      Hi All, I bought a Haier fridge in 2008, by liking the bottom freezer design. After 6 years it stopped working, they said your fridge is out of warranty and compressor needs to be changed. They replaced the compressor at nearly Rs 7000 in May 2014, which includes visit charges of Rs 400 apart from service charges. On the receipt they write 6 months warranty for compressor. The people who replaced the compressor were extremely non-professional, they fitted the compressor within 45 min and went off, they demanded us giving them the old compressor. which we did not agree for. The way they filled the gas in a hurry, it was badly handled, later when I see, the connecting tubes have been all bent off. I doubt this is purposely done to block the gas passage. As doubted, withIn 2 months, again the fridge stopped working. When we complain they ask first the visit charge of Rs 400/-. They don't even bother to own their mis-handling which resulted in this problem again with in 2 months. Finally one person turned up and he says this time gas leaked off, so you have to pay Rs 2500 or so. He argues warranty is only for compressor and not gas filling. We refused. I doubt Haier is given up on its business in India., and just to avoid govt fining the company they are running the customer care for namesake, with all these contractors, who loot the customers in the name of Haier. When I look at internet, I see all fridge companies are resorting to this cheating, including some Indian ones. I think it is high time, our consumer care is improved and take up on these companies and fine them heavily. I sincerely hope after seeing this complaint Haier, comes down to my home in another 2 days with a new compressor and gets it fixed properly at free of cost. Sincerely Sitaram Ph: [protected]

        Dear Sir Complaint number MU[protected] I had complained to customer care on 16th July 2014 about non function of My Haier full automatic machine. The service team was at my place on Friday ie 18th July 2014 and informed us about replacement of three parts But till date I am sorry to state when ever I call the service centre the message given is that the part is not available and it will take two to three days more.           Dear Sir,

          I Verinder Sabharwal, Purchased Haier 1.5 Ton Split AC Model No. 18cKBS3CN, Sr. No. AA1261M02200AA3J1225 from Sidwal Air Condition Engineers-Amritsar, Ph[protected], 2225753, Mob [protected], (Invoice No.88) on 15th May 2014.

          I have made 3 complaints regarding improper working of Air Conditioner.

          1. CG[protected].

          2. CG[protected].

          3. CG[protected].

          It takes 3-4 days for engineer to visit for the complaint.

          I have following complaints.

          1. The Air dispenser has a bend ever since I purchased, the engineer has taken photographs and assured of action, but I am still waiting for feedback.

          2. The compressor is very noisy, the problem was checked but the engineer was not able to rectify. We cannot sleep due to lot of noise.

          3. The cooling is not proper. The engineer has increased the gas level but could not resolve the issue.

          A faulty piece has been sold to me by the dealer M/s Sidwal Air Condition Engineers-Amritsar at exorbitant price which was more than the available market price of the AC.

          Kindly take proper action and kindly refund the amount, since we are not satisfied with AC unit and the service.

            Dear Sir,

            I liked to inform you that my refrigerator Model No. HRS-752FR/A, Serial No. BCOCAOE 0400BA, Product - Side by Side, which was purchased from you nearly 5 years back by paying Rs. 88000/- which was not working since last 2 to 3 months. I have registered a complaint with your service centre and you have changed the compressor which costs around Rs.12000/-. After working few days the said refrigerator has started again giving trouble and all the perishable items are getting spoiled due to non-performance of your product.

            In this context I have tried to contact several times your service center and finally reached your Kolkata Branch Manager Mr, Srikanto whose mob no. is [protected] has misbehaved with us instead of listening the problem and not taken any action to rectify the above problem.

            I am requesting you to take immediate action to repair the said refrigerator otherwise I shall be compelled to refer this matter to Consumer affairs department Govt. of West Bengal.

            Your early action is highly solicited.

                Respected sir,
                I am Dr Indeevar V Mishra. I had purchased a 170 litre Haier refrigerator on 24th of DEC 2013. Upon delivery the refrigerator worked fine for 2 hours and the it overheated and stopped working. Upon complaining the service person prompted attended and informed me that the compressor had overheated and had burnt up. I demanded a replacement from the shop owners who at that time did not have a spare piece, provided me with a 180 litre model. The model worked fine for 4 months.
                I recently shifted my residence so i transported my model with utmost care. The total distance was only 2 kms and the refrigerator did not suffer any damages. Upon installation the compressor kept overheating and swtiching or tripping every 2 hours. I complained to the local authorities as well as the official customer care. The complaint number is CH[protected]. The service person took 5 days to come to my house to check the problem. I made repeated calls to the person. The service personnel kept on making promises but never turned up on time. I am an ophthalmologist and kept on postponing my appointments for the OPD and operations causing a great distress to my patients.
                Upon arrival he informed me that the compressor needs to be replaced and an order has to be placed. Its been 6 days since and i have been informed by the local service person that the replacement has arrived but the concerned person has failed to turn up.
                Because of their repeated promises to turn up at various times of the day i cancelled my appointments and rescheduled my operations. I am feeling greatly distressed and i am fed up of begging that person to turn up at my house. I have kept a recordings of all the calls to prove my point.
                I have purchased a HAIER product for the first time and i regret to inform you that i will not be going with any more products in the future.
                The service which has been provided to me has been sub standard.
                Please relieve me of my troubles. Arrange a pick up. I dont want any replacements. I dont want the refrigerator either. I dont want to waste anymore time or energy on it.

