Dear Sir, Pl.refer to Haier Fully Automatic Washing Machine purchased from your dealer Arora sales .tulsi circle, Bikaner, Rajasthan.The same was repaired by your service centre at Bikaner and charged about Rs. 5000to Rs 6000 in the year 2014. now the same part is not working. the dealing service centres Sh Ashokji said they will again charge Rs 5000 to 6000 for repair. Pl. go through the complaint and necessary instructions may pl.be given to repair. as we were told that atleast the machine will work for 3 to 5 years after repairing in the year 2014.     Shame on Jitender (Noida) responsible for service center in Noida, for stealing original parts and not replacing them in 3 months.

    Shame on Haier India for producing and selling 3rd class Air Conditioner which don't even work well for 3 months and then training the services team to Steal parts and create bigger harassment.

    Will go to the consumer court against you for
    1. Poor quality of product sold.
    2. Pathetic services.
    3. Harassment and cheating.

    Worst ever experience of Life.

      I have bought a double refrigerator of Haier in the month of May 2015. Since the time I have purchased this product, it is not working properly. Within 6 months, this is the third time I have filed complaint for repairs. The company is not willing to provide replacement. First time the engineer who visited was not able to identify the problem. Second engineer who visited said there was a manufacturing defect in the product and most of the customers are facing similar issue. But the company is not willing to assist customers instead waiting to for the warranty of the product to get lapse so that they can run away from their responsibility. I am really going to file a complaint in consumer court for the replacement of product.

        I order a TV through snapdeal.before I oder I enquiry haier customer care they told this product which I order has 3 yr warranty. And the installation charge not payable. After I order haier said that the installation is payable approximately 2500 including tax.and you got 1 yr warranty and not extend in future. This is a cheater company. Anyone not purchased any item from snapdeal.

        Sir before I order I call to haier and I clearly mentioned I purchased through snapdeal because this item is not find any local shop .and I also told that snapdeal mentioned 1 yr warranty.and many viewers write their review haier provide 1+2 yr warranty. And installation free of cost.then you exucutive say on online purchase if you item is genuine then our engineer take free installation and 1+2 yr warranty.and he describe under 1 yr what is cover and next 2 yr what is cover.then I placed order after place oder then your exucutive man say the warranty only 1 yr and installation payable+ tax.this is cheat.I contact haier then I placed order.that time say this declaration. And when I say before purchase your exucutive say like that your exucutive say this notice provide haier before 2 days.not before 10 day.your policy chage day by day.this is your police or news paper.
        I complaints against haier India.snapdeal only say the installation is free of cost but haier say they take charge for installation wallmount kit and tax.but snapdeal say installation is free of cost.I call haier before placed order they also say installation is free if your product genuine. After placing order haier say installation is payable.this notice is published in haier before 2 days.

          Few day ago, I brought a fully automatic haier washing machine. After 8 days my washing machine stopped working(after 1 wash) So I called the Haier technician to check my washing machine and found that, it's a defective piece. it's motor is not working so i tell them to replace the product since i brought it few days before only. but its been 3 days and i didn't get any response from them.When i called to the haier customer care today, they told me the problem is resolved and they are waiting for my response. it's really frustating

            Dear sir, i recently bought a haier 5.5 kg font load ashing machine. the inlet pipe came with the washing machine was too short. the installation guy arrived six days late after delivery of washing machine. and announced that pipe is too short you have to buy a new pipe that will cost about 1000 rs. but the old pipe will not be exchanged. i was tensed as that short pipe is of no use for me. so i called haier customer care [protected] and asked same from him. he gave me a phone no. [protected] when i contacted this number they again announced there is no such thing called larger pipe, i have to bring plumbing near to washing machine. i am still not able to decide what to do. the machine is in my home for like 8 days now. i am feeling like CHEATED SPECIALLY BY HAIER CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NUMBER AND THEIR SERVICE CENTRE. one more thing installation guy first refused to take old pipe, but when he saw i am in bad mood he told me he will give 100 rs for old pipe, ARE THESE TRICKS TO CHEAT INNOCENT PEOPLE, AS I AM WELL STUDIED I CAN UNDERSTAND ALL THESE BUT WHAT ABOUT THE ELDERLY PEOPLES, PLEASE DO SOMETHING

