Dear Concern, I had a horrible experience with Haier Refrigerator Double door. After delivering the refrigerator they never came to attach the water dispenser. Its been one year i am registering my complaint on the customer care number but no one turned up till date to resolve the issue. I will never recommend a Haier product to anyone. I am regretting my decision of investing on a Haier product though i was initially very happy. T&R Varun [protected]

    we bought an washing machine of 6.2 kg for which spinning motor Had been repaired on this problem we called customer care but no proper response every mechanic came and went without proper solutions for this problem whenever we call customer care they start to say that it will be done as soon as possible but months rolled by there is no proper solutions. through this am waiting for a proper resolution

      I bought a HAIER refrigerator (HRB-703 MPS) N0024 three door refrigerator from your dealer chanda entreprerneur pvt. Ltd on 4 jan 2012 invoice no V-404 but I regret to say that it is not giving satisfactory service. The main attraction of the fridge is its ICE CRUSHER SYSTEM because of which I purchased the fridge but its very shameful to say that in its second year only the system stopped working. Last year the system stopped n the PCB of the fridge also got damaged, I made the complaint to haier service centre on 19/07/14 but my complaint was not solved . After one month one complaint was solved the pcb of the fridge was made available that too after continuous call by me to the manager . Its being one year that my complaint is still pending . every time I called its said to me that the part of ice crusher system is not available in india it will come from outside india, its very pathetic that such a big co. and its part is not available in india n that too outside also. In todays scenario where everything is computerised n online that the co. cannot provide its part to the customer in full one year also. The service engineer are also very irresponsible they are not equipped with full knowledge about fridge. And now again the PCB of the fridge got damaged n againits being more than 10 days that the pcb is not available n when service engineer got the pcb he fitted the pcb then he came to know that the PCB of cold storage is also damaged meaning in one time the service engineers do not check the refrigerator properly n now again it will take more time to make both PCBs available . I m totally frusted that why I purchased HAIER REFRIGERATOR that too expensive . The fridge is not good as well co. as well its engineers . Finally I want to replace the fridgewith a new one or refund the amt Rs 86000..

        Hello Team, This is with respect to the Haier AC that we had purchased on 1st May 2013 from a store named Raja Sona in Naihati, West Bengal, 24 parganas (N), 743165. For the last couple of weeks we are facing cooling issue as the AC temperature isnt going below 32degrees. Finally we called up the customer care # and filed a complaint on 22nd May. Complaint # KO[protected]. After filing the complaint, someone from Haier called up the next day, i.e 23rd May, however as we were unavailable to take the call, our complaint was put to REJECT status by the customer care/service center. After series of calls to customer care over and over again we finally reached a guy names Sandeep Ghosh (Mob #[protected]) who assured that he would send a technician to our place to fix the issue. The technician visited our place on 27th May and they spent some 4hrs however couldnt fix the issue, however filled in GAS for which they charged Rs 2000. The technicians asked us to call up J S Enterprise w.r.t. the matter. We made several calls to J S Enterprise, but being unable to reach them, we once again called up Sandeep who finally informed us that something in the AC wasnt working which needs replacement. When we asked him when can we get the replacement part, he said that the AC is very old and that the part is unavailable in Kolkata and they have to get it from outside, may be China, Pune, and hence they cant commit any time, it might take a month of 2 months, or 6 months. I informed that we purchased this AC just years back, and the compressor was still within warranty, how come he is calling it too old an AC? Sandeep cut short the arguement and said there is nothing he could do now and that we have to wait. I have a 2 year old daughter who is unable to sleep due to this heat, and Haier doesnt have a solution to the issue. I need a quick resolution, and if not, I will approach consumer forum for the same. The details of the AC is listed below. Please respond with a solution ASAP.             MY LCD TV (32'') is under repair from 4 th may 2015. i have complained to service center At Ahmednagar(Maharastra) their Mechanic came on 7th may, examined & told for replacing Invertor board. he Convey message to service center but up till now my TV is not repaired inspiteoff several reminders to your customer care center & service center. They are chitchatting & harassment every day to me . Please look in to the matter at the earlist otherwise i am going to complaint to consumer court.