                  i m bhuwan. i purchase a 32 inched LED for rajpura Nov 2013. i have called many times to haier Customer care center. they told me the engineers will visit a 24 hours. first i register a complaint 15 June 2014 2nd complaint date 17 June and 3rd complaint date 19 June 2014. but still nobody will call me and no one engineers will be visit at my home.

                    I am vandana purchased haier washing machine from M/S.BISWAL SALES-Jajpur road, orissa on dated 15th oct.2012 invoice no.RI(C)JKR:2403.I registered complaint by Haier Toll free number[protected], on 6th june 2014, regarding improper working of my washing machine.Then immideately they sent a message to my mobile with a request I.D.- BW[protected] & commited to send service engineer within 72 hours, after 72 hours I again call to Toll free no.[protected], but this time they give me a service engineer near by JAJPUR ROAD, having mobile number [protected], when I call to this no.he again commited that within 24 hours he will visit to my home & noted my postal address for communication.Since that I am waiting but no service engineer visited.Kindly consider my case.                       Hi Sir,

                      I am Advocate Harsh Saini (Delhi High Court), Purchased Haier 1.5 Ton Split 18CKAG5-5Star AC from V.K.Electronics, (Invoice No.RT/16412) on 15th April 2014.On 3rd June I registered a complaint (DL[protected])regarding improper working of Air Conditioner. Its been 7daysof registration of complaint neither any engineer visited nor AC is working. I got contact number of nearby service center of Pankha Road (Bharat Electronics Cell No.[protected]) from Haier service center . In spite of calling several times, engineer visited on 9th June on my Vodafone Mini store (AC installation Place) and after repairing something, asked me to sign documents and told me that after 1 hour i can start the AC & it would work fine .I checked AC after 2 hrs but AC wasn’t working. After that I called several times but all in vain. Next day i got a call from Mr. Dinesh and den i told him about the AC status. After that he started abusing me on phone weirdly and when i asked him for his address he threatened me of dire consequences. I just want to register a complaint about this maltreat, rebuke and threatening way of this employee working on Bharat Electronics. Is this the behaviour a consumer shall be treated for complaints ?
                      I am filing a complaint in Consumer Forum regarding this mental torture and inappropriate services offered from your end.
                      Alongwith i will file a case against this employee so called naming Dinesh and Bharat Electronics for Defamation U/s 499 of Indian Penal Code & Threatening to kill U/S 506 of Indian Penal Code.

                      I am very much mentally harassed and i have sufficient evidence to prove along with phone recordings.
                      Request you to please look into the matter asap and replace this AC as your company is not providing timely and satisfactory after purchase services.

Already we’ve contacted your local service guy many times but there is no proper response.                           sir, i have a haier deep freeze which is in warranty period, but was facing some cooling problem
                          from last 1 month, i lodge a complain (request noGW[protected]) and service man visit my place and he found my compressor of the deep freeze was not working.This was happen 20 days ago from 2day(3/6/2014), but still no one from haier replace my compressor yet, when i call local service center they told me compressor is not in stock in their service center and it takes minimum 15 days to arrive my compressor from kolkata. WHY 15 days!!! its only 12 hour by train to kolkata, evryday 5 to 10 train regularly run btwn kolkata and assam. I am an small business man, doing business by selling sweets, evryday i am facing a hug loss beacause of HAIER. i
                          decided no lodge complain in consumer form, if company dont have proper stock in our region, then why they sell their product in Assam.After e-mailing to heigther authority no response i recive from HAIER. i call their call center my request id is changed evrytime, evrytime service center cancel my old request and loage new request to protect their policy.

                              We purchased Haier fully automatic washing machine, HWM60918NZP, after reviewing specification on Haier India official web-site from a dealer in Opera House, Mumbai. On Haier official website, it was mentioned that this product has 8 programs but demo person could not show this and tried to convinced us that 5 step wash includes 8 programs. We again checked website and then called for re-demo (complaint no MU[protected]). Their technician Mr Imran confirmed that this product does not have feature of 8 programs and it was in 7kg machine. He mentioned that website was wrongly updated. Being MNC and reputable company it is a gross error. I selected the machine after good search as I was impressed with the specification on the website, which weren’t there in competitor product. I want that Haier should replace the machine which has the necessary features with no added cost as it was inadvertently (give them a chance) mistake of Haier.

