I purchased a Haier split ac 1.5 ton 5 star on 29-Mar-2016 from Harmony House, Jessore Road, Kolkata. Then for installation, I had to call Harmony House several times and lastly it was installed and I was using it until 7 days back, AC cooling is not working.
From 18-May-2016, I have called multiple times (8 times) to get AC repaired, but to no avail. To my surprise when I called Haier customer care ([protected]) for the first time, I found that no mobile number is registered to raise a complaint and I was advised to contact seller (harmony house). Seller is the worst ever I have seen and lying that my mobile is already registered. After several hiccups, I was able to register my mobile number and got the service request(KO[protected]) raised on 18-may-2016 with Haier customer care. I was told within 24 to 72 working hours, my AC issue will be resolved. And the very fact is that even today (23-May-2016), my ac is yet to be repaired. When I called Haier customer care, they were very reluctant and every time saying, request has been raised and issue will be resolved within 24 hours. This is such a worst ever service I faced and worst ever customer care I spoken to. Please support me to get justice in this regard.

See how poor technical persons appointed in RISK working area. Need to improve the technical skills and answering to customer type.
Now I am cleared don't purchase any materials from this company.
