i bought a haldhiram's bhujia from a place called koshi nearly 90 kms from agra towards delhi. its a small place on the national highway no-2, and i bought a haldhiram's bhujia packet of 50 gms.
50 gms haldhiram's bhujia packet is for Rs 10 but in that packet in the back side it is printed Rs 10 but at he front another price was printed as Rs 15 and the shop keeper charged Rs 15 from me.
clearly it as a case of fake pricing or duplicate product.
i am attaching pictures of the packet which i still possess and i am thinking of going to the consumer court and filing a case against haldhiram for this.

I wish to bring to your notice, Messrs Haldiram the non-delivery of Sweets & Snacks ordered and paid for in October 2009.

I am Ravi Mohan Macker staying in New Delhi India. I wish to state the following:

1. My sister & brother in law Dr. Shashi Khorana Ph.D. & Mr. Satish C. Khorana, Director in UNICEF New York, are the residents of 52, Riverside Ave, Connecticut 06878, USA.
2. In the month of 16 October 09, for Diwali & Bhai Dooj, I placed an order for Mithai’s & Snacks for my sister’s family.
3. The order was placed through your website on Messrs Haldirams USA, 15320 Valley View Ave Ste 1, La Mirada[protected], California, United States
4. The order had value o[censored]S$ 41.99, I was charged extra for quick express delivery.
5. Haldirams gave me order Conf No.# 2978
6. A copy of your Order confirmation is attached herewith for your ready reference.
7. I used my HSBC Visa Credit Card.
8. My HSBC Visa card has already been Charged, US$ 41.99 as the attached HSBC Bank statement will show. Meaning Haldirams has already received my money!
9. Sorry to say that this, Haldirams Merchandise is yet to be delivered to my sister even after three months.
10. Both myself & my sister’s family tried several times the USA Phone number[protected] given on your Website but it has remained un-answered.
11. My visit to your office in Gurgaon on Jaipur highway yielded no result. Only I was provided mobile phone number of one Mr. Sharma of Haldiram, which has remained unanswered for past 45 days.
12. Question is where are the Mithai’s & snacks for which I paid ?

5 KGS. OF KAJU KATLI PURCHASED FROM ABHINANDAN SNACKS PVT. LTD. NAGPUR INVOICE NO.327 DATED 26/12/2009. THE KAJU KATLI ARE PACKED ON SEPT. AND BEST BEFORE OCTOBER PRODUCTION BATCH 9P/96. HOW THE SAME SOLD IN DECEMBER. BEING THE FOOD ITEM. APPROACHING THE COMPANY REGIONAL SALES MAN HE HAS TAKEN LIGHTLY AND CONFIRM US TO GO FOR THE CONSUMER FORUM AS HE IS CONFIDENCE ON HIS COMPANY'S STRENGTH THAN THE SMALL CUSTOMERS INABILITY. NOW ITS ALL ON THE FORUM WHETHER SUCH ACTS OF THE COMPANY ARE ALLOWED IN THE MARKET. I DONT WANT ANY DAMAGES ONLY THING IS THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE COMPANY PEOPLE AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ADOPTED BY THE COMPANY.

I visited Haldiram's outlet at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, yesterday. The billed amount was Rs 70 and after 12.5% VAT the bill was Rs 78.75. But the bill had another amount which said Rounded Amount Received Rs 79.00.

They have charged an additional amount of Rs 0.25.

I am not sure if this legally allowed. If they charge same amount to about 1000 customers a day, they save Rs 250 a day which is about Rs 7500 a month, an employee's salary.

I have a copy of the receipt if required. The amount of Rs 0.25 is very trivial but the fact of over charging customers is not fair.

I HAD PURCHASED A PACKED OF HALDIRAM TASTY CHANA 200GM BATCH NO. 18D(30) EXPIRY DATE WAS 15/3/2010 THE CHANA WAS SMELLING SO BADLY THAT WHAT TO TELL.