              I called Haier customer care for regular servicing on my 1.25 ton Split AC in the 1st week of April'15. The service person (from Star Air-Condition, Kolkata) came after 5 days & did regular servicing. However, for next 2 days the AC was not used as the weather was cold due to rain. After 2 days, we used the AC but just after remaining on for some time, it stopped blowing cold air. We tried many times but failed. After that, I keep on calling Star Air Condition but they sent the person after 7 - 10 days. The service person told me that there is some problem with the motor, so he took the motor, PCB & remote along with him on 25th April, 2015. After that I have been constantly following up with Mr. Santu (M : [protected]) of Star Air Conditon but not getting concrete reply. Yesterday (06/05/2015) when I called them, they told that the matter is resolved & they will send the service person tomorrow (07/05/2015) for installation of motor & PCB & your AC will work properly. However, when I called them today (07/05/2015), they are saying that the motor is not working & it will take another 3-4 days. I have been suffering for last 1 month due to this pathetic service of Haier. Please look into the matter & resolve it asap.

              It's more than a month...no concrete action taken by the Haier service centre. Still my AC has not been repaired...PATHETIC SERVICE !!! WORST SERVICE EVER !!! The service centre Star Air Conditon (Kolkata) should be shut down .
              Finally, the person from Haier turned up today after so many follow ups. Again, when he fitted the motor & PCB, the AC was not working. According, to the person there was some problem in PCB. This is the height of harrassment of customer.

              Please look into the matter.
              It's more than a month...no concrete action taken by the Haier service centre. Still my AC has not been repaired...PATHETIC SERVICE !!! WORST SERVICE EVER !!!

                  Hi Haier Team, Hope all fine I am Rahul Gaur and I have 2 window AC which we purchased in Delhi, Now we have shifted in Hyderabad, so in this summer we contact to haier service center dated on “last week of March” for service the one ac as cooling problem was coming in both ACs so I decided to repaired one of the AC and they took the AC service center and refilled the gas as it was not cooling because of gas leakage and after few days they had installed the AC in our present address Nanakramguda, Wipro Circle, Gachibowli. After few days 15- 20 days later, we faced again cooling problem, AC was not cooling just throwing air, we called again to haier customer and also to the engineer who has rectified the problem, They come and told us again we have to take this service center and need to check why it was not cooling again. They called us again gas leakage problem and its some technical thing coil is not working so has to replaced the coil so here I have one query If it was coil problem why they have not rectified the problem in first time and why they are telling in second time I am sure the problem was exist in first time also Now they told me the cost of coil would be around 6200/-. I have already spent 3000/- again 6200/- I need to spend which has no guarantee it will work or not. So I told to the engineer you visit our home we have another AC may be it’s coil good so we can use this AC part. I daily called to engineer and service center but I am not getting the response, I am suffering with this hot summer and here in Hyderabad the summer is 3 months where my one month already gone.what would be the use of this AC if it will not be repaired on right time. I did not expect atleast from Haier, we purchased 2 AC, I think it was not worthy. Problem is we call to customer care and they created the request and request closed without any problem solved.Still my problem is not solved and request has been closed by Haier which is really interesting. Second request created on[protected] Third request created on[protected] I talked to each and every person in Haier from branch manager to customer care including haier engineer but still problem not solved. I wanted to write more but I think it is not required.                         Ref. Model no.HRR2414 D 703 LPS000830 About two months back, I had lodged a complaint about non- functioning of my said refrigerator with you. Thereafter one of your staff from local service centre visited my house and, after charging his consultation fee, informed me that some door switch has to be replaced and it would be ordered from Mumbai. I agreed for paying the requisite charges thereof but neither any of your representative contacted me nor the said defect of my Refrigerator is repaired till date. To day, when telephoned your local service centre, I am informed that the said switch is not available in the country and therefore I have to bear with the situation in this extreme hot weather. Please advise me the factual position in this regard soon and arrange to repair the defect of my said refrigerator within a week' time

