i bought a soan papad packet just now and when i opened the packet, i fount that all the sweet was spoiled. It caught fungus. I went to the shop person and asked him for replacement but he is not giving. i want my money back. If this complaint is not rectified i will file a case in court and show your sweet box to food checking and health department. Deeply upset. I want the solution asap.

    Dear, This is with reference to my order No.872693, Token No. 387 dated 03/27/2015. I asked for take home two special veg thalis but to my surprise when I opened the packet at home to eat, the Vegetable/or sabjis were repeated, instead of two different varieties which they generally serve the people out there packed the same vegetables in both the thalis. Also, No dahi pakodi was available in the thali, no papad was present, so I faced a problem of improper service this time. Looking forward for your kind revert. Thanks, Aditya [protected]

        i had purchased 20 pcs. ras malai kesar on dt. 23.3.15. time aprox 2.30 pm. from haldiram kherki daula, gurgaon. when i reached at home after 2 hours. and open the box, it was shouting. the milk smelled very much and milk become like gum. the total cost of rasmali is 640. a am very disappointed to get that type of sweet. i m feeling cheated. i will never go again in haldiram.

          I had purchased 2kg Gujia from Sahara mall's Haldiram on the eve of Holi festival on 05.03.15. It was very disappointing to mention that gunjias were having absolutely no filling. It is advisable to take care of the same in future as total amount of Rs.900/- goes for no value. I am feeling cheated because of the same.

            Hi this is Kushal khurana and i am very Much Disappointed from the behaviour and services delivered by the staff of Crossriver mall branch especially the manager and the lady staff at south indian stall. This girl didn't forward the order for 10minutes.when i told the manager about this he went inside his cabin instead of solving the problem.many other customers were facing the Similar problems. Staff flirting with each other instead of working.

              Dear Sir Greeting of the day I am Pawan Kumar Shrivas Sales Officer Indore HQ ( N K Agencies Indore ) At Haldiram's . Sir I Got a sms from Mr Deepak Jain " You are not continue in Haldiram's. stop working from today 18/02/2015. company will not provide you any salary and expenses from 19/02/2015". So I want to know this thing, If company do this thing with me so company will provide me time to search new job, because If company will not provide me time to search new job so what can I do. This is my Bred & Butter. So i am requesting from company, they will provide me time . Till date 19/02/2015 i was not got my January salary so how can i work or tour for company. He will provide me salary of January on 19/02/2015 but he stopped some payment also ( out of Rs. 19435 I got cheque of Rs 15000 ) and what about February salary. Till today I was not got my Joining latter. So i need my Joining Latter and Termination latter both. So please clear all the thing in writing.

                Yesterday i visit ur outlet on waves noida where we ordered for masala dosa, sambhar vada, a veg premium thali and veg haka noodles where we served cold dosa and thali there we complaint these matter to mr vimlesh the catering manager, there response is not satisfactory, the meal is vry cold spl rice, there is a bundle of rice in it and mix veg is over and over cooked and it becomes dark brown in color and veg haka noodles are also cold and my children refuse to eat it, we leave the meal there . Vry disappointed with ur outlet in waves.my bill no is 177959 and token no 79

                  On opening this pack while eating dal one piece of something unusual thing came out from the pack of haldiram moong dal on which the moong dal is sticked . It seems like this piece is cooked or prepared with the moong dal. The cooking machines contains these types of pieces. This is very unhygienic which can cause serious health problems. This shows that there is no check on haldiram's products while packaging. There are many other haldiram products which are also made with the same procedure and are very unhygienic. Earlier many of my friends told me about the quality of product but didnt believed them but now I am clear that from now onwards I will not buy the haldiram products.

                    Worst services ever received by any reputed company so far. No one in this organisation is bothered about the consumer. Even after several attempts no one from Haldiram snacks PVT. LTD. has been courteous enough to check with the customer about the issue. Beware you guys, it is not stone age. This thing is going to be on every social media to let the world know how good you guys are.

                      Dear Sir, We have applied and got Halidram snacks Distributorship (Ratika Enterprises) in Dec 2014 but due to losses and several problems, we requested to close down the Agency in few days. My Brother has paid security deposit from his account number and we need refund deposit cheque for his name only. So, I request you to issue a refund deposit cheque ASAP in his name only (Puneet Arora).

