I booked the bus from one of agent he booked my ticket for cabin seat bcoz on online booking it was full and not allowing to booked the ticket for 11/09/2022 at 9pm, I was having emergency so booked the ticket for 6 seat each of Rs.800/- when I enter into the bus I show that bus was empty I thought I will get full on further journey but it was not got full as still 3 seat was vacant but this two driver and one conductor
I will personally suggest to all of them who are traveling and wish to travel by this bus Hans Travel pvt ltd request them to support me for my justice
I and family was totally harrassed by this two driver and conductor I was ready to pay the remaining amount for sleeper seat but this people have not allowed me and was ready to fight

I want urgent action to be taken on such kind people who are harrasing the tourist and also need to take such action on this Hans travel pvt ltd

    नमस्ते महोदय mera name bhupendra vishwakarma mene hans travel se indore to goa k lie bus book h aaj ki 09/09/2022 ko. but achanak se raat me 12 baje bus kharaab ho gai hamne 3-4 ghante wait kiya fir thode door jake 5 baje bus fir kharaab ho gai waha bhi hamara 3-4 ghante ka tine weste hua. inta sab hone k baad fir subah 10 baje unhone dusari bus arrange karai vo hane kolhapur tak lai Or waha pe lake bus stand me chhod diya or bole ab hamari reaponcibility ni h raj hanse k office me sampark kare. hamne office visit kiya kolhapur m lekin unhone b same response kiya ki ham kuchh ni kar sakte. abhi m kolhapur bus stand pe with famely khada hu. please suggest kre m kya karu or jo mene pese pay kiye h vo mujhe return karne ki krapa kare anyatha mujhe legal action lena hoga.

      Hi I am travelling from indore to udaipur on 9 sep 2022 from hans bus which runs at 9.25 pm from sayaji square..
      Here the driver and conductor are continuously picking up the local passengers in the bus thus compromising the safety and security of the authentic passengers.Conductor name is Nilesh chouhan and he is taking money from those local passengers and allowing them to travel in bus without thinking about the safety of other passengers.
      This practice is extremely wrong and unexpected. These local passengers are creating noise and disturbing also .
      Action must be taken against this conductor.
      Alone girls are qlso travelling in the bus
      What about their safety?.

        In Indore Kanpur Bus Ac is not working. I having breathing problem company has charged full money with GST and he didn't take care of bus. Driver has stood bus from 1 hour. No facilities I will never book in Hans Travel

          We are traveling from a Hans Travel bus (NL07B0604). The bus was an hour and a half late. We weren't informed of this prior and had to wait at the bus stop for said time. On the bus's arrival, we were told to keep our luggage inside the bus ourselves, on some of the sleeper seats and not in the bus's trunk. This is absolute horrible service on your part considering we paid 1500 per seat well in advance. The least we

              I am Sunil Hooda from Indore to Varanasi by Hans Travels on[protected] bus no. MP-09 pa- 9959 pnr no.[protected]! A little far from Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, I will be able to stop at the hotel when I carry the charger and USB of the iPhone inside. 2500 more power bank which cost 700 someone stole it.! Please check the camera footage in the above context!

                I Booked a TIcket from RedBus for Travel Dated[protected] From NAGPUR to RAIPUR with PNR 26337856 And Ticket Number TR9S69225185 the bus was scheduled to Arrive at 02:45 PM but when I arrived at the Pick Up Point the bus informant said that the bus is running late by 4 Hours. There was no mention of this delay in any of the booking procedure. I Booked a Ticket through online payment and I request fellow travelers to kindly avoid booking online through this travel agency and verify before booking.

                      As we 6 persons from our family were traveling from Jalna to raipur on 9-8-2022, firstly we have done the booking of bus seats in the price 1890/- at the end time of travel the travel agent issued me the ticket in the price 2940/- after that at the time of departure the bus storage was fully packed with parcel picked by bus driver after a lot of discussion we need to keep our luggage in our seats, but he didn't cooperated to us. As we were known that the bus was having a washroom for passengers use while travelling we came to know the washroom is packed with parcels he was carrying from other cities while travelling as my family members told driver to stop the bus for washroom somewhere he misbehaved with my family members & spoked bad words to us. so kindly co-operate& refund my amount to me as soon as possible attaching the ticket received to me through sms by agent at Humsafar travel office jalna.

                        From indore to Durg way, We are standing nearby betul from 4 am as bus is not moving due to gear issues.
                        No one is taking incharge for another bus or how we will travel to our destination.

                        From 7pm to 4 am we have travelled only 250km

                          Sir I'm really sorry to say but your driver behaviour is very bad he use abusing words for the passenger when we complaint about ur service of bus,
                          In the bus ur AC service is totally fail,
                          Ur TV entertainment not running,
                          And ur driver behaviour is so bad when we complaint against Ur service they use abusing words .
                          I ask why u collect AC charge when u not provide AC in bus? And u also not refunding my money at the last time of bus started.

                                  Dear Team,
                                  My journey was form Ujjain to Ahmedabad!!
                                  I have selected the pickup point which is available nanakheda near police station at Hans travel office !!

                                  I was at Hans travel office & bus staff contact me and told that please come to Shanti palace highway at sky bus office !! I have heavy leagues even then I reached there, it was also raining so I kept my leagues in sky bus office!!
                                  Hans bus was late & till time sky office has closed his office & my leagues was inside only !!
                                  I thought if Hans travel staff is call me at sky bus office there may be a tie up or something!!
                                  Then, Hans travel bus staff has told me that believe us we will bring your league in next trip my day after tomorrow & it's around 4-5 days I am taking follow up from them !!

                                    My friend was travelling from indore to rewa on 5th of july night to rewa in the morning at about 7.00 near damoh the bus met with a horrible accident his co- passenger’s hand came out of his shoulder socket and he himself received a lot of injuries and couldn’t even reach his destination on time and was stranded on th road in an injured state so we demand refund for the ticket and also compensation for the inconvenience caused and medical expenses for the same.

                                      [protected] को मैंने इंदौर से मुंबई के लिए 6 सीट बुक की थी। राजहंस होटल से बस खराब हुई उसके उपरांत ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर ने बस सुधारने में 3घंटे समय लगा दिया उसके बाद बस को धीरे धीरे सेंधवा के आगे तक ले जाया गया और फिर बस को सुधारने के चक्कर मे सुबह सात बजा दी गई। पूरी रात यात्री परेशान रहे। हमारी होटल बुकिंग और ट्रेनिंग पूरी एक दिन की छूट गई जिसका भुगतान हमें करना होगा।
                                      कृपया कर हमे हमारी 6 सीट का पैसा रिटर्न करें।
                                      अन्यथा हम कंज्यूमर में अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करेंगे ।
