    Hi, The packaging date of one of the products of Haldiram's is labelled future date. Present date is 8/31 but the date labelled on Haldiram product is 9/1. Please look into this problem as many of the customers heavily rely on Haldiram's trust. Regards, Customer

    I have purchased haldiram product today ie on 31St August 2014. The packaging date on the product is of 1st September 2014. How come a brand like this is playing with the customers trust. I will think twice now before buying.

      Dear Haldiram Customer Care, My friend purchased Haldiram Chips packet form Nagpur as on 29th August 2014 but packing date printed on it is 1st September-2014. Please find the attached picture proof for the same. How it can be possible to have packing date of 1st September when we are purchasing it on 29th august 2014.         Motichur laddoo and a pack of bhepuri was bought from the Haldiram outlet in Delhi Airport on 17th Aug 2014. After reaching Kolkata the pack of motichur ladddoo was kept in fridge the same day. When the pack was opened on 20 Aug 2014 all the laddoos were found to be rotten and fungus laden.The details of the pack is given in the photo uploaded herewith [ Mfg date 17 Aug 14, batch C, best before 24 Aug 14]. It is astonishing to find such rotten laddoos bought from a so called reputed manufacturer at a cost of Rs 220. It is time to take immediate action and provide us with compensation.

          Regret to inform after opening the sealed lachha packet a bad smell coming out from the packet and the item is no longer edible.. It appears from the bottom of the packet that this has been packed on 14th june 2014 and best before may 2015 and batch no. B/25 net weight 500gms and the price is 120.             They operate a scam website

            I ordered on their website on 31st July. They charged the credit card in full. Received an email saying the sweets will be delivered in 2-3 days. It has been 10 days. The number given in their email and on their site is disconnected. The customer care email is never responded. On social media hundreds of people complaining but company not listening...

            I bought a packet of Haldiram chips for Rs. 10. Once I opened the packet and started eating I realised the chips are all damp due to moisture. I couldn't eat that, it was all a waste of money. I like Haldiram chips for years and never expected this. I was so dis-hearted. Please look into this.

              Hi there, I have recently placed an order online for the first time knowing the Brand Value of " Haldiram" and may be my last time as well!!! Its very very disappointing to know the quality of delivery. Find the attached image of one of the item which was place online, " Dry Fruit Tokani( Medium)" which was received in the below shape wherein all the dry fruits were mixed with each other. This type of service after charging Rs 198 as shipping charges is very saddening.Hope Halidiram takes an action in this regard and do something. Regards, Sapan Mahajan

                I Bought two mirch pakora and two paneer pakora from 1454/2 chandini chowk on 3.8.14 vide retail invoice no.5517/583405, 8:23:29pm but the man on counter only packed one of each. To my utter surprise i realised this when i opened the packet at home- kindly make up the shortfall of one mirch pakora and one paneer pakora through home delivery from your Lajpat Nagar outlet situated very close to my address:P.K.MISHRA, COMDT.                   sir/maim we are retailers running a departmental store at sunder nagar named Deepali Enterprises we face some problem of supply from our distributor of haldiram's.they dot not supply regularly and we dont find any employ from your company.please take proper action.

                    Today I have order of chola bhatura on around 12:35 PM with token no. 52 but the order not delivered up 1:00 PM. I have a meeting in my office @ 1:15 PM so I cancelled my order rand return back money from the counter. Is it the service given by Haldiram? I am not going to eat on haldiram... This is only the feedback given by me.

                      On 5th July, it was my son birthday and we have approached Haldirams Dilshard garden metro station at 10:15 PM. We have taken dinner worth Rs. 1600/- and till the time, our order was delivered and we started eating, the manager and staff started winding up, they have put off half off the furniture of outlet and have stopped A/c's. It was terribly hot and we requested him to put on a/cs but manager refused on the pretext that there is a technical problem and we can not put on a/c's.

                      We asked him to refund our money as we have just started eating and if this is the case, they should not have taken order and should have told us that A/c's will be put off at 10:45 PM. So many people sitting there were troubled but manager was so adherent that he misbehaved with us and the whole party of ours was spoiled. We have entered complaint in one complaint register over there.

                      If this is the case and will continue, then people will stop visiting haldirams very soon. It was very disgusting and no one atleast among our family and neighbourhood will again visit that Dilshad Garden Haldiram's Outlet.

                      Management of Haldiram's should take some serious action against such incidence as it is badly hampering the image of HALDIRAMS.