The haldiram moong dal was filled with excessive salt that no normal human being can eat it.Moreover when it was brought to the notice of the general manager at haldiram,lajpat nagar,he was rude beyond limits.I think he was overconfident that nothing can be done against the company as it is an established brand.

Dear Sirs,

I am a credit card holder and had placed an order with the Haldiram USA on October 17, 2009 worth US Dollars 32.93 (Rs.1581.82) to be delivered to my daughter in USA. The Haldirams charged and received money from my credit card the same day. BUT they have not yet delivered the items ordered by me to my daughter (till November 12, 2009). Thus they have committed a fraud.

I was billed on October 26 and the last date of payment was November 12 (today). I have already made the payment of Rs.1582/- vide my cheque No.417486 dated 02.11.2009 on the Indian Overseas Bank. I was hoping till now that they would deliver the items to my daughter, but in vain. My credit card number is: [protected].

I have been sending them e-mails either to deliver the items to my daughter or refund my money. BUT they have miserably failed to reply. They have not even acknowledged my mails. This shows that they are doing it deliberately. It is a clear fraud committed by them.

I am a pensioner, having retired from a very senior position in CBI, without any income except pension. It is my hard-earned money and cannot afford to waste it.

I would, therefore, request you to kindly get my money back from Haldiram USA on the plea of having committed a fraud by them. If need be your esteemed Bank may mention in their mail to the Haldirams that they would not accept any payment to them on their behalf in future.

Dear sir ,

I had purchased one pack of chips brand name halka fulka m/d m/s Haldirams’s Food International ltd , Nagpur , having registered office in Mumbai. The pack having detail that is net weight 20 grams , having batch number 9P113B11 manufactured date 10.09 , MRP. Rs.5/- duly sealed air tight pack.

After purchase the pack from a retailer named M/s, Radhika Store, Durgesh Park, Kalher, Thane Bhiwandi Road, Thane, we found that the weight of the pack is 8 ( eight ) grams including the packet and the air inside in place of net weight 20 grams. Hoping that the pack is empty ,we did not open the pack and asked retailer to help me for the same and he advised us to contact the company directly.

After making complaint to the company one of the officer and also the C & F of the area replied that we are the big company and these type of small mistake take places, just ignore the matter and they did not take any action in the matter.

Sir, we are raising under mentioned points before you please take look into the matter :

1) that the product is ready food manufactured by a reputed Indian international company.
2) That the company had a turnover of more then 1500 crores and if these type of mistake take place and the C & F is also concern in the matter that means it will be done by the company regularly .
3) We hope or blame it as a clear cheating with the customer.

4) Haldiram brand is a reputed brand in VEG Food in India as well as in the International market.
5) How the company having these type of reputation can do such mistake. When they have full separate department and the quality control and the dispatch section.
6) After the pack it will again packed in a cartoon and it will also weighted before delivery to C & F , and C&F deliver the same to distributor and to sub distributor and then to retailer and lastly to consumer.
7) Company is not bothered about the quality and the quantity. They have ego that they are the international brand they can do every think and that are ok.

SIR WE CLEARLY SAY THAT IT IS A CHEATING WITH THE CONSUMER AND BY THIS WE MAKE COMPLAINT BEFORE YOU THAT THEY ARE DOING THESE TYPE OF MISTAKE TO GET MORE PROFIT BY CHEATING . IF THEY ARE DOING 10% OF THE TOTAL SALE THE CHEATING FIGURE IS MORE THEN 150 CRORES.

So please look into the matter and take the hard action against them.

My relatives have placed an order for some sweets through Haldiram USA website to be delivered in USA in Jan 2009. They say that delivery will be done in 3-6 weeks, but you know the product was never delivered. And if you try to reach there help desk no one picks the call and voice message is full.
They are very unprofessional and thieves. Please never never never use www.haldiramusa.com.
Otherwise you will loose your money.
it is a humble request to all.
Never use that website and never trust anyone in that company.

