace, from that day now it's been 4 months we use to cal Evryone and all was ignoring and diverting us to other guys and everyone's seems like not accepting our cal or else like ignoring and doesn't give any reply attest show the courtesy to talk n listen, is that we are expecting from customer service team of an international product. Since I am also working with a service oriented firm I know the value of a customer and the importance and the way of treating them. I hope you guys can help me out with a solution of this pathetic experience I had with them

          Our washing machine went out of order on about 1st Feb 2017 and we lodged a complaint on 2 Feb 1, 2017. The machine was examined by the company serviceman on 6 Feb 2017. It was taken away for repairs 3 days later on 9 Feb 2017. Today is the 24th Feb and the repaired (as they so claim)machine has still been undelivered!! Today the reason given is that the delivery man cannot deliver it!!
          They have been talking to us virtually daily after we have contacted them, and have been pushing the date of repairs forward by a day or two. We were out of town on 22 Feb 2017, and they were ready to deliver it yesterday apparently. When contacted today morning they promised to deliver it by 4 pm. At 6.30 pm I contacted Mr Kazi in your centre and he told me that delivery is not possible today. He was rude enough to cut my phone off midway in my talk.

          The after sales service is rather deplorable. Moreover, I fail to understand why the machine has been carted away. My previous washing machine was repaired at home(change of drum) and countless other acquaintances have had the same experience.

            Sir/Madam,
            I had purchased one washing machine haier make of 8kg Top loading fully automatic in September 2015. Warranty period for the machine is 2 years. Thus, the machine is still under warranty period. The PCB of the machine is not working for last 45 days. As per the local branch office of customer service point at Guwahati, Assam, India, it has got the replacement approval for the machine from the head office. However, after lapse of 45 days the machine is not yet replaced stating that the same model is not available in the stock. I have been suffering a lot since the break down of the machine. Kindly help me in this regard. If the model is not available replace by another model having same specifications. If any additional amount is to be paid i will commit to bear the same. Just i want it immediate replacement.

              I had given complaint against micooven, service ma came to fix the same but either he is having proper device, simple fuse has blown down, he is not having fuse of proper rating, he replied company is not provided, with out replaced he put rewire blessings fuse .
              With replacing any part he bought a old diaode and told me he replaced same thing.its second time he has did the same things.
              I am not satisfied with your poor service and charging high amount.simply duping the customer.

                Haier LED TV 32" Not working and no proper support from the team

                1. I have bought a Haier LED TV 32" on August 10 2016. In three months period there was a problem like Audio was working and not able to view the video. I raised a complaint in customer care and they took the TV for 1 week and returned it and they promised that issue will not come again.
                2. On Jan-21 2017 i faced the same issue and raised a complaint they said they can't fix the issue and already its been 10 days and no one cares about...

                I have made a call during November 2016 to Haier Authorised service centre, Max Vision, Sivanandha colony, Coimbatore 641 012. Phone:[protected] / 2496338 and the call was attended by Mr. Anandaraj, and informed him regarding my Haier washing machine repair and he agreed to visit to my house on 5th December 2016. After checking the Washing Machine he informed me a spare to be changed @ a cost of Rs.3500/= and that it will take time 15 to 20 days to procure the required spare.

                I have handed over a cheque on Karur Vysya Bank for Rs.2000/- on that day to him, as an advance and it has been en-cashed on 6.12.2016 itself. I notified to the representative that I am staying outside coimbatore and for the repair of the washing machine only I have to come to Coimbatore after reserving railway tickets to and fro.

                After 20 days I have en-quired about the spare and he confirmed that he has obtained the same and informed me to come to coimbatore on 9th of Jan. 2017. After reserving my railway tickets to & fro I once again informed to Mr. Anandaraj and confirmed the date and time (9th Jan. 2017, between 1 pm to 6 pm.) of repair of washing machine and my travel.

                After boarding the train also I have reminded Mr. Anandaraj regarding my visit for this purpose only and he also confirmed that he will come in time and attend the repair and set right the washing machine in time.

