Within one month of a CDMA 308 model mobile purchased, it's receiver got defect. I had submitted it at SMART SERVICE center, Bapujee Nagar Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.Sorry to say that after 15days still it has not been repaired.Please do something to get repaired.Thanking you.

    Sir,
    With deep tragedy I am sending this mail to you regarding a problem with my Haier
    Microwave Oven. I have purchased the Micro Wave Oven, Model No:HR21EC in 2008.For
    last few days I noticed that the Microwave
    Oven light has stopped working, so I
    made a request for a service engineer visit to my house on date 14/10/2014 and Request
    I.D No:KO[protected].After one day service engineer came to my house and
    after inspection told me that there is some problem in the PCB which cannot
    be repaired in my house, so he told me to bring the Micro Wave Oven to the service center situated at Golpark(Kolkata).We
    requested the Service engineer to make an arrangement due to manpower problem at my house but the
    Service Engineer ignored it .The service
    engineer also told us that it will take 20 days
    for the repair of the above mentioned part. But without solving the problem
    I have been charged Rs281/-. Once again I
    called up the customer careNo: [protected] and discussed the whole thing with the
    customer care executive, Request ID: KO[protected] Dated: 17/10/2014. The
    customer care executive assured that my
    problem will be solved, but on the very next day I got a call from the service
    center end regarding ‘WHY HAVE I MADE SUCH COMPLAIN ‘as well as they refused to
    take that particular part from my house.As mentioned I never had such bad
    experience of Service support in past hence strongly request to please solve the
    problem to have Trust in Haier as Best Product with Good after Sales Support.

      Dear Concern, This is regarding my complaint against my faulty television product of Haier wherein complaint was logged on 28th Sep, 2014 however same is still not resolved. N number of times I called up to customer care to get a resolution however every time I got response to wait another 24 hours. Engineer visited thrice to my place to change the product however not carrying required parts and said will come tomorrow. If engineer is not sure as what part to be replaced then why he is coming to my place again and again. Moreover it is a repeated complaint regarding the same issue within 30 days. Looking forward for immediate support on this as the such kind of poor service was not expected at the time of purchasing of product. Thanks and Regards, Vishnu Kumar #[protected]

        purchased hire washing machine from arvind electronics-ambala city on 04/11/2013 and got out of order in the month of august 2014. complaint type i.e timer not working, since then following up with the company for the repair but washing machine still out of order as a result of which facing lot of harrasment.

            A complaint number - DL[protected] was registered ON 13/09/2014 regarding the HAIER colour TV.model -29F9D Your mechanic was informed about the defects that vertical and horizontal controls are not working due to which the signal goes off after flickering for some time .Mechanic came around 6.30 pm on 15/9/2014 without the needed parts and went away with the promiss that he will first attend this complaint next day i.e 15/9/2014. To day, there was no call from him that he will not be able to attend the complaint as he is busy in the meeting for the whole day . I made two calls on his mobile number [protected] but he did not respond. Today when contacted at 7.30 pm, he said that he can not today as he is coming out of the meeting now and he will come tomorrow . Is it the way the service is rendered by HAIER to its customer? ..Is there is no responsible person to monitor the complaints attended and reasons for not attending efficiently? . Is this the quality of after sales service?.You prefer to give importance to office meeting rather than attending the complaints like a govt office . Why should we purchase HAIER brand appliances ?

