The driver and staff of hans travels are extremely rude and arrogant. They find themselves kings who could say anything to the customer. They question customer why will you sleep till so late. Intimate the passengers that we will leave you at the hotels where the customers are eating. This is happening to me two days in a row. I travelled from satara to indore on 2nd feb 2019 and now returning from indore to satara on 3rd feb 2019. Balbir singh is the worst behaved guy who is very rude and talks stupid stuff. The bus number is mp09 fa 8346. I can provide my further details if required. I m never travel in this bus again. Would be preferring paulo travels instead.

    My berth no. 27 has an iron bottle halder and a fall protection bar in either side where i'm supposed to rest my head. Towards the leg is a tv monitor. The berth size 24inches *62 inch...
    Am i to be caged and lie still to avoid hitting on either side by an iron rod. Pictures available.
    My height is 5feet 5 inch (65 inch) please help avoid any accidental injury. Roads are bumpy and tge driver is rash.
    I have to travel further 12hrs in same situation.
    I called up customer care explaining my situation but they were unable to address my concern.

      The worst experience with hans travels from delhi to indore up 75 at 1770 on[protected]. The bus was booked for 4 pmthe bus was late for more than 3 hours and it arrived at 7.45pm then the bus got breakdown 3 times in the journey of 350 km. And at last we are stuck in the road from last 3 hours. The bus condition and the service us totally bad. No response from the hans office as well as the customer care.
      Hans Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      As me and my family traveling to indore to raipur our experiuns is very bed by bus staff, he told me after journy ur ward is very bed condition and advice me to clean ur unit.is this mean pasenger of the bus is clean the sites.
      So what is ur responsibility
      They take 460 rs extra charges . and I have online paid ticket . when I reached hans traval office they take extra rs from mei need my refund pls [protected] jnfromed me

        Res sir /madam i booked ticket dewas to nagpur today 21.12.2018. Bus no up75/mp8713 their is connecting bus to indore. My pic up point is bhopal bypass. I was waiting for bus from 5 to 7 but no bus i get.. I call the men whose contact number i got from ticket from 5.30 but he not recived. I called him so many times till 6.15 but he not recived my call. Finaly reciving called he said u got wrong no contact company after speaking with them he give me bhopal company number. They said contact to indore in this time was 7.30. I called indore hans travels contact no they said picked any private bus or auto and come to indore we aaranged same thing. I picked auto at 7.30 at and came bus stop and got private bus for indore. When i was in bus pipliaana indore travels called me and said dont come we are not wait.. And no one support me i am single girl at night and completly new in this city to travel nagpur no one support me and speak very rudly... I will complaint in police after insisting me they adjust me in next bus it is very bad experience for me i never even travel in this bus. I have all phone history in my phone... How can any one beheve like this.

          Worst service i ever had. At the time of picking from wakad some other bus came delayed by 15 min, then on sangamwadi where we change the bus that one is also delayed by 20 min approx. We supposed to reach at destination by 9:15 but bus was delayed by 3 -4 hrs. Also due to some issue we have to change bus which has no facilities of blanket and space is too low. We reached indore by 12:30 pm where bus drop us outer side of indore near to bhawar kuan. Where i stay at geeta bhawan which cost me another 300 rs to reach at home in afternoon. I want refund of 50% otherwise will file legal complaint against bus management.

            Booked 2 tickets (Amt - 1400 rs) of indore to nagpur non ac hans travels bus on 07 nov 2018. Bus got failed in route 15 km away from betul in night around 4 am.
            After trying almost 1 hr bus didn't start and the driver told that some problem in engine.
            No other bus was arranged from them for the onward journey to nagpur.
            All passenger travelled by their own convinience till nagpur with a lot of trouble.
            No refund was arranged from hans travels.
            They are saying we will spoke with the driver.

