Hi, We have ordered two packages of Haldiram sweets and Dry fruits online on 19th Oct to send it to our dear ones in Kanpur and Mumbai. It is very sad to know that none of the packages reached on time i..e before Diwali which was advertised and promised by Haldiram. We have continuously followed up with Halidram's customer care and got the answer that it will be delivered but all in vain. We have ordered it from Haldiram thinking that they will definitely deliver it on time(before diwali) as it was adveretized by them on their website. After some days we got to know that the shipment was missed and misplaced and they reshipped it. But the worst part is that even today the status of one of those delivery is unclear. Our dear ones in kanpur have received the delivery yesterday (beating the whole purpose of sending it on Diwali). Our dear ones in Mumbai have still not received the package.     I made below payment to Haldiram's through HDFC net banking but I did not get the order confirmation, but the amount got deducted from the account. I checked with the bank and according to them the payment was made to the Haldiram's. I have sent so many emails to the Haldirams customer care but getting no response.       Hi, I have recently placed an online sweets order for my family living in India for the occasion of Diwali and bhaidooj from haldiram's.The order was placed on19 Oct and it should have reached its destination by Diwali as they was mentioned on their website. But unfortunately my family received the order on 25 OCT around 7 pm in the evening when the festival was all over. But this was not yet over. The product the received was in condition that no one would like to present to anyone. The box (laddo mix) was not as it looked like in picture they provided online at all. Also, it looked it was not filled properly (few rows were empty), few ladoos were broken, in all a total mess.         I purchased 16 pcs of RasMalai from Haldiram Karkardooma court on Diwali(23-Oct-2014) and put into refrigerator immediately while reached home. When I took the piece out to eat after 2 hours of purchasing it tasted sour and bitter. I could not be able to have a single bite of it. I usually take the sweets and snacks from Haldiram and it was very shocking to me to realize that a brand like Haldiram can sell the items like this for which it charges a good amount. We Love to eat products of Haldiram’s but was very disappointed after having such a product.

          We have found lot of hairs in Haldiram Thandai which we were drinking for so many days. We have called twice on haldiram consumer complaint no. But they don't even bother to check about the same. Really surprised with quality of product at such a high price.

            I bought one Tin pack of Gulab Jamun of Haldiram’s whose Batch no-L0809, Manufacturing date-August/2014 and which is Best Before February/2015 on 13 October’14 . I am very shocked to see the condition of the product inside. Me and my family just tasted 3-4 Gulab Jamun from that Tin pack and all were sour and bitter in taste. After that I am continuously calling customer care number which was printed on the box i.e[protected] but no one is attending that call from your side. We Love to eat products of Haldiram’s but was very disappointed after having such a product which was really bad in taste and can make someone sick.               Today i bought 4 Namkeen (Different) worth 117 Rs. and Inside of that packet there was a cockroach . It was really very Surprised for me that how can haldiram compromise with his quality. It is really very harmful for a human if he eat that stone. I am your customer from last almost 10 years but I cannot compromise with human’s heath and wealth...

                Haldiram Lajpat nagar is cheating its customers for more than 3 month, as they are not providing sweet in the Ghar Ki Thali. Please note that sweet is being provided in the Haldiram Moti Nagar from the begining and in fact they have a neon sign board inside which shows that among other things sweet is also provided in the ghar Ki thali. I have been cheated because I have been regularly buying Ghar Ki thali from Lajpat Nagar Haldiram.                     Yesterday i went with Family at Haldiram for Diner in MG Mall Branch in Gurgaon. My Family went their First time and Review of them that, we will not enter haldiram again. First time in life had food like this from a good brand. the Reason for such reviews are below: 1. Menu which i given by them (as attached) is tottaly incomplete . and it is in photo copy form . and the description in detail of thali is not available . you can see in the attachment 2. The Food in Thali is Totally Chilled and Papad is not properly made.The Naan and lacha prantha is thali is So chilled, that even create problem in bitting that 3. Behaviours of Staff is ridiculous . I asked from him Regarding Full discripped Menu . he Told me we had not updated ourself with latest menu. you has to choosen from this only. 4. The Quality and Quantity of Thali is totally worth less. earlier i had the thalli in Noida.                       i booked sweets and namkeen for diwali on 15th october. The payment was made thru HDFC net banking. Till now the parcel is not delivered. i had send many times mail to customer care. They are not responding. I can not expect this kind of service from haldirams.

                        Regret to inform you that after opening the sealed packet(200g) of bhujia, a bad smell was coming out from the packet which made the bhujia non-edible to eat.The shopkeeper also refused to change the packet. At the bottom the packet had manufacturing date of August 2014 and batch number (130) A-Haldiram Bhujia Shahi Mixture.

                          I had ordered haldirams punjabi tadka my order no is 221462 on 7 jan i recived my order on 15 jan on opening the parcel two packets were open and all spilled in the parcel packet, it was a mice bite

After opening the pack and after consuming Gulab Jamun the taste of this found sour (khatta) and very different.                                 Yesterday(7/9/2014) I was in Haldiram with my Family. I gave order for Veg. Noodles and Masala Dosa.
                                Veg. Noodles was worst in taste and was not properly boiled. You can see the attached snap.

                                Masala Dosa was also not good, you can feel oil smell in that.

                                Yesterday I decide, I will never go for Haldiram specially in Shipra Mall.

                                No one take feed back from customers. (At least one can give out of 10 customers)

                                  I buy haldiram nut cracker from faridabad 200 gm which is not good, there is preparation mistake .i have complaint 2-3 times on noida no[protected] but i have spend around 100 Rs on call when u call at this no after ring call will be connected but there is no responce fron other side when i contact they said we will send the executive but no one came another time i call it they said we willl send the executive but last 15 days pass there is one so see the problem i think i have to complaint in consumer court, so i posted u the photo of haldiram nut cracker, see what come from this packet

                                  several Days Past there is no solution for the problem, haldiram executive came but after that i call several times for coming but he says sometime i am in meeting sometime approval not came saometime boss refuses to go .month pass and there is no responce from the haldiram .and still noida complaint no is not working properly which is written on the packet.

                                    I need to apprise that I am regular purchaser of HALDIRAM products for domestic use. During my two purchases of captioned product, I am astonished to observe there is not a single pakoda in the packing though the same is displayed on the packing. It is beyond my comprehension that such an esteemed company could mislead their committed buyers by displaying such item on the wrapper as is not inside. Hope you will endeavour to keep your customers intact and attracted .

                                      On August 6th 2014, I bought one kg Kaju Burfi (Katli). Cost for the same i.e. Rs. 744.27 was credited to my credit card on the very same day. Now it has been more than a month and this is not yet delivered, this is really strange. It was my first experience with Haldiram online services and i am very disappointed.

                                      Please look into this and advise what is the problem.