              We had purchased HAIER 40B50 40'' LED TV Set on 17.06.2014. This is to inform you that on 27.08.2014 our LED TV screen shown black screen automatically. Then we put a complain through Greate Eastern Trading Co. Branch : 319/11, Jessore Road Nagerbazar, Kolkata - 700074(Where we purchased the TV) and generate a complain no. 392. After telephonic complain one technical person ( Mr. Subhajyoti Baral) came on 09.09.2014 to our college and checking all the parts & took a photo snaps of our LED TV & mailed to his concern person. He told to us there was a problem in picture tube in TV. The Technician person also told us after few days HAIER Company technician will come to our college & taking the TV for replacing. Today 13.09.2014 any HAIER Company Technician not come to our college and not contact over telephone. Please look in to the matter as soon as possible.                 I am gurvinder singh I purchesed a refrigerator from the in march, 2012 . And paid all the cash pament To the sondhi electronic Railway road, nawanshahr. pin code 144514. That after the the period of 2 1/2 years the said refrigerator was burnt .model no of refrigerator is HRB 26 DM HSCP of haier company. That accordind to term and conditions of the op It is necessary to change the body and compresser . but they said op is not agreed to the request of the complaimt. and the company's tecnesion Did not visit at my House and did not heard my request . In this case i Have loss of 25000/-. Therefore prayes that kindly be change the fridge in the interest of the justice.

                Air conditioner not cause cooling

                Sir, ! our air conditioner have no cooling even it is on running position whole night. And sir in Faisalabad service center no one gave us the response and not attend the call.

                  I purchased Haier Mobile Phone on 8th of December 2013 bearing Model No.HE-E617 IMEI-[protected] It developed problem of heating & network within 3-4 months .I visited Haier Service Centre In my Hometown Saharanpur & registered a complaint on 03/05/14, they told me that the Handset PCB will be changed.It has been 4 months & i have not seen such callous & irresponsible behaviour from any Multinational company till date.There has been no development in my case after several visits & talking to various people at dealership & company level.Why do companies selll worthless products with degraded quality if they cannot offer support. my complaint number is HQT/HE/14/00023.I don't expect a good response but i'm bound as a customer to take follow up.I shall never buy a Haier product in future nor shall i recommend it to others.

                    I have made a complaint on 22nd to Haier Customer Care against request ID of GU[protected] for my fridge cooling. There was cooling in Freezer only. Very less cooling on Refrigeration section.
                    After 1 or 2 follow up, engineer visited to my house and notified that problem is of FAN motor.
                    He committed to replace this on 23rd but after my regular follow up a new person visited on 25th replaced the Fan.
                    The motor was without box and no branding was on motor.

                    Next day i again complaint that my problem is at it is even after changing Fan Motor, Very less colling on Refrigeration section.

                    I once again registered the complaint on 26th and got request ID GU[protected]. but till date i haven't received return call from the company.
                    I personally called to Service superwiser to resolve this issue. He committed me for 4-5 times that engineer will visit in 1 hour, but till date problem has not resolved.

                    Very poor response from the company.

                      Refridgerator 321HP DATE OF PURCHASE:2/5/09 city:kota rajasthan purchased from :bhatia agency PROBLEM: no ice formation in ice tray, only slight cooling. service engr reached & replaced filter & gas. charge 2000 rs. problem was as it is. again service engr in next visit, replaced timer & bi-mettalic. charge 1200 rs. problem as it is. on further follow up, i was asked to send fridge on service centre, i did, charge was 800 rs by loading veichle. i am facing problem from last 2 month, invested 4000 rs till now but problem is as it is. i am frusted very much & i am thinking that big mistake i have done by purchasing fridge from haier. i get answer that we are trying. i dont know how much time will it take or whether it will be repaired or not? my contact no [protected]

                        I have submitted my mobile CG-300 IN SERVICE CENTRE (Ensure support service India ltd.) ON 26 JUNE 2014 at Patna. But till today they will not completed my problem. I have also contact customer care of haire but they also give me next date only.
                        Today I called at service centre they give statement that " your mobile get shrink in water due to rain at COURIER SERVICE." Now am going very Exausted due to this service of haire mobile company.
                        If my mobile will shrinked then I need my new mobile as soon as possible.

                          Haier is so worst customer support team and not a single professional person on their customer support team. I have file a complain (Gw[protected]) on 19/07/14 but till today on 09/08/2014 there nothing from their side.Not a single person visit at my home to solve my problem till now. They took 72 hours but till now its pending .When i call them they said next 24 hours or they forward the complain, but nothing .They closed my complain id, said it complete but nothing & register a new id no gw[protected] on 09/08/14.

