Bus no:1770up75at1770, pickupmanno:[protected].. There is some internal problems in bus. I m travelling frm indor to delhi. At 4.00 am bus stopped at station near gwalior and till 10 'o clock it is there and thn driver told that we are not able to move from here so journey cancl.. Now we want our money back. We request to refund the money.. Bcoz time and money both wasted.

    Yesterday i travelled with hans in multi axle volvo ac bus from indore to jhansi, such unhygenic bus, smelling like naala inside, khatmal were so many moving on me n my kids inside the bus, no lights inside, driver was driving so rashly n when i said to conductor to drive carefully as my 4 yr old daughter got hurt on her head due to rash driving, the conductor started shouting that he too got her so what i[censored]r daughter got hurt n shouted on me, i was travelling alone with my two kids so he took advantage that alone a woman wud not say anything much, my ticket was for 3, 202/ n it included bisleri n chips, they did not give bisleri or chips n when i got down on my stopage the man who took my one suitcase out of the bus was asking for 30 rs. More for my one suitcase, no one should travel with this hans volvo, all cheaters

      I travelled from surat to indore in bus mp-09-fa-5204 with pnr[protected]

      During journey at 2:30am, they transferred all passengers in an another bus (Which was travelling surat to indore) they exchanged passenger of one bus to another. I guess the reason behind is the permit of both buses in their respective states.

      Hans charges 800 rs aprox for this trip, but still customers have to face such kind of inconveniences at the mid night. This is really disgusting behavior from the travels.

        I was given miss information of the location of the bus where i was standing and i was calling the driver man phone number a guy named vimal kumar who was not even responding to my calls about where was the location of the bus and when he picked up i told him to meet me at dakkan vala kua and told him to halt for 10 mins for me and my female friend it was yet my worst experience till now as i called him and he just left the bus and when i came over there they said the bus has left so i called and abused him for leaving the bus even if i called him before and still he did not respond we changed our bus after 80kms of sitting i paid 1432 rs to the hans bus and then after coming he started scolding and harassing me and showing danda to hit me... Is this ur service i m not gonna stop now i m gonna call to the news reporter of times of india and shoot out a complain against the hans bus how can someone show power to the customer i was not wrong i came on time and i was calling him and he was not replying so what should i do i want my money to be refunded in my paytm account as soon as possible or else i m gonna shoot a complain in the newspaper if the money is not refunded and the person is fired

            I m traveling from Mumbai to indore today, i was sleeping when my eyes opened to something that a girl would never want to happen in any journey. Rather would not want anywhere. A guy's hand was just above me trying to touch me but as soon as i opened my eyes he ran away back to his seat. I called the cleaner and told him everything, the guy came out and said what happened, i told him if he is not going to accept what he did, i know what to do. Then he started saying i m not saying you are wrong but i was going for bathroom and u must have thought... I clearly told him he was not going anywhere and i saw what he did. He still din't accept it but said sorry and the cleaner took him out. After some time he came back to his seat, when the cleaner came and asked him to get out he din't go and now he is sleeping in an upper seat peacefully whereas i m wide awake from fear that this might happen again and anger that no serious action is taken. I asked the cleaner to get me his id. He tried to ask him but the guy din't give and the cleaner left. I have still not got the Id and i dont know what to do next. There are no camera in the passage to record what he did. M traveling by Hans travels Ac by giving an extra few bugs to travel safe and sound and i have been travling for years now. Bus dropping point is nearer to my house than a train station or an airport, so its convenient for me. But this horrible experience has changed all the meanings for me. I m still sitting on my seat and he is sleeping. hope something is done about this otherwise it will be hard for me to travel next time, not only for me but also for my friends and family.

              My self Deepali kardak.
              I have travelled from kopargaon to indore on date 06.0 7.2018.
              I have booked 3 seats and for that online booking done.
              Seat no. is 13, 14, 15.

              Bus no is UP75M9506
              Driver no [protected]
              I have completed travelling but during same driver has taken 100rs extra.
              I have asked for reason but he told that 100rs required for your bags.
              I think its not correct behaviour of driver. Already i have given the all charges of seats then why 100rs took by driver.
              Kindly refund the amount.

                I booked a ticket from mumbai to bhopal volvo sleeper. But in indore they have changed the bus and gave me the sitting chatted bus.
                Please take some action against them as it is doing this fraud with every second person.
                They took the money for sleeper and gave semi sleeper bus. The difference of money should return by hans travel

                  I am on the way to indore, i booked my seat from lucknow and i was not provided with the blanket. Somehow i managed or you can say i was not in the need of blanket in the noon and early evening time but when i am asking right now for the blanket as it is a need against ac facility so the staff is saying that we do not have it. What should i say now as all of my stuff i gave them for the luggage as to get it locked in the boot space. Now i am sitting in the driver's cabin as i do not have blanket. May i know that what should i do in this case..???

                    I booked for ertiga (Car) for my journey of bhopal to indore.. Now he is sending in me in a/c bus which is already too much late... And he is saying the cab which you had booked is not here... You have to adjust in bus... I agreed then on next stop on sear of two he is forcing me to seat with another one where 2 people already occupied seats... What the # is this?

                    I have to reach indore by 7:30 at dhakan wala square (Which is in the city) accoring to time provided by paytm now bus staff is saying that bus will going only to phiphliyana square (Which is out of city).. And its 5:25 i am still in bhopal according to time bus has to depart from bhopal at 4... Now i will reach indore by 9pm.. And they will drop me out of city at phiphliya square.. I will have to pay extra cost for cab which will going to incurred to go in city.. Who will reimburse this? And what about my wasted time?