                          To, The Haier Team, I simply don't know from where I should start..!! Let me try and explain my miserable condition. Ok..I bought my new Haier AC (Model - HW-18CH 3N) on 28th June 2014. Which means I used it only for 4 months (Jul, Aug, Sep & Oct)..trust me it use to work perfectly fine and I was so happy that I started recommending it to my family and friends. This year (Mar'15) I got a call from COMPEC for my AC service and these guys came and did whatever they were suppose to do. The guy who did the service was not satisfied as the cooling was not up to the mark, still he asked me to wait for summers as the weather was pleasant those days. Finally one fine day I thought o[censored]sing my AC and then I realized that the impact was BIG ZERO. I called up the customer service[protected] to sort my issue (Request ID : DL[protected]) and they assured me that my concern would be taken care by their specialists. Last Sunday (19th Apr'15) some of the guys from COMPEC came and took it off as they also felt that there was some issue with the AC. I started thinking that now my AC is in safe hands..but no one called me to update me about my AC. I kept on following up with everyone to know the status and believe me I got ten thousand different answers each time. First I spoke to Mr. Shivshankar Pandey (Mobile # [protected]) and he assured me that I would get my AC in a perfect manner; In fact he did try to sell me the AMC for next year. Then he gave me the number for Mr. Lalit ([protected]) who was a useless guy as he never helped me with any of my concerns. Today (25th Apr'15), finally when I was expecting the delivery of my AC, Mr. Lalit stopped answering my phone neither Mr. Jatin Mehta ([protected]) who was introduced to me by Mr. Pandey. I called up Mr. Pandey to explain my situation as I was clueless whether I would get my AC today or not. His tone was not very pleasing, he again asked me to call Mr. Jatin Mehta. Fortunately, I was able to connect with Mr. Mehta..who again assured me that I would get the AC by around 1:30pm (25th Apr’15). I simply cannot show you my call details but it took me end number of calls to get my AC delivered at my door step at around 4:55pm in the evening. The moment I saw my AC..I was stunned as it had too many dents all over. I cross checked but it was my AC which was no longer a new one. I spoke to these delivery guys but they simply said that their job is to install the AC and nothing else. If someone wants to know anything about the AC, they can call Mr. Dabas ([protected]) to know exactly what happened with the AC. I called this guy..but again no satisfactory answers from anyone..finally everyone decides (Mr. Shivshankar Pandey, Mr. Lalit, Mr. Jatin Mehta & Mr. Dabas) to switch off their mobile phones and relax. Try and understand my situation NOW..!! I am a married guy with a kid who needed the AC at any cost but not like this. Eventually, the AC was installed and checked for 2 minutes. It seemed ok but now I realise in the mid night that the cooling is still not great. I woke up and thought writing this email to you guys anticipating a quick resolution. Haier, itself is a BIG name and a reputed company but some guys are just trying to spoil the real image of the company. It’s my humble request to you guys that kindly replace this and bring in customers believe in you. I am also attaching some of the pictures which I clicked as a proof to showcase if something happens of this sort..which eventually did. I am left with no words to describe my frustration and antagonism with the kind of service which I got from you guys.                             I bought a Haier washing machine from Khosla Electronics, B.T.Road Kolkata-700002 on 9th instant.It was delivered on 14 th after calling so many times. After 2 days a person came for installation & demonstration but he failed to do having not enough tools & gave the booklet & asked me to call the company for the job. Still then I was trying over telephone but the numbers are neither responding nor existing.On 21st instant Haier promised to do the job on 23rd. The whole day I waited for them at home leaving my job undone but nobody came & I also cudnt call as usual.

                              haier washing machine model number HW55-1010ME on 15/02/2014. The machine started giving trouble in the very first month of it's purchase. The company personnel never came for a demo as promised. On raising a complaint the technician came and serviced and informed us that we did not use it correctly. Post that we used it though sparingly. Post a year while using the machine suddenly stopped working. It does not wash the clothes. I raised the complaint on 13th April 2015. As per the call center executive they have a turn around time of 72 hours within which the technician would call on which means the customer is at the mercy of these technician. They are the only working officials while the customers have nothing to do. I had to take off from my work thinking that anytime the service engineer would come. When finally it didn't happen for two continuous days I had to call up and give my piece of mind to which the engineer came on 15th at 8pm. The technician just switched on the machine asked for the invoice copy and left stating that the invoice is not valid. We had purchased a factory second from the dealer which had an issue. Hence the same was replaced with new one of haier. The dealer made the changes on the same bill. However this is not acceptable by them. Realised that the after sales of haier is pathetic and they are more concerned as long as their product is sold. They have the worst customer care who just disconnect the calls while the customer is speaking. They are not bothered to address the issue and the concerned supervisors are always on the break. I regret my decision of buying haier product.

