This is to inform that yesterday we booked at ticket from baroda to ratlam which was not in route. It was connected with indore. We searched hans travels no.in google one land line no was found which was not reachable hence we booked. After booked we got complet details like contact no. Journey details. I reached at boarding point. But bus was not in good condition. Secondly, these was taking long distance. So much time to connect ratlam. That's why i didnt use it.
I tried to cancel by 22.30 but not able to do.
Request to refund my 750. Rs.
So that we will prefer to visit in hans travels unless no one trust on ur service.

    I have a confirmed ac bus ticket for 20.02.2020, but sinche they came to know its long weekend they told me the bus got cancelled and shifted me to volvo bus and forced me to pay extra money

    On checking on portal for increasing the previous bus fare they deleted the bus saying its cancelled and again uploaded same bus with hike in tkt from 900 to 1300
    Hans Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I was traveling form nanded to indore and arrival time of bus was about 10.15pm but comes on 12 30am and even at stop there is no any office for passenger to seat. They told me to seat another bus's office near to stop and even it closed. And thodi der was completed by 12.30AM. I was alone sit beside road for bus.

      I have booked a parcel from indore to lucknow on 15 feb. By paid booking amount rs 200. The person who gave parcel at lucknow named harsh asking rs 20 from receiver. When i told him over phone that it is already paid he told me it is required... Otherwise it will not hand over to you. What is the sense of advance booking amount. Please talk at lucknow office.

        Today morning near sendhwa bypass driver stopped the bus by saying that bus is not working something pump issue, after the tragedy he has accompanied some passengers to other bus till some passengers from bhopal and indore wouldn't get space, now scenario is that the person and driver are too shameless and don't enough have manners to talk with the passenger suffering from high cold and all the passengers have been dropped down from bus this is the major concern need to take strict action against hans travels.

        I have booked ticket from jaipur to ondore today. I have done payment through paytm my payment has been confirmed from paytm but i have not received any confirmation from your side. I didnot received any pnr no for my booking .

          I am traveling from pune to rajnandgaon dated jan 14, 2020. Just boarded asked simple question on what is the expected arrival time at rajnandgaon. To this driver denied answeringand started yelling. When asked from helper, he started arguing and shouting for a simple soft question.
          What's type of people are hired by hans travels.
          This is my 2nd bad experience with hans wrt timing
          Ps bus was supposed to leave around 3.45-4 from sangamwadi which is already late by 30 minutes.

            I booked a ticket kanpur to indore online via paytm on date 11.12.2019..
            It was 6:30 bus departute time. But i have not been infromed via bus management that bus delayed due to some reason.. And bus delyaed by almost 1 hour after all doesn't pick up passenger.. What is our mistake it is totaly driver and management mistake..
            I attached my ticket.. Id number pls chek it properly and refund my money valuble time claim..

              I lost my redmi 5 phone which costs 11000 along with 6000 rs cash i need it back otherwise i will place an fir in the police station the cash was all in 100 rs note and my redmi 5 phone was of black colour and was packed in a red coloured mi box my phone was cost of rs. 11000 and the cash was exactly 6000 rs..in 100 rs notes... This incident took place after 11 o clock at night during the journey from prayagraj to bjopal and after coming home when i checked my bag the things were missing and i immediately need it back...

Jiska jhansi se chale ka time 11:55pm bataya gya... Me 11:30pm ko boarding point (Soho hans travel) pahuch chuka tha. Me gaadi ka wait kr rha tha.. Pr jab departure time se uper ho gya to drive ko call kya.. Driver ne call receiv nahi...

                If you are delaying by more than 1:30 hours and because of that i am missing my train my meeting etc then what should i say about such company.. I am traveling from bhopal to indore to pune and have to go bijapur for government meeting and because of this carelessness my whole time money and energy got lost.

                MP09FA5707 Bus failed near kannad at 02.00 a.m. Still waiting for substitute vehicle. Now at 5.30a.m. still waiting for vehicle.Bus is full with registered & unregistered passengers.

                  I had booked my ticket through red bus for hans travels from indore to dabra on[protected], firstly they provided another travels bus in place of hans travels and that bus is stuck in dewas just few km run from indore.. At night 11:20 pm.. What the problem we are facing.. Not any arrangements from there side and not any chance of bus recover.. And they not even also refund our amount..                     I have booked ticket today from indore to gwalior pnr:[protected]. My complaint is that i have a boarding point from piplyana square and me & my brother was talking to your bus attendant from 9:10 pm on this no [protected]. I also asked him about the exact location and i was standing there for 45 mins and the location was wrong which he told me. He came to piplyana and left from there and we were standing another side of piplyana square, he didn't even call us and company provide a sheet in which details of pessangers are written. Without calling us bus lefted from our boarding point and we were waiting. Then i called him again and he was shouting on me that he has picked 3 passengers from piplyana but he didn't check their tickets. After that i had to rush from piplyana to bombay hospital with the speed of 80 km/hr. The problem is that i always booked from hans travels and this is the worst thing happened with me and it was very very bad experience. Your services has been very bad. Please give proper training to your bus attendant because this effects hans travels image a lot.