                I would like to bring into your notice the issues being faced by customers of Haier India. We have been struggling to get proper customer service from the company. First they give you information and next day when you follow as per their inputs you have to struggle. Same this happened to me. What a pathetic experience with this company. Brought a new LED with so much of excitement and your company has ruined everything. Before buying Haier LED TV i got some sensation that i am putting my money on a wrong company and your company has proved me right. Before placing an order of 43 inch LED TV via paytm i enquired your company customer care will i get free installation and 1+2 years of warranty what your company promises. The reply i got that our installation engineer will visit and check your tv. If he/she finds that the product is genuine they will provide installation and 1+2 years of warranty without any hassale. So based on this assurance i placed an order with Paytm. Now when i received my TV they started asking for money. They want me to pay for installation and refused to provide the warranty as well.. Now i wanted to understand is it customer fault to reply on Haier customer care words or is it company's policy to make fool of innocent people. I would like to understand what difference it will make if i buy online or through dealer. If you want us to buy through dealer then stop people from selling your product online. Why are you harassing customer. Please help me escalaing this issue and make sure Haier India follow ethics. It is a really UNETHICAL behaviour and cannot be tolerated.

                  Date of complaint: 20th September 2015 (2nd time) Complaint : within a month time ac compressor having problem after changing new one earlier. Since 23 days over compressor not changed. Reason: I was getting connected with nasim (Service manager) / [protected]. She has committed on 9th of October that the new compressor reched at there place and they will fix it up on 10th October. But no proper response after that. then she shared her branch manager contact detail Mr. Santosh Kulkarni /[protected]. on 12th October he committed that compressor moved from his place to fix it on our place. After that holde day he become stuck in a meeting and did not response till late evening. on 13th October morning 5-7 call i have made, and every time he replies that he will update me in some time. Finally in afternoon he replied me that the compressor is not available, it is in transit and will reach within 2 days. then again i asked nashim that if the parts was not available then why u have made the false commitment. She replied that the compressor is available in her hand but, as mr kulkarni told that it will be fixed it up in 2-3 days, so it will fixed it up in that time only.

                    I bought a haier 32" lcd, their was a problem with sensors since beginning. We contacted customer care when the remote was not connecting the tv sensors. The feedback was rude and arrogant. Stupid replies of my queries. Worst customer service, better opt for OTHER COMPANIES. Even haier charge 800/- rs just to visit your place. Whether there is some big issue wod your appliance or small. How silly is that, do they expect us to bring that big electro to their service centre. Not at all satisfied wid the product and the customer service of HAIER. Pathetic!!!

                        On 05/09/2015 we raised a service request for haier refrigerator through haier customer care center the request id is CH[protected], till today 12/09/2015 there is no response from haier service center. when we call and ask they are not providing proper response, they are saying wait for some days if we ask a particular date when they can provide the service they are responding that they cant say exactly.

                          I'm Mrs Salma Khan had purchased Haier refrigerator bottom freezer type on 25 March 2015 from vijay sales ghodbunder road.Since purchased the fridge has got some or the other problem. My new fridge has been repaired several times then to of no use. I had requested for exchange of the fridge but these people r nit responding at all. Now im fed up is going to launch a Complaint in consumer court against Haier n Vijay Sales.

                                The door of my Haier micro oven started malfunctioning. A complaint ( KO [protected] ) was lodged with Haier on 15.8.15. On 17.8.15 a mechanic came to inspect and promised to return with the required spare part. I enquired from Haier’s call centre on 19 and 25.8.15. I was advised to talk to the officer in charge of Haier’s Kolkata office. I phoned this man on 25.8.15 when he told me that no spare part would be available and I could forget the machine. He refused to give me anything in writing and denied that Haier has a grievance cell, which is a statutory requirement. I had to buy a new micro oven on 25.8.15. On 27.8.15 I was informed by the Kolkata service agents of Haier that the spare part had been procured. The part was fitted by the agents on 30.8.15 and the machine was made operational. I am now saddled with `a new but unwanted micro oven. This huge financial loss and inconvenience has been caused by Haier’s lack of service and the bluff by the company’s officer in charge in Kolkata .I phoned this man on 31.8.15 and told him of the loss and inconvenience his disservice and bluff caused me. Rudely he replied that he did not have the time for such nonsense and banged the phone off. Probably he was using the time to misbehave with and bluff other customers.                                   I had purchased Haier E619 mobile in Jan 15. On 26 Jul 15 suddenly the mobile set became dead & not getting on. I deposited the Mobile in Haier service center (Cell Tech, Egmore, Chennai) vide their work order no HA15A[protected] dated 28 Jul 15. The set is lying there since then. I was told that parts are not available & nobody is giving any information as to when it will get repaired or replaced. Even phone calls are not picked up/responded by service center or Haier cutomer care number. If they can not repair the set they should replace it.