                In spite of my several request and information and confirmation of date and time and payment of advance, I regret very much to inform you that Mr.Anandaraj has failed to come to repair on that date in time. I made sever phone calls to him and waited tile 6.30 pm on 9th Jan. 2017 but all in vain.

                I feel very sorry to say that from a reputed company like yours have made me suffer a lot in mentally physically and financially.

                Any how, I once again inform you that I am staying outside Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. I have to come to Coimbatore only for the purpose of repair of Haier Washing machine. I may be glad if you could arrange a RESPONSIBLE Mechanic to set right the Haier Washing Machine in time, and informed me, so that I can reserve my Train tickets and confirm my date and time.

                  I purchased the above machine in Oct 2016. On 30.12.2016, I made a complaint for error E2 under no.GH[protected]. The service man visited the same day, which is highly appreciable, and detected that the wire is disconnected inside the machine and connected the same. The serviceman charged me Rs.290/- for the reason that the wire was cut by rat. I am unable to understand how the rat can enter the machine right up to the top and cut the wire. the service man advised me to block the hole at the bottom of the machine which is provided as alternate connection for drain pipe. This clearly shows that there is design fault in the machine and I am penalized for the same. I request you to please rectify the design fault in your machine and provide arrangement to block the hole so that rats cannot enter the machine. Also please arrange to refund Rs.290/- wrongly charged to me through Invoice no.H 468 dtd.30.12.2016 of M/s United Home Care, E-23A, Noida, authorized service centre of M/s Haier Appliances.

                    I am sorry to say that after making several complains for my Haier Geyser whose Model Number is ES25H-H1(H) and which was purchased in December 2011 from Raja Road Dehradun U.K. I have received very unsatisfactory services by your local city service center.However customer Care Employees always had soft spoken to me and tried to help me in all the manner they can.In Fact one of your Customer Care Executive on 10th December 2016 has given me Mr Yashpal's Mobile Number who is the Uttrakhand Distributor of Haier and assured me that he will resolve my geyser issue soon.

                    But even after calling him twice I didn't received a single response from him.And i called him up very fist on 10th Dec 2016 and today you see it is 23rd Dec 2016.

                    So now you see from how long I am fighting for my geyser issue and thus now want to know that is this the service your service center give to their customers?????????????

                    Every year we face the same issue in our geyser that water flow gets very thin and due to which bucket fill in 30 minutes.And in the hilly area like Dehradun I hope you might know what the temperature goes at extreme in winters.And due to this problem i am very upset and often think that does there will be any day when I will get hot water bucket to use????

                    Just to inform you, I would like to share that last when we had our geyser service from one of your service man he informed us that one of the in built valve of our geyser in very small due to which hot water outlet process less flow of water.Whereas now in our New Geyser this problem has been sorted out as it is having a big valve inbuilt in it.

                    So because this is the Manufacturing defect of Haier Geyser we need a justice from your end.

                    I am not saying to change our geyser but atleat you can favour us at least two to three services free every year because every year at least four to five times I face this problem.

                    Thus kindly compensate with us in the yearly services and try to resolve this every year problem and this is my very humble request to you and if you can't help us in this issue then I will come to know that Haier is just is name HIGHER but not exactly it is and then I will assure myself as well as my relatives and friends to not to trust Haier in future and do not purchase any of their products.

                    I am very sorry to say after so many complains and requests again and again the response is very shocking.Even after knowing that the product of the company is having manufacturing defect they asking us to pay Rs 1050 for the repairment of the geyser.
                    I am not understanding that is the company not understanding what i am trying to say to them since last one month or is it pretending to be innocent on their part.
                    From Last five years we are paying the company every time for geyser repairing issue and finally when the result got disclosed and we came to know by one of their service center employee that the company geyser is having its own manufacturing issue then also company is asking us to pay???????Then may i ask why it is so???????why????????????
                    why we have to pay when we are not wrong on our part.
                    I am really hurt by such a bad behaviour of the company.