            Sir I booked ticket from bhopal to jaipur on 23 dec 2018 such a long distance route paying 1800 rupee for the comfort I get seat no 36 and what I am getting broken sheet broken cover charging point with no working condition why are you taken 1800 rupee for these facility

              For pune to bhopal and the arrival time of bus in pune was 4:46. But bus was late about 1 hour and, the timming to reach bhopal was 12:45 pm next day, it was reached at 4 :30 pm, its about 4 hours late, due to which my train from bhopal to gwalior was missed i was traveling through shatabdi and the ticket pnr: [protected] of 965 rupees.

              My friend is travelling to indore from pune on 2nd november, she got seat no. 27, which is on end side of bus. It is very surprising that after some time few men boarded on the bus with out reservation & accommodate themselves (With help of bus conductor) to the end of the bus, exactly beside where my friend seat is. She is feeling very unsafe in this condition. Also got touched by some person (Not sure knowingly or unknowingly). This is very serious matter regarding women safety specially in night times.                 I was travelling from pune to indore, my pickup point at pune was sangamwadi parking no. 3 but auto rikshaw man dropped us at parking 2 by his unknowingly mistake still we were at parking 3 by 6:10 while the reporting time was 6:16. The bus driver called us at 6:09 and said "time pe aane ka na, kaha khade ho tum log (Talking rudely)".
                When the bus departured the video was enabled in our sleeper cabin but sound was missing so i called on the same number as the called me for the issue but he put down my phone while talking in a rude way to the bus attendant "are ye awaz chalu kar nahi to band kar yar isko, idhar gadi chalaye ya inka video" such a disappointment from a name like "hans travels"

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I had travel on hans travels on dated 02.09.18 from indore to pune which is bus number up75at1855 this bus is sleeper ac in which the ride got the following problems.
                  1) bus arrived around one hour late on the boarding point.
                  2) around 10 p. M in night bus suddenly stopped and when we asked the driver he said some issue is there is in the engine we are looking into it.
                  3) then around 12 a. M in night bus again stopped for around 2 hours on the highway and driver replied that we are waiting for another bus as some engine fault is there so you all will be transferred to that bus but some how the bus get started and then again around 4 a. M in the morning bus stopped.
                  4) i reached pune sangamwadi at 11.00, while we had to reach at 7.51 in the morning. My ticket was from indore to pune (Nigdi) but bus driver said that the last stoppage is in sangamwadi and we will wait for another 2 or 3 hours here and will not move from here. You can go by auto or cab to pune (Nigdi).

                  Please give me the following charges, which is has gone by my pocket.
                  A) my total ticket amount 1431 ₹.
                  B) auto fare total 400 ₹ pune sangamwadi bus stop to nigdi.
                  C) my time wastage due to which i dint went to office on monday and inconvenience charge is 2000₹.

                  Please justify, and refund my money back.

                        My parents were travelling from akola to indore. The driver of that bus was drunk and was driving very badly and once he just drove the bus over the divider. All the passengers got hurt. Also the condition of the bus was very bad. There was a leakage in the bus due to which seats were getting wet and passengers were not able to sleep and also not able to sit property. "you fools, taking so much fare from passengers and not even providing them with proper bus and comfort.
                        Have a look into this issue or else i have the full right to file a complaint against the hans travels for the fact that, one of its driver was drunk and in that condition he is driving.
                        I am very serious about it.

                          Im currently on board up75. At.1855 pune to indore, travelling with one framed mirror painting which is not possible to be kept in bus trunk for obvious reason. I told cleaner about same he replied “ok madam rakhlo seat par aapke pass”. Now at hault place he is asking for 200/- as luagage charges? By saying “yeh toh dena he padega”?
                          What kind of behaviour is this and why we need to pay extra for carry lugage untill its not a big good?
                          Staff is threating and taking loudly by saying dena he padega.

                          2. Bus hault took at a very remote and unsafe location, to be noted only hans buses came there and location is totally unsafe for women.

                          3. People who chose to book this bus service online are firstly got trapped with brand name where as real picture is bus has crowd or bumch of drunk people boarded on the way from outskirts.

                          4. Pathetic service from such a brand name.

                          This journey is going very terrible as im liternally threated by staff and totally scaring for any woman travelling alone.