Haldiram Prabhuji is a sweet shop in Kolkata ! One of the main branch at Jagmohan Street, Burrabazar has a very poor organisation! I was made to wait for over an hour after the bill had already been made and when I would question the staff over there , they arrogantly and cruelly replied that they still were busy and so would not attend me ! This is a simple monopoly plan of Haldiram Prabhuji in harassing the customers. The staff behave with such a negative attitude that its very disgusting. I would take further actions in the consumer forum and make sure they get penalized and that it never ever happens with any other consumer!

I always use HALDIRAM products in all range because of its known quality and name in FMG market.

Yeserday my uncle had purchased HALDIRAMS SONA CAKE with BATCH NO. 9L.168[VI] PACKED DATE 17 JULY 2009 WITH BEST BEFORE DATE 16 NOV 2009 for me.

But after open it we saw that the containt of that packing was totally hard and tasteless. So I request you to do the necessary action related to my compalin as early as possible.

Sir,

I recently bought a Prabhuji Haldirams's Bhujia of 400gms. It had been labeled as packaged on Jul 09.
I found the contents were foul tasting and foul smelling, the product has been dated but was sold to me, under the pretence that it was fresh.

I got it from a grocery shop, present in the BJ market of Saltlake Kolkata.

I am really afraid of getting sick from consuming the product.

I have kept the packet with me for further inquiry

I visited Haldiram's Oulet situated between Gurgaob & Sohna on 6-july-09 at 10 pm. To me shock the staff refused to serve food. On top of that they were rude to us. I had asked guests from USA to try Haldiram's above Nirula's. But, to my disappointed the way we were treated it left me ashamed & embarassed.

I cant except such kind of rude behave from my FAVOURITE FOOD BRAND.

My name is MOHIT i went to haldiram in SITABULDI (NAGPUR) to enyoy famous rosgulla which bill no is 1234 dtd 27APR2009 @10:28:36 pm as haldiram is well known brand in food cahin i drove at lst 10 mile to enjoy this dish but that was not the value for money which i had expected when i tried to ask the staff personel he instantly refused to discuss about low grade quality and the cashier also gave me a terrible smile after bugging me up plz look into it .

a few days back i had purchsed a packet of salted peanuts by haldirams while eating it i realised 1 or two peanuts taste bad so i spitted it out on looking closely to i realised that there was something inside it ...
so i checked the rest of the packet properly on looking closely i found that one more of the peanuts in the pack has a mole sitting inside it.

next day i even called haldirams customer care # mentioned on the pack however their customer care dept doesn't even cares who is calling and whos not what 's the reason of the call as when i called that number the lady ho answered the call asked me what's the purpose of my call when i told her that i am calling to lodge a complaint she said she will transfer my call to someone which she did however no one answered . a couple of days later i got a call from haldirams asking me what 's my addrtess as soon as i told them that they hung up and never responded

Haldiram is selling it's Potatoes Chips in the market. Packing is 70 grams and MRP is Rs. 15.00. It is almost atpar with similar competetor's products. But the same product in same artwork packing but with less weight i.e. 36 gram almost half with Rs. 15.00 (same as 70 gram pkg.) MRP is sold through Cinema Halls, Railway Stations, Bus Stands where customers/consumers don't have the liberty to move around or bargain. The company is looting in lacs of Rupees on a daily basis and the poor consumer is bound to be looted as he has no choice and his movement is restricted in those circumstances. I have the packing of both weight with same MRP printed on them. The only difference is of weight. One has 70 gram and the other has 36 gram.

we are the reguler user of haldiram products on november 20 i had bought
haldiram 5 rasgulla tin batch no8T/74 manfacturing date 19-10-08 but total tin were
not in conssuming condition we thrown away the rasgulla in gutter and made complaint to
haldirams.com website but al gone in deaf ears so i request the forum to look this
matter and compensate the loss mentally financialy

I bought a packet of Haldiram, Navrattan namkeen from Gurgaon . There was a stone in it that came into my mouth and nearly broke my tooth.