                    This is fifth time in a month i am complaining for geyser repairing and company is giving very poor response.Thus I would like to share every one that please do not buy Haier Products because their service process is very poor and products are not at all fruitful after a year the product will stop functioning well.And see how shameless the company is that this is fith time i am writing for their product repairment and they are good for nothing to solve our problem.Just asking more money to repair that geyser which itself having manufacturing defect.Then what is our fault????After bearing five years now i am really frustrated to continue with haier.Since 2012 every eyar twice I am calling them to repair our geyser.SO now you people can understand how good the Haeir Products are?????

                      Hello,
                      I am Davinder. Well, I purchased Haier LED 32" on 2nd December 2013 from Bhatia Industries Corporation, Ambala City. The model is LE32V600 and serial number is DH1T4 0M050 0D2D8 60192.
                      Well on 27th November 2016 it stopped to work. There were just vertical line on the screen. I called on customer care on the same day, my request id is HR[protected]. A technician from kurukshetra servive centre visited my house on 28th November & he said pannel was not working and he told me there is a warranty of 3years of pannel but i have to provide bill and i have to pay service charges and company will replace ur LED.
                      On 29th November i called customer care and ask them to replace my LED and they asked me contact Mr Satnam on [protected]. I called him but he said i have to provide warranty card. I never recieve warranty card from the company.I have just bill.I was calling continuously to customer care, service centre and even Mr Satnam but nobody was taking any action on my request.So, i emailed at [protected]@haierindia.com on 2nd December, the question reference #[protected].Then a technician visited again to my house and took images of external & internal parts of LED but still i am waiting for their respone. I am facing lots of problems as you can understand thesedays without tv or entertainment life is becoming boring. And even i dont know they will replace my led or not...
                      So, its my request that you will look in this matter as soon as possible otherwise i dont have any other option and i have to go to court and complaint against the company...

                        It is most surprise that my wife had complained about our Haier Machine and number was given PU[protected] on Friday and no person has turn up till Monday!!! When he was here he ask me about purchase receipt was unable to give as we shifted our house. He left without doing anything even he had not assemble machine. Say that it required parts. Such ridicules behavior by your service man, when we said that we will get it tomorrow. In spite considering the our age [70 years] you just said send sms that your complain has been cancel. Very bad behavior!!!
                        When you have all details with your service support toll free number and they know very well that machine under warranty. Why the behave like this.
                        Any how I have purchased receipt with me and request you to take immediate action repair, otherwise I have to take legal action against you.

                          The machine is an old model Haier washing machine bought in October 2011... It had been kept at Service Centre at Benachity Durgapur for more than one and a half month..I had the first ticket no.as KO[protected] dated17.8.16. And again as KO [protected] dated24.9.16 It was charged as for PCB change along with switch change and door lock change..
                          Now on bringing it back home it is again not working and the engineer stated that the PCB is again faulty..

                            My name is prakash mishra i had purchased a led 39inch led tv from value plus showroom in sunderpur varanasi at the time of purchased the sales person had told me that with this led tv you will get 5yrs normal warranty on the basis of which i had purchased the tv and after that they had given me a scarch card after scar aching i get 2yrs extended warranty, then they had said that total you will get 7yrs warranty on your led tv.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I purchased a Split AC unit Model - HAIER AC HSU12CR03 ( Sr. no. AA7TLOEO300AC8420010 from M/s. Kings Electronics, Panvel, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra on 13.04.2009.
                            After giving a satisfactory service of about 6 years, it stopped normal working. I informed to Haier Customer care. They sent their service engineers number of times and attended the problem. I paid them about Rs.5200/s in cash for the repairs. But still it is in same state of non-working since last one year. i. e. November, 2015.
                            Now, they are neither attending the problem nor responding for the same.

                            Kindly help me in this issue to resolve the same.

                              I have bought your bottom mounted refrigerator last year, currently it is in warranty (less than a year) for this time span i have registered 4 complaints regarding problem with your product, the complaint numbers are provided here
                              Ah[protected] dated 26th september 2016, next one i have registered as ah[protected] dated 6th october 2016, third i have registered as ah[protected] dated 15th october 2016, fourth ah[protected] dated 26th october 2016. i will explain now the problem related with each complaint.

                              Complaint no.1 ah[protected] dated 26th september 2016
                              Referring this complaint i found refrigerator has stopped working and it not at all getting any cooling, it has been solved by your service provider (vinayak electronics). and problem explained was due to some fuse issue in fridge.

