I booked my ticket by Amazon yesterday ur rest point was so bad they leave on road for 11 hrs at Indore an yet your bus not stopped on any dhaba for food. N Washroom staff is rude and my single seat merge by other pessangers I want take my action n refund my ticket
I promise I will never booked again by your company

    I have booked two seats from Nagpur to Raipur, seat no. 7 &8, bus timing is 3:30 am from Nagpur, and I get a call from Hans travel that your new ticket has been sent to you and now your bus will start at 7 am instead of 3:30am and if you cancelled your ticket you won't get any type of refund ... I again checked the list of buses on hans travel app and the booking was open for that bus of 3:30am .. unnecessary my ticket has been transferred to another bus... I was coming from 20 hours journey to catch that bus and at the end i had to loose that bus ... I faced a lot of damage and waste a lot of time because of this uncertain event.
    Kindly look in to the matter and provide a proper compensation for wasting my time and damage within 15 days from 10th November 2020.
    In case of failure, I will go for a the judicial proceeding against Hans travels.

      Hi,

      I have booked a bus ticket from Mehkar to Raipur PNR[protected] on 8th Nov 2020 but the driver or nobody called me to pickup. I was taking continuous follow-up however the driver was anguishly talking and was providing false information of the bus location. This is very bad service from Hans travels and my one day has lost.
      I request you to check for any alternatives to transfer this ticket for tomorrow or please refund my money.

        Boarding point: dreamland square in front of state bank, mhow

        Bus arrived at 12:30 am it's 2.5hr late when I asked driver about this he told me to complain his so called seith ( boss)
        Another thing is the bus is overcrowded, in my seat that is seat no 22 which is single upper seat, 2 unknown person are already sleeping there, I told them to get out of there after some time they leaved the birth,
        When I go through the bus it is overcrowded, it is 2+1 bus, but at the seat of 2, 4 people are seating, and at the place of one seat 2 people are sleeping, and these people r so annoying keep talking whole night,
        Worst journey ever
        Not at all concerned about covid 19 pandemic, no safety measures, nothing, I feel like I am fooled by this hans travel or I am actually a fool facing all this and writing this ### to you...

        None of the customer care number is working, tried all indore office number all are forwarding to the same recorded msgs... Asked the conductor and driver for the same but they are not providing me any contact number where I can complain

          As I booked 2 tickets (PNR[protected] on 25 oct 2020 for Varansi to Goa.
          But they drop us only Kolhapur.
          When I complained to Indore office for refund they told your payment will credit in your account.
          I've make them many calls, every time they are saying same statement, "We will credit your payment at 12 O clock"
          I'm feeling as I'm cheated.
          There Executive saying same things by changing his name, Our senior will come we will pay. But still I didn't get my refund.

            I had booked baggage courier service 22 October from Delhi To Pune LR NO is 4462
            It takes generally 2 to 3 days to reach pune but after 8 to 10 days I haven’t received my baggage. I tried to call all your CC no Delhi Indore and Pune but no one is replied. It is very disappointment that whatever service you provide to us. My baggage is pending at your Indore Stop and no one is forward to Pune. I will go to consumer court if i am not received my package till tomorrow

              The worst travel services from Hyderabad to Indore and vice versa, no punctuality no proper maintenance don't no staff how to behave with customers really very bad experience

                The bus journey from Kolhapur to dhule, journey start date 24 October 2020, met with an accident near Pune at shikrapur at 3 am and there is no arrangement/ arrival of new bus till 11 am in the morning...This is highly unexpected and irresponsible action from hans travel and quick action needs to be taken on the same...we expect repayment of our bus fare when the bus operator is not taking on responsibility of their failure

                  I(Sagar Bangali) booked 2 bus tickets of Hans Travels (Biaora to Delhi) on 19 Oct 2020 for 20 Oct 2020 from Goibibo app. Bus scheduled departure time was 18:15 from Biaora bus stand. I reached bus stand by 17:30 and called pickup man to enquire about the current status of the bus, he said bus is late by 1 hour so will pick you up by 19:15, again i called him at 19:15 but this time he said there is some technical problem in bus so mechanic has arrived just now & by 20:30 we will pick you. He didnt arrive by 20:30 then my wife called him this time he said it will further take 3 or more hours or else you can cancel the ticket, i straight away called customer care & told them to refund the amount but they refused & said you can wait for the bus. I went back home booked a private taxi as i have some serious plans with family so i had to reach delhi on time which costs me around 15000. So my question is why you people cant refund my amount if you bus is down with technical problem? Do i responsible for this? Please refund the amount at the earliest or i will prosecute you.