                            If i am travelling from hans i expect a standard to be maintained in bus, driver has alloted seats to 14 adults and 7 childrens all (Labour class) in 3 sleeper seats, some are standing causing such an nonsense how these people will maintain hygiene i don't know. Driver has given them seats unofficially to extra money, atleast they have to maintain some standard and if they are giving seats than it should be alloted 1seat per head, no sense of adjusting around 21 people in three sleeper seat some are sitting on floors, extremely disappointed

                              Dear hans travels team,
                              We had been travel on hans travels on dated 03.09.18 from indore to satara which is bus number mp09fa8347 this bus is valvo multi axle sleeper ac.in which the ride got the following problems.
                              1) surviving a major accident that is in the moving bus both the wheels on the same side of the rear axle got out. Did not get even after finding 1 wheel. This is sefty related point. This incident is in front of rahuri agriculture college.
                              2) this incident happened at 3:30 am. Until 7:30 am, there was no contingency plan by hans travels.
                              3) after 4 hours of trouble by passengers, he shifted the passengers on single axle non-ac hans travels bus which number is mp09fa8350. This bus route is from indore to pune, in which bus is no space of till stood up. The child, elderly and woman was very much trouble. At this bus, we reached pune sangamwadi at 12:05, while we had to reach at 6:00 in the morning. My ticket from indore to satara but bus is drop in pune.
                              Please give me the following charges, which is has gone by my pocket.
                              A) my total ticket amount 1934 ₹.
                              B) hotel charges 1000₹ at pune.
                              C) auto fare total 225+200= 425 ₹ pune sangamvadi bus stop to hotel and hotel to bus stop.
                              D) ticket from pune to satara 458₹.
                              E) my time wastage due to which my meeting is cancelled and discomfort and inconvenience charge is 2000₹.
                              Total a+b+c+d+e= 1934+1000+425+458+2000=5817₹
                              Please justify, after this incident how will passenger are trust on hans travels.

                                  Yesterday i travelled with hans in multi axle volvo ac bus from indore to jhansi, such unhygenic bus, smelling like naala inside, khatmal were so many moving on me n my kids inside the bus, no lights inside, driver was driving so rashly n when i said to conductor to drive carefully as my 4 yr old daughter got hurt on her head due to rash driving, the conductor started shouting that he too got her so what i[censored]r daughter got hurt n shouted on me, i was travelling alone with my two kids so he took advantage that alone a woman wud not say anything much, my ticket was for 3, 202/ n it included bisleri n chips, they did not give bisleri or chips n when i got down on my stopage the man who took my one suitcase out of the bus was asking for 30 rs. More for my one suitcase, no one should travel with this hans volvo, all cheaters

                                    I travelled from surat to indore in bus mp-09-fa-5204 with pnr[protected]

                                    During journey at 2:30am, they transferred all passengers in an another bus (Which was travelling surat to indore) they exchanged passenger of one bus to another. I guess the reason behind is the permit of both buses in their respective states.

                                    Hans charges 800 rs aprox for this trip, but still customers have to face such kind of inconveniences at the mid night. This is really disgusting behavior from the travels.

                                      I was given miss information of the location of the bus where i was standing and i was calling the driver man phone number a guy named vimal kumar who was not even responding to my calls about where was the location of the bus and when he picked up i told him to meet me at dakkan vala kua and told him to halt for 10 mins for me and my female friend it was yet my worst experience till now as i called him and he just left the bus and when i came over there they said the bus has left so i called and abused him for leaving the bus even if i called him before and still he did not respond we changed our bus after 80kms of sitting i paid 1432 rs to the hans bus and then after coming he started scolding and harassing me and showing danda to hit me... Is this ur service i m not gonna stop now i m gonna call to the news reporter of times of india and shoot out a complain against the hans bus how can someone show power to the customer i was not wrong i came on time and i was calling him and he was not replying so what should i do i want my money to be refunded in my paytm account as soon as possible or else i m gonna shoot a complain in the newspaper if the money is not refunded and the person is fired
