I have purchased haier 40" led from indore, 2 years ago, and from last 2 years i am facing problems of sound,
The service head is rude and hav real bad behaviour towards customers.

They close the complaint without resolving the problem,
Again and again they harrast & ask me to delete the complaint and give threating calls to customer.

Please resolve the problem orelse i will report the problem to consumer forum for legal case.

    I had purchased a haier led 8months before. 1 month before it was showing lines in the panel. After registering a compalaint with haier (Complaint number co[protected]), technician visited and given the instruction that it need to be replaced. After that iam not hearing any updates from them. Iam regularly calling there customer care, area manger and senior service executives they are providing the message that tv will be replaced by 2 days. For the past two weeks iam getting the same message.

    Company is focusing only on selling products no service and poor maintence for the exisitng products. If you cant provide after service to customers then why providing the toll free number and etc.

    I wont suggest anyone to buy any haier products since they are not treating their existing customers properly. Very very very bad experience.

      As my refrigerator got problem i lodged complaint with haier for repair he came replaced local part even on no of complaints through customer care not responded and closed with out any response. During this period they not submitted any proof of repair too but collected rs 1100 against repair. I lodged complaints with id or phone no [protected]

      Haier — Highest cost of tv panel. 40 inch led panel only.

      I m too much surprise by the cost of HAIER TV LED PANEL as per service center the cost will be charge70% of the new TV also its cost will be clear by the service center not by the company. ITS VERY HORRIBLE. HELP ME HELP ME HELP ME...

      Haier — Haier tv in usb are not proper working

      When tv in usb are connect then tv in picture are not proper shown and company not repair my led tv

        Dear Service provider,
        I am Ajay Kumar, Sr. Manager of Sashanka Agro Tech Pvt. Limited, Ranchi. we required approx 55 unites of ACs for plant tissue culture lab.
        Unfortunately, Purchased one unit of air condition for plant tissue culture laboratory. After purchase the AC units it is not installed till date (22-April-16, 11:40 A.M), We purchased the units at urgent basis, supplier promised to send the service person with the AC unit on 20-April-16 but they did not complete the promise if you are not available to provide service to customer than please tell clearly.
        Finally, I have to say, You have appointed a worst person as Area Sales Manager (Business) named as Mr. Sunil Rajak (email: asm.[protected]@haierindia.com), yesterday he talk to me like a outsider of Haier without any responsibility. He informed that he used some dirty words to his service man.
        Today, He tells me what ever I want (regarding the service complaints) I can write to you. It indicates that your system is not organised for business at Ranchi area.
        a lot of service providers are available in market. I am feeling very unhappy to purchase AC from Haier.
        In future we will not recommend Haier ACs for our organisation on the basis of our present experience.

        If interested please take necessary action.

          Hi,
          Myself vineet from gurgaon, i have submitted the request for service of my ac on sunday (17 april 2016) and request id is gu[protected] but no technician has been visited and they have closed the request without attending my request. After various calls to customer and service center in gurgaon, they told me some one will visit to attend my request. But no one came.
          Then again i called customer care on tuesday (19th april 2016), again they provided me the request id as gu[protected] and told me that technician will visit within 1 hour but no one came again and asking me to call service centre by myself to take follow up for the service man. But after lots of follow ups also, no one is visiting till now.
          Service center guys keeps telling me that he will attend your request soon but no action is taken.

          This is such a ridiculous service of haier and its service centers and that too in such a competitive environment.

          How can the company will survive if such bad service exists.

          Please look into this matter and take some serious action.

              Yester day i have purchase one fridge from spencer located at nasal plaza located at palam vihar road gurgaon.
              I want to replace this fridge due to from initialy started its giving 0 effect cooling same complained ti dealer but its not giving satisfactory answer, so reqest you to company take naccesary action against above dealer to not support to customer .
              Or avoid any legle action taken byvtem customers.

                Bought a new split AC Haier 1.5 tonnes in Jan 2015 but since the day of purchase the cooling is inadequate, slow & non satisfactory. I tried using the help of haier service engineers but no improvement observed & issues persited. Frustrated, I insisted a replacement in October 2015 when Haier service team changed the installation & refilled gas to provide a temporary solution. From Nov15-Feb16 the AC was idle due to winter & as I started in March16, the same old problems started. Now it is a burden of 30k which does everything other than what an AC is supposed to do (i.e. Cooling). Repeat reminder mails to Haier for replacement & refund has no reply other than them asking for service charge. Online complaints also drew same result.my registered contact no [protected].