                            sir i have purchase a haier split ac from haier dealer " Jha Trader, Jhansi ” on 2-6-14. From the date of purchase a problem comes that in indoor kit water droplet are coming. I have complaint several times to dealer as well as customer care but both of them blame to each other, as it was installed by dealer so customer care blames that installation was wrong and dealer says problem in product and this problem comes in time of rain. But in other ac's this problem does not occur. In two months ac was opened by customer care and dealer representative several times. But problem is still exist. I want to change this AC or refund my money. Please help me.

                                  Hi All, I bought a Haier fridge in 2008, by liking the bottom freezer design. After 6 years it stopped working, they said your fridge is out of warranty and compressor needs to be changed. They replaced the compressor at nearly Rs 7000 in May 2014, which includes visit charges of Rs 400 apart from service charges. On the receipt they write 6 months warranty for compressor. The people who replaced the compressor were extremely non-professional, they fitted the compressor within 45 min and went off, they demanded us giving them the old compressor. which we did not agree for. The way they filled the gas in a hurry, it was badly handled, later when I see, the connecting tubes have been all bent off. I doubt this is purposely done to block the gas passage. As doubted, withIn 2 months, again the fridge stopped working. When we complain they ask first the visit charge of Rs 400/-. They don't even bother to own their mis-handling which resulted in this problem again with in 2 months. Finally one person turned up and he says this time gas leaked off, so you have to pay Rs 2500 or so. He argues warranty is only for compressor and not gas filling. We refused. I doubt Haier is given up on its business in India., and just to avoid govt fining the company they are running the customer care for namesake, with all these contractors, who loot the customers in the name of Haier. When I look at internet, I see all fridge companies are resorting to this cheating, including some Indian ones. I think it is high time, our consumer care is improved and take up on these companies and fine them heavily. I sincerely hope after seeing this complaint Haier, comes down to my home in another 2 days with a new compressor and gets it fixed properly at free of cost. Sincerely Sitaram Ph: [protected]

                                    Dear Sir Complaint number MU[protected] I had complained to customer care on 16th July 2014 about non function of My Haier full automatic machine. The service team was at my place on Friday ie 18th July 2014 and informed us about replacement of three parts But till date I am sorry to state when ever I call the service centre the message given is that the part is not available and it will take two to three days more. This is the message I am getting for the past ten days which is regret full as the machine in warranty period We had purchased the machince form Arhiant Enterpirse from Vile parle east on 26 th August 2013 I would request some seniors to look into or replace the machine Regars Purushotham mobile number [protected]

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I Verinder Sabharwal, Purchased Haier 1.5 Ton Split AC Model No. 18cKBS3CN, Sr. No. AA1261M02200AA3J1225 from Sidwal Air Condition Engineers-Amritsar, Ph[protected], 2225753, Mob [protected], (Invoice No.88) on 15th May 2014.

                                      I have made 3 complaints regarding improper working of Air Conditioner.

                                      1. CG[protected].

                                      2. CG[protected].

                                      3. CG[protected].

                                      It takes 3-4 days for engineer to visit for the complaint.

                                      I have following complaints.

                                      1. The Air dispenser has a bend ever since I purchased, the engineer has taken photographs and assured of action, but I am still waiting for feedback.

                                      2. The compressor is very noisy, the problem was checked but the engineer was not able to rectify. We cannot sleep due to lot of noise.

                                      3. The cooling is not proper. The engineer has increased the gas level but could not resolve the issue.

                                      A faulty piece has been sold to me by the dealer M/s Sidwal Air Condition Engineers-Amritsar at exorbitant price which was more than the available market price of the AC.

                                      Kindly take proper action and kindly refund the amount, since we are not satisfied with AC unit and the service.