                        I bought Tasty Nuts (Batch no. 15N-343) packed on 15/1/2015 at Hyderabad and opened on 14/2/2015. The quality is poor with bad taste and smell. Why should this happen when the product is best before 15/7/2015. Please give explanation and replacement of the package.

                          I recently bought your Minute Khana frozen rotis to try. These are packaged with a thin plastic sheet in between each of them. On close inspection of these rotis at room temperature I was able to see a thin veneer of residue plastic on them with clearly defined lines. See for your self in the pictures attached.
                          Not only this extremely dangerous for human consumption, but this is the worst packaging harming the environment.

                          I am posting this all over the internet to raise awareness and also submitting complaint to FDA about the product.

Everyday we are purchasing Snacks for our staff but today 1 vendor sold an expired packet to me. fater eating this packe I got sever stomach pain then I checked and found that Packed has already expired. Packet was packed on 24 Jun 2014 with 6 months expiry. Vendor sold me on 11/2/2015. Please suggest what shoul I do? Do I need to file a case in Nagpur Consumer Court?                               sir my order no 222565 on 4/2/2015 i have ordered some items online from ur site, but when i received the parcel i am shocked ... when i opened parcel out of 6 item there are 3 item complitly crased and not usefull .. i attahed files picture of them. i wonderd how a such big company can make this type of cheeep packing and send item . they have packed item in just polthien packing insted of cartoon (box) packing. i think they dont have much expirence person in thier company haldiram is very popular company .. and how you dis appointed me by sending item like this i strongly reccomended my friend amd family dony buy haldiram item online pls see the picture i send and u justice what ever u like... i recived compltly crased iten are 1. funny faces 2. golgappa puri 3. matri pls reply r bharatkumar chennai

                                i bought haldiram's all in one namkeen in manipal stores in manipal, karnataka.it was completely sealed.when i opened the packet and started using it, one big old piece o[censored]sed tissue caame alongt with the namkeen from inside of the pack.if it had been used/eaten by any kid nearby then one can only imagine the problems it would have created.i strongly urge haldiram company to compensate for this faulty product and never do such mistake in future, otherwise would sue this company for sure, you are taking consumers for granted!!

On the pack: Mfg Date 02/SEP/2014 Batch No. A manufactured at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. B-1, Sector-63, Noida -201309, U.P.(India).The soan papdi in it is excessively sweet and gives an impression as if I am eating plain sugar instead of premium desi ghee soan papdi which once used to be served by Haldiram.It is requested to kindly improve the quality and taste that Haldiram used to earlier serve or do not serve such preparations under the premium desi ghee preparations at a premium price.                                     I am bring to attention, one of the shop in Tolworth are selling, which is not in the list in the company, How this shop is sailing the product Haldiram Rashmali I brought you Halidiram Rashmalai from this shop . It is not the Rashmali, it is the product of same as Rashgula, Is it new Rashmali, we have never seen it before, looks like Rosgula, foul smelling, When we have eaten, it caused stomach and diarrhoea, and when I took it to the seller he said he does not know about the product, He refused to take it back, and Does not bother about the product, He said he want to sale the product only [protected]@hotmail.com

                                      When I opened the pack of "ALL IN ONE" I found a "feather" . I am currently in South Korea and your brand is my best snack here but was disappointed to see such error in the product. The Detail of the Product is; Product Name : ALL IN ONE B. No. 14Y-230 Packed on : 16 May 2014 Best Before : 15 May 2015 Trade Mark:[protected] I really don't want to see such things in any of your product so please look into the matter and properly implement the GMP and cGMP.

                                        I live in Mumbai and a regular user of Haldiram Bhujia. I buy it from D-Mart, Kolshet, Thane. I bought a bhujia packet from a store in Delhi, which has very poor taste. It seems it is not original. I want explanation whether you supply differt products in different part of country. I travelled to Germany with this poor product and being embarassed as it was planned to offer it some of my German friends who loved its taste in past. It is hurting. I need a proper response for the same or I will surely move to consumer court with all possible actions.

                                        I also got duplicate haldiram bhujia.I have found that there are many stores that are selling duplicate FMCG products.I have got duplicate parle monaco biscuits and duplicate sunfeast mom's magic biscuits.If you look minutely there are packaging and minor printing differences between the original and duplicate products.