                      I have booked the ticket on 08.03.2018 from Hyderabad to Indore to travel on 28.03.2018 and i have received a SMS on 27.03.2018 at 5.45 PM informing me my booking is cancelled. I have contacted several times on the mobile number ([protected]) given on my ticket and requested them to make some other alternate and adjust me in some other bus. The persons on the calls were not responding to my calls and disconnecting my calls. i have my return booking in flight on 31.03.2018, I request to refund me my ticket amount along with flight ticket amount. the persons on the calls were very rude talking and behavior.

                      I booked ticket on 21 april 2018.
                      I booked 8 tickets from mumbai to indore on redbus, that time ticket price will be 815 rupee .I checked today the ticket price shows only 700 rupees.I cheated by hans travel.

                        The bus was lacking safety measures..the emergency hammer was mounted to the bus so it can't be removed & the emergency exit was guarded by iron rods..
                        how are we supposed to escape in emergency situations & are these safety measures just for show ? who will be responsible if some accident god forbid..
                        occurrs .. there should be stringent actions against this.

                        No space in bus, filled with local people witb additional charges given to driver and conductor. 2 hours delay of timing from indore to pune.                           Our material which was dispatched from mumbai to indore, is robbed. I went to collect the same at indore office, paid the delivery money of 80rs also, but then the go-down person told the material cannot be found and will search and give tomorrow. But its been 2 months now and still they are saying they are searching. I asked to give it in written on the bill, but they are denying it. I am sure the employees there are the robbers and the whole of hans group also. This is not the ethics how business in done in these days. I lost the money of the matrial also and thhe valuable time when i required the material on urgent basis. Any way its a lesson learnt and precaution to be taken not to do business with such robbers. Be ready for the post on social media..:- (

                            Bus no. Is - up75at1770- route - delhi to indore. Current location - shivpuri link road.

                            1. Bus conductor and driver had allowed local passengers from. Murena in consideration of receiving low amount from them who don't have tickets and they are forcing me to change my seat and allowe some one else on my seat, i have done online ticket.
                            2. Bus conductor is abusing and he is drunken.
                            3. Washroom is dirty.
                            4. Blankets and bedsheet are dirty and smelling.
                            Take action immediately please

                              While booking company employee says - yes we have all facility available in bus even ladies toilet also there but when you travelling and ask for ladies toilet then they replied - no mam, its not working and even ask for stop the bus at petrol pump and proper area they said not allowing by travels but on same time if they wanna take tea they can stop bus on any abnormal place even there no toilets for ladies.

                              Its compulsory by rto even they guys ignoring and not providing basic facility.

                                Sir date 11/01/2018 ko hamara pick up point pushapa park malad se bus no 1899 up 75at se tha laikin pick man somnolence ne hame pick nahi kiya... Sirf highway cross karne ka us ne wait nhi kiya... Jab k ham pahunch gaye the ham sirf 5 minutes late huwe traffic ki wajah se us ko maine call kiya to somnik ne andheri ane ko kaha... Andheri me aneed ka bad b us ne hame received nahi kiya... Is ki galti ki wajah se mentally aur physically muze bahut pareshani aur taktakleef huwi... Meri puri family mere sath thi is liye maine 3 seat book kiya tha.... Fir hame private taxi karke thane point par jana pada... Jis ka bill 1500 rs. Huwa... Ye sab us haramkhor kutta kamina somnik ke karan huwa hai... Hans travel ki service very bad poor carless hai... Is bad services ki vajah se hame rupyo ki bharpaayee chahiye... Hamre sath sath chote baccho ko b bahut pareshani huwi hai...

                                  I have booked a ticket from indore to bhopal 2days before for my office meeting on 9th jan morning 7.20 at vijay nagar,,, neither they confirm me the bus no. & driver contact no,, at the last time they changed the pickup point & also when i called them they said bus has cancelled.. And we are going to shift you in another bus which is on 8.15am,,,,

                                  Very very bad service,, time waste,,, money lost,, no policy of money refund, please think twice before travel...

                                      I dr shrikant asawa along with my son yash asawa are travelling to shirdi today ie 29.12.17 in bhopal pune ac sleeper coach bus starting at 5.45 pm from bhopal lal ghati hans office. Inspite of exorbiant charges for online booking i m forced by the staff to keep luggage on sleeper upper birth 11 and 12. This is causing a lot of harrasement and discomfort for overnight journey. Literally we are forced to sleep half folded in difficult postures. The lights are not working. The video is not working. The reasons are best known to hans administration. This is pitiful and agonizing journey. Even the blankets are not provided inspite of paying more than 4000 rupees for a small journey bhopal to shirdi.

                                      Still travelling in hans. At indore. Was told that the luggage will be placed in luggage cabins. In indore they refused to place luggage in cabins. On resistance found the passenger luggage cabins filled with transport goods. Now my luggage placed in the bus under last seat. Worried for my belongings. Also the staff was arrogant. One was drunk. Inspite of official online complaint there response was they will revert back after 3 days.
                                      Horrifying shocking experience.
                                      Mental and physical harrasment
                                      Exorbitant charges with no regulatory control.

                                        Hello sir,
                                        My name is vipin jain i was travelling from gwalior to indore (04/12/17) with my wife and my 2 years kid by bus of 11.30pm... I would like to say that i was worst ever experience of my life..ac of bus became was non-working (U can confirm from your bus operator) from gwalior to indore, we were highly suffocated in the bus, even my child couldnt breath properly.. And the staff of bus were continously smoking.. Bus was late 2.30 hours as its usual time... We could sleep overnight.. And our next day was fully disturbed, we could not go for our work...
                                        Hence, i would like to claim for refund my money.. As this travel does not worth it this time... Thanks