                              Complaint no.2 ah[protected] dated 6th october 2016
                              Again my refrigerator has stopped working and on the same day your mr. ashwin gadhiya called us and asked about problem, and told to solve it soon, after that till 10th october i didn't get any response from your service center, i have tried contacting ashwin gadhiya so he stopped receiving my call, no site visit has been done till that date, after contacting your live chat for continuously 2 days, i got the response that they need to change some part and it is not available so it will take time, your representative visited site on 12th october 2016 and replaced that faulty part and problem was solved.

                              Complaint no.3 ah[protected] dated 15th october 2016
                              Again refrigerator stopped working, your representative asked to take refrigerator to service center for repairing, i asked for some time as i was fed up with your product issues and made up my mind for replacing the product rather than repairing, meanwhile your service person has closed complaint without any repairing or approach. and after that your service center person took my product to service center for repairing on 23rd october 2016. and the fridge is still in service center's custody,

                              Complaint no.4 ah[protected] dated 26th october 2016
                              Upon dissatisfaction with 3rd complaint i lodged fourth complaint regarding issue and i came to know that at your central customer care center there is not any updation related to my fridge custody with service center. and finally yesterday i got a call from rickshaw driver regarding your fridge is repaired so can i take it to your home, upon his asking i denied as i found he is not haier authorised person to contact customer, and none of your representative has contacted about completion of complaint. than after yesterday (26/10/2016) i got the call that your product is ready and take it from service center, upon that i have denied to take it as it is service center/company duty to solve the complaint at site and if not than its their responsibility to take it from site and send it back to site.

                              My issues with complaints are:
                              1. upon asking to your customer care chat they used to give us plenty of numbers of your representatives, i think i am not suppose to call everyone and ask the update its company's customer care work.
                              2. all of your representatives are rude to talk with customer. i have contacted mr. ashwin gadhiya of vinayak electronics at rajkot, after that i have contacted mr. akhtar your service head for city, after that i have contacted mr. mahesh prajapati at ahmedabad who is your state representative. all of them are talking very rudely with customer.
                              3.in between i told to put up my issues through mail, i sent 2 mails to your id first on 10th october 2016 with reference no.[protected], and another reference no[protected] dated 18th october 2016.
                              Everytime i used to get automated reply that you should get response within 24 hours but till now that 24 hours has not over.
                              4. how it can be possible that central customer care is not informed regarding product to be taken to service center.

                              Even guide me also that if i will com across the same issue again in future than whom to contact. your said representatives are not at all approachable. can you be able to give one point contact that will help me with my issues with your product??

                                I own a Haier refrigerator of 2014 model. Bottle storage racks of my fridge have got damaged. i had been trying to get replacement through auth dealer in my town ie Ambala(Pin-133001), and have lodged several requests on the helpline no (service request no - HR[protected], HR[protected] and many more) but every time complaint is closed stating reasons like not attending phone, not paying sevice charges etc, whereas truth is no one ever contacts me and the complaints are closed arbitrarily without any reasons. Main issue is bottle racks are not available in open market and fridge is useless without space or storing bottles. I am stuck, please help

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is to to bring in your kind notice about the pathetic service and torture i recieved from your service partner.I had bought haier split AC about 3 years back and about a month ago requested a service visit because the ac was not cooling, your partner came from haier took the charges of service and just after superficially looking told that the coils need to be changed(after three years only) and after convincing took 6000 rs and changed the coil then the real problem started the ac compressor was not picking up and so the cool air was not coming and after repeated visits they came with an excellent solutions to set the temprature at 16 then this ac will cool (where in the world they advice to set the temprature at 16) then again it was not cooling and again after harrasing they came to solution that the motor is not working and need to replace which was already replaced last year and that the previous coils were fine.

                                  Now my question is that what kind of service haier gives whose representative are unable to solve the ac issue.They have already taken 6000 rs and the AC is not working.Please refund my money.I will get it repaired from a local mechanic who are much smarter and wiser than your engineers and please improve and live upto your reputation.
