This is regading my mobile e718. I purchased this mobile on nov 07, 2015 from arpit communication, a reliance communication franchisee.

Last month and this month i made couple of visits to hair authorised service center at malviya nagar, new delhi to repair my mobile. There is touch screen problem. They refused to repair my mobile and said this is not covered on warranty. I was socked, contacted to arpit communication, they said authorised center should repair this.

Now i am suffering. Please help to resolve my mobile issue.

I this regards today i dropped mail to [protected]@haierindia.com. Waiting for their response.

    I have purchased 15 liter water geyser in the month of jan 2016, and it is not working for last two weeks. i have called up customer care for three times and they said they will send technician. worst part is that my complaint gets cancelled automatically i should go back to them and register my compliant again.

    O far no response from any of the technician.

    I have purchased 03 liter water geyser on Aug 2019, and it is not working properly from past two weeks. I have observed the issues in 2 weeks and called up customer care for send technician. They send the technician, checked and told that no issues. 1st technician told, that there is no issues and send another technician on next day. And 2nd technician told that this is issues in your water particulars, and told that our senior person will contact with you. After 2 days today (30th Oct 2019) I have received a call from direct Haier company and they connected with local customer care service agent and they told that "if your water supply is slow then water heating will slow and delivery of water speed will reduce". When I heared this words I told to direct company person, please close the my complaint and send one person to my home for visiting charges collection.

    See how poor technical persons appointed in RISK working area. Need to improve the technical skills and answering to customer type.

    Now I am cleared don't purchase any materials from this company.

      Got my haier tv 3 weeks back..after delivery i found that the screen is shaking vigorously and there is a black dot on the center of the screen so k claimed the warranty they said they will give a new tv replaced with 4 days but its 15 days now still i didn get the tv ..and my service complaint is closed without my knowledge without replacing a tv...now after opening another complaint they say that i have to wait for 30 days ...please help me with this issue..i didn't even watch my tv even for 10 mins since i had defect it it from the day i bought.

        I want to launch a complaint on hi tech refrigeration, who are the authorized service partner for haier ac in chennai, india. Their address...102/3, brick kiln road, purasavakkam, chennai.600007. Ph.[protected], [protected].
        I have been using haier ac since 2010.
        I do regular service with the above mentioned service centre. Lately i requested complete service in the month of may 2016. They sent a technician to attend the call, but he knew nothing about the ac. My complaint was reduced cooling and insufficient air throw (Blower speed). The technician said that the capacitor needed to be replaced n he took d circuit board promising to b back in 2 days. But, after constant reminders he came after a week. Replaced the board but the problem wasn't rectified. Then he said gas had to be filled. That ws
        Was done yet no improvement. Then i requested again n they sent another technician who said that a waterwash was needed. He revealed to me that earlier the relay was replaced n not capacitor. The 1st technician dint know the difference between a capacitor n relay. The third technician came n did the water wash. Yet no improvement. Till now they had already charged me rs 2800/-. Since tge fault wasn't rectified i had to request service again. Then the 5th technician came and said the blower motor needed servicing. The cost for that was rs 1700/-
        They charge exorbitant money but very poor service and inefficient technicians who have no ethical behaviors... Both the technicians n the lady in charge.
        I called a local technician to check on the problem and he found that the only fault was a disconnected wire related to the blower speed.
        I don't know why a reputed company as you should hire such unqualified, unethical and unprofessional people to run a service centre which is going to reduce your client record due to such inefficient service.
        Please do the needful to guard your reputation and sales. Thank you.

          There is a problem with haier lcd tv model l32mf. service representative came to the house and informed that there is a problem with the power board (complaint no vj[protected]. so he took it to the service centre and informed that it won't work and need to be replaced with a new one.


          I want to know if purchased, whether the new power board possesses any warranty.

          After contacting customer care support. i got the contact information of nearest service centre "victor electronics". customer care has given two mobile numbers. one is switched off and on another number a person answered once and said he will confirm the warranty of power board. despite calling several times after that they are not answering the call again and cutting the call when it is ringing.

