    I have booked 2 tiket from Malkapur (Buldhana) to indore.
    Details as "Booking PNR[protected] Bus Info - Bus No:0936UP75AT0936, Bus Suffix:, PickupMan No:[protected], Driver No: [protected], Driver2 No: ." - MANTIS.
    Date of travelling is 8th July 2021
    The pickup man called us at 10.16 PM and said that bus left from aashirwad hotel nandura .. and reach to Malkapur stop within 30 minutes. You please come early.. i told him that reporting time is 11.30PM, he said that the bus is running 30 minutes before time.. we hurried and came early to stop.
    And called picked man..
    The bus operators said he just now left aashirwad hotel...

    Its mean that he lies with us at first time...

    This was not fair... The ticket is booked for two female passanger.. they were standing on Highway at midnight for a long time..

    I am very disappointed with the Hans travel services and decided not use hans service in future.

        Dear Team,
        My family travelled in the hans travel bus on 3 july 2021 from jaipur to indore with PNR no.[protected] at time 03-jul-3031 9:25 pm pickup and 8:25 am (4-jul-2021) in indore .
        We have booked AC bus but AC of the working is not working and got demand many times at we reach the destination on 3: pm 04-jul-2021 instead of 8:25 am .
        We have faced many issues while travelling, as my work also gets hampered because we have booked the return ticket for the same days .
        Due to being late, I have not completed my work.
        At the time of return we booked a ticket with - booking id[protected] but this time has been updated and we have booked the ticket for seat 1, 2, 3 due to kids .
        Bus has been changed with the time being updated as 10 :00 pm and still not also updated as 23, 24, 25 and reached late at 12:00 .
        Kindly consider this as the complaint otherwise I will raise the concern further .
        Requesting you to kindly Refund my amount for all the ticket with above PNR and booking id .
        I have booked the ticket through paytm app.

          Dear Hans Travels,

          My wife sonali choure seat no.15 has traveled on 7th june ftom Indore to Shivpuri by AC bus and your staff members harrased her, and droped her at unkown place amd said we will not drop you.

          I called so many times on your customer care but they saying go first pick your wife from jungle and then never compalint ouf mens.

          This is how you treat a alone women travelling with your bus.

            Please take suitable action what i am sharing with you.

            I have booked bus tickets for my parents which was scheduled on 04.Jun.2021 07:30PM

            Parents received call from Hans for changing bus time by 05:20PM reporting time. However, bus was reached there by 06:45PM.

            Then bus dropped them somewhere on a hotel and then their struggle was started to catch another bus of Hans.
            They have waited almost an hour in the mid night and then finally they catch the bus by 02:00AM.

            Now pls tell, after charged rs 1000/- per person, is this your service to treat the customer??
            Also pls note this is pandamic everywhere and you must try to keep them safe while they travel with you.

            Give me reason on mail otherwise i will take it up further.

              On 6 May I tried to book my journey from Morena to Indore. 760 rs deducted but ticket was not issued. Later on talking with customer care he assured that money will be refunded to my account. I booked another ticket and I was charged 784 rs. Today is 13 May, my money not refunded into my account. I'm attaching screenshot of the payment. Please refund my money.

                I booked a ticket of Hans Travels, asking the employee whether it's an AC bus. The employee took the money and booked my ticket...but it was for Non Ac.
                I asked for a refund since its unethical to loot money on based on wrong information.
                Highly disappointed in this Travels.
                I wonder if anyone will like to travel with this Travels...since all they want is money.
                No human values..atleast provide right information.
                There was no refund done...all they do is take your hard earned money like it was nothing.
                In times of Covid 19 where people are already tensed about money, I am highly disappointed.

                  i have online booked ticket from indore to durg (C.G.) for 20.03.2021. My PNR number is[protected] . but bus cancel in above date due to technical problem. i am contact to hans travels customer for refund to my amount but till date not refund to amount. he said amount credit in your account between one or two days. but one month done my amount not credit in my account. please solve to my problem and refund to my amount.

                    I am travelling from Indore to Gorakhpur in the bus:
                    Bus No:6569UP78FN6569, for Indore-Gorakhpur, Hans Travels (I) Pvt Ltd. PNR No:[protected], Pickup:Dhakkan wala kua indore, Pickup man:Arvind0214, Pickup Man No:[protected]. - MANTIS.

                    I paid 2700/- and I am having only three luggage one is my office computer system, one bag and one small size box. So I'm travelling that long so obviously I would carry some luggage right, then why I have been charged extra 350/- by bus conductor. LED display also not working your conductor and driver so rude even they said "where I wish I can complain". Means how they are providing services is very disgusting. And for extra 350/- he didn't provided any receipt.
                    I hope proper check on this will be done my prestigious Hans Travel. And I'll get my extra unjustified payment for luggage. I have twitted this incident if I'll get proper resolution I'll delete that.

                          I am travelling via hans travels from indore to ajmer and jaipur, seat no. 17, 18. In the name of Sourabh soni, shivam Soni. I have been made to change the bus in the middle of the night, these people have wasted my 1 hour. I have to reach at a hospital earliest and it is not making any sense. This is the ### bus service i have ever taken. A consumer pays you money for comfort, not for such ###.

                              Hi Team, My father travelled indore to Gwalior on 9th March 2021. He suffered lots of issues while travelling.

                              1. There were some passenger who were smoking and drinking all the night in AC bus and neither the bus conductor nor the driver has stopped them.
                              2. The bus operator allowed passenger to borded the bus in between the journey and provided double seat to 4 people and charged rs.200 each from them which was inconvenient to those passenger who took the ticket in advance.
                              3. Last but not the least, when my father arrived the destination the operator forced him to get down the bus in hurry. My father is senior citizen and it is obvious that he might take some time to get down the bus.

                              I always prefer Hans travels but this time I am so much disappointed.

                                    I travel frequently in Hans multi axle volvo from indore to nagpur
                                    Recently it is my 3rd time they said to put my luggage inside cabin.
                                    When i saw there boot was all filled with heavy commercial packages.
                                    Its a customer right to get comfortable journey for which i am paying double from ordinary bus to Volvo.
                                    Each passneger travelling is complaining the same but the staff has not hear anything.
                                    If we are paying your volvo charges we have right to put our luggage in boot available.
                                    Sometimes they overload with passengers too in cabin by giving seats to way passengers

                                      I frequently travel from Indore to nagpur in Hans multi axle volvo. Today date 5.3.21 i am travelling in same volvo time 7.45p.m.
                                      A passenger pays higher rate for volvo for comfort. This is 2nd time my luggage is said to put inside the bus.
                                      Its my right to put my luggage in boot space of bus. But what hans is doing. They had filled all there boots with heavy commercial packages which are not supposed to be there. Atleast you should place after space left other than passengers luggage.

                                      I request the manager to put passengers safety n comfort first after that u make ur money by ur packages.
                                      Your social image is on stack. All the people inside are thinking not to book such a company bus anymore and rather not to suggest anyone to travel from hans.

                                      I hope things go well in future.

                                        Bus time was 2300 at ujjain but bus came after 2330 to picked up.

                                        When we called picked up man to get inquiry about bus then it was no proper information.

                                        Bus driver and picked up man both were carried exess passengers from vadodara for Ahmedabad, around 30 passengers. They converted AC sleeper bus in local non AC Bus.

                                        Out of those 30 passengers, 01 passenger smoked in bus. 01 did vomit 🤮. We felt like worst experience.