                      Poor bus condition, i'll behaviour by driver and conducters, overloaded bus, rough driving, extra drunk and dirty passengers onboading on the way. Forcefull sleep if conducter on passenger seats by misbeaving and flighting and scolding customers and conducter slwping seat was sold for extra money. Still bus is running late by 3 hours. Tried to workit out with driver, conductor and us operator, even raised it on 100 no to police, nobody is helping. Bus no mp09fa5706.

                      All o[censored]s are getting sick, no sleep at night, kindly help.

                        The bus driver and conductor was drunk and drive.
                        He try to sexual abuse me by touching my back and saying if i don't follow her instructions he will drop me on road between journey.

                          Sir i have booked ac sleeper seat from pune to bhopal of 3200 for rajwinder, female, 27 yrs on 25 oct 2019.
                          Bus departed at 7.50 from vikan nagar, in indore they have changed the bus and made us sit in seated bus and rajwinder was sitting on staircase as there was no seat and she was in hurry because she has to board shatabadi at 3.
                          Now they are saying they will reach bhopal at 4 pm and timming given there is 12.45 in case they get late i can consider 2 hrs at max.
                          These buses are charging too much but they don't have back up and because of them she will miss her shatabadi in which she got seat in tatkal in ac 1 which costs 1670 i am sending u messages having booking with bus and train.
                          Pls help us in getting refund from indore to bhopal and refund for our tatkal ticket

                            I am traveling via Hans bus MP09FA9962
                            JABALPUR TO INDORE.
                            This is very inappropriate to halt in the mid night knowing female passenger on board where no safety, no proper and safe washrooms available for them.kindly take take this matter seriously.
                            This place of halt looks horrible many other female passengers were feeling awkward too.so being leading travel agency you must take note of this and try to avoid at least in night journey.

                              Sir i had given bus parcel (02 carton box) on 03 oct 2019, to neeta travel in hyderabad to hans travels in indore. They had told parcel will delivered on 05 oct 2019. On 06 oct 2019 my client go to hans travels in indore from dhamnod (Distane approx 80 kms). They told the parcel not received and come tomorrow. My client returned back to home. Again on 07 oct 2019 my client's relative go to hans travel and they told parcel not received, my client and i, called hans travel and neeta travel, they told parcel will be arrive at 18:00 hrs on 07 oct 19, i called at 19:30 hrs but they told come tomorrow. On 08 oct 19, i called nikhil he told parcel arrived, come and collect parcel. On 09 oct 19 my client's relative gone to hans travel and they told parcel not received. I and my client called so many calls to neeta travel and hans travel, but whereabout of material not find out. Both neeta and hans travel complaining each other. My client told me that he will not give product cost 23, 950.00. He told that he wait for 06 days for product & he got fed up and told it is my mistake, so he will not give my money. Sir i had in tension and fed up with these transport persons. I had a retired soldier. I am doing small agriculture business. With these transport issue i had lost my customer and i loss so much of time and my energy with talking with them and i get embarassed. So pls compensate of rs. 23, 950.00 from them. I had phone calls record and bills also. I had sent so many parcels, but this is the worst service by hans travels staff. So kindly solve this issue and tell them to pay my lost money. Hyderabad person told i sent you talk to indore person, indore person told they don’t received the parcel. Sir please solve this issue and told them to give my money 23, 950.00

                                Dear Team,

                                This is with reference to my PNR number[protected], seat number 3(M), 9(M) travelling date 24th Oct. 2019. I'm sorry to inform you that I won't be able to make it due to unavoidable circumstances, hence I would like to cancel my booking.
                                I kindly ask you to acknowledge the receiving of my request and to confirm the cancellation of my booking. I really hope to make it some other time should the opportunity arise.

                                Therefore when i initiated a telephonic call for refund from your help-desk (Ph.: [protected]) located at Indore, i was surprised to learnt that whole amount will not be refunded! As this cancellation is within 48 hrs. of booking i don't find any reason to charge any cancellation fee.
                                Initiate my refund after cancellation of both the tickets as early as possible & revert on same.

                                Enclosing all the relevant documents for your reference & better understanding.

                                  I am from indore my luggage is coming from raipur and the bus was late. I called office and ask when the bus will reach indore they told we dont have any idea about reaching as it is late and office boy give driver number ‭[protected]‬ and i called him and he refuses to talk me again i called him after 30 mins he told me don’t irritate me by asking when the bus will reach call office for knowing when it will reach he was very rude to me for no reason and i hope you take action for this.

                                      Bus was booked of 9:40 which is from indore to pune and it has been delayed for 2 hours. Like seriously?? This is your service and even no single msg or call was dropped to inform about the delay.
                                      Your bus service need to be on time or atleast need to inform the passenger. Since last 2 hours we are sitting in hans travel office only and tommorow is my interview if i won't be able to reach on time then who will be responsible??