            I purchased haier ac a year back and really its a very bad product and very bad service provided by any brand i have ever seen.
            After one month of purchased the compressor and ac both stopped working and its not only for once its been continous till now. And if we talk about the serviec guy he comes after 2to 3 days of complain and then just check the problem and then forward it to technician and he will come after couple of days.
            It doesnt end here the joke was like my ac and compressor was sent to repair and then they told us it has been sent to head office service center in delhi as the parts is not available in mumbai. However it tooked 20dys till they were fooling us like saying that u will receive ur stuff next day.
            After that i spoken with guy name naeem who is the manager //and then he was not able to do anything from his side as he was of no use //then he gave the number of haier head in mumbai//he did his work he replaced the ac with new one//but the happen when this naeem (Manger) send the product to our house with a guy who was alone//and he asked us to lift the product and take by yoursels till ur home//what the is this//am i a loader//this is shi man //and will not believ ethat at that moment no man was avail there at my house //only my sis in law was avail and that guy told her sign the paper that u have recievd the product//plssss never ever buy the haier product //its very bad product and also a very very worst servic in the world

              Pathetic after sales service

              My request id is mu[protected], i am very sad on my decision of buying a haier refrigerator. Till now i have many issues, and now the warranty is about to expire. Every time technician come says now you will not have any problem, but still the problem is there. When i had words with his senior imran, he directly said we will just repair irrespective of how many times the same or other problem occurs. So i extended my warranty because now...

              I had purchased a led from paras trader, karnal on 14.07.2015 which is under warranty period. Now the screen has some defects which was informed to the service centre at karnal. An engineer came to my house for checking and intimate that the defect cannot be cleared and he also notify it in his webcam through mobile. Thereafter he intimated that the company will provide a new led to you as there is no other alternate. Now more about 25 days has been elapsed but no action has been taken by them. Moreso i am trying to contact them but they are not responding and delaying it on one pretext or the other. It is requested that any suitable action may kindly be taken to resolve my problem and also take action against the employee name sh. Mahender/dinesh for not attending the problem of consumer for last 25 days failing which i have left with no other alternate except to go in the consumer court for resolving my problem.

              An early action in the matter is requested, please.

                Hello sir,

                We bought an ac from viveks on sunday and they said the installation will be done yesterday. But when asked they said they will fix it today morning by 10 o clock.

                Till now there is no phone call or any intimation on the installation procedure from your side. We are following it up from yesterday.

                We just spoke to sonia balakrishnan from your side who was very irresponsible in her response saying that she cannot give a commitment of installation by today.

                This is a very bad customer service from your end and if it is not installed by today we my have to return the ac to viveka showroom.

                  I purchased Haier refrigerator in the year 2011. it is working properly but the deep freezer cover and the side plastic separators to keep bottles were also broken. no one is there to provide the spare parts. searching for the last 3 months. Now I am feeling sorry for purchasing this product for which there are no proper suppliers and service centres unlike other companies.

                    I have purchased 40" led tv of heir in the month of september 2015. While watching the tv on 19/15/2016, the display is gone and hearing only audio. Booked a complaint on the day itself and a service person came after 2 days (I made several call for that) and opened the cover of the tv. He could not do anything and said that he would come with a new board. So far no response to the telephone call also. Really i fed up with poor service of heir. Now i can't suggest any product of heir to anyone due to the experience with the service.

                      This is in regards with the Haier split ac 1.5 ton that I bought on 30.05.2015 from Electronic Paradise, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

                      From 10th month of purchase, the compressor of air conditioner stop working. I have lodged a complaint with customer care on 22.05.2016 and was promised to attend it in 24hours. Its been more dan 30 hrs and my complaint is still pending. On contacting again, some numbers were provided by customer care as field technician. On calling, those numbers are found to be switched off. On again contacting customer care, a number quoting area manager was provided which found to be of a customer. Once again customer care provide a field technician number named Vikash Palla and this person refuse to take the call due to minor rain which stops in next 5 minute. He also provided a wrong details of his area manager Ms. Priyanka and on informing him about the wrong details, he started misbehaving and shouting.
                      Once again I contacted customer care, the executive and his senior start laughing at my problem and quote that the problem can only b attended in second half of day. Also these people mentally harass us for the service.
                      Requesting you to please look into the issue and try to resolve it as we are already in trouble due to non working of air conditioner.

                        I purchased a Haier split ac 1.5 ton 5 star on 29-Mar-2016 from Harmony House, Jessore Road, Kolkata. Then for installation, I had to call Harmony House several times and lastly it was installed and I was using it until 7 days back, AC cooling is not working.