                        I am a regular customer of haldirams. But this time i am very disappointed. I ordered for two white sauce pasta . in it there was a foul smell. I ordered for take away. On that day i was in a hurry so couldnt come back to your store to show that. But i will take this case to consumer court. Due to which my sister suffered from food poisoning. I will surely file this case in consumer court.                           I am in Muscat, Oman. I purchased 200 gram Bhelpuri pack of Haldiram from Al Maya Store in. CBD, Muscat, Oman. Batch no on packet is "C", Manufacture date 20.03.2014. Today, on June 14, 2014 we opened the pack and while eating found small piece of black color stone. It went in my son's mouth. I am keeping the pack and stone as proof. I am lodging this complaint.                             we have a good market for haldirams products in our city(anakapalli). day by day the goods from haldirams company has been growing as one of the most preferable food item for thousands of people. as mentioned above we are facing serious problem with ur Sales officer (bhupathi raja), super stockist (rajesh) since 1 year.we are the major point of the business of haldirams product not only for the shops but also for the customers from last 1 year.we could not serve ur customers up to the excellent satisfactory level because we are unable to get the total list of the products which we have placed and order at the super stockist. moreover that we are geeting only 50% of the productfrom the placed order.whenever we are having the serious conversation with the sales officer(bhupathi raja) and super stockist(rajesh) they are going to very serious extent taking that we will not allow u to distribute haldirams products in our city(anakapalli).but still we have successfully reached ur target in this kind of bad situations. so kindly lookin to this serious problem before the sale o[censored]r product comes down. shall i expect ur reply mail as soon as possible. please let me know the rights of the super stockist before this problem going in to a diplomatic.

                              Dear All, It is surprising to know that, Haldiram being a good brand and providing good range of products is unfortunately providing False product inside the Tin packs. We have purchased "Rasmalai" Tin pack from Reliance Fresh, which on opening was surprising to know that its packed with "Rasgulla" inside it where "Rasmalai Tikki" was mentioned in front of Tin print. Seeking this we again purchased two 2 packs each of "Rasgulla" and "Rasmalai Tikki", which again on opening was surprising to know that both the Tin packs contains same product inside it, which is a cheat to customers. If immediate action is not taken on this, then I will take this to higher escalation for justification and tampering on products. Thanks Anush - [protected]

                                Your 500g and 1kg namkeen packets don't have good quality zipper sealing. The zipper gets off easily.as you know your goods are most trusted all over India while travelling as well as in home too. Their zip gets off easily and the person gets very troubled.

                                  Found a piece of plastic and a hair inside the haldiram soan papdi box

                                  When I first opened the packet, there was a hair on the soan papdi. But I just ignored and removed it. But now when I was eating, I found a small plastic inside one of the piece of soan papdi. Since I could not avoid myself keeping quite, I am complaining you about this. I realized that it is one of the extra piece which is used to lock the plastic box....

                                  I purchased a pack of Meethe Meethe Pal contaning Rasgulla-500g, Gulab Jamun-500g and Moong Dal Halwa-500g from Malviya Nagr Market, New Delhi on 3/11/2013 for the purpose of prasad during Diwali Puja. As per the box, it was packed during Oct.2013, Expiry- Best before 4 months and cost of the pack is Rs.395/-. Inside the pack, there were three tins containing three items as mentioned. The pack of Moong dal Halwa is bearing batch no.F3, Mfg date Oct. 2013, Expiry- Best before Feb 2014 .We opened the pack, and as per instructions, contents were heated in microwave for 3 min. After the Puja, when it was taken as prasad, all were shocked to taste it. Instead of sweet, it was sour. It spoiled the spirit of festival. I have preserved the pack and tin with me and photo of same is attached. This complaint was sent to the Haldiram on 4/11/2013 through e-mail but they never replied.                                     Sir, We are very regular consumers of your Haldiram products. This is in reference to your above mentioned subject. I am shocked and amused on the behavior of your staff representing your very esteemed brand. I was very surprised that on the date of my daughter's wedding function, the sweet boxes were replaced by degraded form of sweet boxes. I ordered 20 boxes of 4 layered sweets and all the sweets were replaced by degraded version of sweets. I have spoken to the staff manager at Netaji Subhash but they are not responding properly. We as consumers consume your products because of the trust and reliability of your brand. At the function level its very important for a brand like Haldiram to keep their integrity intact. I have taken a very serious note of this matter, especially since the very trustworthy brand name “HALDIRAM” has broken our faith and is replacing the boxes like this with substandard material. I would like your company to look into the matter seriously and at the very earliest and not tarnish the longstanding goodwill of your national and international brand and company.