Your installation person kadam from mysore, karnataka asks pay the extra amount or else return haier geezer I don't have any concern about it and to complaint this I called to your customer service centre and there a guy called dileep teaching me how to speak instead of taking my complaint..in my entire family v r using about 10 haier products n in few weeks v also planned to buy your I am damn sure I won't recommend any of my friends n family to buy your because of your behaviour..first ask your employees how to behave with the customer...

                  1) Your technician charged me Rs.340 even though your customer care person told me Rs.280. for REFRIGERATOR.
                  2) He forced me to buy other than haier spare part what he has with him telling me that both spare parts are the same but company charged for their brand.
                  3) He replaced three spare parts but not given me haier companies original bill he gave his bill.
                  4) I am damm sure that he has charged me extra money on your spare part also.
                  5) Tell us how & why we keep faith in you.
                  6) Write now i don't have bill with me but i will add image of bill & send you.

                      I have bought a double refrigerator of Haier in the month of Nov 2015. Since the time I have purchased this product, it is not working properly. Within 4 months, this is the seventh time I have filed complaint for repairs. The company is not willing to provide refund. First time the engineer who visited was not able to identify the problem. Second engineer who visited said there was a manufacturing defect in the product and most of the customers are facing similar issue. But the company is not willing to assist customers instead waiting to for the warranty of the product to get lapse so that they can run away from their responsibility. I am really going to file a complaint in consumer court for the refund of product. The company is taking their customers as granted and making fool of them. I am so pissed off with the product and service. I did the biggest blunder in my life bought a haier product.

                          I bought a microwave 6 months back and within a month, it stopped working - the service agent kept delaying it and despite of following up, he never came - I think they intentionally are delaying it so that it is the product gets out of warranty period and then they can charge for the services.

                          1. This is the kind of product they sell which doesn't even last a month
                          2. Their customer service can be so laid back that customers are suffering yet they don't prioritise
                          3. They are intentionally delaying service to charge more from customers

                              Dear Sir,

                              I bought a New Haier fridge and had a problem in freezing point. Then I registered a complaint at chennai office and they send a person (Poor skilled technician) to repair the issue. He made three attempt and finally corrected the issue.

                              But the moment he cleared the fault, the fridge is producing a annoying sound which is highly irritating us. I again registered the complaint regarding this issue and again they sent another person to inspect it. He was not in a position to rectify the fault and he started saying that this sound is common with this fridge and all haier fridges are producing this kind of sound only. I again quarreled with him then he put one damper at the exit of the air vent. but this is also not solved the problem and he left.

                              Mr. Yuvaraj, manager, haier service center at Chennai, now started to convincing us regarding this. He is behaving in rude way in this matter with us.

                              We dont know how to solve the issue. The sound is very annoying its like cyclone kind of sound.

                                  There is no proper service centres of haier in Trichy, Tamilnadu. If we call them regarding a problem, they simply say that the spares are not available. Now the circuit board of our machine is corrupted, I just want to know where I can get this. And what is the price of it.

                                    I had given my Wipod to the Haier service centre in pune on 28 Nov 2015. Now it has been two months but still II have not received it. Service centre person keeps telling that it will be received in next week but not the exact date or why it is being late. I also called Haier's customer care many times, but most of the time it does not connect. Once they have received the call, asked me complaint details and then ended up the call telling they don't have information available by now and call again later.
                                    I am so frustrated by this pathetic service..

                                        Sir, i have purchased a double door gq08 - frost free fridge 270 litres hrf 2903 cri h red iris-red from m/s vivek and co tambaram vide their bill [protected] dt 05.01.2016 and the same got delivered on 07/01/2016. Since we are not supposed to open the parcel we were waiting for the service engieer's assistance till now. I have contacted your customer service center on toll free number [protected] four times and finally they have given a cell number [protected]. Around 16.14 pm i have contacted the above numbered person and sought his assistance. I explained him that my old fridge was exchanged by vivek and co and all the vegetables etc from the old fridge is kept outside. He assured me to send the person before 8.00 pm today. But none turned up till now. I tried to contact the above numbered person several times but he did not responded to my calls. I send a message to him to call back me to know the facts. But he never contacted me. Since i am a new customer to your company. I got much disappoinment with such kind of your service . This is unforgetable moment for me for this new year 2016. Thanks .
