On 5th July, it was my son birthday and we have approached Haldirams Dilshard garden metro station at 10:15 PM. We have taken dinner worth Rs. 1600/- and till the time, our order was delivered and we started eating, the manager and staff started winding up, they have put off half off the furniture of outlet and have stopped A/c's. It was terribly hot and we requested him to put on a/cs but manager refused on the pretext that there is a technical problem and we can not put on a/c's.
We asked him to refund our money as we have just started eating and if this is the case, they should not have taken order and should have told us that A/c's will be put off at 10:45 PM. So many people sitting there were troubled but manager was so adherent that he misbehaved with us and the whole party of ours was spoiled. We have entered complaint in one complaint register over there.
If this is the case and will continue, then people will stop visiting haldirams very soon. It was very disgusting and no one atleast among our family and neighbourhood will again visit that Dilshad Garden Haldiram's Outlet.
Management of Haldiram's should take some serious action against such incidence as it is badly hampering the image of HALDIRAMS.