                                  Its very bad service by Haier service center M/S Cell Tech Egmore, Chennai. Firstly they will not pick up the calls. even if they pick up they will speak only in in Tamil. Secondly no concrete answer as to when my mobile will be repaired or replaced. Its HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HAIER CUSTOMER CARE IS MUCH MORE WORST. They will also not pick up calls & even if picked up no clear answers that also in Tamil only. Now what do we do. VERY VERY BAD HAIER MOBILES...

                                    We had Purchased a Haier India's AC From the Date of Purchase It is not Functioning Properly. Every Time we Lodged a Complaint for Service of our AC, and without even Visiting us, The Haier India Send Us a Message that Your Complaint has been resolved . HAIER INDIA DID IT EVERY TIME WHEN WE RESGISTER A COMPLAINT ( Happens 3-4 Times with me ) When we Contact there customer Respresentative, they said you need to register a new complaint for the same problem. ( I mean they think a customer is fool that firstly Spend money on their porr class product and poor class service and then register the same complaint again and again. THis time we tried contacting their Service centre Managaer Mr. Krishan ( contact no : [protected] ) and Area Manager Mr. Sumit ( [protected]), THey misbehaves with me and When i Warned then that i will Register a consumer complaint against them, They said, "Do whatever you want to do, Nobody can do anything with me" . I escalated this issue to customer Respresentative, They said we cannot do anythiong in this and forwarded my call to their gusrgaon office and That person also said Mam, We cannot do Anything in this. ( IF HAIR INDIA IS NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO THEIR EMPLOYEE WHO ARE MISBEHAVING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLME THEN, WHO WILL BE ABLE TO DO JUSTICE WITH US ? I want To register a Complaint Against Haier India Pvt Ltd, 1. THAT, Firstly they had given us faulty product and just because of that, there AC is not working properly from past 2 yrs and From the date of pruchase we has Register several complaints regarding the condition of the AC, But htey are not able to solve the problem from 2 yrs. 2.They Misbehaves with the Customer and did not respond to there complaints Properly.

                                      We had Purchased a Haier India's AC . From the Date of Purchase It is not Functioning Properly. After Getting the Message from Haier India taht your complaint has been resolved, I contacted Its customer service, they said - YOU NEED TO REGITER A NEW COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. And Moreover, Its Product are so much or poor Quality that I recomment nobodu Should Buy HAIER INDIA's PRODUCT. Whenevr their engineer visit us for servicing, I even Doubt that wheather he is qualified enough to solve the prolme of AC because our problem did not get solved from past 2 yrs. THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER. When we tried contacting their Service centre Manager Mr. Krishan ( contact no [protected] ), He always misbehaves and when i said that i will Register a consumer complaint against you then he said "Do whatever you want to do, Nobody can do anything with me" . That they given us faulty product and just because of that, there AC is not working properly from past 2 yrs. 2/ ALso They Misbehaves with the Customer and did not respond to there complaints. 3. There services are very poor as they are not able to resolve the AC's Issue and Didnot even provide a stable solution from past 2 yrs.

                                        I registered my complaint 3 times with their customer support service but surprisingly they cancelled my complaint every time and they just are telling me sorry they can't help or i should talk to one of their man "Amit Bhardwaj" who i once tried but he was too rude to dismiss my call without even listening to my complaint properly. Th fridge is not working properly, they are saying that i got it repaired from outside their service centre so they disown me now as their loyal client but when i needed to get the fridge restored they had some hassle with their dealer in my city thus there was not service center from them available in my city ( that they admitted) but now they don't even care to respond back and have even blocked me on their facebook page. this is unbelievable how can a reputed company treat it's clients the way they are treating me.