                    I booked ticket from jaipur to bhopal and route was jaipur to indore then connecting bus through indore to bhopal . When I called the hans travels, first of all the numbers are invalid, then if rings then they are not picking the calls. No response from the staff.The staff is not cooperative and service was very poor . Please go with another travels. Not satisfied with hans travels . 1/5 rating.

                      Booked ticket from bhopal to manmad. Timing was 5 pm to 3:21 am. It was sleeper class bus and seat number was selected 25. However i did not get same facility whatever i booked. Below some point
                      1- bus was not sleeper it was chair car.2-bus was not started on right time it delayed by 1:30 hour. Which can cause further delay my next train from manmad.
                      4- selected seat was 25 but not given as per booking.
                      5-conductor asked to change seat sit on 18 where ac was broken to much cold air coming was not sit at all.
                      6-another traveler was come and asked to me change my seat because he booked seat 18.
                      Looks like there was no proper arrangements.
                      7-i asked to conductor he said sit wherever he will get the seat.
                      I felt i m going in local bus
                      After all this drama i got to know sleeper class bus no working so they can change chair car. I was not comfortable with all these concern and not happy by this service please take some action against hans travel. And provide me full refund. Thanks

                          First of all the time given was 6:55 but bus was 1 hour late and when we entered the seat no. Booked i. E. 2f was given to some other person for much money amount and my mother who is old aged was given last seat and she had to suffer a lot. Completely dissatisfied with your service and further will never recommend your bus services.

                            I have booked a ticket from Indore to Jaipur Hans travels by redbus of RS 2000 for A/C BUS on 9 Aug 2020 but they said AC BUS is not available you have to Go through non A/C bus then said they said you have to give 1600 for non A/C I said ok, they said we LL transfer remaining 400 RS to your a/c from which you booked the ticket but till now no money is refunded and when my cousin goes to collect cash from the Indore Hans travel counter they said the ticket you bought is of 1000 RS and they are giving 100 RS to my cousin, what the hell is this, you people think we are fools, wait Hans travels I am going to mail each n every possible authority regarding this about your company, redbus yesterday again contact me for the second time n this to time they give me the number of vikas malviya of Hans travels to talk regarding refund of money, redbus said to me wait for Sunday then call him on Monday regarding refunding of money tommorow I'll call vikas for refund if he ll not provide me the refund or not talking to me with proper behavior I'll again reach to redbus n mail them n mail all consumer forum regarding this matter, redbus I think too making fools to customer by just talking n taking good feedback from their customers before the complainer matter gets resolved, guys don't waste your money by not taking refund for their mistakes, if we do that that's why they are doing these cheap things with the customers, raise your voices please.

                                  30 passengers were traveling in this bus in such a pandemic time bus air conditioner and fans were not working since the starting of journey all passengers were suffocating, they were using their safely measures if anything will happened to any one of them hans travell will be responsible for that. When passenger complain to bus driver, conductor and cleaner one of them started abusing and threaten them. Some of the families were with their children in bus whole time all were facing breathing problem and no one slept whole night

                                    I booked a ticket from kanpur to jaipur from red bus application for hans travells
                                    The bus opperator cancelled the bus without any prior information due to which i couldn't travell the refund has also been initiated
                                    I strongly oppose what has happened with me and i want a strict inquiry about why haven't i received the info earlier

                                        2 nos. Bus ticket was made from indore to orai for 11.07.20. But due to covid-19 lockdown in up, have to cancel the 2 nos ticket on night of 09.07.20
                                        The travelling person are, shiv kumar and manoj kumar.

                                        But the ticket refund amount of rs. 1800 as message shown during cancellation has not been return /credited to the card hold bank account.

                                        So, please refund the money as soon as possible. As you know life is very hard this days financially due to covid effect.