                        From 18-May-2016, I have called multiple times (8 times) to get AC repaired, but to no avail. To my surprise when I called Haier customer care ([protected]) for the first time, I found that no mobile number is registered to raise a complaint and I was advised to contact seller (harmony house). Seller is the worst ever I have seen and lying that my mobile is already registered. After several hiccups, I was able to register my mobile number and got the service request(KO[protected]) raised on 18-may-2016 with Haier customer care. I was told within 24 to 72 working hours, my AC issue will be resolved. And the very fact is that even today (23-May-2016), my ac is yet to be repaired. When I called Haier customer care, they were very reluctant and every time saying, request has been raised and issue will be resolved within 24 hours. This is such a worst ever service I faced and worst ever customer care I spoken to. Please support me to get justice in this regard.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have done complaint of led on 03.04.2016 (Complaint id- gu[protected]) and complaint was attended by the service engineer on 03.04.2016 and taken a service charge of rs 802/- (Copy attached).
                          As i have shown all the paper available with me to service engineer. He is agreed the as per the paper available with me, led is having extended warranty for 4 yrs (Certificate attached). Service engineer told that there is problem in led screen and which is going to replace without any extra cost with in one to two week. After 15 day i have contacted the service center, they told it’s in the process and will done within weeks’ time. Than after a week i have called they told it will done within two days. Suddenly on 29th night i received a message on my registered mobile no [protected], that my service request has been cancelled as bill is not available.
                          I am quit surprise after a lapse of 27 days company say bill is not available. I have got this led as a promotional offer from amrapali developer. Paper given by the amrapali developer is also attached for your reference.
                          Please do the needful is this regard to resolve the my problem as early as possible as one month already passed.

                            I have lcd model l39z10a make haier have lcd pannel problem.Ihave also the 4 yrs replacement warranty card. now it is 2 and half yr.the company is not responding since 1 month of complain.

                              I have purchased haier 40" led from indore, 2 years ago, and from last 2 years i am facing problems of sound,
                              The service head is rude and hav real bad behaviour towards customers.

                              They close the complaint without resolving the problem,
                              Again and again they harrast & ask me to delete the complaint and give threating calls to customer.

                              Please resolve the problem orelse i will report the problem to consumer forum for legal case.

                                I had purchased a haier led 8months before. 1 month before it was showing lines in the panel. After registering a compalaint with haier (Complaint number co[protected]), technician visited and given the instruction that it need to be replaced. After that iam not hearing any updates from them. Iam regularly calling there customer care, area manger and senior service executives they are providing the message that tv will be replaced by 2 days. For the past two weeks iam getting the same message.

                                Company is focusing only on selling products no service and poor maintence for the exisitng products. If you cant provide after service to customers then why providing the toll free number and etc.

                                I wont suggest anyone to buy any haier products since they are not treating their existing customers properly. Very very very bad experience.

                                  As my refrigerator got problem i lodged complaint with haier for repair he came replaced local part even on no of complaints through customer care not responded and closed with out any response. During this period they not submitted any proof of repair too but collected rs 1100 against repair. I lodged complaints with id or phone no [protected]

                                  I m too much surprise by the cost of HAIER TV LED PANEL as per service center the cost will be charge70% of the new TV also its cost will be clear by the service center not by the company. ITS VERY HORRIBLE. HELP ME HELP ME HELP ME...

                                    Dear Service provider,
                                    I am Ajay Kumar, Sr. Manager of Sashanka Agro Tech Pvt. Limited, Ranchi. we required approx 55 unites of ACs for plant tissue culture lab.
                                    Unfortunately, Purchased one unit of air condition for plant tissue culture laboratory. After purchase the AC units it is not installed till date (22-April-16, 11:40 A.M), We purchased the units at urgent basis, supplier promised to send the service person with the AC unit on 20-April-16 but they did not complete the promise if you are not available to provide service to customer than please tell clearly.
                                    Finally, I have to say, You have appointed a worst person as Area Sales Manager (Business) named as Mr. Sunil Rajak (email: asm.[protected]@haierindia.com), yesterday he talk to me like a outsider of Haier without any responsibility. He informed that he used some dirty words to his service man.
                                    Today, He tells me what ever I want (regarding the service complaints) I can write to you. It indicates that your system is not organised for business at Ranchi area.
                                    a lot of service providers are available in market. I am feeling very unhappy to purchase AC from Haier.
                                    In future we will not recommend Haier ACs for our organisation on the basis of our present experience.

                                    If interested please take necessary action.

                                      Myself vineet from gurgaon, i have submitted the request for service of my ac on sunday (17 april 2016) and request id is gu[protected] but no technician has been visited and they have closed the request without attending my request. After various calls to customer and service center in gurgaon, they told me some one will visit to attend my request. But no one came.
                                      Then again i called customer care on tuesday (19th april 2016), again they provided me the request id as gu[protected] and told me that technician will visit within 1 hour but no one came again and asking me to call service centre by myself to take follow up for the service man. But after lots of follow ups also, no one is visiting till now.
                                      Service center guys keeps telling me that he will attend your request soon but no action is taken.

                                      This is such a ridiculous service of haier and its service centers and that too in such a competitive environment.

                                      How can the company will survive if such bad service exists.

                                      Please look into this matter and take some serious action.