                                i was completely harassed from the service provided by you. from the last 10 to 12 days, i had talk 5 times in your customer care for my Split AC service repairing but as a response they had send three different service agents on three different days who given three different quotation and taken Rs.1393/- (Rs.393/- as visiting charge and Rs.1000/- for change of pipe and gas refiling).
                                Still my AC leaked, because the person who had taken Rs.1000/- was told me that he will come tomorrow and complete the rest work and after that he had neither received the call nor come, the quotatin given by such person is Rs.2200/-, and out of such he already taken Rs.1000/-.
                                Presently i am in such position that either i will never purchase your any product and recommend any one else and to issue notice under Consumer Protection Act with Code of Civil Procedure or you will upto monday viz; 20th April, 2015 service my Split AC.

                                  My refrigerator purchased by me on 15th of march 2012, stopped working on 07th of april 2015. I got that checked through a local vendor who diagnozed the failure of compressor & told to avail consumer warranty oncompressor which stays for a period of 5 years. Thereafter i called Haier service technician home who told that warranty is cancelled due to alleged tampering. My stand is that compressor was not tampered with & i can pay Haier for Refrigerant gas extra only. I want HAIER to replace my compressor free loof cost. Labour & gas i am agreeing to pay extra.

                                    I had registered my Complaint No. DL[protected] dt. 09.02.2015 regarding replacement of my LED TV. In this connection, it is to inform their service engineer Mr. Rajinder visited yo my home and made his report for replacement with other formalities and charged visiting fee of Rs. 562/- vide receipt No. 1797 dt. 10.02.2015 and give me to assurance that after 10-15 days your TV will be replaced. But after month of February there is no reply form their end, then i again call to their customer care and asked about the status of my complaint, they replied me that my complaint was forwarded to service manager Mr.. Saheem Beg and give me his mobile number. On the nex day I called him and asked about status of complaint, he give the call to his colleague Mr. Pankaj, he checked and told me that replacement of TV has already been approved, but nobudy has informed me. After that he told me that 1 or 2 days later Ms. Monisha will call me for other information towards payment of difference amount come after their calculation with old one and replaced one by Demand Draft. But no call received till & March 2015. Then I called again to customer care, they replied me that my complaint was closed due to replacement was approved by service centre and now all the communication and information provide by them. Then after i waiting for their call but after long time i called again to Mr. Saheem Beg on 16 March at 5:25 pm. He spoke and told me that call me back after 5 minute, but he also not call me back. Next day I called again him at evening then he told me some difference amount issue have there and promise me within 10 minute he was calling someone from concerned office. After 10-15 minute a call received from Mr. Monisha, she told me that i have to pay, difference amount or Rs. 750/- through DD. In this regard, i requested to her a massage may kindly send me. She told me that alright I will massaged you. On next day text message received from their Service Engineer Mr. Rajinder i.e. "Haier Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd." and there is no other information, then after I requested to their web portal and got the number of Mr. Shiv Shanker Panday, Branch Manager and I explained him my entire case. But he give me another number of Mr. Vipin, Area Manager for look after my case and sorting accordingly. On 21 March 2015 a text massage received from their Service Engineer Mr. Rajinder that they required the photocopies of Original Bill and warranty Card as some contradictory language occur in the Warranty Card and same i was handed over to Mr. Rajinder on 24.03.2013 for further necessary action at their end. Now Till today no reply comes from their end almost 2 month has been left. Please sorted out my problem. Regards Tushar Kanti Mandal [protected]

                                      Sir i vh registered a complain about water linkage and too much noise in AC on 17 march 2015. During 12 days i phoned to customer care 3-4 times and in between customer care gave me goa service centre mob. no, but that person did not pick my phone up nor send someone to attend my complaint. Moreover my complaint was made closed without attending. when i sought for talking with senior executive on 28 march from my no. [protected], customer care boy, named suman, did not make my talk with senior executive and told me it could be done through email only. i had to go out inspite my poor health for mailing to you. In goa now-a-days temperature is high and my health is poor, on that attitude and non-corporation of haier team made my conditions more deteriorating. i fed with non-corporation of your local goa service centre and customer care. sir such type of non-corporation from haier service centre and customer care really putting the company in the bed books of customers. I humbly request you to seek clarification from goa service centre why did my complaint mak closed with attending and customer care for not making my talk with senior executive. please direct service centre to attend my complaints. thanking you Rajneesh porvorim, Goa
