I have two complaints
1. The departure time of bus was 11:20 am from boarding point rajeev Gandhi circle near temple indore but it was delayed by 40-45 minutes late and bus dropped us approximately 2-3 kms before destination
2. Before I booked tickets through red bus we called to helpline no of Hans travels to ask about washroom is available or not in bus then reply came that yes there is washroom available in bus also but on journey date when I stepped in bus there was no washroom available .I have recording about this conversation of washroom in bus or not .
So please look into matter .

        I am travelling from indore to karad on 15 jan 2021. Bus operators (staff) gives 2 passenger sleeper seat to 8 passenger illegally and in covid time this affects our health so please take action on this and save your reputation.

          They have cancelled the ticket on the same travel day. Also iam not received my refund money.

              Driver took wrong route and left me 6.5 km out of Shivpuri towards Guna early in morning at 4:15 am in chilly winter. Looks like un-professional atitude of Hans travels staff.
              Strict action is required against driver.
              It was very unsafe too in dark morning.
              Shall never plan to go by Hans travels.
              THE WORST EXPERIENCE with Hans travels.

                  Hello

                  I am traveling to Hyderabad by hans travels bus no UP78FN5313. This bus was stopped working last night so they arranged a new bus now again this is full villege people laying down in balcony.
                  They are not taking right route to Hyderabad.
                  Now the journey became of 24 hours.

                  Please help people from these travels who are not bother about public even for 1 %.

                  They took halt at hotel where there is no facilities for fresh up.

                  Tyre got punctured two times.
                  No social distance is maintained
                  Even the bus is more looking like garbage.

                      We are 5 passengers travelling on 7th dec 2020 from Rajnandgaon to Indore.
                      1) The bus come 5 hrs late as per the schedule.
                      2) The bus operator tell us to change the another bus from nagpur.
                      3) The other bus condition is already very poor and it got stucked between the journey.
                      4) We have to take another bus from there that too with extra fare.
                      Request to refund my all money back.
                      Per person fare is 1600 Total fare 8000 inr.

                        There is absolutely no covid rules and regulations among the bus driver and other people's absolutely no hygine, they were showing us customers the wrong pictures and details about the bus and of the journey . No Toilet no sanitizer no TV and absolutely no punctuality. They just called me and said The bus departure timing has been preponed to 2 hours an still I got late to my destination by 2 hours. This really is a waste of Money.

                              बस के टिकट जो है वह 1200 / - रुपये का है। लेकिन पहली बार मैंने हंस ट्रैवल्स में इतनी घटिया बस जो कि 100 rs पर भी लायक नहीं है। मैंने इसे बार-बार स्टॉप लेना देखा। हर जगह सवारी चाहना ना तो बस का कोई मेंटेनेंस देखना तो खत्म हो जाए। खटिया बस मैंने आज तक नहीं देखी थी।

                                PNR No.[protected], Seat No. 23 & 24, Name: Mr. Anil Sharma, Indore to Vyara Dated 23th November, 2020.
                                They seated in the Bus No.6050, Driver Name: Mr. Mohan & Mr. Bansidada (Mob. No: [protected]).
                                The passenger have 2 luggages with them. For that driver Mr. Mohan ask to give Rs.600/- for their luggage.Then Mr. Prakash Jain (Mob No:[protected]) & Mr. Sanjay Lunavat talk to that driver and driver say that i didnt asked for any money to passenger and he also say that he will not ask for any money to that passenger but when passenger land at vyara, driver was not giving their luggage to the passenger. And at last driver take Rs.200/- and then he give their luggage to the passenger. The passenger faces too much trouble. When Mr. Prakash Jain talk to Mr. Bansidada he told that do the complain and he also says that what company will do on that matter. Today also Mr. Prakash Jain make a call to Mr. Bansidada And he says that make a complain.

                                    I have booked two seats from Nagpur to Raipur, seat no. 7 &8, bus timing is 3:30 am from Nagpur, and I get a call from Hans travel that your new ticket has been sent to you and now your bus will start at 7 am instead of 3:30am and if you cancelled your ticket you won't get any type of refund ... I again checked the list of buses on hans travel app and the booking was open for that bus of 3:30am .. unnecessary my ticket has been transferred to another bus... I was coming from 20 hours journey to catch that bus and at the end i had to loose that bus ... I faced a lot of damage and waste a lot of time because of this uncertain event.
                                    Kindly look in to the matter and provide a proper compensation for wasting my time and damage within 15 days from 10th November 2020.
                                    In case of failure, I will go for a the judicial proceeding against Hans travels.

                                      I have booked a bus ticket from Mehkar to Raipur PNR[protected] on 8th Nov 2020 but the driver or nobody called me to pickup. I was taking continuous follow-up however the driver was anguishly talking and was providing false information of the bus location. This is very bad service from Hans travels and my one day has lost.
                                      I request you to check for any alternatives to transfer this ticket for tomorrow or please refund my money.

                                        Another thing is the bus is overcrowded, in my seat that is seat no 22 which is single upper seat, 2 unknown person are already sleeping there, I told them to get out of there after some time they leaved the birth,
                                        When I go through the bus it is overcrowded, it is 2+1 bus, but at the seat of 2, 4 people are seating, and at the place of one seat 2 people are sleeping, and these people r so annoying keep talking whole night,
                                        Worst journey ever
                                        Not at all concerned about covid 19 pandemic, no safety measures, nothing, I feel like I am fooled by this hans travel or I am actually a fool facing all this and writing this ### to you...