                                We purchased your product after reviewing specification on your official Haier India web-site and purchased fully automatic washing machine HWM60918NZP from a dealer in Opera House, Mumbai. Your website mentioned that this product has 8 programs but demo person could not show this and tried to convinced us. We again checked website and then called for re-demo (complaint no MU[protected]). Your technician Mr Imran confirmed that this product does not have feature of 8 programs and it was in 7kg machine. He mentioned that website was wrong updated. Being MNC and reputable company it is a gross error on your part. I selected your machine just because it described good search that weren’t there in competitor product. I want that you should replace the machine with no added cost.

                                  Hi, I have a three door 703 model refrigerator from Haier in 2011. It worked well with no issue till it this month. The freezer side was working well, however the fridge side the temp was at 19 deg. Lodged an online complaint (R[protected] on 19th May and they promised me to send a technician in 24 to 72 hours. Technician never showed up even after saying that he will show up. Very unreliable and they don't understand the importance of respecting other persons time. After waiting for over 3 days, I now regret buying a Haier product and will never recommend it to anyone due to service issues. I read so many others complaints about service and now I am forced to join them. Their service reputation is poor. Product wise I would rate 4/5, but servicewise 1/5. Sriram

                                    dear sir ...i have purchased a fully automatic washing machine of haier company ... but its inlet pipe is too small to be used through tap... i had given this complain three months ago...after that service centre is not talking to me...this is too ridiculous ...please help me... i am staying in kochi...near toppampady...

                                    I have complained about a washing machine in May 2014 with complaint number KO[protected], under my husband's name, Mr Abhishek Kumar. One person visited my house after a week ihnforming that dryer's motor needs to be replaced. As my Washing Machine is under warranty period. We were waiting for him for almost 3 weeks, no one came, and his phone was also switched off, so couldnt contact.
                                    Later on we called up again to Customer care asking for help, this time someone came and informed that it will be corrected in one week maximum. and he informed that as the previous guy left the job they cancelled the complaint !!!

                                    He gave me another complaint number as KO [protected], which is also pending.

                                    I called up again to ask about the same after a wk, a lady picked up and informed that she has informed it to her seniors so the problem will be corrected in 24hrs. After which I again called your customer care where I was informed that we cannot do anything from your phone complaint, please write to us!!!

                                    Now, who so ever is reading this email, please tell me how many more times do I need to call you to get ONE washing machine fixed. It has been 3 months and there has been such a bad service given to us from your company, for which I will never recomend anyone to buy your product.

                                    I am tiered of contacting you again and again, I want my Washing Machine fixed ASAP. How can you do such thing. This is a irresponsible behaviour from your company. Pathetic service has been given to us. I want an immediate action on this. Also at this time you should give me service recovery as because I bought a machine from you I have no other option to wash my clothes.

                                    Your call centre says managers is not availble, what do you think your customer is an .!! no one does anything, pathetic, lazy people. I have attached the screen shot for written complaint done, still no action.

                                    I had booked service request for my washing machine top loading automatic 6KG around 3rd September for AMC. The service engineer visited and informed that clutch assemby will be replaced. The cost of same is rs. 2850+275 service charges (The machine was bought on[protected]. When I checked up the status thru toll free I was informed the part has been requested and will take around 10 days to come. The machine is located in Sector 34 in Faridabad and is logistically closer to Badarpur (delhi) than Faridabad, . Upon checking up with Delhi I was told that total cost of the part is 2344 including service charge. When I checked up with Fbd service centre, I was told that the part is ready and includes Rs, 700 for transportation.

                                    Sir I would like to know that a machine cost 10, 000 how come a clutch mechanism cost so much. Also the discrepency in availability of part, rates and terms. Kindly advise the earliest repair of the machine at your prescribed rate of Rs. 2344 (inc of service charge) s pointed by your Delhi. office. Product as bulky as washing machine needs to be fixed at the customer place itself or least transportation charge be included.

                                    Please resolve the issue immediately and oblige

                                      Hi, I have bought a new Haier washing machine from Chandra Traders, Velachery main road, Selaiyur, Chennai - 6000073. After just one use, we have found that the machine is not working properly and also is not of food quality. We informed the dealer but there is no proper response from them. The price of the machine is Rs.8500/- but it is not befitting the quality. More over the salesman had introduced the product as a german one but it is of china make product.                                         I have purchased Haier CG220 mobile dop[protected]. Fault found last call details not showing. I have given it to authorized service center of Haier company 3-4 times but my mobile is not repaired by them and now it is in non-use condition.
